This
afternoon we have received a challenge to our International Public
Notice regarding the change of Executorship of two major estate holdings
which we issued to the Government of the Philippines yesterday.
The
reply thus far has not come from the Government of the Philippines
directly, but from a former Trustee, who apparently thinks that he knows
the truth and that the "truth" is that the Divinagracia Heir is alive
and well in the Philippines.
Our reply was succinct.
"He does not have the DNA. So what makes you think he is the rightful heir?"
The
Divinagracia family has an utterly unique DNA that is profoundly
different from any other family on Earth. You either have this DNA or
you don't. You are either a Divinagracia, or you are not.
The
Heir, the man known as Demetrius Julius Shiva was repeatedly
established as the Heir via DNA and several other unique identifiers.
We have his blood and other samples of DNA in cryogenic stasis. And
once this evidence is presented and matched, there is no escaping the
self-evident conclusion.
That's
why all the Tier 1 Trustees worldwide agreed to his right and his
identity and signed over their Irrevocable General Powers of Attorney to
him, including Soekarno and Soewarno. We have the wet-ink proof of
that, too. We have the SWIFT system messages sent out by Soewarno to
all the Central Banks. We have the receipts.
There
is no mistake on our part, but there is, apparently, a mistake on the
part of other Trustees, and it is as simple to resolve as taking a
single drop of blood from the Imposter and analyzing it to end all and
any doubt regarding his claims.
During
the upheaval that accompanied Ferdinand Marcos' departure from the
Philippines the Presidential Palace was raided and many of his personal
papers and client papers were stolen by people who looted the Palace.
Ever
since there has been an unending stream of people making False Claims
and impersonating and prevaricating in order to unjustly enrich and
empower themselves.
None of them have the Divinagracia DNA.
Not
only does the man in the Philippines not have the DNA, he does not have
certain privileged information and original paperwork with wet-ink
signatures and most importantly in our view, he does not have the
paperwork that escaped the looting of the Presidential Palace.
Some of the paperwork was taken by Marcos himself when he fled into exile, and was not there at the Palace.
So,
if anyone wants to go toe-to-toe with us and claim that we are wrong
and that their CIA "ringer" is the real Heir, we are well-prepared to
test the issue in real time, and in real life.
The
Divinagracia family not only has a unique form of DNA, they originate
in a very small and very specific part of the world in Romania -- which
all makes sense when you realize the full scope of their history. They
aren't from the Philippines or France or anywhere else.
They come from Romania only, and are born in one of three specific towns.
During
the Cold War it was not exactly "happy" news that the Heir of the
largest single private trust fortune was born and raised in a Soviet
Bloc country. Prejudice against communism and communists nearly
prevented the truth from ever being told.
And yet the truth is the truth.
The man claiming to be a Divinagracia living in the Philippines is not from those specific small towns in Romania.
Like the DNA and the place of birth, there are other defining characteristics that are equally implacable.
The
CIA glommed onto the actual Divinagracia Heir immediately after he
immigrated to this country and made sure that he was installed as a
"permanent US resident", intending to use that political status as a
means of advancing a public ownership interest in his fortune.
Similar
to what the rats have done to millions of other Americans, they used
unknown jurisdictional obligations of citizenship to entrap him in their
custody.
That
came to an end when he finished the immigration process and adopted
South Carolina as his permanent house, home, and domicile, by becoming
an American State National owed all protections of the Federal
Constitutions.
This
means that all Federal Officers and Trustees worldwide are required to
defend his "person" under Article IV of the Federal Constitutions, and
cannot do otherwise. No "discretion" enters into it.

International Public Notice: The Evil in Britain

It
is somewhat misleading to speak of "Britain" as if it was a country or a
place, when in fact, "Britain" is a company not a country, and it is
impossible to be "in" it or "out" of it, except perhaps in the sense of
being a shareholder or employee--- nonetheless we find ourselves at
pains to speak of this in terms that people can understand.
For
300 years now, the actual land and soil jurisdictions of England and
Scotland have been vacated and foreign rulers have had almost complete
control of every aspect of life in the British Isles.
In
England virtually every scrap of land has been owned and occupied by
the Norman French and their progeny, while its business affairs and
investments have been undertaken by German rulers and German bankers.
In short, England isn't English.
Despite
all the pomp and protocol, the country, England, hangs by a thread or
two from ceasing to exist as a recognizable political entity. All that
stands between England and oblivion is the Lord High Steward, Lord
Shrewsbury, and he has been conveniently exiled to Australia by the
cunning German corporate executives.
They
don't want to see England returned to English rule, or Scotland
returned to Scottish rule or Ireland returned to Irish rule, and God
forbid, they mutter, they never, ever want to see Wales returned to
Welsh rule.
The
usurping Germans have a freer hand with things and their BBF from the
Holy Roman Empire, too, with the traditional guardians of the realm out
of the way.
So
those who we shall describe as The Corporatists, intent on establishing
a new form of government that we describe as Corporate Feudalism,
quietly and consensually conspire to replace the Monarchy and its
guardians with what?
Their
own corporations. Instead of being "pledged" to support the Monarch,
they dream of a day when the serfs will pledge themselves to lifelong
enslavement or indentured servitude in support of the British Crown
Corporation instead.
By
slowly and cunningly imposing lifelong citizenship obligations on the
English people (beginning circa 1750) at birth, the Schemers have
endeavored to gradually undermine all aspects of the traditional English
Government and subvert the resources of the country, the people, and
the government to serve their commercial ends.
Upon
the death of William the Conqueror in 1087 A.D. every scrap of England
under his thumb passed to his loyal Norman Barons and their progeny
forever afterward--- so that's how England became French and also how
quite a number of French noblemen, including quite a number of Belle
Chers, became "kings in their own right" in England.
So, how did England become German, too?
The
Protestant Reformation. The ministers invited a Dutch Protestant,
William of Orange, to come rule over them and he did; subsequent to
that, there was a scramble and war known as The War of the Spanish
Succession that left German Queen Anne and her Successors in control.
Add to that, about 140 years later....
When
a woman married in 1840, it was still the convention that her husband
secured control of her earthly estate --- and became responsible not
only for her care, but the management of her land and money and anything
else of material value she might bring to the marital estate.
When
Queen Victoria married Prince Albert in 1840, this German son of the
House of Wettin gained control of the Queen's personal fortune and
turned it over to the nurture of German banks and financiers. It was
perfectly legal at the time, but in retrospect, it represents a chilling
prospect for England.
The
bulk of the royal money passed into the management of foreign hands and
the personal welfare of the ruling family became entangled in
Continental European schemes. In effect, the German rulers of England
were being ruled in turn by the Home Team in Berlin --- not politically,
but financially, a circumstance that led to blood when the hated (old
grudge match) Kingdom of Prussia came to the fore, and started spending
the Queen's money on a German Navy meant to rival her own.
No, no, that could never happen, so World War I happened instead.
When
you realize that England is hanging on by a thread and that the land is
owned by Frenchmen and the money is controlled by Germans, everything
else that has happened and is happening, makes more sense.
The present evils of the "British" Parliament make more sense, too.
The
Royals have been caught with their pants down, dabbling in the wrong
jurisdiction for 300 years, and evading their obligations under the
Constitution by doing so. They've been letting the juicy profits roll
in for their corporate franchises, while the living people pay for it in
blood, in land, and money extracted in such a sly and secretive manner
that nobody would suspect: the dead baby scam, followed by the baptismal
certificate scam, followed by the birth certificate scams, all creating
undisclosed service obligations and debts, have unjustly enriched
generations of Monarchs and cronies using unconscionable contracts to
enslave and denigrate and subject the British people, but especially the
English, to peonage and poverty.
Having
suffered French invaders and German administrators, perhaps it seemed
plausible that the dying native population of Englishmen could be
gradually replaced by Muslim immigrants.
Anyone
who knows the difference between coffee and dog poop has cause to know
that the native population of England has been in free fall since the
Crimean War. One supposes that the English themselves have observed
this?
England
has fed its people into meat grinder after meat grinder after meat
grinder, and still the war-mongering profiteers lust for nothing more
than the juicy profits of war. Juicy for them.
None
of this is juicy for the men and women who fight in these endless
wars-for-profit. All the soldiers and sailors get is a plastic poppy
and salt mine pensions. If they do survive the mercenary conflicts (they
aren't actually wars) they can look forward to a life of starvation
wages and heavy taxes to pay the corporation's war debts.
The
most highly taxed serfs in the Middle Ages paid 14% of their earnings
in taxes; now, it's closer to 74%. And still, the Parliament spends and
spends the money and chisels and chisels to limit its own expenses,
because after all, they are running a commercial corporation instead of a
government--- and in their minds, their only real duty is to turn a
profit.
Men
and women of England, if you value the Magna Carta (granted to you by
those same Norman French Barons and no English King at all) and your
Limited Constitutional Monarchy, along with your peace, your jobs, and
your very lives --- it's time to look sharp and stand tall.
Dr.
Vernon Coleman blows the lid off a new Act of Parliament just passed
that will allow widespread euthanasia throughout Britain.
It's
a fiscally conservative measure, saving The Firm hundreds of millions
of dollars in medical care and medical insurance claims every year, so
of course, when they've used the slaves up, it's time to bring them to a
timely and cost-effective end.
Just like "managing" a dairy herd.
It remains to be seen who will save the people?
King
Charles could never tell the difference between his big head and his
little head, and he's still in the same endless muddle now, "but I loved
Diana...." and "but I loved Camilla...." and if he ever loved anyone
but himself, it's hard to tell the difference now. The point is that
while the tabloids run silly with one scandal and rumor after another
(and the Brits stay glued to their tellies), all the countries of the
British Isles are suffering.
The
remaining people native to the British Isles are suffering, and the
filthy rich Windsors could give a fig less. There's no real leadership
at the helm and no pity, either. If there was, they could dig into
their piggy banks including the $950 Trillion that Prince Philip
received from the GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA as "Life Force Value Annuities" and
spend a bit of it at home.
There's
no help from the treasonous "Ding-Dong" Parliament; they have to know
that they have been functioning exclusively in the jurisdiction of the
sea for as long as anyone is remembering, but they are doing nothing to
save their land and soil and people. They are too busy protecting
commodity rigging scams, importing refugees, and dusting up "wars" in
other corners of the world.
So,
we suspect that the people of England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales
will have to do what we have done ourselves, hike anchor and sail home,
cast off the chains of "voluntary" citizenship, and send the British
Crown Corporation the bill.

International Public Notice: Notice of Change of Executorship

Please
consider this an official communication from our unincorporated lawful
American Government, dba, The United States of America (Unincorporated),
1776. Demetrius Julius Shiva (also known as Ambrosius Divinagracia and
Julius Divinagracia) has died of cancer in The United States.
We regret his passing; he was a gentle man, an honorable soul, and he had grown to love his adopted country.
His
estate has entered probate and executors have been named in accordance
with his last Will and Testament and this has been confirmed by the
Court having immediate jurisdiction.
The
details severing all and any prior Powers of Attorney and
accommodations in favor of the estate, as well as the court order are
presented to the President of the Government of the Philippines as part
of our due process. The Last Will and Testament has been sealed by the
Court to protect the beneficiaries, but is available to anyone who is
interested to read in person.
Our
Government affirms that at the time of his death, the individual known
as Demetrius (sometimes Demetrios) Julius Shiva and otherwise born as
Ambrosius Divinagracia, was fully immigrated and naturalized to South
Carolina and was a state national of that nation-state with full
guarantees and indemnities in place.
As such, he and his estate come under the protection of our government in international jurisdictions.
At
the time of his death, Demetrius Julius Shiva was named and
court-confirmed as the Executor and attorney-in-fact for the estate of
Severino Sta. Romano, late of Illinois. This paperwork should have
already been provided to you by the appropriate Federal District Court,
as settling the estate of Severino Sta. Romano requires action by your
government, too, and will require your complete understanding with
regard to both estates.
Please let us know that you have received copies of the executorship paperwork for the Sta. Romano Estate.
We
look forward to unraveling these interrelated matters and determining a
rational and fair pathway forward for the people and nations impacted
by these events.

Jettison Worthless Drugs

Too
many seniors in this country are overburdening their bodies with pills
that are at best useless and at worst, life-threatening. This problem
has only gotten worse along with medical "specialization" and the
endless referral system that goes along with it.
It
is no longer possible to just go to "your" doctor, be diagnosed,
informed and treated. The protocol now requires your doctor to refer
you to one or more specialists. This means more time and energy spent
to go to more doctor appointments in hopes of getting a more precise
diagnosis or treatment plan.
Usually
your "primary care" physician will give you one or more pills to take
for your generalized symptoms and each specialist referral will net 2-5
more. The total number of bottles of pills from one cycle of this
system can easily be 6-10 drugs prescribed by three different physicians
who don't talk to each other about your case.
There
you are, taking ten different pills, presumably for ten different
things, and nothing but the internet and your own stubbornness to help
you plow through the endless recitations of "possible side effects" and
"possible drug interactions".
Ten
side effects each times six bottles of pills equals sixty potential
side effects and then when you count up possible drug interactions, you
have to multiply again by whatever you determine that number to be, so,
for example, 60 X16 possible drug interactions gives you 960 different
possible combinations of side effects and drug interactions to deal
with.
What
we've discovered over the past five years of frontline experience is
that most Patent Medicines (prescriptions) really are Snake Oil and not
worth taking. They also follow fashion crazes.
Gabapentin
is last year's favorite hemline, a dangerous psychotropic drug which
works via mechanisms nobody understands yet, is being prescribed for
bipolar syndrome, diabetes, arthritis, nerve pain, epilepsy, tremors,
pain associated with broken bones, restless leg syndrome (why not throw
in constipation?) and is being handed out to seniors who have no idea
how strong this drug is, how addictive it is, and what they may suffer
as a result of taking it. Sometimes, doctors appear to prescribe it
just for the heck of it, to people who have symptoms or conditions
totally unrelated to any of the things that Gabapentin is usually
prescribed for.
The
laundry list of side effects is longer than we want to devote our time
to writing out in full, but.... for samples, heart arrhythmia, edema,
sudden mood swings, depression, low blood pressure, dizziness,
disorientation, lack of balance, sleep disturbances, nightmares,
hallucinations, skin disorders, cramps, seizures, low blood sugar....
and
if some other Helpful Hannah in the run amok "Health" Industry gives
you a muscle relaxant on top of it, you will soon be completely
incontinent, pooping and peeing all over your bed and furniture like a
giant six week old puppy, or doing all the above while confined to a
wheelchair.
People
will think you are on your way out, one foot out of the grave and ready
to topple in any day now, when all that happened was the reckless
prescription of a designer drug, made by an ignorant or uncaring doctor
raking in commission payments from the sale of this drug. More than half
the time, these drugs cause the exact symptoms you are trying to
overcome.
So
don't trust your health decisions --- any of them --- to your friendly
all-purpose health care professional, and especially don't just take
whatever drugs get recommended. Sort through them. Consider which ones
are time honored and have known, reasonable risks associated with them.
These may be worth taking, but look at the latest drugs with practiced
skepticism.
Do
the drugs you've been given do what they are supposed to do? Are any
of these drugs specifically helping you in some measurable way? Or are
you just chucking them down, sight unseen, for days, months or years
with no identifiable benefit?
The
unreliability of the "medical system" we are heir to in this country
and its conflict of interest should now be apparent to everyone. Ronald
Reagan's advice to "Trust but verify." is certainly even better advice
now than it was then.
The
advice that Nancy Reagan gave, "Just say no." also applies. If you are
the least bit questioning the appropriateness and safety of a
prescription drug, don't just take it. Dig in until you are sure that
it is both "safe" and "effective" in your circumstance and don't just
trust the doctor. Feel free to walk away.
Each and every time you are given a new prescription, check it out thoroughly before taking it.
They
are now handing out drugs like candy and many of those drugs are
deliberately laced with chemically addictive substances (similar to what
they do with cigarettes to make them addictive), so that once you are
on these prescription drugs they are difficult to get away from and
involve serious detoxification side effects. If your health overall is
the least bit precarious, you don't need the extra stress and physical
strain.
The
stronger and more expensive a drug is, the more likely it is to be
severely addictive. The newer and more whizbang it is, the more likely
it is to be unstable and have unknown results and unlisted side
effects.
Another
psychotropic drug that is being handed out to seniors is Seroquel,
which is clearly labeled, "Not for patients over 65" and "May speed
early onset of dementia."
Pay attention to the instructions yourself.
You cannot rely on Medical Doctors to take care of you, so be forewarned, you have to be proactive in taking care of yourself.

part of what is driving this rampant problem is that doctors are
