This is the first two presentations by the South African legal team before the International Court of Justice on January 11, 2024, in support of South Africa's charge of genocide against the State of Israel. The first presentation covers the acts of genocide themselves and the second cover the evidence of intent of genocide on the part of Israeli officials.
