4973-4975: International Public Notice: IRS Masterfiles from Lincoln County Watch

Virtually
all Catholics, all Protestants, and a good share of Jews on Earth (not
just this country) have IRS Masterfiles, or the equivalent thereof in
their particular country. This is because they are all being taxed by
the Holy Roman Empire and certain privately owned and operated Jewish
banks that act as the debt collectors for the HRE.
This
system took root during the Middle Ages when in 1135 C.E. in France,
the Roman Catholic Church first levied a once-a-year tax on income
called "Peter's Pence" on the Faithful and all "Others" residing within
the territory controlled by the Holy Roman Empire. It was collected on April 15th by
black-robed members of the Dominican Order, otherwise known as The
Inquisition, and enforced under The Law of the Inquisition. The purpose
of this tax was to pay for the cost of the Crusades.
Nothing
has changed. The tax is still collected under the Spanish Law of the
Inquisition by Jewish Banks acting as private Debt Collectors for the
Pope, collecting from the Estates of Puerto Rican U.S. Citizens --- who,
mysteriously, just happen to have the same names and addresses as
millions of Americans living in the mainland States of the Union.
Each
"US Person", that is, US CORPORATION --- a federal municipal estate
trust domiciled in Puerto Rico -- has an IRS Masterfile.
Some
years ago we filed Freedom of Information Act requests to obtain the
IRS Masterfiles of ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER, JAMES CLINTON BELCHER, and
several other names belonging to Americans. We also had to request the
IRC Masterfile Code Book to be able to dope out what information these
encoded IRS Masterfiles contained.
After
a couple months of playing with the Flash Gordon Masterfile Decoder
Book, we learned that ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER (INC.) was working as a
middle manager of a rum distillery on the Island of Barbados, and JAMES
CLINTON BELCHER (INC.) was running guns in South America. He apparently
took up the slack for Ollie North.
We
suspect that JAMES CLINTON BELCHER (INC.) has since "died" because the
only quasi-public record now available about "him" is a 1963 US Air
Force induction photograph.
After
decoding several of these IRS Masterfiles we noticed several alarming
things --- other than the fact that these IRS Masterfiles all concerned
the names of living Americans and all appeared to contain blatantly
False Narratives about them.
1.
All the activities that these "US PERSONS" were engaged in were
offshore -- taking place in other countries or in US Territories or
Possessions.
2.
All the activities described in these IRS Masterfiles were related to
the sale, manufacture, or international transportation of alcohol,
tobacco, or firearms.
3. All of these purported activities are subject to Federal regulation and taxation.
4.
None of the Americans whose names were attached to these "US PERSONS"
were actually engaged in any of these activities and never traveled
offshore to these locations.
5.
We concluded that these Puerto Rican shell corporations named after us
were being used for purposes of money laundering and offshore tax
evasion and were owned as franchises by Federal Corporations housed in
the District of Columbia.
6.
We immediately objected to the U.S. House Oversight Subcommittee
responsible for overseeing the operations of the Internal Revenue
Service, but at that time, we didn't know that the Internal Revenue
Service is a completely different operation apart from the IRS, and that
two separate Jewish Banks were in fact involved in directly taxing two
different "American" corporation franchises named after us. The Federal
Reserve was taxing "Anna Maria Riezinger, Inc." for the privilege of
extending credit to the U.S. Congress, and the IMF was taxing "ANNA
MARIA RIEZINGER, INC." for the privilege of extending credit to the
UNITED STATES CONGRESS.
7.
The U.S. Congress House Oversight Subcommittee was the appropriate
place to bring a complaint about Anna Maria Riezinger, Inc., and False
Claims against "her" by the Internal Revenue Service, but not the right
baileywick to complain about ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER, INC., and False
Claims brought against "HER" by the IRS. That required the attention of
the UNITED STATES HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OVERSIGHT SUBCOMMITTEE,
instead.
8.
The world can now begin to better appreciate the complexity of the
criminal web spun around the identity of each and every blissfully
clueless American, and the difficulty we have faced when attempting to
cut through these layers of impersonation and misrepresentation.
9.
Everyone can better understand, too, the False Information that Federal
Government Employees have been relying upon. If Janet Reno had
examined the IRS Masterfile concerning ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER (INC.) in
1995, she would have had grounds to treat "HER" as a "dangerous foreign
operative engaged in federally regulated activity" ----and also failing
to report taxable offshore income derived from this activity.
10.
The information contained in these IRS Masterfiles is all false and
these False Narratives are constructed specifically as a groundwork to
bring False Claims in Commerce against Americans on the equally False
Presumption that these Americans are engaged in all these regulated
offshore activities --- when in fact they are just minding their
business in places like Big Lake, Alaska. This is deliberate,
malicious, constructive fraud and it has been enforced against millions
of Americans by these foreign corporations which are supposed to be
providing us with "essential government services" and doing so in "good
faith".
11.
These False Narratives also provide the basis for the IRS to get its
sister agency, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF)
involved in IRS prosecutions of their clueless, impersonated American
victims.
12.
This is important and deliberate on the part of the IRS, because the
IRS was never granted any "armed enforcement" powers, so the IRS has to
get BATF, which does have armed enforcement powers, involved, in order
to carry out the violent armed attacks that the IRS is famous for.
13.
The IRS brings its "Masterfile" to the attention of the BATF, the BATF
"deputizes" the IRS Agents, thereby loaning them enforcement powers
never actually granted to them, and then they all bring out the
flamethrowers and tanks and fully automatic machine guns and drones and
all the rest of their military grade equipment and --- acting under
their own False Narratives --- murder mothers and children huddled in
church basements, as they did at the Branch Davidian Compound in Waco,
Texas.
14.
The criminal nature of all this activity by our erstwhile public
employees and Federal Subcontractors doesn't really have to be explained
further, it simply has to be stopped by those organizations and
officials responsible for it. This includes the dissolution of the
courts that have been responsible for enforcing all this criminal
nonsense and the misguided "federal agencies" that have provided the
muscle for it.
15.
For the international public record, these two Americans known as Anna
Maria Riezinger and James Clinton Belcher, have never engaged in
offshore commercial activities related to the international (interstate)
sale, transport or manufacture of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms. We
owe no duty to any foreign franchise corporations named after us, but
they and their Principals do owe us the Usufructuary Duty to hold us
harmless from any charges or liabilities resulting from the existence of
these foreign corporate franchises named after us.
And we hold them to it.

International Public Notice: "My Fellow Americans...."

Let's make sure, first of all, that we are all functioning as and recognizable as "Americans".
Let's
make sure we aren't functioning as British Territorial U.S. Citizens.
Or citizens of the United States --- that is, the Municipal Government
run by the Holy Roman Empire out of Washington, DC.
The
American Federal Republic was run and sponsored by the original
American Confederation organized in 1781 under The Articles of
Confederation.
The
only way it can be restored is the same way it was created --- by the
States of the Union and the State Citizens of those States acting to
restore it, via a series of actions known as "Reconstruction" which are
detailed in the Reconstruction Acts, but never executed, because those
who wrote the Reconstruction Acts lacked the standing to actually
reconstruct any part of our American Government.
The same is as true today as
it was back then. U.S. Citizens are members of a foreign British
Territorial Government. Even if they wanted to reconstruct our Federal
Republic for us, they lack the legal standing and lawful character as
Americans needed to do so.
All that they can do is to create a British Territorial version of "a" Federal Republic, not our American Federal Republic.
So
that is what they are busily doing, even if they believe that they are
Americans, and even if they think they know what they are talking about
--- every single one of them is registered as a having adopted British
Territorial U.S. Citizenship, and every one of them has subsequently and
additionally been registered as a US CORPORATION.
They
have done nothing to correct this False Registration that was applied
to them as babies, done nothing to assemble their State of the Union,
and nothing to understand the identity of "the People" who acted (and
still act) as the Principals ("High Contracting Powers") to create any
part of the Federal Government ---- including the Federal Republic that
all the State Republics were members of.
It's
the People --- the State Citizens of the States of the Union --- that
have to reconstruct the Confederation of States of States, and also the
Federal Republic, too, if that job is ever to be undertaken.
We are, technically, under no obligation to reconstruct any of it, but we can --- as Americans.
Although
debate about creating a Confederation began in January of 1777, The
Articles of Confederation were not adopted by the States of the Union
until May of 1781. At that point, the Federation of the States
delegated responsibility for the commercial affairs of the new nation to
the Confederation doing business as the States of America, a Company
created under the charter provided by The Articles of Confederation.
Six
years later, the 1781 Confederation received a service contract known
as The Constitution for the united States of America, and began
operating this new Federal Subcontractor known as the Federal
Republic.
People
from the States were allowed to "immigrate" to this new Federal
Jurisdiction and work for the Federal Republic, by undergoing a lengthy
process described in the very first Naturalization and Immigration
Act.
Upon
completing the stipulated tests and procedures, these Americans were
deemed to be "United States Citizens" and to hold a separate and unique
political status apart from the State Citizens or the British
Territorial U.S. Citizens or the HRE Municipal citizens of the United
States.
From
all this historical background, it is apparent that a group of people
registered as British Territorial U.S. Citizens cannot reconstruct the
American Federal Republic and that they have no right or reason to
construct a British Territorial "Republic" on our land.
Our
American State Assemblies have already overcome this entire snafu by
having each member properly declare and record their political identity
as American State Nationals and/or State Citizens in public, and from
there, assembling their State Assembly. They are in the proper legal
and lawful standing to be recognized as Americans, and do the work of an
actual Reconstruction of the American Confederation and then, the
Federal and State Republics. Nobody else, however well-intentioned, is
in position to do it.
Our
State Assemblies are part of the "republican form of government"
guaranteed to us under the Constitutional Contracts. Note the
difference between "republican" and "Republic".
The
feminine generative form of the word "republican" indicates that our
"republican form of government" is exercising its jurisdiction on the
national jurisdiction of the soil and is separate and apart from any
"State Republic" functioning in the foreign jurisdiction of the air as a
franchise of a commercial corporation doing business as the Federal
Republic, Inc., chartered by the States of America, an American Company
of the same kind and status as Great Britain, aka, The Company.
The
complexity of this entire arrangement is staggering to the modern
imagination which remains ignorant of the niceties of "jurisdiction
under the Law" so it is understandable that people living in America today who
don't even know that they have been registered as babies and
misidentified as British Territorial U.S. Citizens ever since, are
unprepared and unable to get over even the first hurdle that British
Agents have placed in their way.
It's
understandable that they have been kept ignorant, as keeping this
change in political status secret is key to the British continuing to
meddle in American affairs and control American land assets.
What isn't understandable is why Americans, when faced with the facts, stubbornly refuse to take appropriate action.
The
Brits have it set up so that even if these clueless Americans do wake
up and do take on the work of reconstructing their vanished Federal
Republic and equally vanished Confederation, they will lack the legal
standing to do so, and will only wind up creating an instrumentality of
the British Territorial United States Government.
Damned if you do and damned if you don't.
So
it is imperative that those Americans who are pursuing this whole
"narrative" of having issued a Declaration of Sovereign Intent and so
forth back in 2011-2012, realize that: (1) they aren't operating as
Americans, they are operating as British Territorial U.S. Citizens, and
(2) they can't operate as British Territorial U.S. Citizens and
"restore" any part of the American Government, and (3) everything they
are doing can only serve the interests of the same British Territorial
(Tory) Con Artists who registered them as U.S. Citizens back when they
were babies in the cradle, and (4) all that can result from their
efforts as currently engaged in, is a brand new British Territorial
"Federal Republic" --- not the restoration of an American Federal
Republic or any American State Republic, either.
While
we stand here vaguely stumbling around and mistaking our situation and
arguing with each other about who is an American and who isn't, the
enemies of all free men are making steady progress against us and
against our country, and those who have overcome the foreign legal
presumptions against their American political status are being attacked
by those who wish to be counted as Americans, but who have failed the
test by not first cleaning up the question of their own chosen political
identity.
Imagine
the situation: you have a mob of people claiming to be Catholics,
Anglicans, and Baptists, but they've forgotten who they are. They all
have a form of selective amnesia, so they keep stumbling in and out of
their respective churches and getting angry when the service isn't what
they expect.
We
have "citizens of the United States", that is, citizens of the Holy
Roman Empire claiming to be British Territorial U.S. Citizens, and
British Territorial U.S. Citizens claiming to be American State
Citizens, and Americans not knowing that they have been registered as
British Territorial U.S. Citizens claiming to be citizens of the United
States, and none of these groups of people have spent the time and
effort to sort it out and actually know and assert their own natural
political birthright standing.
Nothing can come out of continuing this confusion but more confusion ---- and more fraud.
So,
get it together, people. Study. Learn. And then, do what's right and
proper. Declare, record, and publish your birthright political status
as an American, join your State Assembly, and then, you can act as an
American to restore the American Government.
Until
then, you are just run-amok British Territorial U.S. Citizens, spinning
tales and causing trouble for your own (foreign) government which is
here under contract to provide us with "good faith service".

Network Spikes and Taxation by Banks

Tonight our usual Monday night webinar was interrupted by an area-wide network spike.
But here's what's going down just the same:
Declassified: IRS and Federal Reserve Caught Red-Handed in Massive Economic Enslavement Scam!
This article by the Gazetteller doesn't give you the details, but we have and we will.
Just yesterday we
told you how the Sephardic Jewish bullion bankers of Amsterdam colluded
with and backed Oliver Cromwell and his Roundheads in the English Civil
War to depose King Charles I and later, James II.
Their
object in doing this was three-fold: (1) end the prohibition against
Jews living in England which had been imposed by King Edward; (2) put
their man, a Dutch puppet, William of Orange, on the English throne; and
(3) establish a bank known as the Bank of England, but owned and
controlled by the same Dutch bullion bankers.
As
part of the charter of the Bank of England, William of Orange (their
puppet) agreed to keep the identity of the actual backers and
shareholders secret, allowed them to practice "fractional reserve
banking" (a swindle), and also allowed them to consolidate the so-called
national debt (that is, the King's sovereign debt) and extract payment
on the principle and interest due on this "National Debt" via direct
taxation of the people.
The Federal Reserve is a replay of the Bank of England swindle, except that it's worse in one respect.
Consider
that the Bank of England deals in asset-backed currency, while the
Federal Reserve functions as a dealer in non-negotiable I.O.U.s.
This
means that people in England got a small dollop of silver or gold in
exchange for their goods and services, while the Americans got nothing
of value at all in "equitable exchange".
The
Bank of England was given a franchise to levy a direct tax on the
people of England, independent of the monarchy or the Parliament, either
one.
The
Federal Reserve, and later, the trademarked Federal Reserve System
operating out of Puerto Rico, was given the same kind of franchise to
levy a direct tax on the people of America, independent of any
Congress.
This
privately levied tax --- a tax levied by a foreign privately owned bank
--- is deceptively called the Federal Income Tax, even though the
victims typically receive no "federal income" at all.
Technically,
this infamous tax is defined as a "gift and estate tax" and it is
collected by private debt collection agents working for the banks
involved in this scam.
The
Federal Reserve and the International Monetary Fund both have their
claws in this dirty business, and operate two (2) private debt
collection agencies, one calling itself the Internal Revenue Service
(Inc.) and one calling itself the IRS (INC.) respectively.
The
"Federal Income" being taxed by these banks is not any income received
by the victims, but is instead credit "income" extended to the Federal
Government Subcontractors based on the assets of the victims by the
colluding banks.
The
Federal Reserve extends credit based on the victim's labor and physical
assets, and the IMF extends credit based on the victim's intellectual
property assets.
The
banks give credit to the Federal Government Subcontractors (both
foreign corporations in the business of providing government services)
based on your assets which are held and mortgaged to provide all this
credit to the government subcontractors.
In
other words, the banks establish liens and mortgages on your assets to
raise credit (that also belongs to you) which they then fork over to the
government subcontractors without your knowledge or consent.
Thus, the banks indebt both you, and the government subcontractors, without investing a penny themselves.
They indebt you to pay the government subcontractor's debts, and indebt the government subcontractors to pay you back.
The
government subcontractors are corporations so they dump their
obligations to you by going bankrupt periodically. And leave you as the
"public" responsible for paying their debts.
They rob Peter to pay Paul and then rob Paul to pay Peter.
And you play the role of both Paul and Peter.
The
banks unleash their private agents from the Internal Revenue Service
and the IRS, respectively, to collect money from you to pay for all the
government's borrowing of credit that also belongs to you -- not the
banks.
The
government services corporations have unlimited credit based on your
assets and credit, and they get the benefit of both, while you take it
in the shorts both coming and going, having to pay and pay and pay,
simply to keep what's yours.
According
to them, your Mother waived your ownership of your natural birthright
estate when you were a baby only a couple weeks old.
She
was never told a word about this, and you were too young to know, but
your name was registered as a British Territorial franchise,
nonetheless.
This
gives the government services subcontractors the excuse they need to
"seize upon" your "abandoned assets" and "salvage them" for the owner
(you).
If you don't pay their accumulated debt, the banks that extended them your credit, seize your assets.
Everyone but you is happy.
The
banks invest nothing and confiscate all sorts of juicy private assets
and impose all kinds of bogus liens and mortgages every year. They hide
behind the IRS and never even appear as Parties of Interest in this
filthy little quid pro quo they drummed up in collusion with your
friendly government services providers.
The
government service providers have unlimited credit -- even though it's
based on your assets and credit raised off your assets without your
knowledge or consent, via an unconscionable private "citizenship"
contract you know nothing about.
If
you are sick and tired of being the goat in this situation and want the
banks and the service providers hauled up on a half shell, get busy and
contribute to your own government.
