Here's
why your announcement about people having to undergo (successfully)
"brain wave training" prior to being able to access the new Med Bed
technology --- doesn't pass muster:
(1)
We've been hearing about these "Med Beds" for at least ten years and
there has never been any mention of any special training, much less
"brain wave" synchronization training, in all that time. This sudden
restriction and demand comes only at the same time that this
long-awaited technology is purportedly being deployed, so we raise our
hands and hold our noses;
(2)
These "Med Beds" have purportedly been wrested from the Evil Ones by
armed confrontation and were being used by and for the benefit of these
same Evil Ones prior to this. Do you actually expect us to believe that
men like this -- criminals and predators -- were all masters of
brainwave control and synchronization?
(3)
To us, this appears to be a last-minute limitation or restriction
holding the public hostage and requiring people to undergo some kind of
brain-washing program, probably tied to subliminal messaging hidden in
the "training";
(4)
This, in turn, appears to be attached to long term DARPA plans to
install "new software" in our brains to make us more docile and
controllable, and to insert new false beliefs to replace other older
false beliefs that can later be stimulated to predetermine our reactions
to a given stimulus--- as if we were Pavlov's dog;
(5)
In full view of "the Alliance" failure to protect millions of our
children, and failure to protect our bodies from ChemTrails, earlier
vaccine injections full of Mercury and Aluminum, Covid injections that
have polluted our genomes, poisons in our water and food, phony
mortgages, phony citizenship obligations, phony courts, phony taxes on
non-existent federal income, but all too actual evictions from our homes
and businesses and extremely realistic stints in "federal" jails and
jails run by federal franchise operations --- all while members of the
Alliance have been under contract to protect our persons (Article IV)
and render good faith service;

Obviously, these Med Beds had no such rarified calibrations that would
prevent them from treating the physical ills of the most depraved
individuals on this planet, so the idea that they are too exalted to
treat Grandma's bunions without her first becoming a guru is falling
flatter than a pancake at a wedding reception;
(7)
We, the living people and public of this country, have paid for
everything, including all the Black Ops programs we didn't know we were
funding. So by what leap of imagination does the Alliance presume to
dictate whether or not the public has access -- free and open access --
to all and any beneficial technology that has been captured?
(8)
From now on, our government needs to serve the living people, not the
corporations. For example, we aren't getting rid of the oppressive
SWIFT monopoly on world banking and financial transactions just to
accept QFS, an even more oppressive monopoly consolidation of the same.
We will take care of our own money, our own health, our own thoughts and
our own beliefs with no "help" from now on;

We are obviously aware of the intrigues and lawfare which have promoted
impersonation fraud against living people, and the system of barratry
that profits evil men from it --- we universally oppose the practice of
impersonating men as things and extend our objections to all our
"persons" in all jurisdictions;

We feel that in view of recent history, the Med Bed program should be
turned over to members of the medical community who stood up against the
Plandemic --- men and women like Bryan Ardis and Judy Mikovits, who are
trustworthy and who did the right thing even when it wasn't the popular
or profitable thing to do, people who sacrificed their careers and
resisted bribes and threats to tell the truth;

We also highly recommend that "the Alliance"--- while engaged in the
present clean up operations --- divest DARPA of all its patents and
repeal the "legislation" allowing government employees to take out
private patents on government-sponsored research. Divest them too,
beginning with Fauci. Seize the assets of all those who have profited
themselves by supplanting the Public Interest in public funded research.
While you are at it, get rid of the American Medical Association (AMA)
and all other organizations that have licensed occupations of common
right and imposed European Guilds in our country. They shouldn't even be
here;

It's the job of the States -- the actual States -- to direct the
operations of State Government and it is the job of their Federation to
direct operations in international jurisdiction; in the absence of the
Confederation it also falls to us to direct operations in global
jurisdiction --- as we have done before, 1776 to 1781. We are the
respective civilian authorities that you are supposed to be taking your
marching orders from, not the various federal Congresses;

If this is coming as a surprise to anyone, get out your copy of The
Constitution of the United States of America and The Federalist Papers
which detail the discussions leading up to the creation of the Federal
Government in this country;
(14)
At this moment, we need you all to be aware of continuing attempts by
the Medical Cabal to criminalize and license occupations of common right
in this country--- and the grossly illegal and unlawful prosecution of
Dr. Robert Young under the False Presumption that he ever claimed to be a
Medical Doctor or needed such credentials to save lives abandoned by
the useless patent medicine pushers.
So
far, the Alliance has been pussy-footing around about mass arresting
the lawless scum responsible for actions like this -- people who profit
themselves from the misery of others, and who try to ignore the fact
that they have no cures despite billions of dollars spent.
Read
that -- with respect to cancer, the experts have a 2% overall cure
rate, which is what Mother Nature grants us via natural remission. The
billions of dollars being spent on conventional treatment are going into
an endless black hole, while at the same time, Dr. Young, functioning
as a local shaman, has been able to save an impressive percentage of
lives.
Our employees may have forgotten that the only reason they have a job is to protect us and our assets ---- but we have not;
The
Vermin responsible for prosecuting Dr. Young will try to justify their
actions because he unwittingly accepted a "doctoral" degree, but as he
was not given disclosure prior to that acceptance, and because he has
never pretended to have a medical degree nor been required to function
as a "Uniformed Officer" these excuses for Bad Behavior on the part of
the court and the State of California Bar Association are just as
dishonest and self-serving as all their other excuses.
The
State of California needs to be reamed out like a lemon, starting with
their worthless crooked Governor and the members of the California Bar
Association. The sooner they are held accountable and put out of
commission, the better;

Please remember that these incorporated entities have no state
immunity, and neither do their officers, officials or appointees. Most
of them have been so arrogant that they have not bothered to secure any
form of bonding or insurance for their operations. When they harass
Americans and bring False Claims against them in self-interested greed,
they need to be prosecuted in the Public Interest. They are all 100%
commercially and personally liable.

International Public Notice: Hey, Wait a Minute, China....

According to Ben Fulford, China has decided to bankrupt the United States Corporation.
At
least someone is paying enough attention to recognize the differences
between various very similarly named legal fiction entities. That is
encouraging.
The next part of discernment is realizing who the Creditors and Debtors are.
The United States Corporation owes us far more money and credit than China, and they've owed it to us for far longer.
Whether
we are talking about International Trade or Commerce, our claims
against these corporations have been lodged both internationally and
globally for many years and are cured upon the international and global
records.
As
a result, if China wants to bring it's claims against these charlatans
and their assets, they are welcome to do so, but China will have to join
a line of Creditors, beginning with the preferential priority Creditors
--- and that would be us, the actual people of this country and our
States of the Union.
Let's examine the basis of China's claims:
The trillions of dollars that were siphoned off the U.S. - China Trade have been stolen from both sides of the pipeline.
Our
Generals and Admirals were at fault, but so were Chinese Generals and
Admirals --both groups were on the take and diverting funds from the
Chinese workforce (on the Chinese side) and from the American people
(creating a debt that otherwise wouldn't exist). The Chinese workers
were defrauded, but so were Americans. We paid for the Chinese goods,
but the payment either never reached China or came after long,
unreasonable delays--- making it look like we somehow got all these
Chinese-made goods and never paid for them, or paid so slowly it caused
constant pain and disruption.
At
thousands of retail outlets throughout this country, we paid for a
flood of Chinese value-added goods that we could have made ourselves.
We didn't boycott products made in China and we certainly had no magic
card that let us have these products for free. At the cash register,
everything was normal and natural. The sellers sold and the customers
bought.
What
happened was what we call "warehouse fraud" and it happened on a
mammoth scale. Delays between when goods shipped and when payment was
received developed. It wasn't all that obvious at first, but the problem
got worse and worse. Soon, Chinese manufacturers were having to pay
for financing to tide them over the long period of time while they
waited for payment on goods they already shipped, and still had to
continue paying for materials and labor to keep the next round of
production going in the meantime.
This
placed a huge, unnatural burden on the Chinese manufacturers, but they
had orders to fill, so they kept filling them and taking the risk that
payment wouldn't come through in time to pay for the next round of
manufacturing, or wouldn't come through at all.
This
is similar to the "Night Window Fraud" the banks use to benefit
themselves. While money is in transit, the banks take advantage of the
time that the transiting money is in their possession. They make
instant trades on this money, and when it suits them, they hang up the
transfer for days to take advantage of the money (or credit) that they
are supposed to be transferring.
As
computerized trading has become available on a twenty-four hours a day
basis, the temptation to do this, and the profits from it, have
increased. Whether it is money in a SWIFT account or commodities from
China, this surreptitious trading on commodities that belong to others
has become rampant and caused problems throughout the world.
The
warehouses between The United States and China were playing the same
game. The Chinese manufacturers were hurt by this, but the Chinese
military and U.S. military gained. The American customers were hurt
worst of all, because the cost of all this manipulation was ultimately
being passed on to them.
Let's
also look at the investment that has been dumped into China by the U.S.
Corporations, including the targeted United States Corporation over the
last fifty years. It's staggering to contemplate.
Hundreds
of billions of dollars in infrastructure development have been lavished
on China every year, factories, water supply and waste management
systems, new port facilities, electrical power plants, roads, and social
support infrastructure --- schools, hospitals, universities, scientific
institutions, even programs preserving Chinese arts and cuisine ---
have all flourished in China because of the U.S. investment money
pouring in.
Who
has benefited from this permanent investment in China? The Chinese
government and the Chinese people. Americans lost jobs. Many of these
manufacturing facilities were located in China because the U.S. removed
tariffs and other trade barriers, and because of tax benefits and swaps
that promoted the exodus of American manufacturing to China.
All
our heavy industries were decimated, and many light industries also.
Today, our country is largely dependent on Chinese manufactured drugs
and microchips. We could manufacture these products ourselves, but the
investment was made to build factories in China instead. We'd have to
bear new investment costs and then face competition from our own former
factories in China.
So,
even if we leave China and decide to rebuild these industries in The
United States or India or elsewhere, China keeps the factories and all
the infrastructure as a de facto "gift". When we add this to the
equation, the U.S. - China relationship isn't nearly so one-sided, is
it?
China
is not in any position to play the Victim Card and try to side-step the
creditor position of the American people when it comes to the United
States Corporation, which, if we are all honest, was the end result of a
fraudulent claim on abandonment against our interests in the first
place.
Read
that: the Brits fraudulently latched upon the assets of the original
Federal Republic using a False Claim on Abandonment and rolled those
assets over into the United States Corporation, so it was our illegally
and immorally seized-upon assets that gave the United States Corporation
its start.
We've
never received a dime of profit or restitution from the United States
Corporation, which is actually and factually foreign to us.
We
have been actively pursuing our claims against all these offending
corporations since 1998, when the nature and genesis of the fraud
against us and against our States of the Union became evident.
So,
China, as you are contemplating bankrupting the United States
Corporation, be aware that there are people here who have suffered a
great deal more than you, with less culpability for the circumstance,
for a longer period of time --- and we have cured claims on the public
record that predate any claim you can make by twenty-seven years.
Please also notice that according to Ben Fulford, Trump needs to "refinance" $9.2 trillion dollars by December 31st.
Why don't we discuss this right now, instead of waiting until December.
Trump
doesn't really need to refinance any "debt" because the debt itself is
bogus. The American people long ago paid that debt with actual goods
and services, then we paid for it again when we were taxed for that
foreign debt plus interest, and finally, we paid for it a third time
when any residual debt was palmed off on us as the "presumed"
underwriters and guarantors of the United States Corporation each time
it has sought bankruptcy protection.
So,
not only does no such debt exist, no debt based on any interest on that
debt exists. Chalk it up to bad bookkeeping and lack of oversight.
And
also chalk it up as an unimaginably huge amount of physical assets and
prepaid credit --with interest going back to 1871-- that is owed to
us.
Time for a new accounting.

The Process and Goal

When we give birth to something, it's always a painful process.
Why should we expect the birth of a State Assembly to be different?
Created originally under the force of war, each State Assembly came to be under extraordinarily difficult conditions.
Only
about 10% of the population was engaged in the political and economic
and philosophical debates that precipitated The War of Independence,
though nearly everyone suffered from the impositions and conditions
discussed throughout The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.
Why is it that only 10% carried the brunt of the burden of the war?
Only 10% organized to oppose Britain. And only 10% truly knew the
causes that propelled men to pledge their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.
You are part of that 10% now.
Don't
expect that the 90% are going to undergo some miraculous and immediate
awakening and that everyone will see the necessity of what you are doing
or why. Stop a moment and think: how did I get here?
It
probably started as a vague, irritating, itch-like, nagging sense that
something wasn't right. Something wasn't adding up, but you probably
ignored that for years.
Then
something happened. Something that brought that vague irritation into
focus. It could have been a bullying cop at a traffic stop. Or a CPS
or IRS Agent showing up at your door unannounced.
Maybe it was something that happened to a family member or friend.
And suddenly, you couldn't ignore the itch anymore.
That's how you got here.
That's how nearly everyone gets here.
Initially,
you feel disoriented, like you got socked in the gut and didn't see it
coming. You don't quite know how to respond or what to expect.
As
the shock of what you've learned sinks deeper, you sometimes don't know
what to think or believe and can't tell what's solid -- and what's
quicksand.
Confusion sets in.
And with confusion comes fear of the unknown.
You thought you were a "US Citizen". You thought America was a democracy.
Turns out that isn't so.
Instead,
you have a whole new identity as an American State National, and your
government is a grassroots affair without political parties at all.
Somewhere in the midst of all this, you feel an inexplicable rage.
You've been lied to. Abused. Your whole country has been abused.
Defrauded. Denigrated. Used. By people who owed you "good faith service".
You have been harassed and misrepresented and endangered, and so has your family, at the hands of your own public employees.
Most likely, you've been suckered into paying mortgages you don't owe, property taxes you don't owe, income taxes you don't owe.
Even your marriage has been "licensed" and turned into a privilege.
Next,
in this painful birthing process, after the shock, confusion, fear, and
anger, you may try to deny it all. It isn't real. You must be
mistaken. It's just a conspiracy theory.
You
try to run away and go back to your old life, but that's not possible.
You've seen what you've seen, and now, finally, a calm and deadly
acceptance sets in.
It
is what it is, and it's up to you to change things. This may be
terrifying, but it's true, and your hero's quest has begun, silently,
without any fanfare.
You feel so utterly alone....but wait....
There are millions of other people going through this same process, the same awakening, all in different stages of it.
Learn
to see and understand where people are in this process, and ease their
way. Comfort them. Reassure them that they aren't alone. Understand
their anger. Lead them onward.
We
are assembling now, peaceably restoring our American Government to full
form and function. It's the single most important thing we can do, to
reclaim our rights, our assets, and our powers.
The
only reason for a government to exist is to protect the people and
their property. It is self-evident that the present excuse for a
government has done the exact opposite, and has acted as a
self-interested parasite, instead.
So, as our ancestors learned --- if you want something done right, you have to do it yourselves.
We
are now engaged in the hurly-burly of self-government. It's not always
going to be easy. There will be strife and disagreements,
personalities at odds, confusions abounding.
Some
people will find it very difficult to give up competition as a way of
life. Some will try to commandeer and seize "power" out of habit, or
because it's all they know or because they are afraid.
Yet,
if we make the earnest and determined effort to communicate, if we turn
our backs on fear and gossip, if we are each honest and patient and
circumspect --- and take the time to recognize where other people are
in this process, it can be done.
We
can self-govern, beginning with ourselves and our own behavior, then
step-by-step, engaging our families, our communities, our counties, our
states, our country, and our world.
All
of this belongs to each one of us, and is part of our inheritance; we
share the equal duty to care for it, preserve it, and yes, rule over
it.
