4286-4291: Notice the Time Warp, Again from Lincoln County Watch

Some
people are seeing the ugly fact that Europe is under occupation by the
U.S. --- the problem is that they think this is something new, that it
hasn't in fact been status quo since the tanks first rolled in.
Why else do they think that the U.S. has paid 96% of their defense costs ever since?
Why else have we had all these U.S. and NATO military bases all over Europe, all paid for by Jack and Jill back home?
Mr. Biden's deployment of American Reserves in Europe is nothing surprising, it's par for the warmonger's course.
Keep
a fight going that should have been ended many months ago, with far
less damage both to Russia and Ukraine, then find a way to get something
more ramped up, so that the Defense Contractors can make oodles more
money on death and destruction at the cost of everyone else again and
again and again.
No,
darlings, this is nothing new, but it is something that should have
ended a long time ago--- the illegal, unlawful, and immoral occupation
of Europe by the British-run U.S. and NATO.

Dear Uriah -- An Open Letter, Wherever You Are

It
has been some time since I last talked to you or wrote to you. Please
understand the nature of the work I am doing now and how intense it is
every day. There is no time for me, and I am sure you understand that.
Nonetheless, I am grabbing a moment here.
I saw Bathsheba yesterday and
she asked after you. Of course, I don't know where you are and
couldn't offer her any solace on that score, but I hope you will see
this and know that she asked after you, and know how much she still
loves you.
After
my conversation with her, I worked until nearly midnight and went to
sleep without another thought, but in my dreams, I saw you. You were
sitting beside the ocean on a sand dune, looking out, all alone. The sun had gone down and land and sea were bathed in the uncertain dusk. Not another creature stirring anywhere.
I
looked closely at your face, the stubble of beard, the thinning hair,
and thought, oh, Uriah, it's time to come home. Just forgive yourself
for all the things you've done that you now regret and all the things
you didn't do.
Forgive. Accept.
Neither
guilt nor shame should have any hold on you. I know, it's "family
tradition" --- but let it go. Say good-bye to all that.
Better
that you walk without them and go your way alone, except perhaps for
those friends who have known you better and loved you more.
I couldn't help but see all the way through to your heart. You are still in love with her.
Don't wait. Remember the gift we are given every day. Just to be here.
To live, to love, to breathe.
Every
year that goes by, I see more of us fallen, and new people rising up to
take our places and I have to think it is as it should be, except----
except that there should be a gentle time here at the end, just for you
and for her.
A little sip of wine left in the cup, some golden moments, a pause. Surely, you both deserve that?
Lately,
I've been thinking a lot about closure. About finishing our work,
closing the books, putting a lid on the box -- and saying, this part, my
part, is done. Then, shaking off the woe we have been heir to, stepping
out on the fresh green grass, letting the years fall away, innocent as
children again.
Nothing
to worry about, least of all whatever some humbug thinks about us.
Just free. Knowing that we've done what we've done in good faith and
for love. And letting it all go, like the string on a balloon.
You
always said that I could see both the past and the future with more
clarity than anyone else. These days, the present moment has claimed
me. Just now.
Without
the burdens of the past or the hopes of the future, I find myself
settling down and becoming one of these black and yellow butterflies
that always find me this time of year, lazily unfurling my wings,
dreaming butterfly dreams.
I
know Bathsheba is with me in this, two ladies of a certain age and
understanding, having been maids and mothers and now, crones, together.
Our seasons have run like rivers, our days like hours. At least for her,
she has never been alone ---until now.
You
are her Great Love, Uriah. Don't disappoint her. Come home soon. Find
those last stars to steer by, and come home. I'll save you a place by
the fireside and petting rights to my two dogs....

How Liars Lie 1.0 -- Incontrovertible Defense

Many
of you are facing charges that have been misaddressed to you under
statutory law or administrative code. I keep getting calls for help
that I cannot hope to answer, but I can offer you a "template answer"
that will stand you in good stead so long as you are tough enough to
stay on point and just drive it home like an ice pick.
These
charges run the gamut from silly misdemeanors like spitting on the
sidewalk to grand felonies, but they always reference statutes, codes
and/or regulations, policies, or mandates that you have supposedly
broken.
Mankind
is naturally exempt from and alien with respect to statutes, codes,
corporate policies, mandates, and regulations which are meant to apply
to "persons", not people.
The
Perpetrators get away with misaddressing you and charging you as a
"person" instead of one of the people by keeping you ignorant.
Forcing them to back down from their Presumptions is difficult, so you must stay centered and determined.
Don't
let them apply any titles to you like "Mister" or "Missus" or
"Doctor". Don't let them call you a "male" or a "female" --- that's for
animals, not people. Don't take any orders from them, like, "Sit
down." If they want you to sit down, make them lay hands on you, so
that it is clearly under duress.
The
first bit of information that you want to get across to the court --
preferably at the very beginning and in writing, sent via Express Mail
so that you have documented private evidence that they received it - is
one simple statement and an equally simple demand:
"I
am an American State National acting under force and duress. I am owed
the Preamble Trust, Bill of Rights, and retained Tenth Amendment Powers
among others. I waive any foreign obligations or unearned benefits. I
retain the right to hold everyone here 100% commercially and personally
liable for any harm proposed against me or my assets held in trust."
"If you have a contract with me, bring it forward. If you don't have a contract signed by me, set me free."
And no matter what they say or do, you repeat these two things up to three times each, as appropriate.
Without a contract, they cannot enforce anything against you.
It's just that simple.
This
applies to all the typical issues that these courts misaddress to you
under statute, code, or regulation--- custody battles, driver licenses,
smoking weed, squabbles with the neighbors, or demands from any part of
the government franchise system whatsoever for performance on your part
-- property taxes, evictions, eminent domain, zoning, licenses, etc.
Just
be sure that you are not voluntarily engaged in the interstate sale,
transport, or manufacturing of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms, and the
issue is not arising on property that is legitimately federal property.
The
above is what is known as an "incontrovertible defense" as it overturns
unlawful conversion and impersonation and holds them accountable.
This
defense will work against any typical charges brought in
State-of-State, Municipal, Territorial, County, or Specialty Court ---
that is, Family Court, Divorce Court, Tax Court, etc.
The
same basic defense is also effective against District Courts engaged in
similar crimes of personage. District Courts bringing charges, either
civil or criminal, are courts of special jurisdiction, meaning that they
can't assume or take jurisdiction without an Act of Congress allowing
them to do so.
Thus,
when you are addressed by a District Court they always cite the Act of
Congress and Federal Code allowing them to take jurisdiction, but they
still don't have jurisdiction over a living man.
You
give the same exact answer to them. Acts of Congress result in Federal
Code and code is not applicable to living men and women without a
specific written contract.
So where is it?

The First of October 2020: Important Distinctions

Once
you realize that our American Government was substituted for and
impersonated by British Territorial "State of State" business
organizations and Municipal Corporations acting in the chaos after the
so-called American Civil War, you will realize that so far as the rest
of the world knew, our Government was "silent, presumed to be in
interregnum" for many years.
Our Government
wasn't called back into Public Session because those responsible for
doing so were murdered, burned out, ambushed, forced to flee or simply
cowed into submission. Most people were fooled by the substitution
scheme and were not aware that their own government was Missing and
being represented by foreign Municipal Corporations acting as Federal
Subcontractors instead.
This
resulted in those same Federal Subcontractors taking many gross
liberties in breach of trust, service contracts, and treaties owed; but,
there were some things that they simply could not do or even pretend to
do, because they were never "federal" duties to begin with.
One of those "can't do it" tasks was enrolling new States into our Union.
Only the actual States that existed prior to the Civil War could vote on that issue, and those States were not in Session.
So
as new States were formed after the Civil War and our country expanded
westward, the British Territorial United States Government took
temporary possession of each new Territory as it was formed in the
Western United States, as provided for under the Northwest Ordinance.
Then,
to keep up appearances, when the new States were due to be enrolled as
States of the Union, the same British Territorial Government offered
Territorial Statehood as a substitute status--- without a word of
disclosure or explanation.
Most
of our Western States existed for many decades as what I call, "States
in Waiting", never actually enrolled as States of the Union.
This
amounted to the Territorial Interlopers writing themselves a service
contract couched as a State - of - State Constitution, for example, The
Constitution of the State of Nevada, and settling in to milk their new
corporate franchise.
These
so-called "statutory states" exist only on paper, while the actual
assets of the nascent States were left in the physical custody and under
the regulatory authority of the foreign British Territorial Government
Subcontractor --- the American Raj.
This
is the mercenary government that has been terrorizing Americans in the
Western States, and these are the False Presumptions under which these
operatives have been acting when they have done things like laying an
ambush for LaVoy Finicum, his friends and family members.
I received this brief synopsis of part of the resulting situation from a contributor today, and I quote:
"STATUTORY
“citizens” or STATUTORY “nationals” born on federal territory are
“foreign” and “alien” in relation to a CONSTITUTIONAL state. The same
thing applies to Indians living on reservations.
[The
"federal territory" being referenced applies to all the Territorial
"States" formed in lieu of being enrolled as actual States, as well as
people born in the District of Columbia and other actual federal
enclaves.]
".... the reverse is ALSO true: Those born in CONSTITUTIONAL states are “foreign” and therefore “alien” in relation to STATUTORY “States” and federal territory.
That’s
where the idea comes from to call state nationals [that is, average
Americans born in one of the nation-states of the Union] “nonresident
aliens” under 26 U.S.C. §7701(b)(1)(B) in relation to a tax that only
applies on federal territory within the STATUTORY but not CONSTITUTIONAL
“United States” under 26 U.S.C. §7701(a)(9) and (a)(10) and 4
U.S.C.§110(d)."
Those
people living in the primarily western Territorial States that formed
after the Civil War, were in the above referenced "Statutory" status
with regard to and in contrast to people living in one of the
Constitutional States formed prior to the Civil War.
This
is because they weren't actually living in the States of the Union or
under the provisions of the Constitution(s). They were in the custody
of the British Territorial Government owing to the fact that
their States were not actually enrolled as States of the Union.
Once the American Government came back into Session in 2019, we were able to take care of this long-overdue housekeeping.
By
roll call vote of the State Assemblies in the States that were enrolled
prior to the Civil War, the Territorial States including most of the
Western States and West Virginia, were accepted as full-fledged States
of the Union as of the First of October 2020 and retroactive to the day when they unknowingly accepted Territorial Statehood.
This
action lawfully converted the presumptive political status of all
people living in the former Territorial "States" to their intended
political status as American State Nationals.
As
fully enrolled States of the Union, all land and soil and other
physical assets owed to each State of the Union naturally devolves upon
the people living in each nation-state effective with the date that each
of these States entered Territorial Statehood. The presumed-to-exist
Territorial Trust was finally dissolved.
The
bulk of the people living in, for example, Utah, Nevada, Arizona,
Idaho, Montana, Minnesota, etc. and all other States formed during and
after the Civil War, are in fact now incontrovertibly presumed to be
nationals of their Constitutional States, unless proven otherwise. Those
who have declared, recorded, and published their natural birthright
political status are grandfathered-in and have absolute substantive
rights, Both species of Federal Employee and their Dependents are
presumed to be present under the provisions of the Residence Act.
Action
to reform the presumptions of the courts and amend the jurisdictions
under which they have been operating is required by Operation of Law, as
is return of control of the assets owed to the people living in each
State.

A Necessary American Tradition

It was November of 1963 when our family tradition of watching the rats in Washington, DC, at Christmas time took on a new degree of urgency.
My
Grandmother, observing that the Federal Reserve Act was passed during
the holidays, had actually started paying attention in 1913. She
reasoned, and she was right, that if they got away with ramming through
bad legislation over the holidays once, they'd try it again.
So she made it her business to watch Washington, DC over the holidays.
Just
shy of fifty years later, the assassination of President Kennedy made
our Congress-watch over the 1963 holidays grim and thoughtful.
The
country was in trouble, and though we were confused and distressed and
didn't yet have a handle on it, we watched what was going on more
intently than ever.
The
first week of November saw us "suited up" and watching C-SPAN and
listening to radio broadcasts. We made friends with real people in
Washington, DC --- just average folk who lived there, and they started
sharing their insights.
After
my Grandmother died, we wavered. Would we continue the Rat Watch? Or,
without her example, stand down and simply enjoy the holidays like
everyone else?
We continued. We knew we had to.
Including
the years between 1913 and 1963, when it was largely the solitary vigil
of my Grandmother, and later, my Grandmother and Mother, our family has
been rat-watching for 110 years. It was 2016 when I woke up one
wintry morning, facing my Mother's death, and realizing that I was
alone: the last Rat-Watcher.
What a sad moment that was.
Still,
I didn't stop, and one day on a webinar broadcast, I explained my
lonely annual vigil keeping eyes and ears on Washington, DC, during the
holidays. Soon, I had a virtual army of rat-watchers going for the
gusto year round.
It was no longer just my family, but a much larger family keeping tabs on what was going down in DC.
Rat-watching
has become a spectator sport year round. It's not just for the
holidays anymore, and our cadre now has members in every State.
Yesterday, I received a bag full of embroidered "Rat Watch" iron-on patches.
How amazed -- and pleased -- my Grandmother and Mom would be!
Our
little family tradition has grown into a national tradition upheld in
fifty separate sovereign and independent States of the Union.
Minnesotans are watching. Idahoans are watching. Georgians are watching. New Yorkers are watching....
Across
this whole country people are paying attention to what members of
Congress are doing and failing to do, and they are doing it in an
organized fashion: they are reporting their findings back to each other,
and to me.
As
a result, the Rat Watch research is spurring additional action. Letter
writing. Notices to Congress and local governments. Education efforts
at all levels. More research.
Members
of Congressional Delegations now know that we are watching, and it's
largely because of Rat Watchers putting in the extra hours and making
the connections that they do.
When
our Federation officers walk into Congressional offices now, it's an
entirely different and far more respectful atmosphere, and it's not just
because our Federation officers have earned respect or because our
separate political status and standing is now far better understood.
It's
also due to our Rat Watch compatriots, patrolling the frontiers of the
information highway, digging and doing, and making sure we are all kept
up to speed, aware, and knowledgeable.
Please
pause a moment and give a "thank you" in your minds and hearts and with
your voices, too --- thank you, Rat Watch! Thank you for the crucial
often unsung work you do! We can't solve problems until we have them
firmly in view, and helping us do that is often up to you.
So
shine your lights and shine them well! Expose all the dark corners,
all the dirty deals. Wear your new patches with pride and, when people
ask --- as they will --- tell them what you are doing and tell them
why.
The price of eternal freedom, as Thomas Jefferson taught us, is eternal vigilance.

More Proof That I Am Right

Western
Europeans have just noticed that they and their governments are being
"occupied" --- still --- illegally and immorally, since 1946.
And, guess what?
Joe
Biden has responded by deploying U.S. Troops in Europe to continue and
enforce this illegal and immoral occupation of foreign territory.
It has been 67 years of this oppression and nonsense.
We've been paying all their defense expenses. And they've been enslaved.
For almost seven decades.
