A case study from Japan has documented the first known biopsy-proven instance of inflammatory dilated cardiomyopathy (iDCM) — a condition where the heart becomes enlarged and weakened due to inflammation — following COVID-19 vaccination.

Doctors at Narita-Tomisato Tokushukai Hospital in Chiba, Japan, used an endomyocardial biopsy to diagnose iDCM in a 78-year-old woman who developed heart problems after receiving her third COVID-19 vaccine dose.

The patient had previously received two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine, followed by a Moderna mRNA-1273 booster.

The case, reported on July 1 in a peer-reviewed open-access article in the journal ESC Heart Failure, marks a significant advancement in understanding potential cardiac complications related to COVID-19 vaccines.

By using tissue analysis, doctors were able to more definitively link the heart condition to the vaccination, distinguishing it from other possible causes.

“While such severe reactions remain extremely rare, this case demonstrates the value of advanced diagnostic techniques in identifying and understanding vaccine-related side effects,” the doctors wrote.

The patient was successfully treated with a corticosteroid, which improved her condition significantly but not completely.

This outcome underscores the importance of prompt medical attention and accurate diagnosis for any unusual symptoms following vaccination. “Severe cases can be fatal if left untreated,” the doctors wrote.

The next break came when two men who are now known to have been in the Illuminati gave John Jacob Astor a special government privilege. The two men were Pres. Though the philosophy of Realpolitik was briefly covered in chapter 1, and though everything written to this point demonstrates the Network’s devotion to its principles, nothing captures the cold and calculating nature of its adherents like the false-flag operation. Any willingness to engage in these ruthless deceptions provides definitive proof of an abnormal/sociopathic disregard for ethical considerations.

Normal human beings accept the nearly universal maxim that morality determines whether an action is right or wrong. Practitioners of Realpolitik, on the other hand, unapologetically reject this maxim. In their view, right and wrong are measured only in results. If they succeed in securing their objective, what they have done is right. If they fail in securing their objective, what they have done is wrong. They see themselves as realists, and dismiss those who criticize the immorality of their actions as impractical fools.

If forced to do so, the realist might offer a moral justification for their immoral actions,1 but the offer is insincere. Might and manipulation have led them to the apex of power and, as such, they have no incentive to question their approach. They are supremely arrogant. They think and behave differently than you and I; we must be aware of this.

In this final chapter, I hope to remove any doubt about the nature of those we’re up against.

Not the District Attorney. Not even the Governor of the State outranks an actual County Sheriff on his home turf, and certainly, neither does the Governor of any “State of State” outrank a County Sheriff. I have frequently explained that when I sat in the International Court of Justice and heard Israel’s lawyers tell lie after lie to justify or excuse the Gaza genocide, I could feel I was palpably in the presence of evil.

At least in the Hague you could also feel and indeed observe that most people in the courtroom – including the majority of the judges – were repulsed by the evil.

Yesterday that same evil, and the same lies, was manifested in the US Congress by Netanyahu, to an audience which glorified, reflected and amplified that evil.

Let us not forget that the large majority of citizens of the world, including majorities in many Western countries with pro-genocide leadership classes, are indeed repulsed by and reject the genocide.

The United States has now, openly and before the entire world, endorsed its genocidal imperialist project and rejected both the very notion of international law and the institutions which a more idealistic American generation worked so hard to create – the United Nations and the International Court of Justice.

Netanyahu’s slanderous attacks on the institutions of international law were applauded to the rafters by America’s political leaders. The whole world was watching, and took note.

The Zionist project per se is evil. To steal another people’s land and subject them to long and progressive genocide is about as evil a deed as can be imagined.

Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has once again taken a firm stance against the moral decay of contemporary society, particularly targeting prominent political figures like French President Emmanuel Macron’s wife and former First Lady Michelle Obama.

Viganò’s remarks come as he condemns the “Satanic Olympics” for their corruption and moral ambiguity surrounding the event.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, during the Olympic Games opening ceremony, a group of provocatively dressed drag queens stood behind a long table, appearing to recreate the Lord’s Supper.

During another part of the opening ceremony, a pale horse raced at full speed with a rider donning an Olympic cape.

The appearance of the pale horse resulted in hundreds of social media users stating that it symbolized the pale horse spoken of in the Book of Revelation in the Bible.
