2751-2754: Official Notice and Published Announcement from Lincoln County Watch

As
of October the First in the year of 2020, the properly declared and
recorded People operating the State Assemblies organized and enrolled
prior to the year of 1860, have acted via Roll Call Vote to acknowledge,
accept, and enroll their sister States which have been created during
and after the Civil War as fully endowed and empowered States of the
Union.
This
action ends over 150 years of presumptive custodial interest on the
part of the Territorial United States Government in the administration
of the public resources and populations of these predominantly western
States created and provisionally accepted as States of the Union under
the Northwest Ordinance.
These
former Territorial States are now enrolled as members of The United
States and The United States of America and have entered into full
standing as independent States.
All
fifty (50) State Assemblies are now fully functional and operating on
par with each other. The States formed during and after the Civil War
are no longer subject to any presumption of custodial interest by the
Territorial United States Government and are free to assume the
possession and enjoyment of all land and soil and related assets,
rights, titles, and interests expressed or implied, within their
borders.
This
long overdue formal enrollment is a necessary step toward the
Reconstruction of our Government, which is to include the reconstruction
or in the case of these new States of the Union, first-time
construction, of American States-of-States to serve as members of the
Confederation ordained by The Articles of Confederation.
These
reconstructed and/or newly created American State of State
organizations will then subsequently serve as the Comptrollers and
Interest Holders of the American Federal Subcontractor doing business as
the States of America. The States of America is also popularly known
as the Federal Republic.
Along
with the reconstruction and/or creation of American State-of-State
organizations under The Articles of Confederation, we anticipate the
prompt reconstruction of the States of America and the resumption of the
operations of the Federal Republic under the auspices of The
Constitution for the united States of America.
Both
the Confederation and its membership and the States of America exist as
a result of delegations of power held by The United States and The
United States of America, respectively, and are not to be confused with
the Powerholders or with the actual State Assemblies or with any foreign
corporation operating under similar names.

Cleaning Up the Agencies and Commissions

It's
Sunday and I can feel the misery and uncertainty weighing down this
country and indeed, the whole world. Who to believe and what to believe
in? The Fake Stream news is so unrelentingly negative and upsetting.
Perhaps
it would help everyone to read the Communications Act of 1934 and
realize that the "news" you are getting is all doctored propaganda being
hand-picked and brought to you by the Pope's Municipal Government?
FDR
put the Communications Act of 1934 into place as part of his
enslavement racket--- aimed initially at Municipal employees, but
designed to usurp upon Territorial employees and average Americans,
too.
The
Communications Act, together with the complicity of the colluding
Territorial Corporation, gave the President of the Municipal Corporation
complete control of the airwaves -- but bear in mind that the Board of
Directors of the Municipal Corporation is none other than the "US
CONGRESS".
This
means that the unaccountable plenary oligarchy composed of
Congressional Members that rules over the Municipality of Washington,
DC, which is defined as a separate and independent international city
state (See Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17) actually controls all these
Agencies and Commissions.
The
President can tell these yahoos what to do, but if he displeases the US
CONGRESS, they will simply not fund his directives. Like the Wall.
And they will use their "Subcommittees" to give the Agencies and
Commissions backdoor instructions, often counter to what the President
wants to do, and the Agencies and Commissions will do their best to
obey, because the CONGRESS holds the purse strings.
This
control at ground level is then actually exercised by these "Federal
Agencies and Commissions" --- all of which are unauthorized
subcontractors of our subcontractors, most of which are only controlled
administratively, and are actually owned and operated by private
interests.
For
example, Dick Cheney and Friends owned "Department of Homeland
Security" last time I looked, and though it sounds like an official
government department, it was merely a private subcontractor operating
under a deceptive name and being paid for services by the Municipal
Corporation.
The
FCC, FHA, FEMA, BLM, FBI, BATF, IRS, DOJ, and so on, are all examples
of the same thing in action. None of these "agencies" are or ever were
authorized service providers of our government. They are the hirelings
of hirelings. Most of them should be phased out or paid for purely as
voluntary private expenses of the Municipal Government, without any cost
for these "services" being passed on to us, thank you.
To
put this in perspective--- these agencies and commissions are working
for the Municipal Government and doing the Municipal Government's work
for it, instead of the Municipal Government doing the work directly and
being held accountable for it. The Municipal Government is then passing
on the cost of all this extra "administrative capacity" to us.
It
would be like hiring a man to cut your lawn, then having him hire fifty
other guys to do the actual job, and then handing you the bill for
their services.
Oh,
and when you walk out your front door and ask what is going on, you get
attacked by his fifty hirelings and asked --- "Who are you?"
This
is the way that the Municipal Government corporation has been operating
since the days of FDR. Initially, it was seen as a "public works
initiative" to hire more people into public sector jobs and put America
back to work during the Great Depression, but the practice only expanded
exponentially afterward and continued long after any such reasonable
Public Good was served by it.
Getting
back to the Communications Act of 1934 and the current deplorable
misuse of the public airwaves by the propaganda organs mandated by this
Act and the various commissions, including the FCC, riding herd over the
Three Ring Circus provided by the AP Wire, Reuters, and the BBC....
The motto of the BBC --- "Listen and obey." --- comes straight out of a 19th century booklet on Hypnotism.
And
in this case, they want to use such subliminal suggestion techniques to
instill fear and anxiety, and to prompt people into accepting constant
government over-reaching into their private lives.
They
learned a long time ago that if we are scared and confused, we are
easier to manipulate, so they make it their business to make sure we are
scared and confused.
Don't be.
My
Executive Officer, who many of you have met, has recently suffered a
series of problems with erratic heart rate. For example, for no
apparent reason, his heart rate will increase to double its normal
resting rate. There are many possible causes for this, but he noticed
all by himself that watching and listening to the news on TV made it
worse.
Why?
Because the News is designed to make us feel nervous and confused and
frustrated (because it always reports a large amount of things we can't,
as individuals, do anything about) and anxiety-ridden. It's
"programmed" that way, in order to "program" you.
Even
the music programs are subtly tweaked so that the notes being played
aren't quite whole and right; the dissonance is so subtle that we aren't
consciously aware of it, but our ears hear it and our minds and nerves
subconsciously react to the "nails scratching on the blackboard" effect
this causes.
See

understanding of the issues and the benefits of natural music. And
please notice that, once again, this aberration from nature and
deliberate manipulation of your nervous system, was caused by the
Rockefellers --- a clan that has been instrumental in promoting a very
large amount of the evil in this world.
And
the bottom line to you? Know that you are being deliberately
manipulated and turn the knob. Stop listening to rot that is literally
designed to make you feel hopeless and angry and fearful--- and which
has no possible practical value.
As
I told my recovering ExO, "The only redeeming feature of any mainstream
news media has always been limited to the weather report, the comics,
and the classifieds. Beyond that, turn it off."
Limiting
your exposure to the News and other "programming" will leave you more
free time and peace of mind to consider the actual problem --- American
crime families infiltrating and commandeering "governmental services
corporations" and then using subcontracting agencies and commissions to
do their dirty work.

The Universal Law of Free Will is
Being Violated
We were given free will for a reason:
so that we could learn to choose what is good.
Even Yeshuah was given "curds and
honey" (Isaiah 7) so that he would learn the difference between what is good and
what is bad.
We must be enabled to make a choice
-- a free will choice that reflects our unmanipulated and honest will, or our
existence is meaningless and nothing can be learned about our true nature.
Please see this presentation which
explains how our Free Will is being destroyed and why and in very general terms,
by whom:
They call it "the Brain Initiative"
-- a system by which viruses are used to introduce genetically engineered
receptor sites in normal nerve cells -- "neurons".
These artificial receptor sites are
then available to receive signals in the form of either chemicals or light
impulses, and depending on this stimulus, our nerve cells turn on or turn off.
This can be used to create pain as
well as remove pain, to agitate or to calm.
You get the picture. They have been
at it full bore since Obummer was a pup. He signed the funding to put this
agenda on hyperdrive.
And this underlines the first stories
coming out of Wuhan, China, that the happenings there were the result of "crowd
control" experiments and experimental technologies aimed at crowd control.
Although these technologies might be
used to calm rioters, they could also be used as virtual lobotomies, turning
people into biological robots without free will.
For this reason, these technologies
are extremely dangerous and should not be promoted nor allowed. They violate the
Universal Law of Free Will in ways that cannot be tolerated.
Pray to the True God who gave you
free will to avenge this offense against us and to drag the politicians and
scientists and corporate bosses responsible for it out into the light where
their activities and motives can be properly assessed and monitored and
controlled by a vigilant -- and angry --
public.

The Way It's Played

I have been busy today nailing down
details of "the game". This is their game, not ours. We have to learn to play it
and deduce the rule book as we go, but having observed their twisted but
consistent logic for decades certainly helps.
They lie. We tell the truth. They
accuse us of lying.
They do something criminal. We
object. They accuse us of their crime.
This is the Hallmark of what they
always do, and the order in which they do it.
Their entire "modus operandi" boils
down to this: accuse others of doing what you do yourself; pretend to be your
enemies and by your own bad behavior heap condemnation on them.
For example, the unfolding scandal in
Pearl River, Louisiana: a priest caught red-bottomed on the altar of St. Peter
and Paul's, cavorting with two dominatrix women. And filming it all for
posterity. Oh, my.
But if you think that "priest" is a
good Catholic boy, think again. He's a Satanist who has sung all the right
songs, told all the right lies, simpered his way through any amount of dull
canonical law and Orders of the Day, until in Satanist terms, he's a "made man".
You can't be a priest of Satan until
you are ordained as a priest in the Roman Catholic Church. Given the growth of
the "Church" of Satan over the past fifty years, it makes total sense that the
Catholic Church is inundated with unsavory candidates for the priesthood.
Priests of Satan get all the earthly
goodies, all the sex, all the drugs, all the money and power, while the actual
priests get gruel for supper and celibacy and suffering--- and then get worked
to death on top of it. All pleasure and rest is for later, someday, in Heaven.
Taken together, these two different groups of priests play out the extremes of
the duality of creation: good and bad personified.
And it's hard to tell the difference,
because the priests of Satan have learned to play their part to utter
perfection. They know all the secrets of their opponents in the Roman Catholic
priesthood, plus all their own little tricks of the trade.
It is a given that some High Priests
of Satan are also high up in the clergy of the Roman Catholic Church. They have
spent their entire adult lives as penultimate hypocrites, for the purpose of
grooming new priests of Satan and protecting the clandestine activities of their
"church" within a church.
Next week you will find this
defrocked priest playing some other role. Maybe he'll be a Muslim with a long,
scraggly bushy red beard and eye-brows to match, shouting with apparent fervor
about the glories of Allah and the sins of the Infidels --- while sneaking
around raping little girls.
This is how they play their game.
This is how this one group of people has managed to spread so much hatred, so
many lies, and so much violence and fear throughout the world--- by telling
Whoppers and by pretending to be what they are not.
Look at the current situation. We
have all sorts of "U.S. Citizens" and "citizens of the United States" --- both,
pretending to be Americans. And predictably, the Americans are being blamed for
what the U.S. Citizens and "citizens of the United States" have done.
This is predictable. This is par for
their course. So, look for it, recognize it for what it is, and deal with the
fact that nothing is what it appears to be. A priest is not necessarily a
priest. A Republican is not necessarily a Republican. And a Jew is not
necessarily a Jew.
Turn up your God-given Shinola
Sensor.
After the "indecency charges" of the
Pearl River case are wrangled through, this purported priest from Louisiana will
disappear and become someone different and new ---- and he'll go on wreaking
havoc and promoting sexual perversion and lying his way from job to job and
place to place, always misrepresenting himself as anyone and anything but a
Satanist--- even though that is what he is.
Grandma has seen these vipers before,
and so have you, whether you consciously realize it or not.
The Sons of Cain created cities in
the Land of Nod (where everyone is sleeping, right?) and to this day, these
individuals are busy running the Empire of the Cities -- the Inner City of
London, the Vatican, and Washington, DC. They are just as dishonest and
deceitful, vain and selfish, and given to double-speak, as their
forefathers.
They use all the same means to
delude, to enslave, to abuse, and to impersonate their victims as their
ancestors did.
They constantly congratulate
themselves about how stupid and trusting and lazy we are.
How else could we let them
"substitute for" our actual government? How else could we be deceived into
thinking that credit is the same as money? And how could we let them control
either the money or the credit?
Another Hallmark of these hue-mans is
that they have no actual compassion.
This is ironic, as they often portray
themselves as the soppiest bleeding-hearts that ever lived. While holding tight
to the supply of money and guaranteeing poverty for most of the world, these
hypocrites take to the streets and decry the living conditions they cause.
Yes, you read that right. They speak
up -- loudly -- in opposition to the deplorable living conditions that they
cause, and behind the scenes, they work night and day to make sure that these
conditions continue.
Thus the rats responsible for the
poverty and misery of so many others raise the hue and cry of "social justice"
and appear to be advocates of the poor, while in fact they are holding the purse
strings and making sure the poor continue to suffer.
That's what actually goes on in
Washington, DC. And Rome. And London.
Next time you hear Pope Francis
talking about the miseries of the poor, and the diseased, and the victims of
war, and also about the ruined environment and so many other maladies --- bear
in mind that you are looking at the richest and most powerful man in the world,
and know that if he actually wanted to end these conditions, he could easily do
so in a fortnight.
And observe that he doesn't do so. He
invests in George Soros instead.
Faithful Catholics gave this man half
a billion dollars to spend--himself, personally-- on directly alleviating the
sufferings he talks about, and instead, he spent it on new bank buildings,
Hollywood movies, and luxury condos in Switzerland. Go figure.
Take a good look at the poverty and
misery rampant in Nancy Pelosi's Senate District and ask yourself--- how is this
possible? A seventy-eight percent high school failure rate? Human feces on the
sidewalk? Zoned out junkies wandering aimlessly from cardboard box to cardboard
box?
Self-evidently, Nancy Pelosi, who
spends trillions of dollars every year, is a liar and a hypocrite. Obviously,
she doesn't actually give a damn about anyone in her Senate District. She isn't
accomplishing anything worthwhile for them, and yet, despite the evidence, her
constituents continue to be deceived by her rhetoric and air of confident
superiority.
Like a witch casting a spell, or a
spider in its web, Nancy Pelosi lulls her victims into a set of comfortable but
incorrect assumptions. From all her words and her ingratiating smiles, they take
it for granted that she understands what they are going through and sympathizes
with them---- and it never occurs to them that she knows about their miseries,
because she is causing them.
She is, in fact, doing everything she
can to make sure that these nasty conditions in her Senate District continue and
get worse. Just like her pal, Governor Newsom. And she tunes up the progressive
rhetoric at the same time she denies funding to alleviate the suffering she is
causing.
It would be bad enough if this were
the stock-in-trade of just a few Bad Eggs, but it is not. Politicians in both
political parties do the same exact thing, with the net result that this entire
country is needlessly and endlessly suffering.
Recognizing Satanists is actually
pretty easy. As Jesus said a long time ago, you judge them by their fruits--
never their words. Their actions and the results of their actions are what
count.
So look at Nancy Pelosi's Senate
District and look real good: rotten schools, failing infrastructure, abusive
police, feces on the streets, mammoth unemployment, fear, hopelessness, and no
money.
These are the fruits Nancy Pelosi is
handing out to the Californians in her own Senate District, and still these
victims believe that Poor Nancy is helpless to help them and doing her best to
lead the Good Fight. They vote for her faithfully year after year and think that
giving her more seniority and power is a good thing-- as if more of what doesn't
work for forty years is someday going to deliver different results.
This is the way their game is played
--- upside down and backward. The good are portrayed as bad, and the bad are
portrayed as good, but at the end of the day look sharp.
Look at the
fruits.
