998-1001 Trolls and Tribulations

As many of you have noted, I have been under attack in recent days from trolls running from various directions. Consider well the old saying that a man (or woman) is known both by their enemies and their friends.
The banks are, generally speaking,
my enemies-- I have identified them as one of the principal sources of
the corruption and criminality infesting the various governments. I
have tried to convince the banks to come clean and start over.
They won't do what is right and also practical, so what choice does that leave?
An Icelandic-style housecleaning, in
which the central banks are nationalized, the bankers are jailed, and
the entire system including the currency re-booted.
It's actually simpler than it sounds.
The banks have had lots of
opportunity to face facts and do the right thing of their own accord,
but they are so habitually and endemically power-hungry and greedy that
they can't imagine that they are responsible for their bad behavior and
need to make actual, factual, substantive amends.
When faced with that eventuality
their knee-jerk response has been akin to little kids threatening to
take their bat and ball and go home. Or spin off some Total Destruction
Scenario that just makes them look worse.
Fine, I say, but first there will be a spanking and a long time out.
As I stomp the various Pretenders
into the dust, I also make enemies. Those Pretenders include the guilty
World Bank, the Manna World Trust, the OPPT, the Filippina Kingdom
Hacienda, and all sorts of other wannabes whose chief characteristic is
that (1) they have no standing to make their claims and (2) they were
insiders in the banking industry and (3) they want to glom onto American
money and assets and "re-distribute" them without the nicety of even
obtaining the permission of the actual owners.
And those two activities on my part
--- herding the banks and stomping Pretender organizations trying to
take over the old World Trust and especially the assets owed to
Americans --- is what predictably triggers the Troll Army.
So who are the Trolls, actually?
Well, there's Decker Apfel who is so brave he uses his wife's email and Facebook accounts.
He has presented himself as a friend of Neil Keenan, but Neil and I are
friends and Neil is the first one to report "Decker's" activities. Go
figure.
There's Larry Becraft --- a Bar Attorney who has spent his career misleading Patriots and making sure they stay ignorant.
And his pal, Bob Hurt---- supposedly
a leader in the Law Enforcement community, who doesn't know the
difference between a "law enforcement officer" and a "peacekeeping
officer". Again, go figure.
And last, but not least annoying,
The Copycat, Keith Livingway. I hadn't heard until this morning that he
has returned from overseas and is living in a shack in Kentucky, so
paranoid he won't go outside. He just sent out a warrant for my arrest
based on his (false) claim to own the name of "The United States of
America"---which he claimed back from a bankrupt Scottish commercial
corporation that had no right to use it in the first place.
It all gets better and better, as
the nests of cockroaches and lunatics surface and sound off. We've got
con artists and ignoramuses by the busloads, and they are stirring up
all the dust they can muster ---- but keep your eye on the ball.
Get your political status records
straight and then go join your lawful state jural assembly. This is
the fastest, safest, and totally lawful way for you to regain control of
your Good Name and Estate---- and begin cracking the whip over all your
dishonest employees: www.national-assembly.net
Once you get these basics in place,
you can follow through by issuing a metes and bounds survey of your land
/ home property and pasting that right over all the land titles that
have been secretively created by foreign commercial corporations and
attached to your ESTATE.
The tail has been wagging the dog,
and you all know it --- you just didn't know how or why this happened.
Now you do. Just read my prior post about "Whoa, Wonder Ann! The Truth
vs. The Mirror."
The only job we have to worry about
is getting our National-Level States of States back up and operating and
in control of the Mess in Washington, DC. The sooner we all claim back
our non-citizen national political status and restore our actual
National-Level States of States, the better.
And as for the Trolls....
The Trolls can all chew on my rump for a long time before they reach my heart.

Whoa, Wonder Ann! - The Truth v. The Mirror

The Colonies gave rise to the Republics --- such as The Texas Republic (land) and The Republic of Texas (sea).
These are two different organizations operating in two different
jurisdictions. Later, provision was made (The Northwest Ordinance) by
which Territories instead of Colonies could give rise to State
Republics.
The Republics then gave rise to the States (land) and States of States (sea). These are also two different things operating in two different jurisdictions.
The Texas Republic gives rise to Texas, which is a member of The United States of America, which is a Federation of States.
The Republic of Texas gives rise to The State of Texas. which is a member of the States of America, which is a Confederacy of States of States.
These -- the Federation of States
and the Confederacy of States of States -- are also two different
things operating in two different jurisdictions.
The Federal Government was
created to exercise the Delegated Powers. That is all it is supposed to
do. The three Constitutions adopted 1787, 1789, and 1790 establish a
National Level Government to exercise the Delegated Powers, and a
Territorial Government to manage the affairs of the Territories, and a
Municipal Government to oversee the District of Columbia /Washington,
DC.
Please note that The State of Texas that existed prior to the so-called Civil War was the only "State of State" associated with Texas.
After the Civil War, the British-backed Territorial United States created "states of states" for itself and forced everyone to adopt new "constitutions" --- that is, debt for services agreements -- with them. These Territorial States of States were never a part of our mandated government structure. They do business as "the State of Texas" for example. Like cuckoo birds, they substituted themselves for the National Level States of States, like The State of Texas that we are owed, but thanks to the similar names deceit, nobody caught the substitution.
So the Territorial United States which was only supposed to manage the affairs of actual Territories created its own "State of State" franchises and foisted those off instead of the National-Level States of State that we are owed. That is, the Territorial entity doing business as "the State of Texas" was substituted for the National entity doing business as "The State of Texas".
What happened to the original entity --- The State of Texas? It was rolled over into a land trust doing business as "the Texas State" and managed by "the [Territorial]
State of Texas" pending "reconstruction" of The State of Texas --- which of course, never occurred.
When we forgot or never knew and never caught on to this fraud, the Municipal United States got into the act and created its own "states of states" doing business as the STATE OF TEXAS.
All this shameless and totally
unauthorized usurpation and false presumption against our lawfully
mandated government at all levels has been carried out against us by our
own employees under the influence of foreign powers --- the British
Monarch and British Crown in the case of the Territorial United States
and the Popes and the Vatican in the case of the Municipal United
States.
So where is our seat of power? Far
removed from anything to do with the Federal Government. which was never
designed to be or do anything but exercise our delegated powers in the
international jurisdiction of the sea.
The Delegation of Power goes like this:
Colonies and Territories
Give Rise to State Republics---The Texas Republic/Republic of Texas
Give Rise to States -- Texas and States of States -- The State of Texas
The States form a Federation doing business as The United States of America.
The States of States form a Confederacy doing business as the States of America.
And that is where it was supposed to
end. There were not supposed to be Territorial States of States or
Municipal STATES OF STATES.
Instead, Territorial States of States doing business as, for example, the State of Texas, were formed and foisted off on us as substitutes for The State of Texas.
A new "federation" of these Territorial States of States was also formed, doing business as "the United States of America" ---- which Trump is President of.
This structure "mirrors" the
structure of government we are owed and the deceptively similar names
help conceal the fraud and usurpation.
Correction of this situation
requires us to stir our stumps and assemble ourselves as non-citizen
nationals and operate our actual States to restore and -- 150 years
after the fact -- finish the "reconstruction" of our actual
National-Level States of States---- The State of Texas, The State of
Wisconsin, and so on.
This requires everyone to set up
their County and State Jural Assemblies -- precisely what the Michigan
General Jural Assembly is teaching everyone to do.
So please, don't get confused or
sidetracked. Giving the Territorial United States any excuse or
provocation to attack will get innocent people killed.

The Con is On

An audible gasp went out in the
breakout room I was in at last month’s pension event cosponsored by The
Civic Federation and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. That was when a
speaker from the Chicago Fed proposed levying, across the state and in
addition to current property taxes, a special property assessment they
estimate would be about 1% of actual property value each year for 30
years.
Evidently, that wasn’t reality-shock enough. This week the Chicago Fed published that proposal formally. It’s linked here.
It surely ranks among the most blatantly inhumane and foolish ideas we’ve seen yet.
Homeowners with houses worth
$250,000 would pay an additional $2,500 per year in property taxes,
those with homes worth $500,000 would pay an additional $5,000, and
those with homes worth $1 million would pay an additional $10,000.
Is the Chicago Fed blind to human
consequences? Confiscatory property tax rates have already robbed
hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, of Illinois families of their
home equity — probably the lion’s share of whatever wealth they had.
Property taxes in many Illinois
communities already exceed 3%, 4% and even 5% of home values. Across
Illinois, the average is a sky-high 2.67 percent, the highest in the
nation.
In south Cook County they already
average over 5%. Most of those communities are working class, often
African-American. The Fed says maybe you could make the tax progressive
by exempting lower values, but that’s very difficult to do and, if you
did somehow exempt the poor and working class, the bill pushed to the
others would be astronomical.
Those rates have already plunged
many communities into death spirals, demanding an immediate solution,
but the Chicago Fed apparently wants to pour on more of the accelerant.
Don’t they understand that people
won’t build on or improve property when property taxes are that high?
When taxes are 3 percent to 6 percent, any value you add to your home is
going to be taxed at that high rate forever. Have they never been to
our communities with countless dis-repaired, abandoned homes and
commercial properties, which are the result?
Get this, which is part of the Fed’s reasoning:
“New taxes wouldn’t affect people
thinking of moving to Illinois. While they would have to pay higher
property taxes, that would be offset by not having to pay as much for
their new homes. In addition, current homeowners would not be able to
avoid the new tax by selling their homes and moving because home prices
should reflect the new tax burden quickly.”
In other words, just confiscate
wealth from current owners because they will pay, whether they stay or
not, through an immediate reduction in home value.
This proposed tax would only address
the five state pensions. What about the other 650-plus pensions in
Illinois, particularly those for overlapping jurisdictions in Chicago
which are grossly underfunded? The Fed was asked that at last month’s
seminar and they, without explanation, said they didn’t bother to cover
that.
I’ve earlier met Rick Mattoon, one of the Chicago Fed authors of the proposal. He’s a smart, likable guy
who I thought had lots of interesting information. For the life of me,
however, I can’t understand how he would put his name on this proposal.
Property can’t leave, so seize it. That’s the basic idea.

Planetary Location Check -- Where is Bob Hurt?

What planet are you living on, Bob?
Larry Becraft has replied to things I never said, and you think that that constitutes proving me wrong? Hello?
Larry put up a big explanation of
the repeal of the Act of 1871 and pretended that this had something to
do with me. I never brought the subject up.
And when I corrected him and gave
the complete history of the Act of 1871 and showed how it was repealed
and then instituted via a piecemeal process that was completed by 1878,
neither you nor he had a word to say. He didn't show me up. I showed
him up.
I not only showed up the fact that he was making a false argument, but I shamed him for telling half the truth.
You want to interpret that sorry
performance and others like it, all having the same result, as Larry
putting Anna in her place?
Just like now. Faced with having to rattle off a few legal definitions, you suddenly have nothing to say.
Why? Because you are blowing off
your mouth. You don't really know what you're talking about. And you
are too lazy to find out.
Shame on you. Shame on the horse that brought you. Shame on your pal, Larry, too, because he knows better.
