Video: CHDTV: Dr. Meryl Nass & James Corbett - What Is Climate Agenda?

Credit to Children's Health Defense

On its surface level, the environmentalism movement seems harmless to some and necessary to others. But by digging a little deeper, darker motives start to bubble up. James Corbett and Dr. Meryl Nass return for another edition of ‘Good Morning CHD’ to discuss what James calls an “inherently anti-human, Malthusian agenda.”

One Lawyer Equals 3,000 Reams Of Paper

Once, a long time ago, I spoke before the District 3 School Board in Manhattan to plead  that it not retain a private lawyer when all the legal work a school district is legitimately  entitled to is provided free by the city's corporation counsel. In spite of this, the district  had allocated $10,000 to retain a Brooklyn law firm. This is standard technique with  boards everywhere which seek legal advice to get rid of their "enemies." They either  prefer to conceal this from the corporation counsel or fear such work might be rejected as  illegitimate. One school board member had already consulted with these same attorneys  on five separate occasions pursuing some private vendetta, then submitting bills for  payment against the school funds of the district. Sometimes this is simply a way to toss a  tip to friends.

Tragedy and Hope 101 The Illusion of Justice, Freedom, and Democracy Joseph Plummer: CHAPTER 3 The Network “Recovers” America

CHAPTER 3
The Network “Recovers” America

Two men, Cecil Rhodes and Lord Milner, played an indispensable role in the creation and expansion of the Network. Their actions changed the world forever, and for that reason no depiction of the Network (or modern history for that matter) would be complete without mentioning their names.

Likewise, two additional men played an indispensable role in helping the Network achieve one of its crucial goals: regaining control of the United States of America. The first man, Edward Mandell House, was clearly a willing and deceptive servant. The second man, President Woodrow Wilson, was almost certainly a well-meaning dupe. But before bringing these two additional characters into the story, let’s touch on why it was necessary for the Network to “recover” the United States and destroy its political and economic sovereignty.

Global Domination 101

There is always one nonnegotiable element in any plan to secure global domination: sovereign nations (truly independent nations) cannot be tolerated. Why? Because global domination is about centralizing all power into the would-be rulers’ hands. Independent nations impede this consolidation and disturb the proper chain of command.

Plastics in Food and Drinks Play Big Role in Annual $250 Billion Healthcare Tab

Exposure to just four types of plastic costs the U.S. healthcare system nearly $250 billion per year, according to a study in the Journal of the Endocrine Society. The majority of adverse health effects involved the endocrine system, but investigators also found cancer, childhood development delays and IQ deficits.

Illnesses caused by plastics and their chemical ingredients cost the U.S. healthcare system $249 billion per year, or 1.2% of gross domestic product, according to a study in the Journal of the Endocrine Society.

Most of the harm came from ingesting just three plastics in contaminated foods and beverages. The most significant effects were related to the endocrine system.

The study’s goal was to estimate the health risks of these materials from products with high human exposure — plastics ingested or encountered through foods, drinks and objects around us.

Understanding these associations, the authors said, will lead to strategies for reducing their harmful effects.

Singling out the top four culprits

Plastics belong to a broad chemical class known as polymers — long-chain molecules consisting of hundreds or thousands of repeating chemical units, or monomers. In chemical jargon, mono means “one” and poly means “many.”

Many polymers exist in nature. For example, starches and cellulose are made of repeating sugar monomers, but the authors of the study considered only those that were completely or partially synthetic.

MMR Vaccine Debate Heats Up as Media Claim ‘Vaccine Hesitancy’ to Blame for Recent Outbreaks

As major news outlets linked reports of measles cases in the U.S. and U.K. to declining vaccine rates, experts told The Defender that case numbers in the U.S. have been extremely low for decades and the very minor variations in vaccination rates do not make a difference.

Miss a day, miss a lot. Subscribe to The Defender's Top News of the Day. It's free.

Measles outbreaks are in the news again.

In the U.S., local health departments and media reported about 16 cases of measles between December 2023 and January. The outbreaks occurred in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Georgia and Washington.

In the United Kingdom, the UK Health Security Agency reported 209 cases between January and November 2023 and about 319 cases between October 2023 and the present.

Media blamed international travel and declining vaccination rates among children as “probably” behind the outbreaks.

But Dr. Liz Mumper, a pediatrician, told The Defender it doesn’t make sense to assume the unvaccinated are to blame. She said cyclical outbreaks still occur even in populations with nearly 100% vaccination, such as college students.

Dr. Paul Thomas, a retired pediatrician and author of “The Vaccine-Friendly Plan: Dr. Paul’s Safe and Effective Approach to Immunity and Health-from Pregnancy Through Your Child’s Teen Years Paperback,” told The Defender some cases of measles are reported every year. Despite the hype around the recent outbreaks, he said, “There have not been any significant measles outbreaks in the U.S. for decades.”

The largest recent national spike in measles cases occurred in 2019 when 1,274 cases were reported, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It was the worst year for measles in the U.S. since 1992.

4629-4630: International Public Notice: The Constitutions Are in Effect from Lincoln County Watch

 By Anna Von Reitz

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents

The Federal Constitutions -- all three of them -- have always been service contracts between the State Citizens and the Subcontracting Principals.

Any other understanding of them that you may have had growing up, and most especially, any idea that Americans live under the Constitutions, is incorrect.

Americans live under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence; our Federal Employees live under the Constitutions.

Constitutions by definition are debt agreements; someone agrees to do some service or other, and another party agrees to pay for it.

That is precisely what you observe in the Federal Constitutions.

Section 9 — Grand Theories and “Responses” Debunked
There are many people out there milling around, most of them are well-intentioned and some think they have “the” answer. Some are Disinformation Agents as described in “7 Discipline”.
I started life as a mathematician and for me, the numbers have to add up and the logic has to follow through and each quantity has to — at least eventually — be known.
The simple facts are these:

  1. our actual government — which we are owed — is not fully operational;
  2. it is not functioning as it should because it was never fully restored after the Civil War;
  3. we have not restored it, because we were not informed that it needed to be restored — certain parties profited themselves by keeping that obscured;
  4. now that we have a grasp of the actual situation, we have the means to restore the government we are owed in our hands and all we need to do, is do it.

Nobody can complain about us taking care of our own business, and there are a great many people worldwide who will feel relieved and reassured that the people of this country finally woke up and are taking control again.

Of relevance to the crimes currently committed by the Netanyahu government against the People of Palestine, we bring to the attention of our readers the 2013 Judgement of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, an initiative of former Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, who headed the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (KLWCC).

On a personal note, I was a signatory of the Kuala Lumpur Declaration to Criminalize War (2005). I was subsequently invited to become a member of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission (KLWCC) which was created in 2007.

I should mention that the indictment directed again the State of Israel was the object of sabotage.

Paul Craig Roberts.

The Biden Regime’s threats to Texas for daring to protect America’s borders leads me again to thoughts about the so-called “civil war,” which was an invasion of a country, the Confederate States of America, by the United Stares of America, a false name as the states were disunited by the Morrill Tariff.

What was at stake was economic interests.  The North intended to use the South to bear the tax burden of northern development and prosperity at the expense of the South’s impoverishment. The battle had gone on for decades prior to the War of Northern Aggression, almost resulting in armed conflict in the decades prior to 1861.  It was the Morrill Tariff  passed by the US Senate on March 2, 1861, two days before Lincoln’s inauguration, endorsed by Lincoln in his inauguration address, that provoked secession by the Southern states targeted for economic exploitation as they lacked the votes in Congress to prevent  the passage of the Morrill Tariff.

How Yemen’s 'Asabiyya' Is Reshaping Geopolitics

When there is a general change of conditions,

It is as if the entire creation had changed

and the whole world been altered,

as if it were a new and repeated creation,

a world brought into existence anew.

— Ibn Khaldun

Yemen’s Ansarallah resistance forces have made it very clear, right from the start, that they set up a blockade in the Bab el-Mandeb and the southern Red Sea only against Israeli-owned or destined shipping vessels. Their single objective was and remains to stop the Gaza genocide perpetrated by the Israeli biblical psychopathy. The Israel Lobby and U... Walt, Stephen M. Best Price: $12.45 Buy New $13.32 (as of 12:01 UTC - Details)

As a response to a morally-based call to end a human genocide, the United States, masters of the Global War Of Terror (italics mine), predictably re-designated Yemen’s Houthis as a “terrorist organization,” launched a serial bombardment of underground Ansarallah military installations (assuming US intel know where they are), and cobbled together a mini-coalition of the willing that includes its UK, Canadian, Australian, Dutch, and Bahraini vassals.

Without missing a beat, Yemen’s Parliament declared the US and UK governments “Global Terrorist Networks.”

Now let’s talk strategy.

With a single move, the Yemeni resistance seized the strategic advantage by de facto controlling a key geoeconomic bottleneck: the Bab el-Mandeb. Hence, they can inflict serious trouble on sectors of global supply chains, trade, and finance.

In Defense of Stating the Problems Facing Us

In Defense of Stating the Problems Facing Us

“As regards intellectual work it remains a fact, indeed, that great decisions in the realm of thought and momentous discoveries and solutions of problems are only possible to an individual, working in solitude.”

Sigmund Freud, Group Psychology and the Analysis of the Ego

I am completely sick and tired of all those who concentrate only on pretending to have solutions for all life’s problems, mostly political problems, for large swaths of people, while condemning those of us who strive to outline the real problems in light of the fact that only each individual can solve his own dilemma. The problems of voluntary slavery and totalitarian servitude cannot be solved by any one person or group of people attempting to come up with general solutions for everyone. Any expectation that these attempts could actually be achieved is completely ridiculous, unless each individual first cures himself. No one can solve the problems of others unless he helps and improves himself first, and then acts on that improvement so as to be a guide for others. Any notion otherwise is conditioned on stupidity, arrogance, or force.

1. Taylor Swift everywhere and always on message

Have you noticed how Taylor Swift has been EVERYWHERE for a while now?

Well, this week she totally accidentally wandered into the internet censorship debate, when AI-rendered pornographic images of her totally accidentally “went viral” online.

Within hours fans were forcing the “protect Taylor Swift” hashtag to trend, and then Twitter banned all searches for her on their platform.

Already the incident is prompting headlines like this

Or this…

I’m not going to explain the rhetorical mechanics of this entirely contrived situation. It’s too obvious.

Hector Of The Feeble-Mind

See thirteen-year-old Hector Rodriguez 1 as I first saw him: slightly built, olive-skinned,  short, with huge black eyes, his body twisting acrobatically as he tried to slip under the  gated defenses of the skating rink on the northern end of Central Park one cold November  day. Up to that time I had known Hector for several months but had never really seen     him, nor would I have seen him then but for the startling puzzle he presented by  gatecrashing with a fully paid admission ticket in his pocket. Was he nuts?

This particular skating rink sits in a valley requiring patrons to descend several flights of  concrete steps to reach the ice. When I counted bodies at the foot of the stairs, Hector was  missing. I went back up the stairs to find Hector wedged in the bars of the revolving  security gate. "You little imbecile," I

Law and Antilaw: 1995 report by Constitution Society

1995 - Law and Antilaw (Constitution Society)

From Constitution to Emergency Rule

The establishment of the U.S. Constitution in 1789 and its Bill of Rights in 1791 was a fundamental innovation in jurisprudence. It introduced the first constitutional republic, with a written constitution that superseded the Common Law that preceded it, while incorporating that part of the Common Law not in conflict with it, and provided that all subsequent statutory law and official acts must be based on its provisions and not in conflict with it. Any statute or official act not so based, or in such conflict with it, was to be considered unconstitutional, and null and void from inception.

Unfortunately, despite the nominal commitment to compliance with the Constitution, legislators and officials have failed to comply with it in many instances. Most of these instances were justified as necessary to deal with perceived crises, especially war and depression. Some of these instances include the Dick Act of 1903 and the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.
