Revision of the Three Golden – Rules of Chlorine Dioxide
People need to be taught about what chlorine dioxide is and how to use it because it is one of the most wonderful and useful medicines on the planet. It should always be remembered that NASA in 1988 called chlorine dioxide “The Universal Antidote,” and it is indeed a universal medicine that everyone should know about. Only fools refer to it as bleach. Might as well call table salt bleach just because it has a chloride atom in it. Chlorine dioxide is ClO2, and salt is NaCl. Chlorine is Cl2.
Once upon a time, because doctors dropped the ball on chlorine dioxide, a non-medical person named Jim Humble championed this simple substance that water professionals and dentists love but the FDA hates. Now millions of Americans, thanks to him, about 4% of the population, according to a recent poll, are using it and having great success treating medical problems from A to Z.
He established three golden rules that apply to both MMS (chlorine dioxide in a more chemical form) and to CDS, which is pure chlorine dioxide gas dissolved in water (which I prefer over MMS). However, some experts prefer the opposite. With MMS the un-activated sodium chlorite keeps on going into the digestive system and gets deeper into the body and lasts longer.
Yes, I am biased in favor of CDS when some experts say “I would always advise people to try MMS first. I would also tell them that if the taste were too bad or if it causes stomach upset, to change to CDS and try that.” I of course would say the exact opposite.
When treating oneself with a full protocol of healing agents, it makes more sense, medically speaking, and is less complicated, to use the CDS form of chlorine dioxide because of its rapid deployment into the blood through the stomach wall. When one wants to put all one’s eggs in one basket, meaning use chlorine dioxide as a standalone cure all then by all means use the MMS form.
What this chapter is about is updating Jim Humble’s original rules. They need to be changed and deepened for them to make sense when chlorine dioxide is utilized in a full system of natural medicine. The original golden rules are focused on the use of chlorine dioxide as a standalone miracle medicine, which to be honest it practically is. However, there are many things that it does not do. It will not, for instance, protect a person from the ill effects of EMF radiation. Its not an antidote to 5G, which is badly needed in a world adding more and more dangerous radiation into our environments.
Rule Number One: Getting Better? Do not
change anything. Continue what you are doing.
Rule number one as originally presented is slightly myopic. Everyone wants to get better and when we do it does not mean we have to close our eyes to other equally important things for our health other than just chlorine dioxide. For some reason, too many people entering into the use of chlorine dioxide are led to believe that chlorine dioxide is the answer to everything when it is not. Chlorine dioxide will not address magnesium, selenium, bicarbonate, glutathione, and iodine deficiencies. But it will offer miracles when used correctly.
Imagine starting chlorine dioxide in a severely magnesium-deficient body. Or a highly acidic body. Or a body with severely depleted antioxidant defenses. If one is just starting on chlorine dioxide it’s good to look at what else we need to do to get better safer results right from the beginning. If glutathione levels are too low it will be rough going when chlorine dioxide starts to detoxify the body.
According to rule two, if you feel worse, cutting back on the doses of chlorine dioxide one is taking is not going to do much if the real needs of the body are not addressed. Think about the basics of life and cover your bases with what your body really needs and put effort into breathing perfectly for at least a few minutes every day.
However, in relation to your dose of chlorine dioxide, yes cut back if you are feeling uncomfortable side effects. Better yet is to start slowly, using Jim Humble’s starting protocol for MMS and Andreas Kalcker’s starting protocol for CDS, especially the first few days unless one’s needs are dire for instance when one comes down with Covid or any other nasty infection. Normally it is best to test the waters just like you would put a toe in a hot bath to see how hot it is, however, one would not do that with antibiotics. I recommend CDS over MMS because adverse reactions are rarer with pure gas dissolved in water.
Rule number three is like rule two it just differs in that a person is not feeling worse but not better either. The suggestion is to increase chlorine dioxide doses. That might help but other important bodily needs always need to be addressed so it’s a good time to see what basic need you are not addressing.
Thus, we evolve the three golden rules. I know it’s blasphemy to some but sometimes it is necessary to rock the boat. The original golden rules do not speak about sound responsible medicine. Not safe medicine either since sometimes one needs to break the golden rules by stopping chlorine dioxide completely, at least for a while.
I had a patient whose belly went to 9 months pregnant size within three days of starting chlorine dioxide on low doses. The correct medical response is to tell a patient to stop doing what is hurting them. Of course, she can start again when her body is more ready so a new golden rule could be IF REACTIONS ARE INTENSE STOP, AND INCREASE ANTIOXIDANT STATUS. Stop and concentrate on the use of bicarbonates, magnesium, iodine, and selenium. Employ PEMF therapy dedicated to putting out Shuman waves which will provide energetic harmony to the body and offer protection from dangerous radiation.
Chlorine dioxide in the CDS form is rapidly neutralized by your body. It’s only in an active form for about 15 minutes, thirty minutes tops. This is why we must take multiple hourly doses throughout the day. In some dire medical situations, we can take doses for a few hours every 15 minutes for faster more emergency effects.
The most important factor in creating proper pH is increasing oxygen because no wastes or toxins can leave the body without first combining with oxygen. The more alkaline you are, the more oxygen your fluids can hold and keep. Oxygen also buffers/oxidizes metabolic waste acids helping to keep you more alkaline.
The quickest way to increase oxygen and pH is through the administration of sodium bicarbonate and that is why bicarbonate has always been a mainstay in emergency rooms and intensive care centers. Of course, when we increase oxygen and pH levels, we are simultaneously increasing cellular voltage.
So, the most basic rule of chlorine dioxide use is to alternate during the day between doses of sodium, potassium, and magnesium bicarbonate on one hand and chlorine dioxide on the other. These should be taken 15 to 30 minutes apart. One can take a dose of chlorine dioxide at eight in the morning, bicarbonates at eight-thirty and then back to chlorine dioxide at nine. If mixed at the exact same time chlorine dioxide will lose between 25 to 50 percent of its potency.
Conclusion
“The Secret of Life is both to feed and nourish the cells and let them flush their waste and toxins”, according to Dr. Alexis Carrell, Nobel Prize recipient in 1912. Dr. Otto Warburg, also a Nobel Prize recipient, in 1931 & 1944, said, “If our internal environment was changed from an acidic oxygen deprived environment to an alkaline environment full of oxygen, viruses, bacteria, and fungus cannot live.” Thus, a proper starting protocol combines bicarbonates with chlorine dioxide but even more perfect would see a person including magnesium which is the physiological oil of life, which I call The Lamp of Life.
That is one reason drinking magnesium bicarbonate super water throughout the day can be as important as taking chlorine dioxide. It offers one the perfect form of magnesium and the perfect form of bicarbonate though sodium bicarbonate still might be necessary for it will more powerfully raise oxygen levels throughout the body. And it still might mean other types of magnesium need to be used to get doses high enough for full therapeutic effect.
