5333-5335: "Citizen" Means You Owe Service to The Government. from Lincoln County Watch

It is that simple.
Do you owe service to any level of government?
Yes or no?
Are
you a government worker? Are you dependent on a government worker--
that is, an unemployed spouse or underage child of a government worker?
Are you in receipt of unearned government benefits?
Have you volunteered to work for any level of government?
If you are not a government worker, not a dependent of a government worker, not a recipient of unearned government benefits, and not a volunteer doing work for the government, you are not a citizen of any kind.
Only about 12% of the people in this country are actually and legitimately "citizens".
So
stop calling yourself a "citizen" when you aren't one. Stop calling
other people "citizens" when they aren't citizens either.
You
are a national. Say so. In general terms, you are an American
National, but specifically, you are a Texan, or a Californian, or a New
Yorker, a Wisconsinite, a Nevadan, or...
The only kind of "citizen" that average Americans may be, are State Citizens.
State
Citizens are not for-hire government employees, not government employee
dependents, not in receipt of unearned government benefits, but they
are volunteers who have a unique loyalty to their State of the Union ---
people who have accepted the responsibility to protect and serve their
nation-state with singular dedication, owing no allegiance to any other
state or government.
This
is why a "citizen" cannot be a "sovereign", and why the noxious label
"Sovereign Citizen" is an oxymoron; you cannot serve the government and
rule over the government at the same time.
This

Oh, What a Tangled Web....The Other Lesson

The
British world has just had a spiritual blow that is, in a way, the
inevitable result of the existence of the monarchy itself.
From
his earliest moments on Earth, then-Prince Charles was pushed into his
role with relentless, non-stop pressure: he was prodded, critiqued,
evaluated, propped and primped and "made" into a king, whether he wanted
this role or not.
An
accident of birth placed him in the position. He was not allowed to be
anyone or anything else but the Prince of Wales, heir to the throne, or
to be more exact, Chairman of The Firm.
Endless
mostly boring servitude was his lot, ruthless discipline, endless
duty. He couldn't even choose his own wife or be allowed the freedom of
his own emotions. Of all men, he was not allowed to know himself.
We felt sorry for him as a boy and as a man.
Sadly,
like so many of us, he was pushed into being a person and sacrificing
his own life on the alter of political expedience, and so was Princess
Diana.
The
business needed a Northumbrian Heir with a flawless claim to the land
all the way back to the Dark Ages; enter Lady Diana Spencer. The Crown
also needed Heirs, and there, too, she fit the bill and served the Privy
Council purpose. Just like breeding dogs, they had their match.
And
because she was quietly, determinedly, unrelentingly forced on him,
Charles could never be at rest with himself and with his choices. Every
time her youth and naïve nature left him cold and alone in his own
misery, he resented her freedom and joy and failure to understand the
complexity and nastiness of his life.
Diana
was looking to Charles for comfort and guidance; he was looking to her
for comfort, too, and neither one had it to give in the ways they each
needed at the time. It was only over the course of years, years of
contemplation in the cold hours of the night, that Charles had time to
come to the point of knowing himself, knowing that, after all, he had
loved Diana --- long after it was too late to tell her or do anything to
protect her.
Comfort
in a lonely and isolated and miserable life --- which is not anything
to be discounted, but not sufficient to be sure -- absolutely sure --
about how you feel about someone, clouded the issues with Camilla.
Camilla had the sophistication and insight and instincts that
high-minded Diana lacked. When Charles looked Camilla in the eye, she
looked right back, calmly gauging his mood, and delivering comfort on
demand. Back rubs and steak pie comfort.
As
outside observers the absurdity and the needless violence of the Royal
Drama played out with sickeningly predictable results. Even after she
gave up, even after she divorced him, when it should have been a
no-brainer to let her live --- much as Edward the Eighth did after his
Abdication --- Diana had to die.
Diana
had to die to clear the way for Charles and Camilla to play out their
long-denied relationship; she had to die to save the monarchy from
embarrassment; she had to die to put an endpoint on any future drama or
controversy. Consider the issues of race and religion and world view
that Diana's relationship with Dodi Fayed posed for the hide-bound,
elitist, and outraged members of the Inner Circle.
Half-brothers
and half-sisters to the King --- who were dark-eyed, brown-skinned
Muslims? No matter how rich Fayed was, no matter how much he loved
Diana, the cultural, religious, and racial differences were a bridge too
far for the Royals and the British Crown.
And
now, finally, after decades of speculation, it turns out the Tin Hats
were right again, and according to testimony from Princess Sophie, one
of the few sterling characters in the drama, and documents and other
records uncovered by our own FBI, it appears that Camilla did know about
"Paris", and the doom that awaited Diana and Dodi Fayed there.
Whether
she was a passive observer or a knowing perpetrator remains to be seen,
but there seems little doubt that Camilla knew in advance what end was
planned for Diana, former Princess of Wales, and did nothing to stop
it.
King
Charles maintains that he loved Diana and did nothing to harm her. It
remains for us to observe that at the time, at least, he loved Camilla
more.
A
sad and stagnant air remains in the halls and rooms and salons of
Buckingham Palace and Sandringham and Kensington and Balmoral, an echo
of the youthful well-meaning Diana, used as a brood mare and cast
aside. She had plenty of time to contemplate her own fate and place in
the Royal Pageant, time to slowly find her feet, accept Charles'
rejection, and build her own strength.
She,
at least, had the time and urgent cause to know whether or not she
loved Charles and to make her own decisions within the compass of her
life. We suspect that, apart from her love for people in general, and
her two sons in particular, she was at peace and resigned to a permanent
and irrevocable separation from Charles and the life of a British
Royal.
She was intent on building her own distinct life and conscience, her own truth, when it was all cut short.
And
now, ironically, he, Charles, must do the same. News of his decision
to divorce Camilla came today, along with news that Kate Middleton has
been elevated and will replace Camilla.
For
us, all this is very sad, and a parable in real life, of exactly why we
have opposed monarchy as a system of government which is inhumane to
those who are doomed to be kings, and flawed by imperfection that only
the True God can overcome.
It
was a tragedy and cruelty played out in real time in front of us all,
that Charles never had the freedom to choose the woman he loved and make
his mistakes or prove his wisdom on his own two feet. Instead, a
narrative of the "perfect marriage" the "fairytale wedding" and all the
internal politics of the day drove him to his marriage bed, where he
inevitably chafed and wondered and rebelled --- not because he didn't
love Diana --- but because he was forced to marry her "for the good of
the monarchy".
We
knew this at the time and said it was lunacy and that he should have
the freedom and time to choose his wife like any other man, but in the
minds of the Monarchists, the clock was ticking. He had to produce an
heir and Camilla was already married and "polluted" by another man,
unable to "breed true", and so....
It
has been proven that when people are abused, ninety percent of them
only learn how to be abusers themselves. Ten percent learn "the Other
Lesson" that abuse teaches, which is how to turn away from the practices
of abuse and treat others better than we have been treated ourselves.
It
stands in Charles' favor that when it came time for his sons to choose
wives, he didn't stand in their way. Right or wrong for the monarchy,
their hearts came first. And that, among all the other things, may be
the most lasting legacy of Diana -- the ultimate impact that she had on
Charles and the way he treated their sons, when their time came to
choose wives.

International Public Notice: Continued Deceit and Obfuscation

The
public record shows that no Congress ever declared war related to the
so-called "American Civil War" as required by all three Federal
Constitutions.
Period.
What
this means is that this "war" was in fact an illegal mercenary
conflict. That is borne out by additional public records and by the fact
that no formal peace process resulting in treaties ever settled the
mess.
This
illegal mercenary conflict has led to an equally illegal mercenary
occupation of this country by armed forces that are supposed to be under
contract to the people of this country to protect and serve us under
The Constitution of the United States of America.
These
Federal Subcontractors operating out of the District of Columbia have
been in a constant state of martial law since April of 1863, a
circumstance that has given rise to the Hague Conventions and
declarations of "National Emergency" every two years for as long as
anyone can remember.
Mr. Trump's recent declaration of "Martial Law" on April 20th is a continuance, demonstrating that nothing has changed.
What
they, our British Territorial (Tory) Subcontractors deem to be a
"national emergency" is merely the failure of the American Federal
Subcontractor known as the Federal Republic, which ceased doing business
in 1861; they have conveniently forgotten the Federation of States of
the Union that gave rise to the "Federal Government" and delegated the
powers that they exercise to them.
Nonetheless,
we haven't forgotten. We, the State Citizens known as the People,
delegated the Powers and enumerated them, and charged our Federal
Employees -- both military and civil service -- to obey their
limitations.
Our
Federation of States of the Union is more than competent to control and
direct the operations of our Federal Subcontractors, if those
Subcontractors obey the law, honor their contracts, return to their
natural duty, and respect the prerogatives of the actual civilian
government of this country.
We
are also enabled to reconstruct our American Federal Republic with no
help from anyone, once our frozen assets are released from the phony
trusts established in our names by our miscreant Federal Employees.
Mr.
Trump's administration is again, still, like all prior administrations
since 1860 engaged in a policy of secrecy and deceit and evasion and
obfuscation, one that prevents the American people from knowing and
exercising their own self-interest and conducting their own business.
In
the past two weeks, they have feigned to know nothing about any United
States bankruptcy --- this, while they are up to their elbows in
financial audits of all the Municipal UNITED STATES Corporation agencies
and departments --- in order to settle the Chapter 7 bankruptcy of this
entity.
Bankruptcy? What bankruptcy? --- This won't do as a reply any longer.
Also,
a couple weeks ago, Donald Trump appeared in the World Court attempting
to claim an ownership interest in our assets, specifically our land and
soil assets, but he could not establish standing and went away
empty-handed.
We
offered to work with Donald Trump and to teach him what he needed to
know about these issues to no avail. In every instance, we have acted as
employers sympathetic to him and to his Administration and the major
tasks that they face as they attempt to clean up and clear away the
detritus left behind by Joe Biden and many prior Administrations which
have been recklessly destructive and shown no regard for their actual
duties owed to the American People.
Chief
LaVern Fast Horse was, however, up to speed and present in those court
proceedings, able and willing to establish standing on behalf of the
living men and women of this country; it is due to our combined efforts
representing our nation-states that our land and soil could not be
declared vacant or abandoned.
This
result, that our land and soil would be found vacated and up for grabs,
is what certain venal mostly European bank and political interests were
hoping for.
Donald
Trump firmly believed that he could appear as Commander-in-Chief and
claim our land and soil interests on behalf of the British Territorial
United States, either directly or as our representative, but then, he
does not understand jurisdiction and lawful standing.
Numerous
people have contacted us and told us that they contacted Mr. Trump
directly, and/or contacted high-ranking members of his Cabinet, and they
simply don't listen, won't listen, or, as the case may be, can't
listen, but the moment has arrived when they must listen.
Our claim to the land and soil of this country is the only viable claim that exists, and the only one that can be honored.
So, it's time for the people to know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
The
apparent plan is to assault us with all sorts of Hollywood-style horror
stories about human trafficking and cruelty to children and gross
corruption; whose fault was it, that all this was going on?
The
mercenary corporations in charge. The very institutions now scuttling
around like roaches trying to correct their operations and rebuild
public trust in their ability to do their jobs.
We've
offered these men amnesty in exchange for getting back on track and
doing the work we hired them to do, which is plainly stated as The
Constitution of the United States of America issued in 1789.
It
looks like they are responding and closing down the sweatshops and
human trafficking and other immoral and evil practices that have run
rampant. It also looks like they are grappling with the banking
problems, but it also appears that they are trying to establish a new
banking monopoly that they propose to control --- "the QFS" --- and
really, why should any of us trust them or any institution they
establish, with the track record they've got?
They
may have torn down the Federal Reserve and with good cause, but their
immediate precursors worked hand-in-glove with the Federal Reserve for
six generations. We have seen what commercial banking control has
gotten us into, too, with the IMF and IBRD and World Bank --- and all
under the direction of our own Federal Dual Citizen employees.
Strangely,
they have also created the BRIC System, and propose to use this as the
monopoly system in control of physical assets and International Trade,
while the QFS monopolizes all commercial transactions worldwide.
The
form of Corporate Feudalism these gentlemen have concocted is an evil
of the first order, one that leaves living people and their assets at
the mercy of nameless, faceless, witless commercial corporations whose
only purpose is to create profit for shareholders.
We,
as the actual acknowledged owners of the physical assets of this
country, now call upon Donald Trump to come clean and end the madness.
Stop evading, stop avoiding, stop obfuscating, stop trying to represent
us when we are standing right here on our own flat feet.
Stop trying to control and monopolize everything, especially banking services.
The
fault wasn't with banking per se. The fault was with illegal
securitization and impersonation resulting in credit and identity
theft, which was supported using False Pretenses of War and
misapplication of the Law of War.
Thus, we come full circle.
What
began as fraud and misrepresentation of a mercenary conflict
masquerading as a "war", ends with that same fraud and
misrepresentation.
The
living people are the actual owners of all physical assets; at best, a
corporation might, with fully disclosed and explicit permission, have a
role in administering and protecting those assets.
That
said, none of the corporations which have stepped forward as substitute
owners and custodians of our property assets, have done so with our
full-knowing and voluntary and explicit permission; instead, they have
attempted to create claims benefiting themselves and have oppressed the
actual owners using a variety of deceitful constructive frauds imposed
under color of law:
(1) The demand that Americans register their babies;
(2) The demand that Americans accept foreign Federal Dual Citizen obligations;
(3) The demand that Americans obtain Social Security Numbers and pay into Federal pension and welfare programs;
(4)
The demand that Americans underwrite the "public" spending of these
foreign corporations and provide them with bankruptcy protection and tax
revenues;
(5) The demand that Americans allow these foreign citizenries -- our Federal Employees -- to control our physical assets;
(6)
The demand that Americans -- the actual Employers -- subject themselves
to the foreign laws applicable to their Federal Employees;
(7) The demand that Americans register to vote in foreign private political party-based corporate elections;
(8)
The demand that via the above impositions, Americans give up their
Constitutional Guarantees and kow-tow to the foreign statutory and
municipal courts that govern their Federal Employees.
We
are the actual owners of all physical assets in this country, and as
the merely "presumed" donors to all these "national" and
"state-of-state" public trusts named after us, we have pulled the plug.
We have brought our States into Session and we have brought our Courts
of Record into Session, as well as our trial courts.
We
have appeared on our own behalf and presented our living selves without
representation by any corporation or corporate officer; we have
rebutted all British Crown copyrights that have been misapplied to our
Given Names and objected to all the cozy arrangements made "for" us
seeking to enfranchise us as foreign citizens.
We have expressed, declared, recorded and published our Will as Americans for all the world to see.
What
we request and require from President Trump is that he continues to
plow the manure out of Washington, District of Columbia, and that he
puts an end to the hideous corruption and misrepresentation that has
taken place there.
Part
of that "hideous corruption and misrepresentation" is the pretense that
Americans knowingly and freely volunteer to adopt Federal Dual
Citizenship obligations --- and we wish for this presumption-at-law to
be firmly overturned.
We
also wish for an end to the obfuscation about what is "really going on"
and the attempts to paper it over with fictional narratives.
In
the end, all that matters is what is true, and until we face what is
true, there is no rational way to live our lives, conduct our business,
or bring up our children.
The
truth is the fundamental building block upon which everything else
depends, and continuing to try to distract from the actual issues with a
lot of sidebar nonsense and excuses and drama doesn't change a thing.
The
illegal occupation of this country must end. The corporations that
have been acting "as" our government during our purported "absence" have
to stand down and accept their limitations and designated roles --- or
shut down and go home.
