Each
book costs about $10-$20, depending on page count, for 8.5″x11″,
paperback, perfect-bound, black-and-white printing on 60#
paper. Ordering each book takes 5-10 minutes (uploading the PDF, etc.)
and most of that time is for designing the cover, which can be a simple
text box with the title of the book but must be the exact right
dimensions of front plus back plus spine, and the spine width varies by
page count. Clicking through the “design a cover” steps takes Lulu users
through removing images and text boxes from a template and then adding
images and text boxes for the project. |
