5468: Things for All Assembly Members to Be Aware of. from Lincoln County Watch

When people start gossiping, tell them firmly and politely that gossip is not part of our customs and community government tradition.  And turn your back on them. Literally.  If they start again or continue, just shake your head and shift your attention away and make it clear that gossip is not acceptable and not appropriate in an Assembly. 

Our American Government is not incorporated at any level.  Sovereign governments cannot be incorporated by definition.  Our towns and cities are not incorporated, our counties are not incorporated, our States are not incorporated.  

Our Government has sovereign immunity. Corporations do not. 

Our Government separates church and state.  While we tolerate all religions, and while it is common practice for a prayer or moment of remembrance to take place before our meetings officially commence, our Government is NOT a theocracy and there should be no religious or ritual practices in any of our proceedings.  

If anyone starts pushing any religion and bringing it into our meetings they must be educated about the separation of church and state. If they continue to push religion they must be given time outs until they correct.  

Brits can't restore our American Federal Republic for us and they never had a Federal Republic of their own to restore.  All they could possibly do would be to create a new British Territorial "Republic" and try to substitute this in a cuckoo bird fashion for the American Federal Republic.  

This entire effort of ours is not about numbers and we don't need numbers to bring our claims to fruition.  For us, this is about inheritance, birthrights, and assets.  Whether there are 100 heirs or ten makes no difference.  

Please note that unlike private estate settlements, you don't get more individually if there are fewer heirs --- so don't let self-interested thinking enter in.  A handful of little old ladies are not going to get control of their State Trust just because they are heirs.  

Bring home as many Americans as you possibly can. 

Our public employees are concerned about numbers because they choose to live in a democracy; our American Government is not and has never been a democracy; ours is a guaranteed "republican form of government".  

Everyone has a right to participate in our form of government, which is a public institution, so long as they do so "peaceably".  As public institutions are public, you can't pick and choose members and you can't run an Assembly like a private club.  

Avoid and resist bureaucratic or militaristic thinking.  We are here to restore our traditional community-based government, not recreate our own version of the evil bureaucracies we have left behind.  Such things as "Standard Operations Manuals" that micromanage activities might have limited application in the Militia, but don't belong in a civilian government.  

Also, please note, our form of Government is simple and direct.  We are leaving behind the foreign convoluted court system and all but a tiny, tiny fraction of the 80 million codes, regulations, and statutes the foreign public employees suffer under.  

Do not fall into the assumption that you need to dictate and legislate what everyone else is supposed to do.  This is a different government and you have a different role to play. 

Your role as Employers is to tell your Employees what you want done, and if necessary, how you want them to do it, by forwarding explicit instructions to the State of State Legislature.  

It isn't your job to do the work.  It's your job to define what the work is and provide your public employees with any necessary instructions.  

Only about 12% of the current population is legitimately some form of Federal Citizen working for either the Civil Service or Military Service, but because of the Birth Registration Scam, many millions of Americans have been misidentified as Federal Employees or Dependents. The bulk of those Americans are totally unaware that they have been "redefined" in this manner and need to be told. 

We are seeking systemic remedy for everyone and an end to many evils and misapplications of law in this country--- and we are beginning to see results.  It's because we are exposing the rats and what they've been doing here.  

As a result, the IRS and DOJ have lost federal enforcement powers (Moore v. United States, 2024).  The IRS, the Registration Scam, and the Driver License Scam are on the way out along with the Medical Mafia and the Surveillance State. 

That's thanks to you and millions of other Americans waking up and taking action.  So, take a bow.  Appreciate each other and what you are accomplishing together.  

Unlike the "unverified" accounts of trials at Gitmo and other narratives you can be sure of your own efforts.  

Our Counties are vested with a sacred trust and are the level of government mostly closely in touch with the people, but they can only act upon national level issues and local issues within their own borders.  If you want to address international matters, you need to put on your "State Assembly" hat.  

All American State Nationals are naturally eligible to join both their County and their State Assemblies, and both Assemblies must work together like your right and left hand to accomplish the work of self-governance.  

There is no "competition" between the powers of the County and the powers of the State, as they exist in different jurisdictions. 

Some people have the wrong-headed idea that a County can take over a State or vice versa.  Instead of being in conflict or competition, the County and State Assemblies are interdependent.  

So if you have some hothead who gets angry at the State Assembly and thinks that they are going to take their bat and ball and go start a County Assembly and "get their way" --- it ain't happening. 

Getting your way is what babies want, and some people who have grown up in the Nanny State are so deeply indoctrinated and fixated on the idea that "government" is the source of the largesse they want to suck on, they can't let go of the concept.  

When they find out that the only teat available is the one they are providing for themselves, it comes as a great revelation: "Oh, you mean....I am paying for this?"  

Yes, you are paying for it all, including the jackboots on your neck. 

Oh. 

Delusional thinking combined with belief in free lunches has to be combatted starting the moment a new member walks through the door.  

Many people come onboard to get something back -- their freedom, their security, their "rights" -- and some also come looking for financial restitution.  It's true that we all aim at those outcomes, and yet with those worthy goals come great responsibilities. 

When you answer the question, "Who's in charge of this mess?" and the answer is, "I am!" --- well, welcome home.  You have to wash your own dishes, mow your own lawn, and make decisions for yourself. 

There is no Nanny State here to wipe your nose and pay your bills. You must learn to self-govern your tongue and your family budget, your opinions and beliefs, with equal rigor.  

The Old No-Nonsense Republic offers freedom and opportunity, but it comes at a price. That price includes thinking for yourself and taking responsibility for yourself.

It has recently been reported that some unknown persons in Florida have commandeered the Assembly and demanded that members give them their Global Family Bank account numbers and username

passwords.  

We can only advise that you change your passwords immediately before the system goes live.  This is a potential crime in progress.  No Assembly has any authority to demand your personal banking information and that should be obvious.  

This is a good example of what we mean.  People have to learn to recognize and resist False Authority and also resist the temptation to exercise any such authority themselves.  We have to tighten up our logic sensors, so that we are no longer "programmed to obey" when unreasonable demands are placed on us.  

Going along to get along is what turned the German people into Nazis and what led to Jake Spoon swinging from the end of a rope. 

In this world, we can take nothing for granted, not authorities, and not results. Until the living people of the world have wrestled back control over their own property and lives, we will be dealing with deceit and impersonators and every kind of criminality. 

Last but not least, realize that our public employees at the Federal level live under the requirements and limitations of their service contracts --- the Federal Constitutions.  We do not.
