Money 26 --- Land and Land Assets

The word "real" means "royal". So, "real estate" means "royal estate". The phrase

"real estate" shows us that the system of land ownership that we have unwittingly

been participating in is foreign. Specifically, it's British.

In the British system, all land ownership vests in the Monarch. The Monarch then

gives a "title" to her loyal Subjects (who are wealthy enough to pay) who are then

tenants on the Queen's land with a leasehold on the property so long as they pay

another thing that is foreign to America --- property taxes.

Americans own their land by land grant or land patent, not according to foreign

titles. Americans are landlords and owe no property taxes to the Queen. This is

just one of many ample proofs that you have all been deliberately misidentified as

British Territorial U.S. Citizens, and therefore, Subjects of the Queen.

This system of things was imposed in the 1930's as part of FDR's plan to pay off

the debts of his Municipal Government. The British Territorial Government was

allowed to issue titles against every speck of land in this country, even though in

fact, British Territorial Citizens accounted for less than 10% of the population.

Imagine that a Special Tax was passed against Americans of Russian descent, and

as a result, everyone was redefined as Russian, to allow them to tax everyone "as

if" they were all Russians?

That's what happened in America in the 1930's, and once again, we have FDR, the

then-Pope, the Queen, and the Lord Mayor of London to thank for this. Every

American was "presumed" to be a Municipal citizen of the United States, which

automatically defined them as a debtor responsible for the Municipal

Corporation's debts.

In its issue of Dec. 19, 1983, Forbes Magazine noted that "Half of Germany's top ten banks are Frankfurt based." The modern world's financial system, an updating of the Babylonian monetary system of taxes and money creation, was perfected in Frankfurt-on-Main, in the province of Hesse. Mayer Amschel Bauer(later Rothschild) discovered that although loans to farmers and small businesses could be profitable, the real profits lay in making loans to governments. Born in Frankfurt in 1743, Mayer Amschel married Gutta Schnapper. He served a three year apprenticeship in Hanover at the Bank of Oppenheim. During this period, he had occasion to be of service to Lt. Gen. Baron von Estorff. von Estorff was the principal adviser to Landgrave Frederick II of Hesse, the wealthiest man in Europe. Frederick was worth from 70 to 100 million florins, much of it inherited from his father, Wilhelm the Eighth, brother of the King of Sweden. Baron von Estorff advised the Landgrave that Mayer Amschel showed an uncanny ability to increase money through his investments. The Landgrave immediately sent for him.

At this time, King George III was trying to put down the American Rebellion. His troops were being out fought by the hardy Americans, who were accustomed to wilderness battles. Mayer Amschel arranged for King George to hire 16,800 sturdy young Hessian soldiers from the Landgrave, a considerable addition to the Hesse's fortune. This advantageous relationship came to a halt with the sudden death in 1785 of the Landgrave, who was only twenty-five years old. However, Mayer Amschel attained absolute influence over his successor, Elector Wilhelm I, who, like Mayer Amschel, had also been born in 1743. It was said that they were like two shoes, so well did they go together. It was a pleasant change from Mayer Amschel's relationship with the former Landgrave, who had been a very difficult and demanding person. In fact, the Landgrave's sudden death had luckily placed Mayer Amschel in charge of the largest fortune in Europe.

 

CDC Scientist and Whistleblower Promoted to Lead Childhood Vaccine Adverse Events Research

• A senior researcher at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) William Thompson, PhD, who previously came forward in 2014 as a whistleblower claiming that the agency omitted statistically significant data related to MMR (measles-mumps-rubella)vaccine risks, has been promoted to oversee federal research into adverse experiences in childhood affecting long-term health outcomes for children. STAT News reported Thompson’s appointment in late December 2025.¹

  Dr. Thompson, a longtime CDC scientist who advised Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. on vaccine policy has been promoted to a GS-15 position, the highest civilian rank in federal service, with supervisory authority. In his new role, Thompson will help oversee research related to adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), a category that includes traumatic and destabilizing experiences such as abuse, neglect, substance use in the home, food insecurity, housing instability, and other stressors known to affect long-term health outcomes.¹

  Thompson will also help direct components of the CDC’s Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS), a major nationwide public health program that surveys U.S. high school students every two years to track behavioral trends linked to injury, chronic disease, and mental health, including substance use, sexual health, diet, physical activity, violence, and emotional well-being. The data collected through YRBSS are frequently used to inform prevention strategies and federal health priorities.²

Australia’s Labor government has successfully passed a “hate speech” bill that’s plainly aimed, at least in part, at suppressing pro-Palestine organizations as “hate groups”.

Free speech advocates are sounding the alarm about the new laws, saying their extremely vague wording, lack of procedural fairness and low thresholds for implementation mean groups can now be banned if they make people feel unsafe or upset without ever actually posing any physical harm to anyone.

For me the most illuminating insight into what these laws are actually designed to do came up in an ABC interview with Attorney-General Michelle Rowland on Tuesday. Over and over again throughout the interview Rowland was asked by ABC’s David Speers to clarify whether the new laws could see activist groups banned for criticizing Israel and opposing its genocidal atrocities in a way that causes Jewish Australians to feel upset feelings, and she refused to rule out the possibility every single time.

Oklahoma Mom Tells Trump: Dumping Sewage Sludge on Farmland Won’t Make America Healthy Again

Paula Yockel, an Oklahoma mother and founder of Mission503, called on the White House to end a federal rule that allows treated sewage sludge to be spread on U.S. farmland near homes and schools. She said the policy exposes families to “massive volumes” of toxic chemicals, “betraying all of us and harming our great nation.”

America cannot be “healthy again” while the EPA continues to allow states to dump treated sewage sludge on farmland near homes and schools, said Paula Yockel, founder of the nonprofit Mission503.

Late last year, the Oklahoma mother posted an open letter to President Donald Trump on YouTube, urging him to address what she called a nationwide public health crisis enabled by a decades-old federal rule that allows toxic sludge to be spread on agricultural land.

The rule “is betraying all of us and harming our great nation,” Yockel said in her video.

At the center of Yockel’s campaign is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) biosolids regulation, Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 503. The regulation governs the application of treated sewage sludge on farmland.

The rule allows municipalities to market sludge as agricultural fertilizer if it meets federal standards. Yockel said the practice directly contradicts national promises to improve public health.

She told The Defender that mothers in rural areas share posts on social media about their sick babies, but most people remain unaware of the causes.

“Those are fighting words to me,” Yockel said. “We cannot say we want to make America healthy again and continue to dump our sewage where millions of people live.”

The 503 rule enables the disposal of industrial and municipal waste — including human feces, pharmaceuticals, hormones, solvents and “forever chemicals” — onto farmland in communities where families live, work and play, she said.

“The 503 rule is spreading massive volumes of toxic chemicals and human pathogens into our communities, harming our people with illness and loss of freedoms, polluting our air, water, soil and food supply, and compromising our national security,” she said.

Here is what the devas at Wikipedia have to say about the Cherusci, the tribal people who, under the leadership of Arminius, destroyed Octavian's Legions in the Battle of Teutoburg Forest in 9 A.D. and prevented the Romans from crossing the Rhine for centuries. 

"The Cherusci were a Germanic tribe that inhabited parts of the plains and forests of northwestern Germania in the area of the Weser River and present-day Hanover during the first centuries BCE and CE. Roman sources reported they considered themselves kin with other Irmino tribes and claimed common descent from an ancestor called Mannus."

Here is the history that needs to be known: 

The Cherusci are the Sons of Mannaseh.  The Khazars are of the House of Ephraim, but not his Sons.  They arise from two peoples that were, long ago, literally descended from two brothers --- whose progeny became estranged, so that their remaining Houses became enemies and adopted different faiths. 

Who are the Germans who rule Britain to this day?  Hanoverians. Dutch. Cherusci. 

Who are the Rus from whom both the Russians and Prussians descend?  Cherusci. 

Who are the great sailors and military geniuses who guarded the rivers and other trade routes from the Baltic to the Black Sea?  From the Levant to Spain? From Austria to Ireland?  Across the Steppes to Constantinople?  From France to the Holy Land.  The Cherusci.  

Why do the names of Arminius, Guillaume du Lac, Gotz von Berlichingen, Frederick the Great, and even Dwight D. Eisenhauer echo in their own special Valhalla?  They are all Cherusci.  

They were and are mercenaries, soldiers, and merchants whose power stretched from Siberia to Turkey, from the borders of China and Persia to England, from Sweden to Spain --- and beyond, to the New World. 

They became the Progenitor race of Europe. In France, they are known as the Belle Chers, and gave rise to one of the most legendary warriors of all time, Guillaume "Lancelot" du Lac.

The feud with the Khazars has gone on for centuries and it encompasses far more than disparate religious faiths.  It involves rejection of the practice of slavery and the belief that men can, with education, learn to discipline and rule themselves.  It also involves a fearful grudge -- their fear that we will remember and show them up, for the Khazars are not the Sons of Ephraim.

In addition to all those other issues of international importance thus far raised by

our efforts, perhaps no issue is more deeply felt than the issue of land ownership,

which should not even be under discussion.

It is very well-established that land in this country belongs to the States and the

people who live in those States. There is no arcane definition applied to "people"

--- all living Americans and naturalized U.S. Citizens who adopt a State of the

Union as their permanent house, home, and domicile ---regardless of race, creed,

color or religion are people in our view, and they enjoy all the same rights and

opportunities, including the right to possess land and soil parcels and hold them in

their own right.

No other form of land ownership, except for formal set asides to allow for Federal

use of land, has ever been allowed or anticipated. It is to be noted that in order

for the Federal Government to have and use land in this country, it must: (1) be

for constitutionally mandated purposes, and (2) must be formally ceded by the

State Legislature.

The only other form of Federal occupation of land in this country is allowed to the

Territorial Government under the provisions of The Northwest Ordinance, which

provides for the Territorial Government to assume a custodial interest until such

time as new land acquisitions are enrolled as States of the Union.

In the first instance, the use of land for Federal purposes mandated by their

constitutional duties, such as the establishment of military bases and arsenals,

post offices, and similar service centers, we find that these have greatly

proliferated and have been established without the permission of the actual State

Legislatures.

 

CDC Quietly Rewrites Its Vaccine–Autism Guidance

For the first time in a generation, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has rewritten its official position on whether vaccines can cause autism.

This is a change that could reshape one of the most politically charged and emotionally fraught debates in modern medicine.

In a website update published on 19 November 2025, the agency now states that the long-standing claim “vaccines do not cause autism” is “not an evidence-based claim” because scientific studies “have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines cause autism.”

The page also acknowledges that “studies supporting a link have been ignored by health authorities.”

It’s difficult to overstate the significance of these statements. For nearly two decades, they would have been unthinkable for a federal public health agency.

The timing is equally striking.

The change arrives at a moment when the political and scientific landscape around vaccine safety is undergoing a marked shift inside the Trump–Kennedy administration.

For months, critics have accused Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr and several of the administration’s appointees of holding unconventional views on vaccine safety.

The CDC’s revised language now places the agency closer to Kennedy’s long-standing argument that federal agencies had ignored crucial evidence.

The CDC explains the shift by pointing to the Data Quality Act, which requires federal communications to accurately reflect the evidence.

Because studies have not excluded the possibility that infant vaccines could contribute to autism, the agency concedes that its long-standing categorical statement was not scientifically justified.

The update states plainly that scientific uncertainty remains, particularly for vaccines administered in the first year of life.

Scientific Uncertainty Finally Acknowledged

The information on the website draws a sharp distinction between the infant vaccine schedule — which includes DTaP, HepB, Hib, IPV, PCV and others — and the measles–mumps–rubella (MMR) vaccine.

For the MMR, the CDC continues to cite observational evidence showing “no association … with autism spectrum disorders,” describing the conclusion as supported by “high strength of evidence.”
