Although New York City was not mandating students to be vaccinated for COVID-19, it was mandating the shot for students who wanted to participate in most extracurricular activities, including sports.  ICAN attorneys sent a letter to address this nonsensical policy.  The Mayor announced that the mandate was being rescinded!

In August 2021, the Commissioner of the NYC Department of Education issued an emergency declaration requiring students participating in sports and “high risk” extracurricular activities to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.  Absurdly, this was despite the fact that those very same students were not required to receive a COVID-19 vaccine to attend NYC schools.  Perhaps recognizing the inability of the Department of Education’s to impose such an order, in September 2021, the Commissioner of NYC’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene issued its own order adopting the Department of Education’s emergency declaration.

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in early September published the 30-second ad, which promoted the medical center’s pediatric services for treating the condition.

The hospital pulled the ad amid public outcry following three CHD.TV episodes featuring discussions about how the ad appeared to normalize and trivialize myocarditis in children. CHD.TV is produced by Children’s Health Defense.

Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., chairman of Children’s Health Defense, this week filed a wrongful death suit against Merck alleging the drugmaker’s Gardasil HPV vaccine caused the death of 13-year-old Noah Tate Foley.

The civil action, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina on behalf of Noah’s parents, Clifton and Kelli Foley, alleges Noah died Oct. 8, 2020, of encephalitis caused by an autoimmune/autoinflammatory dysregulation process directly related to the Gardasil injection he received in 2018.

The lawsuit also alleges the vaccine caused autonomic, neurological, heterogeneous autoimmune disease and a constellation of adverse symptoms, complications, injuries and other adverse events, which led to Noah’s wrongful death.

The sabotage of the Nord Stream (NS) and Nord Stream 2 (NS2) pipelines in the Baltic Sea has ominously propelled ‘Disaster Capitalism’ to a whole new, toxic level.

This episode of Hybrid Industrial/Commercial War, in the form of a terror attack against energy infrastructure in international waters signals the absolute collapse of international law, drowned by a “our way or the highway”, “rules-based”, order.

The attack on both pipelines consisted of multiple explosive charges detonated in separate branches close to the Danish island of Bornholm, but in international waters.

That was a sophisticated operation, carried out in stealth in the shallow depth of the Danish straits. That would in principle rule out submarines (ships entering the Baltic are limited to a draught of 15 meters). Has the CIA Blown Up the Nord Stream Gas Pipeline to Prevent Russia Coming to Europe’s Rescue this Winter?

As both Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 both suddenly lost pressure last Monday, Swedish seismologists registered multiple explosions.  The pipeline director reports unprecedented damage.  Clearly this is deliberate sabotage and could only have been done by a government with submarine capability to place underwater mines.

Who could that be?

US Secretary of State Blinken said the pipeline damage presents a “significant opportunity” for Western Europe to abandon Russian natural gas in favor of liquified natural gas from the US.

Covid Regime Takes a Mortal Blow Where It Began: Italy

News of Giorgia Meloni’s election as the first female Prime Minister of Italy has the left-wing press losing its veritable collective mind.

All we see is “Fascism!! Fascism!!” and “Mussolini returns!!”

Apparently, they exhausted themselves by saying Trump was “literally Hitler” and have now found a newly unoriginal insult. One could only hope that the Left could at least be original. If they are going to continue to try and destroy Western Civilization, at least they could try and do something original.

In any case, Meloni is somewhat of a darling of the Right in Europe. Now, she is not perfect (none of us are), and I am sure that there are things she will fail to do if given the chance. I am not sure if there has ever been a politician in history that has not let down supporters in some way.

International Man: The decline of Western Civilization is on a lot of people’s minds.

Let’s talk about this trend.

Doug Casey: Western Civilization has its origins in ancient Greece. It’s unique among the world’s civilizations in putting the individual—as opposed to the collective—in a central position. It enshrined logic and rational thought—as opposed to mysticism and superstition—as the way to deal with the world. It’s because of this that we have science, technology, great literature and art, capitalism, personal freedom, the concept of progress, and much, much more. In fact, almost everything worth having in the material world is due to Western Civilization.

Ayn Rand once said “East minus West equals zero.” I think she went a bit too far, as a rhetorical device, but she was essentially right. When you look at what the world’s other civilizations have brought to the party, at least over the last 2,500 years, it’s trivial.
