4780-4782: International Public Notice: The Issues Raised from Lincoln County Watch

Last night we
issued an extensive Public Notice concerning our American Government
versus the Federal United States Government structures, and we
demonstrated how one third of each was rendered inoperable in the Civil
"War" Conflict.
The
American Government's Confederation of States was rendered inoperable
by the loss of quorum to conduct business. This had the domino effect
of rendering the Federal Republic, the American Federal Subcontractor
operating under The Constitution for the united States of America unable
to conduct business, too.
Both
the States of America (our Confederation of States of States) and the
Federal Republic operated by the States of America, were doomed.
The
Reconstruction of both these entities has to be done by the States that
created them, but our States were not in Session when the Civil War
began, and via a combination of British duplicity, lack of
communication, semantic deceit, and Breach of Trust, our States remained
dormant.
The
British Territorial Federal Subcontractor, a Scottish corporation doing
business as "The United States of America, Incorporated" substituted
itself for our unincorporated Holding Company, The United States of
America, and accessed our credit in exactly the same way that a Credit
Card Hacker impersonates the owner of a credit card today.
If
other governments questioned this, they were told that we were
"missing", whereabouts unknown, that we "went to sea" and never
returned, that we were "in interregnum" and that this had created a
"National Emergency" requiring the U.S. (British Territorial) Army to
occupy our country until our return.
This is, of course, unmitigated and self-interested British Bunk.
What
was actually going on was a violent suppression of the actual American
Government by two foreign corporations hired to provide us with
"essential government services".
They
acted in Breach of Trust to murder, slander, criminalize, burn out,
threaten, and rob the members of the actual American Government and
usurped upon their employers.
The
banks responsible for all this and reaping the payola from it winked
and extended credit to the villains based on our purloined assets, which
the miscreants retained in their "custody" during our "absence".
However, as the Maxim of Law dictates, "Possession by pirates does not change ownership."
Imagine
their consternation when the progeny of those wronged Americans and
their wronged government, show up after more than 150 years and point
their fingers straight at the traitorous Principals and employees
responsible for this?
It
turns out that we weren't missing at all. We were being abused by our
own foreign employees, and they were being manipulated and misdirected
by three foreign Principals: the British Monarch, the Government of
Westminster, and the Popes, who have all violated their treaties and
service contracts with us and who have misrepresented us and been in
Gross Breach of Trust for six generations.
As
part of this grand confidence racket, they conspired to mischaracterize
each and every American baby as Dual Federal Citizens.
A citizen owes service and obligations to a government. A Dual Citizen owes service and obligations to two governments.
These
two dishonest and dishonorable foreign corporations acting "as"
governments pretended that we, their employers, were their Dual Citizens
owing both of them service, when by contract, they owed us "good faith
service", instead.
They
did this by registering American babies as property owned by their
corporations --- "owned" in the sense of being custodians thereof ---
under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure, and then redefining these
babies as U.S. Citizens, owing service to the British Territorial
corporation doing business as the United States of America, Inc.
Next,
they declared the U.S. Citizen legally dead and set up a secondary
federal Municipal ESTATE trust in the name of the American victim, and
claimed that this entity was a Municipal citizen of the United States,
belonging as a slave to the Pope's Holy Roman Empire and the city of
Rome.
In
this way, they conspired to illegally and unlawfully create public
trust interests in private property that they could administer as
Executors de Son Tort, and misrepresented virtually all Americans as
Federal Dual Citizens owing citizenship obligations to both foreign
corporations, when in fact both these corporations and their personnel
owe good faith service to us.
We
are not rendered their citizenry by their fraud and deceit and
usurpation against us and we reject the idea that we owe them anything
at all, as they have floated trillions of dollars-worth of I.O.U.s on
our economy on our own credit and have saddled us with their debts in
bankruptcy and never paid us back and never accounted for all the goods
and services they received in exchange for their I.O.U.s known variously
as "FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES" and "UNITED STATES NOTES", etc.
That
is how their National Debt is in fact our National Credit. When the
proper bookkeeping is applied, these debts and credits zero out exactly,
and any interest paid on the debt is extra credit owed to us.
None
of this could have happened without the knowing participation of the
banks, and they, together with the various State and Regional and
National Trusts and "Depository Trust" Clearinghouses, are responsible
for returning our assets and our purloined credit to us and to our
control without further obfuscation and delay.
The
Civil War wasn't a War and no Congress having authority to declare war
has declared war at any time since 1860, so there is absolutely no
excuse for any further attempts to label us as "Enemies" or for them to
invoke any aspect of The Law of War.
In
fact, these Miscreants owe The Law of Peace to all the progeny of those
Americans who received the three public proclamations of the British
Corporation President, Andrew Johnson, declaring Peace on the land.
Our land.
We
ask for the cooperation of the entire world community to bring these
travesties to an end and to end the warmongering and war profiteering
that have been the hallmarks of these incorporated Freebooters for
generations.
We
hold the banks, especially the Central Banks, accountable for this
whole situation, as it couldn't have been engineered without their
assistance.

International Public Notice: An Explanation for Everyone

They,
the British Territorial U.S. and what we believed to be "our" military,
have been operating as Mercenaries, unknown to us, ever since the Civil
War Conflict.
When
they "won" the Second World War, we and other innocent people had to
pay for rebuilding all the destruction they caused throughout the
world. And they got the Bretton Woods contract.
Their
private military scrip would be the so-called "World Reserve Currency"
and they would provide "security" for the entire world.
What
the "reserve currency status" involved was that everyone had to buy US
Dollars in order to buy anything else, including essential commodities
like rice and fuel oil.
So
the French had to exchange their francs for USD and the Germans had to
exchange their DM's -- and take the loss, and all the other countries
were similarly forced to give up large supplies of their own national
currencies -- before they could buy things like gasoline and rice and
sow bellies.
It was a reprise of the Greenbacks bait and switch.
Give
up your gold (or British Pounds Sterling or Kroner or whatever money of
substance you might have) and exchange it for US asset credit, which
you could then use to buy actual commodities.
It
wasn't good enough for them to purloin our credit for their own use,
they had to share our credit out with the rest of the world and let
everyone else use it, too --- for a price.
It
was the ultimate commodity rigging and monopolization scheme, set up by
the so-called Central Banks, which are designed for this purpose.
That's how we wound up paying for 950 military bases all over the planet.
That's
how we still pay all but four percent (4%) of all defense costs for
Western Europe, Japan, and the Commonwealth and much of the Middle East
--- and let's not forget Britain, which went running to BRICs and is
busy ingratiating itself with China and Russia, and blaming us, "the
Americans" after letting its own standing military decay to 55,000.
Make
no mistake, Britain engineered all the wars for profit and stiffed us
with the cost every time, and now, having used us as their storefronts,
they are blaming us for their own grotesque war profiteering and
reckless violence and theft and criminality.
And lies.
Let
everyone remember the video footage of George Herbert Walker Bush,
Generals Schwarzkopf and Powell, and Henry Kissinger being knighted by
Queen Elizabeth II and put together 2 + 2, and what do you get?
Where do you think "Q" got its name from?
Why
do you think JFK's Memorial is encircled by a driveway in the shape of a
Q that you can see from space, if the Queen's Secret Service didn't
kill him?
Who do you think is working against us now? And always?
Who were we fighting in The War of Independence?
The War of 1812?
And on the Home Front ever since?
Who was Abraham Lincoln working for?
Why was he "President" of the United States of America, Incorporated, a British Crown Corporation?
Why
is the British Territorial "Congress" that acts as a Board of Directors
for the self-same corporation voting to spend $61 Billion dollars worth
of our credit, on a failed proxy war in the Ukraine?
And dancing around like imbeciles waving our abused Title IV Flag as they do this?
That
flag was allocated to our British Territorial Subcontractors when and
if they were exercising our delegated powers in time of war, but there
has been no actual war, just bloody mercenary conflict after mercenary
conflict after mercenary conflict.
So they have abused our flag under color of war, just as they have abused us under color of law.
Now,
Putin is doing unto them what they have been doing to Russia and the
rest of the world and they are amazed. How can this be?
The Central Banks can read the tea leaves and they are changing horses, after they rode us into the dirt.
It's simple enough. The Military Geniuses let SERCO, a British Municipal Corporation, function as their Paymaster.
They let their most bitter enemy hold their purse-strings.
Now
their erstwhile business partners, the Central Banks, are on the run,
passing off our money, which isn't theirs to begin with, as payola to
Putin.
Someone always pays, and in this case, it's us, again.
Those banks don't have any money -- actual assets or credit either one, that is their own.
As
MEP Godfrey Bloom so succinctly and elegantly explained, all the banks
are broke by nature, by design, through the practice of fractional
reserve banking. They own neither the assets being traded nor the
credit, yet they have contrived to use other people's money and credit
to pay their own bills, and they have left the actual owners enslaved to
Odious Debt.
An Odious Debt is a debt created by some means of fraud, of which the victims have no knowledge, and do not benefit from.
Like
the unconscionable U.S. Citizen contracts they foisted off on us via
our Mothers' signatures on undisclosed agreements imposed under color of
law, then had their own Uniformed Officers, Medical Doctors, that they
illegally and unlawfully licensed, witness and countersign "the
receipts" of the "deposits" going into the Depository Trust Corporation
"clearinghouse" as new assets of the British Crown.
It's no mistake that the Medical Doctors have again been weaponized and used in the recent phony pandemic, too.
Generations
of Americans have labored under the burden of two (2) foreign and
fraudulent citizenships, unaware of the legal con game being exercised
against them by people they trusted, their own public employees, who
were at the same time, taking their paychecks out of their pockets.

International Public Notice: About Ukraine Billings and the Federal Republic

Please note: The American Government and The United States Government are two separate things.
The
American Government stands under The Unanimous Declaration of
Independence; so do the sovereign states of the Union, the States of our
Federation, and so did the American States-of-States that belonged to
the Confederation.
Got that?
The
American Government consists of the Union and its States (often
appearing as "states"), the Federation and its States, and the
Confederation and its American States of States--- if the Confederation
were still standing, which it is not.
So we are left with only the Union States (shown as "states" in many publications) and the Federation States in operation today.
The Union States hold the soil jurisdiction of our nation through all
their member counties. The Federation States hold the international
land jurisdiction belonging to each physically described State.
If
the Confederation was still functioning, its States of States, such as
The State of New Hampshire and The State of Georgia, would be in
evidence, but they are not.
Instead,
we see British Territorial organizations doing business as the State of
New Hampshire and the State of Georgia, usurping against our lawful
American States and Government.
The
Union, the Federation, and the Confederation are and have always been
the American Government. They all stand or stood, in the case of the
Confederation, under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.
The
only people serving the American Government as Citizens are the State
Citizens of the member States of the Union. State Citizens renounce
loyalty to any other government but their own State Government and serve
no others.
That's
Part One to know, repeat, memorize, pass on, map out and realize -- by
golly, that's all under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence! No
mention of any "Constitution" at all. No District of Columbia. No
Washington, DC. Just the States of the Union.
The
Union did business as: (1) the United States from 1776 to 1851 when
the name changed to The United States, (2) The United States of America
(1776 - present), (3) and the States of America (1781 to 1861).
Knowing this, you can see that "The Constitution for the united States of America" issued in 1787 was awarded to the American Confederation of States.
Now we get to Part 2 -- The United States Government also known as the Federal Government.
The
Federal Government consists of three (3) Federal Subcontractors
operating under three Constitutions, issued in 1787, 1789, and 1790
respectively.
These
Federal entities all operate out of the District of Columbia, share the
Federal Capitol, Washington, DC, and work in international or global
jurisdiction --and have nothing to do with our land and soil at all.
These
Federal entities each have citizens of one kind or another: United
States Citizens, U.S. Citizens, and Municipal citizens of the United
States.
United
States Citizens, sometimes described as "American Nationals" are
defined in the very first Immigration and Naturalization Act and
codified in the United States Statutes-at-Large. They underwent a
lengthy process to attain this variety of Citizenship and went to work
for the American Federal Republic upon completion and served under The
Constitution for the united States of America issued in 1787.
U.S.
Citizens were military subcontractors who served under the British
Territorial United States Government and The Constitution of the United
States of America issued in 1789.
(Don't
be confused by semantics -- this is a separate foreign corporation, the
United States of America, Incorporated, not the American Federation of
States doing business as The United States of America which is an unincorporated Holding Company.)
Municipal
citizens of the United States were and are foreign Federal Civil
Service workers serving under The Constitution of the United States
issued in 1790.
So you had four (4) kinds of citizenry in play in international and global venues prior to the Civil War:
(1)
State Citizens serving their States, which were all State Members of
the Federation of States dba The United States of America and all acting
under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, all living in their
individual States of the Union;
(2)
United States Citizens serving the Federal Republic and its members
known as State Republics (e.g., The Republic of Texas/Texas Republic)
under The Constitution for the united States of America (1787). The
Federal Republic was sponsored and run by the original Confederation of
States doing business as the States of America.
(3) U.S. Citizens who were British-affiliated military subcontractors.
(4) And finally, citizens of the United States, employees of the Federal Civil Service.
(Employees
of the Union States were sometimes called "state citizens" or "county
citizens", but as they had no role in international or global
jurisdictions, they were internal to each State of the Union and there
is little mention of them until we get down to the level of County
Government.)
After
the Civil War, both the original Confederation of States (American) and
the American Federal Republic (United States) were vacated.
Only
the Union doing business as The United States and the Federation doing
business as The United States of America remained of the American
Government.
Only
the British Territorial Federal Subcontractor doing business as the
United States of America, Incorporated, and the Papist Municipal United
States Subcontractor doing business as the United States, Incorporated,
remained on the Federal Government side.
Got all that?
We were built with a six cylinder engine, and have been functioning on four.
The
American States-of-States who were the members of the original
Confederation have been rolled over into State Trusts and supplanted by
British Territorial States-of-States pretending to be acting as our
custodians and caretakers in our "absence".
The
Federal Republic that was supported by and run by the original
Confederation doing business as the States of America is also long gone,
ever since 1861.
So,
in 2024, there are no State Republics (that were State Members of the
Federal Republic) and there are no United States Citizens (sometimes
called American Nationals) as defined by the first Immigration and
Naturalization Act.
Lately
there has been a lot of confusion and people going around calling
themselves "American Nationals" but this is not correct, because the
American Federal Republic along with its brand of United States Citizen
is long gone. Likewise, there are no State Republics for the same
reason.
It's
apparent that Mr. Trump and the British Territorial Military
Subcontractors operating as the United States of America, Incorporated,
think that they can walk in as British Territorial U.S. Citizens and
"occupy" the long-vacated American Federal Republic ---- and fool
everyone into thinking that this latest British Substitution Scheme is
legitimate.
It's not.
It's just more British meddling, bad faith, guile, and violence.
We
are still occupying our own country, thank you, and they are here
illegally and unlawfully operating in Breach of Trust and in violation
of their Constitution which requires "good faith" service, telling the
world that we are "absent" and "in interregnum", when we are standing
here staring them in the face and denouncing them for it.
The
Confederation and the Federal Republic are indeed long gone, but the
Federation of States is still in operation and the Union is still in
operation, and we are the ones who delegated all powers to the Federal
Subcontractors in the first place.
By
Operation of Law, all vacated delegated powers returned to us in 1861.
There was no actual war declared. And no "national emergency". There
was just a lot of British guile, criminal breach of trust, illegal
mercenary occupation of our country under color of law, and theft,
theft, theft.
It's time for this to be recognized and brought to an end.
Any
bank that hands over $60 Billion dollars worth of our credit to Ukraine
in the face of this objection from us, on the basis of a vote by our
erstwhile British Territorial Subcontractors and their "Congress", had
better be prepared for a $240 Billion bill from us.
