1010-1018 Holy Moly!!!!!!! This Is the BIG ONE!

The Fourth Maxim of Commercial Law is crucial.  It establishes the Due Process of Commercial Law by demanding that someone stick their neck out and declare their responsibility for telling the truth to the court by providing an affidavit. 

TRUTH IS EXPRESSED IN THE FORM OF AN AFFIDAVIT. (Lev. 5:4-5; Lev. 6:3-5; Lev. 19:11-13: Num. 30:2; Mat. 5:33; James 5: 12). 

I have not had much respect for Commercial Law and haven't studied it a whole lot, mostly because I noted years ago that it was broken.  It doesn't work the way it should. Specifically, affidavits don't work.  The courts ignore them. 

Now, almost by accident, I know why and it is so simple, it's stupid. 

First, via the "US Citizen" political status fraud, the vermin re-defined us as "decedents" --- that is, people who willingly declined their birthright estate.  Next, they "enfranchised" us --- created multiple business entities and public trusts and public utilities named after us -- all that remained  on the public record were incorporated entities: JOHN DOE, JOHN M. DOE, and JOHN MARK DOE, and it was these incorporated entities that the courts addressed.  

And the "Rest of the Story is......."  ---- incorporated entities can't create affidavits. They have no ability to take Oaths, swear to anything, or provide any testimony. 

So by enfranchising us, the demons both subjected us to commercial law and rendered us helpless under it.

And he is absolutely correct! 

This, at last, is why there has been no remedy and no hearing for the victims of this fraud scheme.  Commercial law can't work without an affidavit, and incorporated entities --- public trusts and public transmitting utilities --- can't issue affidavits. End of story. 

We were totally boxed in, so that the judge couldn't even hear us.  Literally.  We had no recourse, and only the "appearance" of justice.  They let us talk and run the meter, charged us for their "service"---and left us without any possible relief. 

The Bar Association Members --- British Merchant Marine Shipping Clerks -- colluded with the politicians and the banks to set up the Perfect Crime, an ultimate Identity Theft Scheme that rendered the victims voiceless and helpless and without recourse.  

It's almost funny when you finally see it--- a real guffaw-worthy sleight of hand, something so preposterous, so obvious, and yet --- unless you had cause to think about both the identity theft and this particular bit of commercial law, you'd never put it together. 

So, everyone ever issued a BIRTH CERTIFICATE has been trafficked, impersonated, and defrauded. Every such PERSON ever addressed by one of these COURTS has suffered barratry and been subjected to a foreign jurisdiction and form of law, within which they were specifically disabled and unable to defend themselves. 

No more filthy, repugnant, criminal scheme, nothing more unjust, despicable, cynical ---- and in the end, cowardly, can be imagined.  They attacked little babies in their cradles and used a petty, pathetic scheme like this to steal them blind and enslave them for life. 

Even I am stunned. 

But there it is, and there you have it.  

We have come full circle at last.  

In the end, this is all that anyone needs to know -- what they did and how they did it.  That, and the realization of how many million--- nay, billions--- of innocent people have suffered because of it.

Burning Books 101

It began in Alexandria, with the burning of the famous library there.  It has continued down through history.  Burning books and destroying records is the hallmark of criminality -- especially government-sponsored criminality.  

We saw it when the British burned Washington, DC, in the War of 1812, we saw it in the so-called American Civil War when Sherman sacked Atlanta and Richmond, we saw it in Germany in both World War I and II, we saw it in New York on 911.  One of the primary objects of all these terrible venal actions was the destruction of records.

In more recent times, simply falsifying vast numbers of public records has been adopted by the same guilty parties --- such as the human trafficking on paper that the American People have suffered, purposefully mis-identifying millions upon millions of them as British Territorial United States Citizens.  

It should come as absolutely no surprise to anyone that the records of the Territorial United States Corporations are constantly being destroyed, archived, culled, re-ordered, re-published, issued in re-numbered, re-annotated, and re-structured versions.  Except for really famous cases like the Clearfield Trust Co. v. United States any court cases or opinion utterances damaging to the agenda of the criminals among us are likely to disappear or be shuffled off.  Even current news stories that are "uncomplimentary" regularly disappear.  The links vanish, as in this case reported to me today by "illusion buster"--- and I quote:

 is a link to the Daily Paul web site and every link within the article does not exist. This article is old from 2012. Have these links been moved to another site that you are aware of? It would be nice to verify these stories claimed.  If they no longer exist then how can I possible pass on information that has no link to back it up? It makes ones viewpoint very weak. 

Fortunately, this information is still available directly from the source, Rod Class and his organization, so it is relatively easy to replace.  It isn't always so. 

For example, the 1824 version of Webster's Dictionary clearly states that the word "federal" is a synonym for "contract" --- therefore, when the Founders were discussing the "Federal Government" --- they clearly knew this and were openly discussing a government under contract to perform services. 

The next edition of Webster's Dictionary, just four years later, in 1828 --- doesn't have this crucial bit of information in it.  

It disappeared.  So if you don't happen to have a copy of the 1824 Webster's Dictionary, you will never know this factoid and even if you do, you won't be able to prove it.  

This is typical.  This the way "THEY" operate. 

When my husband and I  revoked our election to pay federal income taxes the reference was something like 26 USC 6301 (A) (4) (g).  Just a couple years later, it had shifted several sections and you had to read the pages around the original citation to find the information about revocation.  Just recently, one of my students went looking for it and found it fifteen pages away from my original citation twenty years ago, and additional obfuscations in the language had been made. The right to revoke is still there, but it isn't as clearly stated, either. 

These are the common-as-dirt manipulations employed by the vermin. Some of it is innocent and just a matter of the constant changes and alterations that occur when new publishers and new editions of "amended" and "annotated" and "updated" codes and regulations and court cases are issued.  As a result, when someone refers to the 1967 Congressional Record, you need to look at the 1967 Edition of the Congressional Record--- because even with things that you would expect to be set in cement --- everything changes.  Information gets "archived", "redacted", "amended", "re-ordered", "re-published", "re-worded", "re-numbered" and sometimes outright deleted.  

And not all of this is innocent.  Some of it is very, very deliberate destruction of public records, usually using the excuse that it is an "issue" of "national" --- that is, corporate --- security.  

If you don't have a hard copy, you can be left with a doo-dad in your hair, so Job One as you begin your career as a researcher --- cover your butt and retain hard copies of everything that is important.  

If you are me, you retain as many hard copies as you can lay your hands on, and maintain libraries of these resources away from your home and out of sight.  The Book Burners are never far away and who knows what will set them off on a rampage that destroys the proof of what they have done?  

A small group of dedicated archivists --- all volunteers --- are plodding forward, page by page, scanning hundreds of thousands of pages of Congressional Acts, Court Cases, Dictionaries,  Military Records and Manuals, Territorial and State of State Statutes--- you name it, they are organizing and scanning and digitally archiving massive amounts of information specifically because our Enemies are Book Burners and Record Destroyers.  

Some of the materials I cite are admittedly rare as hen's teeth.  You aren't likely to just stumble across many books that are over 200 years old, and for the reasons just described, some of the citations I give may be difficult to track down, but you can bet that somewhere I have squirreled away hard copies.  

And so should you.  

And when someone like Larry Becraft tries to make a big deal out of not being able to find a particular citation and uses that as a basis to claim that I "lied" about anything --- you should know better.  You should know that all that proves is that he is: (a) an incompetent researcher; (b) too lazy to actually track it down, or (c) someone, somewhere has moved that particular piece of "cheese"--- either because new editions or versions have been published since I noted the citation, or because the citation itself has been removed by those who use "editorial discretion" the same way they use "judicial discretion".

Don't Make This Common Mistake

I am re-posting an insightful, heart-felt, and pointed article from John Whitehead that appeared in Zero Hedge (below).  In it, John Whitehead asks --- with abundant food for thought --- Is the US Government Evil?   And the answer in view of the facts has to be a resounding ---yes, the US Government is evil, however..... thanks to the semantic deceits and political usurpation of the British Territorial United States, it isn't clear to the average American or other people around the world which "United States" is at fault. 

Let's make this perfectly clear --- America has been at peace for a 150 years.  The entity responsible for the endless wars and misery is not the actual United States, but is instead the British-controlled Territorial United States.  Two completely different entities, both of which may be called "United States"---- and the criminals among us simply don't distinguish between the actual United States and the Territorial United States--- leaving us to take the blame for their evils. 

Don't blame America for this.  Blame the actual source of the oppression and evil-- which is the British Government, not ours.

This is not a government you should trust with your life, your loved ones, your livelihood or your freedoms.
This is the face of evil, disguised as a democracy, sold to the people as an institution that has their best interests at heart.
Don’t fall for the lie.
The government has never had our best interests at heart.
Endless wars. The government didn’t have our best interests at heart when it propelled us into endless oil-fueled wars and military occupations in the Middle East that wreaked havoc on our economy, stretched thin our military resources and subjected us to horrific blowback.
A police state. There is no way the government had our best interests at heart when it passed laws subjecting us to all manner of invasive searches and surveillance, censoring our speech and stifling our expression, rendering us anti-government extremists for daring to disagree with its dictates, locking us up for criticizing government policies on social media, encouraging Americans to spy and snitch on their fellow citizens, and allowing government agents to grope, strip, search, taser, shoot and kill us.
Battlefield America. Certainly the government did not have our best interests at heart when it turned America into a battlefield, transforming law enforcement agencies into extensions of the military, conducting military drills on domestic soil, distributing “free” military equipment and weaponry to local police, and desensitizing Americans to the menace of the police state with active shooter drills, color-coded terror alerts, and randomly conducted security checkpoints at “soft” targets such as shopping malls and sports arenas.
Secret human experimentation. One would also be hard-pressed to suggest that the American government had our best interests at heart when it conducted secret experiments on an unsuspecting populace—citizens and noncitizens alike—making healthy people sick by spraying them with chemicals, injecting them with infectious diseases and exposing them to airborne toxins. The government reasoned that it was legitimate (and cheaper) to experiment on people who did not have full rights in society such as prisoners, mental patients, and poor blacks.
For instance, there was the CIA’s Cold War-era program, MKULTRA, in which the government began secretly experimenting on hundreds of unsuspecting American civilians and military personnel by dosing them with LSD, some having the hallucinogenic drug secretly slipped into their drinks, so that the government could explore its uses in brainwashing and controlling targets. The CIA spent nearly $20 million on its MKULTRA program, reportedly as a means of programming people to carry out assassinations and, to a lesser degree, inducing anxieties and erasing memories, before it was supposedly shut down.
Sounds like the stuff of conspiracy theorists, I know, but the government’s track record of treating Americans like lab rats has been well-documented, including its attempts to expose whole communities to various toxins as part of its efforts to develop lethal biological weapons and study their impact and delivery methods on unsuspecting populations.
John Lennon was right: “We’re being run by maniacs for maniacal ends.”
Unfortunately, the more things change, the more they stay the same.
Just recently, for example, a Fusion Center in Washington State (a Dept. of Homeland Security-linked data collection clearinghouse that shares information between state, local and federal agencies) inadvertently released records on remote mind control tactics (the use of “psycho-electronic” weapons to control people from a distance or subject them to varying degrees of pain).
Mind you, there is no clear evidence to suggest that these particular documents were created by a government agency. Then again, the government—no stranger to diabolical deeds or shady experiments carried out an unsuspecting populace—has done it before.
After all, this is a government that has become almost indistinguishable from the evil it claims to be fighting, whether that evil takes the form of terrorism, torture, drug trafficking, sex trafficking, murder, violence, theft, pornography, scientific experimentations or some other diabolical means of inflicting pain, suffering and servitude on humanity.
For too long now, as I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the American people have been persuaded to barter their freedoms for phantom promises of security and, in the process, have rationalized turning a blind eye to all manner of government wrongdoing—asset forfeiture schemes, corruption, surveillance, endless wars, SWAT team raids, militarized police, profit-driven private prisons, and so on—because they were the so-called lesser of two evils.
No matter how you rationalize it, the lesser of two evils is still evil.
So how do you fight back?
How do you fight injustice? How do you push back against tyranny? How do you vanquish evil?
You don’t fight it by hiding your head in the sand.
Stop being apathetic. Stop being neutral. Stop being accomplices.
Start recognizing evil and injustice and tyranny for what they are. Demand government transparency. Vote with your feet (i.e., engage in activism, not just politics). Refuse to play politics with your principles. Don’t settle for the lesser of two evils.
As British statesman Edmund Burke warned, “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men [and women] to do nothing.”
It’s time for good men and women to do something. And soon.

Meet the Raj

Mahatma Gandhi faced off the brutal Raj in India and now, we meet them here. 

Make no mistake, most of the world is facing the same Raj today.  We simply didn't know who they were or how they were operating, but now that we do, it is apparent that the same British Commercial Feudalism that kept India strangled for the better part of a hundred years has done the same here and throughout much of the rest of the world, too. 

These are people so brutal and cheap that they would keep poor farmers from harvesting salt from the sea -- salt that they needed to live in India's hot climate, salt that they needed to preserve their food, salt that God gave them for free --- but for which the British Raj charged top dollar and defended their evil practice with guns. 

The same British Raj opened fire on unarmed men, women and children at Amritsar with machine guns and rifles, killing hundreds in a few minutes of sustained fire----and exposing the evil of the British Government to the entire world, including the folks at home.

We--- the Americans, Canadians, Aussies, Germans, Japanese, South Africans -- need to show the same resolve as the Indian People and expose the modern British Raj for what they still are: brutal commercial mercenaries who have no part in a decent world. 

Once you realize that you are dealing with commercial mercenaries on the land and pirates on the sea, posing as members of "your" legitimate government, you are empowered to deal with the real circumstance and threat that this represents. 

It isn't the Russians or the Chinese threatening us.  The Russians have been our friends, even as they have been shaking their heads at our stupidity.  The Chinese just want to be paid and able to live decent peaceful lives.  The real danger here has arisen from within, as the result of usurpation, fraud, deceit and gross Breach of Trust and Commercial Contract by the British-controlled Territorial United States. 

That is the sad and sorry truth that we must face.  Britain's Government has betrayed its own people in the same way that it has betrayed its Allies.  It has consciously sown the seeds of war in the Middle East and has adopted evil foreign policies seeking to promote the same kinds of "endless" endemic conflict throughout the world by forced importation of Islamic people who have been forced from their ancestral 

homes by the same brutal, insane British foreign policies employed in the Middle East three generations ago.  

Why?  Because they profit from war.  

They gain advantage from dividing people into groups and labeling them.  

Apparently, they are neither very creative nor very industrious, and this is the only way they can imagine of making a living on their small pieces of rock--- to cause endless war and profit from it. 

Britain is the problem.  It has always been the problem.  It will always be the problem until we all wake up and realize who the real "Enemy" is and has always been.  I do not suggest that the British people are evil, but I know that their government well and truly is.

The UN Trusteeship

The UN Trusteeship

According to this mammoth fraud against the American States and People, we just disappeared one day, like the ships of the Dutch East India company or the Templar Fleet before them, and deserted all our property here in America, leaving it behind in the care of our servants for hire -- the British-controlled Territorial United States.

As such, we were deemed by those same dishonest servants to have "donated" our "abandoned" estates to the good of whomever, and most likely, to ourselves, should we ever "return" from "over the sea".

Of course, we were never informed of our purported absence, nor of our supposed donation of our good names and assets.

As Mark Twain noted when this fraud first started --- rumors of our death have been greatly exaggerated.

In 1976, the traitors responsible for this debacle passed two Acts in the Territorial United States Congress --- the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and in tandem with it, the International Organizations Immunities Act.

These two Acts together provide for individual still owed their lawful birthright estates to claim them as "Foreign Sovereigns" ---- that is, "foreign" with respect to the Territorial United States, and to otherwise wash the hands of the perpetrators by naming the United Nations as the Trustees responsible for administration of our state laws and assets.

This manipulation (invalid as it is) is the equivalent of taking your money out of one pocket and putting it in the other, as the UN Corporation is owned and operated by the same people and interests as the US Corporation.

So now we are being treated to the spectacle of "UN Commissioners" disguised as County Commissioners arriving on our soil to tell us how to live our lives and how high to jump --- except for one important fact.

We, the supposed "Donors" of the Trust they are administering have also seized claim as the "Beneficiaries" of all the Cestui Que Vies and related State assets and invoked the Doctrine of Merger.

This means that when the (merely presumed to be) Donor of a Trust is also the Beneficiary of a Trust, that Donor has the absolute right to collapse the Trust and receive back all the assets of that Trust. This is called a "reversionary trust interest"--- which we have, and which we have invoked on the public and international record. We have merged the various entities established in our NAMES and returned them to the land and soil of our birth.

Read that--- we have already told the UN to get off our soil and stay off and to prove any legitimate interest granted to them by the foreign Territorial United States Congress acting in Breach of Trust and Commercial Contract.

There is absolutely nothing in the Delegated Powers suggesting that the Territorial United States has now nor ever had any ability to dispose of our assets in any jurisdiction of the law. Therefore, the Territorial United States cannot grant to the UN what was never theirs to grant.

The actual presumed "Donors" have come home and claimed back the entirety of their land and soil as well as their Persons/PERSONS. Kindly inform the United Nations Secretary General and all the new "County Commissioners".

The Public Law and the Private "Law"

More mirroring. 

Yesterday, I discussed the necessity of nailing down exactly which "United States" is being referred to in every instance and brought attention to the fact that our Territorial servants have defrauded us via the use of deliberate confusions and semantic deceits.  

This process of "mirroring" everything is endemic, from the sacred office of the Pope being mirrored by the secular office of Pontiff, and the United States of America, Inc. being passed off as The United States of America (Unincorporated) on down.  It therefore comes as no surprise that The United States created by the Colonies back in 1776 has been "mirrored" by the United States exercising powers delegated to it in 1787, and that the Territorial United States and Municipal United States have made merry with the name "United States", too. 

This basic principle of the Satanists holds true throughout their system.  They label everything and mirror everything, even the law itself. 

The Public Law is mirrored by their private law. 

Our Sheriffs are peacekeeping officers.  Their Sheriffs are law enforcement officers. 

These are two different offices, one public, one private, both called "Sheriff".  

Yet another similar names deceit. 

The vermin attempt to confuse one with the other, and to convince you that you are subject to their private "club" law, which amounts to the "public policies" of a corporation. 

Yesterday, we also discussed the Clearfield Doctrine.  When an entity exercising our delegated powers debases itself and engages in commercial activity as an incorporated entity, it loses any special governmental powers or sovereign immunity and descends to the nature of any other commercial corporation. 

Very clearly what has happened here is that private commercial corporations have been entrusted with governmental functions.  They have then hidden behind their government "identity" and used those delegated but still coercive powers to benefit their own bottom lines and protect their own corporate interests at the expense of competitors. 

Imagine giving Exxon the ability to act as "the government"? 

So how is it possible that you, a free born American, could become liable and subject to the public policies of a foreign corporation merely under hire to provide stipulated governmental services?  

By contract --- and in this case, undisclosed and unconscionable contract  employing semantic deceit  (Are you a US [Territorial] Citizen?) and improper use of the coercive powers of what appears to be government (You have to sign up for Social Security in order to have a [Federal] job....) to feather the nests and extend coercive power to private corporations. 

Reclaiming your Trade Name re-establishes your identity as an American eligible to claim back your birthright estate as a living man or woman, and enables you to then lay claim to the derivative NAMES that the vermin have established "for" you in the following forms:  JOHN DOE (a public charitable trust),  JOHN M. DOE (a public transmitting utility) and JOHN MARK DOE (a constructive foreign grantor trust ESTATE)----and return all them to a permanent domicile on the land and soil of your birth.  

This effectively severs the unconscionable contract that they have created for their own benefit and the benefit of their foreign commercial corporation, which is supposed to be providing your States with good faith service, and corrects the falsified public records they have used against you.  

Put another way, when you remove your names from their jurisdiction they no longer have a "handle" to seize upon and manipulate you and your assets.  Whatever contract there is, is re-written in your favor.  It is therefore of the utmost urgency and should be of your utmost concern to "come home" and take care of your own affairs, shed yourselves of these unconscionable presumptions, and stand in your true nature again.  

If anyone asks, tell them that you have "retired" from all obligations and duties of Territorial and/or Municipal Citizenship and "returned" to your birthright political status on the land and soil of your native state, without prejudice. 

This is equivalent to saying--- "Hey, fella, you can do what you want to do. If you want to subject yourself to the Queen and be plundered for your trouble, that's your business.  Leave me to mine. I obey the Public Law, which is sufficient."

Clearfield Doctrine

The Clearfield Doctrine (which Larry probably can't find, either) arises from a 1943 Supreme Court Case, Clearfield Trust Co. v. United States, 318 US 363-371.  

The essence of the case is that when an incorporated government uses private bank script as its currency it sinks to the level of any other incorporated entity, loses its sovereign status (if it ever had any) and becomes subject to the same laws as any other corporation.  

You can look up the actual case to your heart's delight, but it is also reprised in CJS, as I was kindly reminded tonight by a friend:

".....when the United States enters into commercial business it abandons its sovereign capacity and is to be treated like any other corporation."

Now, if you have followed along you know that the British Territorial United States was never sovereign with respect to us.  It was merely a contractor providing us with specific governmental services and acting under our delegated power to do so.  All "federal" powers were delegated to them and all federal powers are limited to the international jurisdiction of the sea. 

So the Territorial United States was never sovereign on our shores and by operating as an incorporated entity, it suffered no loss of sovereignty it never had, nor did it affect the sovereign status of our lawful government by its actions. 

It did however reap the wrath of the court for its self-serving semantic deceits and corrupt attempts to exercise the coercive powers of our government for its own business advantage and enrichment.  

Just like BLM and the Territorial United States franchise doing business as the "State of Nevada" and the Municipal United States franchise doing business as the STATE OF NEVADA.  

All these agencies and entities play upon our ignorance and let us assume that they are "government" entities, when in fact, they are commercial corporations in the business of providing governmental services --- no different than Burger King, International. 

The Clearfield Doctrine strips these pretenders of their "government" cloak and when they attempt to use the abusive powers of government to enrich themselves, it's time to remind them of exactly who and what they are.  

This can be used against them in any number of contexts.  

They claim to have a commercial interest in your marriage and children?  Prove it. 

They claim to have a commercial interest in your home and land?  Prove it. 

They claim to have a commercial interest in your estate?  Prove it. 

They have a right to tax you for anything?  Income?  Property?  Prove it. 

They're not the government and they don't have any special government powers when they are operating as commercial corporations. Instead, they are subject to all the same regulations and limitations as any other corporation --- including the requirement that they operate lawfully --- not "legally", lawfully.  

If you are standing on the land and soil jurisdiction of this country neither they nor their courts have any excuse for even addressing you, and if you are operating as a private American "vessel" conducting international trade and not allowing yourself to be misrepresented as a federal franchise PERSON, they are obligated to protect you and dismiss any action against you.  

Use the Clearfield Doctrine to expose their feet of clay and then stomp on them, assuming that you have completed your own due diligence and re-conveyed your Trade Name and Assumed NAMES to their permanent domicile on the land and soil jurisdiction of this country, they have no right to trespass upon you or presume the existence of any contract with you. 

Use the Clearfield Doctrine and object the moment any of these jokers contact you. Remember that a "Summons" from a court of foreign jurisdiction is a solicitation for business that you can object to and deny with the same impunity that you would reject a proposal to sell you twenty tons of cheap pizza.

This United States or That United States?

As we've learned, the favorite fraud technique of these con artists is called "mirroring" ---

They mirrored the Sacred Office of the Pope with the Secular Office of the Pontiff. They mirrored The United States of America (Unincorporated) with the United States of America (Incorporated).... and so it goes all the way down the line. Sometimes they even multiple mirrored things, as in the case we look at today: The United States (formed by the Colonies under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence) and the United States (the Union of National-Level States of States) and the Territorial United States and the Municipal United States.

Which United States are you talking about, eh?

It all depends on context, doesn't it?

And if you don't know the context, or, aren't aware that there are multiple entities that can be called "United States" ..... you can now see how easily the unwary could be entrapped, how you could assume that the "United States" you were thinking of was the "United States" being referenced on a form, for example.

And that is precisely what the vermin have done with all those many, many forms that have asked you if you were a "US Citizen"?

You were thinking of the only United States you were aware of -- the one formed under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.

These Euro-trash employees, however, were talking about their own dear [Territorial] "United States".

And they just conveniently neglected to make that distinction clear.....

And entrapped you in no end of vicious commercial fraud and inland piracy.

That's what these people have done in the name of "Federal Cooperation" and "Federal Corporatism" or what I call it --- British Commercial Feudalism.

Make no mistake, this semantic similar names deceit was deliberate and self-interested and intended to deceive.

They could have asked, "Are you a Territorial United States Citizen?"

But they didn't.

They deliberately entrapped millions of Americans in bogus commercial contracts obligating them to pay taxes they never owed, obtain licenses they never needed, pay mortgages they never owed, obey "laws" that never had anything to do with them.....

Oh, and serve prison time and accept forced military service, too.

These criminals have all but ruined America and they are still strutting around on our streets pretending to be the "elite" among us.

So, here's my thought ---- Don't get mad. Get even.

Begin the word-of-mouth chain of command. Explain this "little situation" to everyone who will listen. And begin bringing pressure to bear on every corporation official, every military officer, every agency employee.

Let them feel the hot, heavy breath of public outrage flowing down the backs of their necks and begin the process of "addressing" the Queen and the "United Nations" and the "Joint Chiefs" and the rest of the schmarmy worthless BS artists who have betrayed their Allies and Employers, acted in Gross Breach of Trust, and practiced inland piracy, unlawful conversion of assets, human trafficking, press-ganging, and other crimes too numerous to mention including treason and conspiracy against our country and our lawful government.

It took 150 years to get into this mess, but if we all put our feet down and shove, it will take a lot less than 150 to get out of it.

Hey, Fake Lawyer Larry! The Definition of Bar Attorney Is.....

This is really too good.  

From the same "British Merchant Marine Service Manuel" published in 1801 that yielded the definition (finally) of "Withholding Agent" as a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marine Service comes this gem: 

A Bar Attorney is a Shipping Clerk in the British Merchant Marine Service. 

A Shipping Clerk.  That's what Larry Becraft is. 

Oh, my...... and the numbers on their Bar Cards?  Those are shipping ticket numbers.   That's how they tag cargo and get credited for their work. 

It makes perfect sense, too.  

They are shipping our "vessels" and "cargo" all right--- as inland pirates and smugglers illegally de-camped on our shores and operating under conditions of fraud and color of law.  

They're not lawyers.  They never were lawyers. 

They spent all that money going to "law" school, and all they learned how to do was process claims for the British Merchant Marine Service.  

No wonder they are so blissfully ignorant of anything and everything concerning actual law---definitions, jurisdictions, legal research all goes right over their heads for a reason, folks.  

The only question left is --- why are these cretins here doing what they are doing? 

And thanks to some older patriot friends from Colorado, we are ready to definitively answer that question, too.  Keep tuned, Campers!  

I don't believe in calling people names or defaming their character when I disagree with them or when they are simply ignorant and making false assumptions, but after having Larry Becraft calling me a "Fake Judge" all this while, I thought it was only fair turn-around to expose what he is ---- and isn't.
