5255-5257: International Public Notice: The Word "Citizen" Means Obligation to Serve the Government from Lincoln County Watch

If you are being paid by a government, you have an obligation to serve that government. Pure and simple.
Not everyone is employed by the government, so it follows that not everyone is a "citizen".
A "citizen" by definition owes service to a government.
Are you a government employee or dependent? Yes or no?
By
"dependent" we are not talking about people who work and earn a pension
of some kind and who receive a pension check or other benefits from
Uncle Sam or a State-of-State franchise as a result.
Social Security recipients who vested and recipients of military pensions are not "dependents" in this sense.
When
we say "government dependent" we are talking about the families, the
spouses, sons, and daughters of Federal Employees and US Corporations.
Every
day we see screeds about "citizen this" and "citizen that" and
"Citizens of the State of Oregon" and "citizens of Oregon" and so on,
and the plain fact is that no foreign government employee has any right
to make any claims or assert any authority against the living people who
are the actual owners of Oregon.
In
order to have any serious conversation about these things, it must be
fully admitted that the Owners and Employers are not "the same as" the
Employees.
To
the extent that our States of the Union have State Citizens who hold a
unique and singular allegiance to their State and who uphold this by
conducting business for their State, it has to be realized that this
voluntary and unpaid service is not the kind of "citizenship" being
referenced so thoughtlessly and routinely by people who think they are
"citizens" without even knowing what the word means.
Many
foreign countries including British Territories impose citizenship
obligations on their people at birth. That's not what we do in America,
unless we happen to be British Territorial (Tories) residing here on a
temporary basis.
A
line has to be drawn between Government Employees and members of the
General Public, as well as a line between State Citizens who are
volunteers conducting business for their State of the Union, and other
kinds of "citizens", who are paid to be here in this country providing
"essential government services" under contract.
If
everyone gets those demarcations clearly in mind, it will be possible
to have an intelligent and fruitful conversation -- and put an end to
the endless confusion surrounding this topic.

Global SCAM underway.
The
only remaining known heirs of the Sta. Romano Family signed off all
right, title, interest, and General Power of Attorney to the actual
remaining heir of the Avila Family, from whom all assets of the
so-called "Sta Romano Trust" derive.
This is craziness.
We have tracked that gold since 1855.
We
know that Severino Sta. Romano was exactly who he said he was and fully
admitted: a for-hire professional Metals Depositor, nothing more or
less. His family was paid and paid well for his services and for
settlement of their honest estate interests upon his death in 1974.
He
worked for the Vatican and in collaboration with the U.S. State
Department and U.S. Treasury Department and the Department of the
Federal Reserve and so-called Global Federal Reserve Trust and the CIA,
too, to shuffle gold assets from the Avila Trust all over the world to
all the Central Banks and to "safekeeping" in the Philippine Islands and
to certain other facilities for other purposes, but there is no doubt
that Severino Sta. Romano was a working man, not an heir.
So, this leaves us with one of two possibilities:
(a)
Some crooked, or possibly ignorant "Authority" somewhere listened to a
song and dance from Severino's several Odd Cousins and decided that they
somehow merited a $100 T interest in private property that does not
belong to them;
(b) The CIA and MI6 and all the usual Party Hearties are at it again.
However
it may be, you and every other decent soul on the face of the Earth
deserves to know that you are being played and that no "Sta Romano Clan"
having any just claim to the funds exists.
Severino
himself fully admitted that he was just an employee hired to do a job.
He also said he didn't trust the men he was employed by to follow
through and do what was honest. He wasn't wrong.
The
Avila Trust was under the management of the Roman Catholic Church ever
since its creation in 1520 A.D. In this entire time, it has used the
same language as its original trust indenture describes --- stipulating
that the assets and income from the assets is to be used to "break the
chains of poverty and ignorance".
Over
five hundred years and these Trustees still have not honored the Trust
Indenture. They have, instead, invested and invested and invested and
distributed and invested some more, for five hundred years, and they
have never honored the purpose and intention of the Trust Indenture.
The investment
activity was always excused and always put off for "the future".
Generations lived and died, and the people of Spain and the world in
general have suffered needlessly, because these Trustees were dishonest
and selfish and evil.
The Trustees
didn't care about breaking the chains of ignorance and poverty; they
used ignorance and poverty as a means to foment wars for profit and
nurture a culture based on fraud and enslavement of mankind. They had
no interest in breaking the chains they forged.
So they strung the Avila Heirs along, always with the good excuses why it couldn't be now and couldn't be next year.
But soon, oh, yeah, soon, the Trust Indenture would be honored.
More
than five hundred years later, the last blood Heir is still
languishing, still waiting to see the assets of the Family Trust
recouped from these dishonest bankers and phony Trustees, and put to
work saving and enriching lives and cleaning up this planet.
If
you and the "Alliance" are worth the salt in your veins, you owe it to
the Avila Family to not only stop this Fraud against the assets of the
Trust, but wake up and fly right. There's far more than $100 Trillion
in the Master Accounts funded by the Avila Family Trust and the last
remaining Heir of that family line deserves to see the Indenture honored
and to have a say in how his money is spent.
This is not too much to ask and expect after more than 500 years of waiting.

International Public Notice: Our Opinion for Our Military

Those
who want to return to the honorable estate of an American National
Military --- not a British Territorial National Military --- must be
very careful to draw the line and not be fooled, for the men that pulled
all these other deceits, including converting our lawful national
military into a mercenary force, are Masters of Deceit.
They
changed Equal Rights (referring to our God-Given Natural and
Unalienable Rights) into Civil Rights --- a mere privilege offered by
bureaucrats, didn't they?
They
changed American babies --- and not just street waifs, but all American
babies --- into British Territorial U.S. Citizens and Subjects of their
Queen, didn't they?
They misrepresented the entire Mercenary Conflict of 1861-1865 as a war, didn't they? The American Civil War?
They misrepresented business organizations known as "States of States" or "Confederate States" as actual States, didn't they?
They misrepresented their mercenary services as your own national military, didn't they?
They
sold you into indentured servitude on the cheap and sent you to defend
French Rubber Plantations and fields of Afghan Opium Poppies, didn't
they?
They
told you that the War in Iraq was to search for and destroy "weapons of
Mass Destruction" when they were actually on the hunt for priceless
ancient artifacts, didn't they?
Their tongues would snap off if they tried to tell the truth.
You
need to take a new Oath and that Oath or Affirmation needs to be like
this: "I shall provide loyal and good faith and lawful service to the
American Nation-States and people of these united fifty nation-states,
and I shall defend them against all enemies, both foreign and domestic,
to the best of my ability throughout my term of service."
Notice
that when you are serving as a real soldier or sailor, and not as a
British Territorial Mercenary (akin to the French Foreign Legion) your
service is lawful, not legal. Notice that as part of an American
Military Force, your loyalty is to the States of the Union and the
American people, not whatever other customers come knocking at your
door. Notice that when you engage to serve a "tour of duty" it is for a
limited time called a "term of service" and once you finish that
obligation, and "term out", you are free to declare your lawful and
natural political status as an American State National, such as a New
Yorker, or Californian, or Virginian.
Notice
that there are fifty such States of the Union at this time, and if an
actual "Fifty-first" or "Fifty-second" State is to be added, it must go
through the process dictated by the Northwest Ordinance, and then must
be officially enrolled as a State of the Union by vote of the other
Fifty States already thus enrolled.
It
can't be just a business merger promoted as a corporate take-over of
"governmental services corporations" like CANADA, INC. that have been
masquerading as the actual government of Canada.
The
people who live in these foreign nation-states have to agree to the
enrollment of their land and soil as a State of the Union and the
present States have to agree to it, too.
At
each stop and in every process, these wordsmithing Masters of Deceit
will attempt to gain by fraud what they could never gain by force of
arms.
Beware
those talking a good talk about "the American Republic" and pretending
to be an American Republic, when the men saying this are U.S. Citizens
--- operating in the status of British Territorials, not as Americans.
The
only kind of Republic such men can create is a British Territorial
"Republic" and the only sense in which it could be considered
"American" would be because it was plopped down on this Continent as a
means to Usurp against the lawful government of this country --- which
you are supposed to protect.
