5141-5143: International Public Notice: Egregious Harm from Lincoln County Watch

We
have reviewed the various ways and means by which "our" government has
been usurped upon by Federal Employees operating in Breach of Trust and
Contract. Both the British Territorial U.S. Citizens and the Roman
Municipal citizens of the United States (Civil Service) have colluded
against their employers, the State Citizens of this country---
directly--- since 1937.
The
roots of this situation go back over 300 years and span continents.
These crimes against us and our government are almost coincidental in
that the same crimes have been applied to many other countries, too.
While we have been misused and abused as unknowing cheap mercenaries,
and other people have been our victims, the actual criminal masterminds,
banks and corrupt military officers and corrupt politicians, have
consistently evaded detection and punishment.
Crimes
of personage and barratry have been central to the success of this
scheme which has aimed at the establishment of a new and terrible form
of government: Corporate Feudalism, in which faceless, soulless and
largely unaccountable corporations would rule over living men, and for
their own pleasure and profit, turn our lives into living hell.
This
requires us to dissolve the corporations responsible for all this
malfeasance and requires us to punish the men responsible for the
existence of corporations which have been allowed to wage war for
profit, governments which have supported this, and CEOs who have acted
as undeclared privateers against the interests of their customers and
employers.
These
white collar criminals are criminals nonetheless, and their crimes have
resulted in murder, mayhem, theft and misery on a scale that is
unimaginable.
Over
the next several months you will witness governments and government
structures being defunded, debanked, exposed, individual politicians
arrested, and almost incomprehensible reorganization and restructuring
of government functions. The size of government and the range of its
activities will be greatly reduced and the grossly bloated government
budgets trimmed and disciplined.
This
will take place in tandem with mammoth expansion of oil resource
development and mining for Rare Earth Minerals. There will also be a big
push to gain control over vital commodities that in fact belong to
everyone --- water, air, and land, especially agricultural land, because
these immoral men seek to use food and water as weapons of coercion.
It's
time for the rest of us to turn the tables and not be deceived any
longer about any of this. These corporations are not our governments
and their leaders are not our Heads of State.
We are not their debtors; they are our debtors, instead.
The egregious harm that they have done to the Earth and to all of us, must be addressed.
In the months to come, many welcome acts of abatement will come.
Illegal
taxes will be removed, illegal mortgages, too. Many of the most
terrible scourges of these corporate regimes will be removed altogether,
or extensively redefined and limited. We may say good-bye to the
misnamed "Department of Justice" and the "Internal Revenue Service" and
the State-level "Child Services" predators.
All
this is most welcome, but we keep our eyes on the prize. The illegal
occupation of our country by usurping foreign business interests has to
end. Commodity rigging and monopoly interests have to be suppressed and
recognized for what they are: criminal obstructions to free trade.
Likewise, the banking and court systems have to be completely overhauled
and reformed.
Agencies like FEMA, must be redefined and serve the public good, or be disbanded.
Not
one in a million Americans knows that FEMA's actual job is "Continuance
of Government" meaning the Roman Municipal Government --- not
continuance of the people paying for that government, nor any kind of
disaster relief. The secrecy and self-serving purposes of these
organizations must be exposed and appropriate steps taken to put an end
to confusion about the nature of these agencies, their purpose, and who
or what benefits from them.

About North Carolina

It
has been very chaotic in North Carolina the last two months. Many
terrible things have happened in the State and both communication and
transportation have been badly impacted in many places. This has
exacerbated various communication and opinion problems that already
existed in The North Carolina Assembly.
Everyone
is reminded that all Americans living permanently within the physical
borders of the State are eligible to join the Assembly. This
automatically appears to exclude Federal Employees who are temporarily
adopting foreign status and are living in the State as "residents" under
The Residence Act, but even they can "return" to claim their birthright
identity as Dual Nationals and be counted as State Nationals, (but can not serve as State Citizens until they quit Federal Service or retire).
Everyone
is reminded that these organizations are public government
organizations and are not private clubs. There is nothing sacred about
anyone's opinion and nobody is specially empowered to lord it over
anyone else. Coordinators are not CEO's and do not exercise that kind
of Executive Power. Ideally, there should be several Coordinator
volunteers in every State, collaborating as a team to get the various
functions of the State up and working.
North
Carolina is trying to get reorganized with a Coordinator Team in place
and they are trying to muddle through issues like proper elections,
re-establishing connections with everyone, clearly communicating about
disaster-related issues, helping each other, accounting for resources,
safe storage for records and much more.
Recently
a misunderstanding occurred -- an understandable misunderstanding --
and concerned members of the Assembly removed the State copy records
from their normal storage. The records are safe, they are not being
used for any improper purpose, and they are not being sold to anyone for
any purpose. They are simply in a different storage.
The records weren't "stolen" and nobody needs to be overly concerned or upset.
We would appreciate it if everyone would kindly stop making assumptions and spreading rumors and taking improper actions.
We
are here to help North Carolina get back on its feet, but it is
necessary for all the Coordinators to do their jobs, and when they don't
know the proper process --- ask. That's why the Summoning Authority
exists.
There is a right way and a wrong way to do everything, and we owe it to each other to get it right.

The Sheep and the Goats

Earlier
this week, I gave everyone a heads up on the shift in cosmic energies
and the increase in the solar wind --- the huge river of hydrogen ions
flowing past us from the sun --- that inevitably accompanies the
clock-like change in our solar system's position in the galaxy. We are
now, literally, in "The Age of Aquarius" and an energetic field that is
diametrically opposed to the shifting, uncertain, deceptive energetic
field of "The Age of Pisces".
Jesus,
speaking at the beginning of the Age of Pisces, clearly told his
disciples that, "My kingdom is not of this Age." These are certainly
the end times of the Age of Pisces, and we are left to wonder ---
especially with all the other things that are happening --- is Aquarius
the Age where the teachings of Jesus and his kingdom can finally be
realized?
I am certainly not the only one who notes the "times and the seasons" and ticks off prophecy after prophecy being fulfilled.
Today,
to help everyone get oriented in the new energy field and consolidate
their understanding of what we will all be experiencing in the days to
come --- and I mean soon --- I want to share the most succinct and
scripturally sound explanation of the process we are going through that I
have ever found:
In
the New Testament this is referred to in analogy as the Good Shepherd
separating the sheep from the goats, but this same symbolic process
appears in the Torah as well.
This
is, indeed, where each of us must make a choice, and where a separation
will occur, as good and evil polarize and separate like oil and water,
like sheep and goats, those who align with truth and those who align
with falsehood.
Some
popular movements describe this in terms of energetic frequency, with
the "higher frequency" ascending and the "lower vibrations"
descending.
However you think of this separation, it is happening before your eyes. Take courage.
The
Evil Ones among us will no longer be able to hide in the ambiguous
energy field that was available like a smokescreen during the Age of
Pisces. Now, everything will be laid bare and made apparent. No secrets
will stay hidden, and in part, this is because the Evil Ones think that
they are safe and in control and no longer have to hide.
Imagine
their dismay when they realize that they are not in control; instead,
they have been drawn out into the open and identified.
The
justice of God is not like the justice of men. We muddle along, we
make rules to try to control ourselves, we struggle to discern good and
evil, but the Author of All doesn't have to struggle. For better or
worse, we will know ourselves, and finally know the difference between
good and evil. It will be obvious.
When
contemplating the massive resources that evil has amassed in its
service, the guns, the tanks, the drones, the planes, the missiles, the
poisons, the bombs, the bioweapons, the government apparatuses and
bureaucracies, the surveillance networks, the money, the polluted
genome, the poisons injected into us and into our food, the whole sorry
condition of our world, it's natural to be scared and feel helpless.
We've seen what these Liars do.
But,
we are told, that the Living God himself, will take vengeance for us,
and will bring to ruin those who are ruining the Earth. The Evil Ones
will not succeed. All their might will be brought to nothingness. All
their plans and schemes will be exposed and overturned.
Those who have learned the lessons of good and evil, and who have chosen good, will pass the test.
We
know these things must come to pass. We know that not everyone will be
able to progress beyond this point. They will be lost as a result of
their own choices, but this is the price of abundance and peace and
goodness for all generations to come, that Evil will be cast out,
separated, so that only those of goodwill remain with us.
So be of good cheer and at peace in mind and heart, knowing that your deliverance is sure and so is the outcome for the Earth.
Faith
is not knowing what the future holds, but knowing who holds the
future. Focus your attention on all that is just, all that is healthy,
all that is pure, all that is good. Hold fast to these things, as you
would hold fast to a lifeline in a tossing sea.
