Hundreds of thousands of people died caused by COVID-19 “vaccines” and hundreds of thousands died caused by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) “COVID-19 Treatment Recommendations” in the United States since 2021. Nearly 3,500 excess people died from acute renal failure in Massachusetts alone since 2021. More died from COVID-19 “vaccines” in Massachusetts. These are mass-casualty events not seen in a century. Our state and federal governments claim these are covid-caused deaths. Coquin de Chien, The Real CdC, proved otherwise many times in the past two (2) years. Politicians are not listening and have not acted to investigate. I am trying yet again to compel them to investigate the official, true, and factual information presented in my lawsuit against the state, in my two publications, and in my many podcast interviews. But this time, I am condensing it to this substack article using real names of decedents. These parents, brothers, sisters, sons, and daughters lost their lives due to government lies, deception, and purposeful murders. I made a decision to publicly use their names here in this article because politicians are killing more children and families by refusing to look at the evidence and by denying this is happening. Morally, I cannot let this continue without calling out the names of those murdered by government. The US District Court, District of Massachusetts tried to stop this information from being heard in EXHIBIT F of Beaudoin v Baker et al (2022). Express written evidence derived from official Commonwealth records is provided in this letter and further elucidated in THE CDC MEMORANDUM. ISSUES Am. 34 to S.2856 expands the emergency powers of the Commonwealth and local boards of health — powers not needed since 1691. Am. 34 further breaks the system; it does not fix it. Am. 34 was suggested by federal powers intending to subjugate Massachusetts citizens to the will of the federal government under the guise of administrative emergency power laws. Am. 34 is unconstitutional on its face as it attempts to bestow powers on entities who clearly do not understand rights and liberties. Local boards of health and the MA DPH trampled on the rights of citizens throughout the covid era. The result of emergency powers during the covid era, in using the Acts of 1950, meant for nuclear war or foreign invasion of Massachusetts, was that more than 4,000 Massachusetts residents were killed by “COVID-19 Treatment Recommendations” and COVID-19 “vaccines” as shown in the official state records of the Commonwealth. Am. 34 now intends to give more powers to central government that killed more people than covid is purported to have killed. You have a LEGAL DUTY to The People, not to the federal powers that solicited or coerced you to enact Am. 34, a clear violation of Constitutional and natural rights. Before passing Am. 34, you are now reminded that your office saddles you with a LEGAL DUTY to investigate when you are NOTIFIED that the public is in imminent danger of harm. You took this job and have this DUTY. Refusal to investigate can be a felony negative act. If you take a lifeguard job and watch a child drown because you don’t feel like getting wet, then you committed murder. Someone else in that job could have saved that child. Do the job you took. Seek personal legal counsel to verify the statements herein. This letter and the memorandum are meant to inform, not threaten. If you dutifully act on these facts, you ought have no concern. Death record is still fraudulent as it still has covid as root cause. 11/16/2021, Charles Casella, 48yo, only covid listed as cause-of-death, vax 11/12/2021 - died 4 days later at 48yo, no autopsy, no other information — WHY? Another vax death labeled covid? 01/18/2022, Cassidy Baracka, 7yo, only covid listed as cause-of-death, VAERS report of 7yo girl from MA injected 1/13/2022 reacted almost immediately with GI pain, bowel cessation, died on 5th day after vax — very likely Cassidy is the 7yo girl who died from vax — Investigate now! Likely another fraudulent covid death that should have been listed as a vax death. 12/24/2023, John Arne, 83yo, dementia, UTI, blunt force head trauma, recent vax, pos covid test. Died from head trauma, had both recent vax and positive covid test, death record states root cause is covid though. WHY? Other dementia patients had mental status changes after covid vax and died days later. Many vaxed fall and hit head. You have a LEGAL DUTY to investigate. Death records correlated with VAERS reports to ascertain vax dates 06/11/2021, Eden MacDonald, 17yo, CVST hemorrhagic stroke common to vax, VAERS report of 17yo girl from MA states she had a terrible headache from first dose covid vax, went to PCP twice, headache resolved, got 2nd dose 05/23/2021, died from “massive acute intracranial hemorrhage …” VAERS report entered 06/10/2021 one day before Eden died. Sure seems like the same girl. You have a LEGAL DUTY to investigate! 02/14/2022, Benjamin Carpenter, Jr, 48yo, cause of death pulmonary embolism, VAERS report states 48yo man in MA died 02/14/2022, injected 12/15/2021, onset of symptoms 01/01/2022 (17 days after vax), “blood clots in legs and lungs,” Benjamin surely same person in VAERS report. 08/29/2022, Amaya McDonough Rocha, 12yo, hemorrhagic stroke “cerebellar tonsillar and bilateral uncal herniation,” VAERS report of 12yo girl from MA died on 08/30/2022 [mistaken date of death entry by hours] died from “cerebellar tonsillar and bilateral uncal herniation,” injected 08/03/2022 with 4 vaccines, 3 in left arm (3rd dose Pfizer covid, meningococcal, TDAP), 1 in right arm (HPV). You have a LEGAL DUTY to investigate and confirm vax death. 01/23/2023, Ronald Rocha, 87yo, cardiovascular collapse, pneumonia, labeled covid as root-cause of death, VAERS record of an 87yo MA man died 01/20/2023 states injection date 01/19/2023, onset date 01/20/2023 (day after vax), “sent to hospital on 01/20/2023 for change in mental status …” Appears to be same man. No mention of vax on death record. You have a LEGAL DUTY to investigate. Likely double fraud … again. Likely vaccine deaths as told by acquaintances who insisted vax killed these people 12/22/2021, Abigail Sarom Fitzgerald, 20yo, eosinophilic myocarditis, friend of family said she was vaxed recently for college. Myocarditis is known to be caused by covid vaccines. Even the manufacturer admits it. Yet MA medical examiners refused to list it on the death record. WHY? 12/03/2022, Ian Shumaker, 11yo, cardiac arrhythmia, family member stated 3rd dose covid vax received only days earlier, family donated heart, when doctors pulled it out of his chest they could not use it because it was full of clots, otherwise healthy 11yo boy dies days after booster from clots in his heart and no mention of vax on the death record. WHY? These dozens of vax-caused deaths and material misrepresentations on records indicate that the Massachusetts medical examiners office is an enterprise engaging in a pattern of criminal fraud behavior to hide vaccine deaths from the public and attribute deaths to covid as a cause where covid had no causal relationship to death. Additionally, hundreds of documented fentanyl overdoses and blunt force trauma deaths can be provided by name for your investigation. There is no hiding from these facts. Since covid “vaccinations” began, cardiac arrest involved deaths are more than 3,000 in excess. Pulmonary embolism deaths are more than 500 in excess. Cardiac arrhythmia are more than 400 in excess. Several other clotting and bleeding causes are also hundreds in excess. Yet MA DPH chooses to hide vaccine deaths and not investigate them. Perform your LEGAL DUTY to investigate, else forever have your individual names recorded as violating criminal felony laws that bring death and maim to the citizens. Halt deliberation on Am. 34 until you verify all the facts herein. These facts elucidating the death and maim that result from government power overreach are the reason to stop these changes that agents of the federal government submitted to Commonwealth agents to submit to this 193rd General Court. Acute renal failure epidemic (aka, acute kidney injury, or AKI) Figure 1 below shows that excess 3,493 Massachusetts lives were taken involving AKI (“N17”) since November 2020. Excess AKI deaths are lowest in 2020 as AKI is not caused by covid. Figure 1 Figure 2 below shows you the total deaths involving AKI in Massachusetts during each calendar year on the left and then each fiscal year beginning July 1 on the right. Note the sharp increase. Figure 2 Before you try to blame covid for this AKI excess death epidemic, one of the worst health disasters in 100 years, please review Figure 3 below. Note that covid (“U071”) decreased dramatically, while AKI in Figure 2 increased dramatically. Covid is not the cause of AKI death. Figure 3 Recommendations for investigation Investigate and verify the facts in this letter and in THE CDC MEMORANDUM, including material misrepresentations that drove covid death tallies and vaccine-caused deaths hidden from death records and from the public. Investigate N17 Acute renal failure deaths. In legislative oversight of DPH, order that DPH provide the medical files of people ages 25-44 who died involving N17 AKI. In those files, find hourly vital signs, daily blood labs, creatinine levels, liver enzyme levels, imaging, medicaments administered after ordered and performed. Find vaccination dates and if vaccination status was prominently written on their medical charts. Determine if unvaccinated patients were treated differently than the vaccinated. From these records, you will determine the cause of AKI from the timeline of medicaments administered. No such study or investigation has yet been done despite ~155,000 excess AKI deaths in USA since November 2020. Remdesivir, baricitinib, and mechanical ventilation remain on the NIH treatment protocol. Many believe one or a combination of these is killing people. The federal government will not investigate the federal government. This DUTY lies with you. 3,493 excess people died in Massachusetts involving AKI. They deserve an investigation and you have a LEGAL DUTY to investigate. This is a mass casualty event. You cannot hide from it. This investigation is inexpensive and would only take a week or two. Thesis restated & Conclusion The facts and your LEGAL DUTY compel immediate and earnest investigation and a halt to deliberation on Am. 34. which further centralizes authority into the very federal hands who killed hundreds of thousands of Americans through covid treatment protocols and vaccines. You are NOTIFIED in your official capacities as members of the 193rd General Court of Massachusetts. The defense of IGNORANCE OF FACT is no longer available to you as a defense against criminal prosecution for the future deaths that result from refusal to investigate. SOVEREIGN and QUALIFIED IMMUNITY do not apply to criminal conduct. STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS do not generally apply to homicide crimes. If you do not investigate maim and death resulting from government-recommended protocols or medicaments, and if someone then dies causally attributed to those protocols or medicaments, and a reasonable time passed from receipt of this NOTICE, then you may be liable for murder, manslaughter, and other crimes. If you pass Am. 34 without investigating these facts, then you have abandoned your DUTY to The People.
