A
new video featuring both Paul and Michael should be a valuable tool for
educating your friends and colleagues about FAN’s TSCA lawsuit and the
latest evidence that fluoride lowers IQ in children.
Are there any super-angels watching this who will offer an incentive to get the number of donors up? Say, offering to pledge X amount when (and if) we reach 300, or 350 or 400 or 500 or even 1000 donors. Such pledges add a little fun to the process.

This video was made by Newsbud. This organization interviewed both Paul Connett via skype at his home on Binghamton, NY and Michael Connett in his law office in LA, also via skype. The video lasts 70 minutes so you might wish to watch it in several sittings. You can watch it by clicking on the graphic below:
We believe it is the clearest explanation of the genesis and importance of FAN’s lawsuit to date.
Thank you,
Paul and Ellen Connett
The
Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) authorizes the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA) to prohibit the “particular use” of a chemical
that presents an unreasonable risk to the general public or susceptible
subpopulations. TSCA gives EPA the authority to prohibit drinking water
additives.
The
Fluoride Action Network together with Food & Water Watch, American
Academy of Environmental Medicine, International Academy of Oral
Medicine & Toxicology, Moms Against Fluoridation and others
petitioned EPA to exercise its authority to prohibit the purposeful
addition of fluoridation chemicals to U.S. water supplies. We made this
request on the grounds that a large body of animal, cellular, and human
research shows that fluoride is neurotoxic at doses within the range now
seen in fluoridated communities.
We have won the first two rounds in Federal Court. The first was the Dec 21, 2017, ruling to allow the case to go forward, thus ending EPA’s effort to dismiss the case. The second ruling on Feb 7, 2018, allows us to enter new studies into consideration, something that EPA argued against.
Because of these successes we are now need to raise the funds to pay for experts to present our case before the court.
As of this morning we had raised $ 44,563 from 282
supporters. While we are moving steadily towards our goal of $75,000,
which will be tripled if reach this total by May 31, the number of
people with “skin in the game” is moving forward far more slowly.
We would like 1000 supporters to have a stake in this effort. Please join with our lawyers and experts and be part of the team to end fluoridation once and for all. Are there any super-angels watching this who will offer an incentive to get the number of donors up?
