Vaccine risks for you or your child can range from zero to 100 percent depending upon the genes you were born with; your microbiome DNA; the environment you live in; your age and health at the time of vaccination, and the type and how many vaccines you get. 1 2
Vaccines are not safe or effective for everyone because we are not all the same and we do not all respond the same way to pharmaceutical products like vaccines. 3 4

Vaccinators Do Not Know If the Odds Will Be in Your Favor
The
doctor or nurse giving vaccines to you or your child does not know
whether the odds will be in your favor. You may get vaccinated and have
no reaction or your immune system and brain function could be severely
compromised. 9 10
The scientific literature is clear about that fact and so is Congress
and the U.S. Supreme Court, which have declared vaccines to be
“unavoidably unsafe” and shielded the pharmaceutical industry from
vaccine injury lawsuits. 11 12 13Since 1988, there have been thousands of children and adults in America who have suffered brain inflammation and other long recognized vaccine reactions and have been awarded $3 billion dollars in vaccine injury compensation. There are thousands more, who have been unable to secure federal compensation for their vaccine injuries. 14 15

Almost No Medical Condition Qualifies for Medical Vaccine Exemption
This cruel utilitarian rationale, also known as “the ends justifies the means,” has been used by public health officials and medical trade groups to narrow the medical vaccine exemption so that, today, almost no medical condition qualifies as an “official” reason (contraindication) for a doctor to grant someone a medical exemption to vaccination. 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 At the same time, there are no good biological mechanism studies or large clinical trials validating the safety of severely restricting the medical vaccine exemption. But, then, there is no independent oversight on the quality and quantity of the science used to make vaccine policies and laws in the U.S. either. 36 37 38Basically, the Centers for Disease Control now tells doctors that a medical vaccine exemption should only be granted if you are one of the estimated 320,000 children and adults annually receiving chemotherapy; 39 40 or one of the estimated 47,000 Americans who have had a recent organ or blood cell transplant; 41 42 or your child is one of the 40 to 100 children born every year with Severe Combined Immune Deficiency, known as SCID. 43
Once you are done with chemo, no medical vaccine exemption for you. Once you have recovered from your organ or blood cell transplant, no medical vaccine exemption for you. 44 And if you are immunosuppressed but don’t have SCID, the rarest and most severe of all immunodeficiency disorders, in most cases no medical exemption for you. 45
No Medical Exemption for Immune and Brain Disorders, Genetic Susceptibility
If you or your child are already suffering with autoimmune or brain disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, inflammatory bowel syndrome, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy or an immunosuppressive disease like HIV, no medical vaccine exemption for you. 46 47 48 49 50 51 52 53 54 55If you or your child have a family history of severe allergies, vaccine reactions, seizures, sudden infant death syndrome or serious autoimmune and neurological disorders, no medical vaccine exemption for you. 56 57 58 59 60 61 62 63 64
No Medical Exemption for Sickness, Many Previous Vaccine Reactions
If you or your child are sick at the time of vaccination with a fever or on antibiotics, no medical vaccine exemption for you. 65
If,
after vaccination, you or your child ran a 105-degree fever, collapsed
or had seizures and symptoms of brain inflammation followed by serious
health deterioration and you are still chronically ill but a doctor
disagrees that your continuing health problems were caused by
vaccination, no medical vaccine exemption for you. 66 67No Medical Exemption for Pregnancy, Siblings of Vaccine Injured, Premature Infants
If you are a pregnant health care worker and do not want to get a flu shot while you are pregnant because you do not want to risk a miscarriage, no medical vaccine exemption for you. 68 69If your child was injured or died after vaccination and you want to protect your other children from vaccine injury, no medical vaccine exemption for your children. 70 71
If your baby was born prematurely and is low weight and struggling to survive, no medical vaccine exemption for your infant. 72 73 74
Obey Liability Free Doctors’ Vaccine Orders Or Be Punished
For all practical purposes, the Centers for Disease Control and medical trade organizations now direct pediatricians and other vaccinators to deny the medical vaccine exemption to 99.99 percent of Americans. Although nobody can predict whether the odds will be in your favor, you are expected to obey doctors’ orders and get and give your children every government recommended vaccine – no exceptions and no questions asked - or be subjected to threats, coercion, discrimination and denial of medical care, education, and employment. 75Like drug companies selling vaccines, doctors giving vaccines are protected from vaccine injury lawsuits. If a doctor vaccinates you or your child against your will and you suffer a catastrophic vaccine reaction, you cannot seek justice in a civil court of law in front of a jury of your peers. 76 Without accountability or liability, there is strong incentive for vaccinators to implement government vaccine policy and deny vaccine harm - but little incentive to prevent vaccine harm.
Eliminating Non-Medical Exemptions to Blackmail Americans
Now public health and medical trade groups are pressuring legislators to pass laws that would not only eliminate non-medical religious and conscientious belief vaccine exemptions for children to attend school, 77 but also would require children to get every one of the 69 doses of 16 federally recommended vaccines - unless a parent can get a medical vaccine exemption from a doctor. 78 This vaccine dragnet, which is already being applied to health care workers, is also pulling in childcare workers and teachers as proposed new vaccine laws threaten them with loss of employment if they cannot find a doctor to write a medical vaccine exemption. 79 80 81 82Zealously pursuing a 99.99 percent vaccination rate and using very small groups of immune compromised individuals as an excuse to eliminate all non-medical vaccine exemptions, liability free doctors want permission from lawmakers to blackmail virtually every American into playing vaccine roulette. And they want to do this in the absence of sound vaccine safety science, even for those potentially at higher risk for suffering vaccine harm.
Philosopher and human rights advocate Elie Wiesel has said “When you take an idea or a concept and turn it into an abstraction, that opens the way to take human beings and turn them, also, into abstractions. When human beings become abstractions, what is left?” 83
Cruel and Inhuman to Last Degree
In 1905, when the U.S. Supreme Court in Jacobsen v. Massachusetts
affirmed the right of states to mandate smallpox vaccination, the Court
warned legislatures that it was not condoning vaccination of persons
for whom the medical procedure would be “cruel and inhuman to the last
degree,” adding that “all laws should receive a sensible construction.” 84The inalienable right to autonomy and free exercise of conscience to protect bodily integrity trumps the right of government to use our bodies for any purpose, which is why informed consent to vaccine risk taking and flexible medical, religious and conscientious belief vaccine exemptions must remain a legal right in America. 85

And, remember, even if you still think mandatory vaccination is a good idea, once you give up such a basic freedom, you can be sure that they will take even more. Next time, the government may be forcing you to do something against YOUR will. Here's part of a quote from C. S. Lewis:

I just wanted to say that we are getting kicked out of our pediatrics office as of June 1,2015 if we don't agree to vaccinate our kids. The pediatric office offered no apologies to us parents who have chosen to not vaccinate. They feel we are a threat to their patients who are newborn, or have cancer. Unbelievable. But it also shows they are not up to date with the recent events of the whistle blowers coming forth and saying how vaccinations do not work.
Stay strong parents and lets keep fighting and being the voice for our children. From my perspective, if my kids choose to take immunizations when they are older and on their own that is their choice. My husband and I agreed to not vaccinate our kids, and if we ever God forbid, lost a child to a incurable disease, we would still be at peace knowing we didn't inject them with cruel and harmful toxins on purpose.
We made this decision after I researched more and more on vaccines and found how harmful they really are. We do have two children who are fully vaccinated, and two who are not. What a noticeable difference. The two that are vaccinated get sick more then the two who aren't.
I just pray things don't head in the direction that Mike Adams from natural news says.

I have just 3 vaccines and I am perfectly healthy.
My boys 4 and 8 do not have any vaccines and they have a better immunity than other vaccinated kids. They are healthy and full of energy.
it is a very basic civil rights issue. The US government is taking
a very basic right away from us in this legislation. The destruction to our youth is egregious and should not be tolerated.

• How does this legislative body have the gall to try to enact a law that judges whether my religious beliefs are valid or not?

With all due respect, my religious belief is between me and God, not me and some bureaucrat. I answer to God, not to the government.
• The fact is: According to the U.S. Constitution, the government has no right to question my religious beliefs. The Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment guarantees me the right to worship as I choose and the government can't penalize me because of my religious beliefs.
Question: How did this legislation even come about? Is it a coincidence that this legislation is happening right here and right now, with 30+ other states trying to enact similar legislation?
It seems to me that this is a concerted scheme by the vaccine lobby. That's not a good enough reason to put my children at risk—and vaccines are not safe, nor very effective. In fact, if you or your child is injured or killed by a vaccine, you CANNOT sue the vaccine manufacturer. They have complete immunity from liability. So there is no incentive to produce a safe and effective vaccine. Parents need to learn about the vaccine business. It has nothing to do with the health of your children. It has everything to do with the health of drug company profits.

My family and I will leave this country, yes Dr. Richard, just like the Jews did prior to WWII, if it comes to mandatory vaccinations. My little Phoebe has also had seizures and should be exempt from vaccines according to the CDC and for that reason alone. The issue is that no doctor in this country is educated about vaccine injury and the most important question if subsequent vaccinations can/should be administered. This ignorance benefits the vaccine manufacturers tremendously and will be deadly for many children.
I cannot consider this country the "Land of the Free" as long as pharmaceutical companies rule our lives and our children's lives, aiming to take away the most basic freedom namely to decide to be vaccinated or not. Presumably sane and intelligent people cannot understand the simplest of facts that mercury, aluminum and the many other toxic ingredients in vaccines injected into a newborn or even an older child can and will do serious harm. Truly, this must be a form of insanity. Maybe their brains are so full of mercury and aluminum deposits that they can no longer think clearly. Politicians are swayed by lobbyists with financial rewards - that needs to be completely stopped! No politician should make medical decisions for his/her state and the entire country. It is not the job of the Government to make medical decisions for any of us. This is so blatantly motivated by money. Nobody would care whether our children are vaccinated or not if there weren't billions of dollars attached. It is so very obvious. In essence, profits before babies! Is this the kind of country we want to live in? America has many great people, that's what makes it a great country. But this pharmaceutical terror that's being perpetuated is EVIL TO THE CORE. I currently pray daily that this vaccine terror will backfire and destroy this whole industry. Where have the days gone when doctors protected us? What happened to your oath - dearest doctor? Gone out the window after you got your check from Merch or from any of the other gangsters? My little Phoebe, the love of my life, is developmentally delayed, can't walk due to balance issues. She has sustained brain damage and may even had a stroke (we are not sure). She is healing with therapy, love and lots of organic food and juices, mercury free high grade fish oil and vitamins. Phoebe is very smart and we hope she will fully recover eventually. And the irony is this: the profit Sanofi Pasteur made from the vaccines Phoebe received are far exceeded by the amount of money this country had to spend to help Phoebe recover and heal. Maybe they made 300 dollars profit from the vaccines injected into her but it cost over 100,000 dollars to keep her alive and help her recover. Does this Government not get it? By protecting the vaccine manufacturers they create thousands of patients in this country who will need thousands and hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical care. This country is already severely burdened by these expenses and they will increase. How DUMB are these people? Really?
I don't care about the money they have to spend, I just mentioned this to illustrate how dumb these politicians truly are and how much these expenses may effect all of us. It will also lead to rationing of medical care.
I am just so very upset that millions of children are affected by this toxic cocktail. Intelligent children who could bring this country to true excellence are hindered by heavy metals and toxins in their brain. Parents need to take a very strong, decisive and stern stance. Parents, do not be intimidated by a doctor! Stand your ground and fight for your child's right to grow up healthy without vaccines! Immunity does not come from a needle!
Sadly doctors these days are just churned out of med schools that are teaching out of date material as far as vaccine 'science' goes. Pharmaceutical companies seem to help fund these medical schools and journals. There is no independent thinking going on. That is strenuously discouraged in 'higher' education.
As long as critical and independent thinking is discouraged by the medical-industrial complex and huge dollars are spent by the pharmaceutical lobbyists to ram these freedom depriving laws down our throats, there will be no changes.
Interestingly and sadly enough, TN is the state with the highest baby mortality rate. The US should be prepared for a new wave of graduated medical students who are brainwashed by their medical schools to push for vaccines and belittle, intimidate, and bully parents into vaccinating their children.
They don't care about your medical or religious exemptions. One of my friends studying in med school said that they are allowed to refuse treating a patient if they refuse vaccines. So they are already preparing them on how to handle it, but they are never taught how to deal with a vaccine injured child.
If your child dies, they'll blame it on SIDS (which is made up). Then the autopsy report will hide the side effects from the vaccine, which is swollen or hard injection sites on the baby's skin and blood from the ears and mouth at the time of death. When your child dies from a vaccine that the doctor or nurse administered, they are not held responsible and cannot be sued EVER.
You are giving up your rights, when you give in to their bullying and they get paid handsomely for each vaccine that is given while your child suffers.

Editors note: So sorry to learn of your daughters reaction. Did your doctor document this adverse reaction, report it to VAERS and give you a medical exemption for future vaccinations?
Fortunately I have always had good primary care physicians for my two children. We planned to delay vaccines til age two. Just as my oldest child turned 2, he bumped his head hard on the ice rink and he developed absence seizures. We never vaccinated him eventhough his docs gently recommended at least a few of the vaccines.
Finally when he entered Kindergarten, his PCP, an Osteopathic Doc had a good conversation with me and once she learned of my previous history of harm from MMR and my son's seizure condition she made the very intelligent and sound decision to write him a medical exemption, which we review and rediscuss annually. The DO Doc also wrote an exemption for my daughter, "based on family history".
Now 2 years since our wise Doctor's decision. I read the article pasted below on Huffington Post. The new Surgeon General's response to concerns about the MMR vaccine in the wake of the California Measles outbreak. I was genuinely impressed with the SG's relatively progressive stance. I was MOST impressed with his wise list of those who should be medically exempt from vaccines. I pasted that list below.
After reading that, I told my PCP and she was very pleased and relieved to read this too. Relieved because as she told me she is under tremendous pressure from the Dept. of Health to increase their vaccine rates overall.
My son's rather arrogant neurologist who told us to "not be Flakes and vaccinate our epileptic son" also paused and asked for confirmation about the Surgeon General's recent comments regarding MMR exemptions.

How would a parent know if they need to ask about their child getting a medical exemption?
I encourage all parents to talk to their doctor or health care provider about vaccinating their children for measles. There are cases in which some children should delay or should not get the MMR or MMRV (Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella) vaccines and your doctor will be able to help guide you.
You should talk to your child's doctor if your child:
Has ever had a life-threatening allergic reaction to the antibiotic neomycin, or any other component of MMR vaccine
Has had a life-threatening allergic reaction to a previous dose of MMR or MMRV vaccine.
Has HIV/AIDS, or another disease that affects the immune system, or has a parent, brother or sister with a history of immune system problems
Is being treated with drugs that affect the immune system, such as steroids
Has cancer or is being treated for cancer with radiation or drugs
Has ever had a low platelet count, or another blood disorder, or has recently had a transfusion or received other blood products
Has a history of seizures, or has a parent, brother or sister with a history of seizures
Has received another vaccine within the past four weeks
The bottom line: Talk to your child's health care provider if you have any questions or concerns about vaccinations for your child.
Realize that in 1980, only nine vaccine doses were recommended by age six. By 2015, the expectation became fifty plus. Unbelievably, twenty are administered in just the first year! Most shocking is that prior to the 1980s, only fetal animal cell lines were used in vaccine formulations. Beyond then, HUMAN cells (from healthy aborted fetuses) have been utilized. At least eighty different aborted babies were involved in developing the rubella portion of the MMR. The final approved product contained cells cultured from two of them, cold-heartedly labeled MCR-5 and WI-38. The first cell line was derived from the lung tissue of a 14-week-old healthy male in Britain. The second, a 16-week-old female (20 cm long) who was aborted in Sweden because the parents felt they had too many children. The baby was packed on ice and sent to the U.S. (speculation suggests without consent – which was common) where it was dissected. The use of WI-38 cells is still a terribly lucrative, moneymaking business. Sadly, now there are other such recycled fetuses coarsely named WI-1, WI-44, HEK293, IMR-90, IMR-91 - and countless additional ones. God Almighty grieves!
Following is a list of some of the other little known ingredients in vaccines (The full one can be found on the CDC website). Understand that unlike oral medications, these injected vaccine substances are not filtered by the liver, but directly enter the bloodstream and even the brain. Notice as well that many of the doses contain common childhood allergens such as casein, corn, soy, egg, and red colorant. Additionally, though ‘deemed’ very safe and not required to be listed, peanut oil became widely used as an adjuvant by 1980. Although virtually unheard of prior, 1.5 million children now suffer from allergies to this legume – hundreds have even perished.
Partial Ingredient List: thimerasol (50% mercury), aluminum, E.coli bacteria, Clostridiium bacteria, antibiotics, monkey kidney cells, cow fetus and serum, insect cells, canine (dog) kidney protein, porcine (pig) gelatin, chick embryo cells, guinea pig cells, monosodium glutamate, ammonium sulfate, formaldehyde, alcohol, detergent, red colorant, hydrocortisone, casein (cow milk), yeast, dextrose (corn), egg proteins, and soy peptones
In conclusion, it is disturbing enough to learn about the excessive number of vaccine doses – further still of the many toxic ingredients in them; then far worse yet to be devastated upon becoming informed that many vaccines have been developed from aborted baby cells. The unimpeded abortion industry in itself has been an unparalleled holocaust – as all others from world history pale in comparison. Christians, above all, must arise and commit to pray (and vote) for this abomination to cease. We should also purpose to educate families – so that in the very near future a great majority will refuse injections of these damaging toxins and murderous remnants of the most precious and innocent of all human life!
