4539-4542: Lies of Every Shape, Sort, and Kind from Lincoln County Watch

We
have discussed and described at length the unlawful conversion that
occurs when American babies are surreptitiously "converted" into the
foreign political status of British Territorial U.S. Citizens via
undisclosed registration processes taking place when they are only a few
hours or days old.
This
unlawful conversion denies the victims their property rights and their
Constitutional Guarantees, and subjects them to the foreign [King's]
Equity Courts, which are designed to promote illegal confiscation of
assets and labor under force and impersonation.
These
acts of unlawful conversion, false registration, and evasion of
contractual obligations owed to the victims have gone on right under our
noses, because the Perpetrators have additionally been acting under
Color of Law, and pretending to be part of our lawful government,
thereby promoting compliance under False Pretenses and constructive
fraud.
A plethora of similar coercive activities under color of law follow:
Americans are told that they have to sign up for Social Security Accounts when they aren't applying for Federal jobs.
Americans are not told that they are signing up as Mercenaries when they join the Armed Services.
Americans are forced to use Federal Reserve [Promissory] Notes as Legal Tender.
Americans
are told that they have to have a license to drive, get married, buy
insurance, practice medicine or law, or take part in a large number of
common occupations.
Americans
are told that they have to sign up for "Selective Service" --- a form
of illegal "voluntary" conscription on land, and press-ganging at sea,
both of which have been outlawed for 200 years.
Americans
are routinely mistaken for part of the foreign Federal citizenry and
forced to pay mortgages, property taxes, and Federal Income Tax without
the nicety of Federal Employment --- none of which they actually owe.
All
of this takes place as a result of the unlawful and undisclosed
conversion of their birthright political status, which creates an
unconscionable contract agreeing to waive their birthright estate as
Americans in favor of indentured servitude as a Ward of the British
Monarch and slave of the British Crown.
All
these activities are illegal, unlawful, and immoral, yet the Municipal
Corporations housed in the District of Columbia have promoted all of
this criminality against their Employers and pretended to be at "war"
when in fact they have been engaged in commercial mercenary conflicts
since the 1860's.
Perhaps
you now have an idea of just how bad this entire circumstance is, and
why the American States and People, and other people and countries
around the world, are owed so much restitution from the British Raj
Vermin and their Corporations.
Microsoft
-- dead. Google -- dead. Facebook -- dead. PayPal -- dead. Amazon --
dead. GM -- dead. Ford Motor Company, Inc. -- dead. Raytheon --
dead.
AUSTRALIA, INC., CANADA, INC., CHINA, INC. etc.--- all dead.
You
have the picture. Just add thousands of names to the list. These
corporations have been occupying the place of "protected persons" owed
to the living people and their Lawful Persons, instead.
Realize
that these abuses have been ongoing for six generations. Because of
the fraud and non-disclosure involved, the restitution owed goes back to
the 1850's.
Another form of unlawful conversion has involved the banks, which we will briefly repeat:
Depositors
deposit actual assets with a Bank Holding Company, which is actually an
incorporated franchise and not a true "Holding Company" at all.
The
original bank sells off the "Holding Company", assets and all, to
another bank. The second bank doesn't know the Depositor from Adam and
doesn't have a contract with the Depositor.
Thus,
Depositors become "Unknown Depositors" and of course, the second bank
doesn't bother to drop a line or make a call to the person whose name
and address appears as the owner of the account "out of concerns for
account security".
Uh-Duh. This 50,000 Metric Tons of gold must be abandoned....
Another way this happens is through bank mergers.
Chase
Manhattan has a merger with JPMorgan and both their Holding Companies
are "resolved", so that the shareholders of the colluding banks appear
to own the new entity resulting from the merger--- and the deposits,
until and unless the original Depositor files unlawful conversion
charges. Citibank merges with Travelers.... and so it goes.
In
a sane and well-regulated financial sector, none of this theft would be
allowed to go on, but a million or so bribe is nothing for the banks to
pay to escape detection and the members of Congress have been regularly
"encouraged" to relax regulatory oversight on the banks, to the point
where these guys make cowboys in the Wild West look tame.
Instead
of directly repealing protective regulations, as they did with the
Glass-Steagall Act, Congress usually defunds the regulatory oversight
agencies responsible for detecting and preventing bank and securities
fraud, so the regulatory agencies don't have the manpower to detect
these things, and if they do, they don't have the money to prosecute
them -- but they remain in place, making it look like oversight is in
place, and if the SHTF, Congress shrugs and uses them as the Whipping
Boy that didn't do their job.
The
Federal Marshals were so dogged and loyal and determined and held their
ground preventing counterfeiting and securities fraud and human
trafficking on the land jurisdiction of the States for so long with so
little funding, that the Vermin in the U.S. Congress finally defunded
them outright.
They
defunded the only officers protecting Americans from international bank
and securities fraud on the land jurisdiction of the States, and then,
the Clueless Wonders turned their palms to the sky, unaware of the
sudden and inexplicable astronomic increase in the incidence of these
crimes -- and the reason for it.
The
same cretins turned and looked the other way when Lehman Brothers went
down in the 2008 Debacle of the Century (so far) and never mentioned to
the public that Lehman Brothers was operating "as" the United States
Department of Agriculture's Small Business Administration at the time.
As
for right now, we got ahead of the curve and have been largely
successful in preventing the Sudden Death Devaluation --- the Perps have
opted for the Death by Inflation option, which is just as bad, but
slower, less dramatic.
They
have also opted out of creating the artificial Credit Crunch, though
four of the original twelve are going ahead with closing their credit
card services.
Instead,
all the big banks including but not limited to the Federal Reserve
Banks, have turned their attention toward propping up the Stock Markets
and buying everything in sight and damn the torpedoes regarding stocks
that are already overvalued (thanks to inflation and lack of
competition) to begin with.
This
is creating a completely artificial Bull Market, and lots of clueless
small investors are being suckered into the chaos, thinking that this is
the result of a magically rejuvenated economy, where "consumer spending
is up tremendously over last year" ---- yuk, yuk.
What
choice do consumers have but to "spend more", in the face of
uncontrolled and uncontrollable inflation? A more duplicitous and
cynical misuse of economic data to provide a false assumption of
positive economic activity can scarcely be imagined.
The
same thing applies to unemployment and new job generation statistics
and the "growing" population of elderly Americans "choosing" to stay on
the job or going back to work.
What
else are they supposed to do, when they can't afford to retire, or are
forced to go back into the workforce because they can't live on the
pitiful fixed income that "Social Security" provides?
Sure,
unemployment is down under such conditions, except for the long-term
unemployment figures that put about one-third of the American workforce
stuck on permanent idle due to disease and disabilities.
Meanwhile, the Cashier at Walmart that very slowly checked me out last night told
me that she is 77 years old. Her thirty-something Manager was looking
on with a jaundiced, critical eye. I told the elderly cashier how
grateful I was that she was still there, still working, still helping
other people buy groceries.
Looking
around, I saw that the guy scraping melted slush off the sidewalk
outside the store looked to be about eighty, and the Greeter checking
outgoing carts was probably ten years my Senior.
It
was a weird, apocalyptic moment, as I could see the final link in the
food supply chain of America represented by three elderly people who
deserved to be at home watching reruns of Johnny Carson.
Other
than the Elder Brigade, myself, the thirty-something Manager, and one
guy lingering in front of the closed optometrist's storefront, the whole
huge store appeared to be deserted. Walmart. Just ten days before Christmas.
Ever felt a cold chill run up your spine?
The
Big Banks are trying to buy hard asset interests in major corporations
using inflated currency, and cheating the actual owners of the
corporations--- the American soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines---
out of the currency valuation difference between today and WWII.
If I could, I would personally vomit on every Board Member of every Federal Reserve Bank in America.
Gladly. With Gusto. Every member of the Board of Governors: erp, erp, erp, like a cat with a hairball.
As
a dedicated Observer, I have seen a lot of dirt go down, but as the FRN
enters its well-deserved death throes, whether suddenly or via
inflation, the actions of these failed banks and failed institutions
mount upward to the surreal and the lies being told to the public rocket
right on past that.

Concerns Answered- Faith v. Bucks, Counties v. Boroughs

This past week, I have had some important questions and concerns raised.
It's
important to understand that the moment the churches, mosques, temples,
and synagogues incorporated themselves, they became part of the problem
and subjugated themselves to the secular commercial law.
The
Roman Catholic Church, for example, has always had two sides to its
structure, one sacred, one secular --- one ministerial, one
administrative.
It's
entirely possible to cling to the ministerial church and eschew the
"secular church" --- which is another oxymoron, but does describe the
situation that arises when a church adopts an incorporated business
structure.
Most
church, synagogue, mosque and temple communities have this same
structure, because while they pursue their sacred functions, they also
have to deal with the external world.
In
this country, when threatened with taxation by the British Territorial
Interlopers, most of these religious institutions chose to be labelled
201 or 501 (c) (3) corporations and in doing so, engaged in commerce and
became subject to commercial law.
That is, they are no longer private religious institutions by definition.
They might as well be selling pickles under the Kroger brand name.
Many
of these incorporated churches are literally selling souls, using
Baptismal Certificates as well as Birth Certificates, as instruments in
commerce.
If
they define themselves as corporations and behave as for-profit
corporations, they lose the protected status of religious institutions
and have to be covered by legislated exemptions, instead.
This is precisely what has happened, here, in Europe, and throughout the world.
Institutions that are thought to be religious in nature have been converted into for-profit, albeit tax-exempted, corporations.
People
are welcome to keep their religious ties and beliefs and practices,
attend their traditional religious services, etc., but they need to
recognize the difference between the religion and the business.
As
we all know, our government maintains separation between church and
state, and does not presume to monitor or censor anyone's religious
beliefs.
We do, however, also maintain a line between religion and Big Business.
That
is why we ask our Declarants when returning from the sea, to declare in
favor of their religion and against the insidious foreign incorporation
process that has served to control and undermine the principles of
freedom of religion.
The
churches and other religious institutions in this country have always
been able to operate tax free, but when the British Raj Bully Boys came
to town, they acted under Color of Law and threatened them with taxation
-- which is against our Public Law.
The institutions fell in line, thinking that these men were part of our legitimate government.
By
incorporating these institutions the British Raj gained subtle control
of their affairs, limited their rights to free speech, and gained a club
with which to beat these institutions and their leaders into submission
as franchises subject to their own foreign corporate political
agendas.
So,
declare against this corporate interference in your freedom of
religion. Do it with good faith and honor and good conscience; it
doesn't mean you have to give up being Catholic or Lutheran or Jewish or
Muslim, etc.
It
means that you recognize the difference between the religion and the
incorporated for-profit business that has been coercively attached to
it, like a barnacle on the hull of a ship.
Another
concern has been re-establishing the Counties in States where counties
were never formally populated (like Alaska) and California where
multiple sets of counties developed over time.
Let's begin with where "counties" come from and what is the basis of their legitimacy?
Counties
in this country arise from prior British Territorial Administration of
the Colonies before the War of Independence and from the Northwest
Ordinance ever afterward.
The
Northwest Ordinance sets forth the process by which new land masses can
be populated and eventually become States of the Union under the Equal
Footing Doctrine.
This
process requires that new lands must first gain sufficient numbers of
people inhabiting them, and then must be entered as Territories and
administered and developed until such time as the Territory has
sufficient infrastructure and population to apply for full enrollment as
a State of the Union.
Part
of the Territorial process is to define the boundaries of the new
incipient State and establish the initial county borders within the
Territory. All the Territories and Territorial States of States in the
western United States have counties established by the Bureau of Land
Management, which are patented under cadastral surveys.
This
primary definition of a "County" delineates a specific portion of land
and specifies the borders within which a specific population lives and
conducts its business.
Alaska
presents a somewhat problematic situation in that although the Bureau
of Land Management fulfilled its obligations under the Northwest
Ordinance, and established Counties for the Territory and later, the
Territorial State of State, the initial Statehood Convention was
hijacked by the Municipal United States Government and Boroughs were
overlaid over the Counties.
The
Counties exist on the map, but owing to non-disclosure, false
registration processes, and ignorance, they were never officially
populated until now, when Alaskans have returned to the land and soil
jurisdiction and populated their Counties in the process.
I
am attaching a copy of the Alaska Counties Map and ask that it be
posted and that people all over this country print it off and also save
it to their hard drives, so that it can't be "lost" again.

It
was with some considerable difficulty that it was unearthed from the
BLM archives in the first place and it has been consistently
disregarded, misplaced, and misinterpreted even by people who live in
this State and who suppose that it is irrelevant because the Counties
here weren't occupied in 1959.
That
is not the point. The point is that we are back on the land and soil
ourselves, and we are populating our Counties now, as part of reclaiming
our birthright.
It's
hard to reclaim something if you don't know where it is, and can't
point to a map and say, see, there it is and that's the name of it.
Please tuck away copies of the map.
All
those who have been hypnotized by the fact that the Municipal
Government hurried in and established Boroughs, have been blinded to
their own power and their own obligation to populate their Counties and
self-govern.
Observe:
If
I were a British Territorial U.S. Citizen temporarily residing in
Alaska under the auspices of the Residence Act, I'd be "inhabiting" the
Territorial State of Alaska.
If
I were a Municipal citizen of the United States, temporarily residing
in Alaska under the auspices of the Residence Act, I'd be "inhabiting"
the Matanuska-Susitna Borough.
As
I am a Wisconsinite more or less permanently living in Alaska, and
having declared my intention to stay here and own land here, I am part
of the population of the Matanuska-Susitna County; I am not here under
the auspices of the Residence Act, and I am enjoying the fact that as
of October 1st 2020, Alaska has been formally enrolled as a State of the Union and is no longer limited to so-called "Territorial Statehood".
In
places like California, the development of Counties by the Territorial
Government acting as a "State of State" franchise has continued even
after the State was formally enrolled as a State of the Union.
The
land and soil jurisdiction Counties are the ones developed and defined
immediately prior to official Statehood. They have not changed.
Any
"Counties" added to the "State of California" in the intervening years
are merely administrative subunits of the franchise corporation.
As we regain our land legs and operate our own State Government again, we must strive to follow the logic of things.
There
was a long period of time between the 1860's and 2018 when our American
State Governments were not in Session and when no new States were added
to the Union.
No actual States could be enrolled absent the pre-1860 States being in Session to enroll them.
As
a result the only "States" that could be added in this long time period
weren't actually States of the Union. They were "Territorial States"
meaning State Trusts operated by Territorial State-of-State business
organizations in our purported absence and the so-called interregnum of
our lawful government.
Now
that we are home at last, having overcome the deceit and impersonation
foisted off on us by our Employees, we naturally resume where we left
off and there is a great deal of housekeeping to do.
One important piece, the enrollment of the western and post-1860 States has been attended to as of October 1st 2020:
all the Territorial States developed after 1860 have been enrolled as
States of the Union and are now properly in place on the land and soil,
by Roll Call Vote of the properly declared and provenanced State
Assemblies serving the pre-1860 States of the Union.
And all fifty (50) States are now in Session.

JFK's Battle in Real Time

JFK's
actual heroism --- the personal kind --- was simply in getting up every
morning and pushing himself through the day, representing America and
Americans, while also battling Addison's Disease.
JFK
suffered from a rare and deadly autoimmune disorder impacting the
adrenal system which renders the body unable to produce two key
hormones, cortisol and aldosterone. This results in "adrenal
insufficiency" --- aka, adrenal failure.
It can be treated to an extent with drugs, but even today it
is a ticket to a long, slow, and very painful death characterized by
the wasting away of the spinal cord, organ systems, ulcerative colitis,
and hyperpigmentation of the skin.
That deep glowing tan that Kennedy always had in the depths of winter that made him look so healthy? The sun-bleached highlights in his hair?
It
was all part of an ongoing cosmetic program to hide Jack Kennedy's
actual physical condition from the public -- and also from other world
leaders and hostile populations around the world, who might be
encouraged in aggression toward our country if they knew the President
was ailing.
Kennedy
put up a good front and the secrecy surrounding his actual condition
was air-tight, a matter of "national security" on one side, and the
loyalty of family and friends on the other.
Jackie knew. His Mother knew. His siblings knew.
They took it to their graves. Nobody on the outside needed to know how much he suffered, so nobody was told.
Sixty years after the fact, you know.
When
you look back and see photos of JFK, whether he is smiling his iconic
smile, or serious and lost in thought --- know that he was in constant
wracking pain. Know that he did it all in spite of that.
And so did his family.
His death at an early age was, in some ways, a relief.
It
spared JFK the indignities of a long, slow, and unavoidably public
demise. It released Jackie from a marriage that would have required
long years of patient, faithful suffering and attendance waiting on an
invalid. It spared his children that same fate.
Ironically, and in the grace of God, the evil men who plotted Kennedy's death that November, probably did him a favor.
Like
so many mysterious autoimmune diseases that have gripped the planet
since the advent of man-made chemicals, Addison's wasn't well-known or
understood during Kennedy's lifetime. It remains rare today.
I
think about Kennedy and his Administration this time of year, the drama
of his assassination remains imprinted on my brain along with the
season, the idiocy of the Warren Commission report, the way we all
meekly swept away the litter, and looked the other way.
It
was so tidy. Kennedy killed by a lone assassin, and practically within
hours, the purported assassin killed by another lone assassin, who
happens to be on his last legs and dies of cancer shortly afterward.
Move along, lady, nothing to see here. End of story.
Part
of me never moved on. Part of my attention has stayed fixed, indeed,
riveted, on that moment in history. The Kennedy Assassination was my
first big glaring non sequitur, in which reality and logic didn't fit
the narrative and the hype.
It
was the first Big Government Lie that caught my attention, and it has
remained like a festering wound, never healed, never put to rest.
Before
I knew about Kennedy's medical condition, I was familiar with the
idealism and energy of his Administration, all the far-sighted and
humane improvements that he and his brother, RFK, envisioned and fought
for.
In
ways and in venues that most people will never know about, the two
brothers fought the good fight, and their legacy remains, protecting
people and shining a light on the criminals to this day.
Somehow,
when I realized what Jack Kennedy suffered every day of his life, and
knew all that he accomplished in spite of it, appreciation turned to
something deeper. I just shook my head.
Some
men are knot heads. Kennedy was one of them. He didn't have to choose
a life of public service and spend what time he had fighting for such
things as human decency and justice.
JFK
could have stayed home with a child on each knee and a beautiful wife;
he could have enjoyed the earthly fortune he inherited, rested on his
laurels, and to hell with the rest of us --- and who would have blamed
him if he did?
He was sick. Slowly, painfully dying. In terrible pain. He went to Washington anyway.
Now, RFK, Jr., is running as an independent candidate for President. An Independent. Imagine that? He's a knot head, too.
What kind of man would put himself in the way between a helpless baby and Pfizer?
Certainly not Joe Biden. Certainly not Donald Trump.
Even
though it's a private foreign British Territorial corporate shareholder
election and even though actual Americans aren't allowed to vote....
Even though it's not our election....
We
can put up a yard sign. We can give others a ride to the polls. We
can give the nod to our Federal Employees and our Federal Dependents as
they vote.
If
only to honor what RFK, Jr., has done with his life, the choices he has
made, and the things he has tried to do--- which is all infinitely
braver and more humane than anything Joe Biden or Donald Trump, either
one, have ever imagined.
If only to raise the Independent flag above the massive buying power of the political parties....
If only to preserve what is left of the heart and the soul of this country....
If only to signal to the British Crown that we are still alive and capable of thinking....
I
think it's time for the Silent Majority to find a voice, no matter what
we've suffered, no matter what obstacles stand in the way.
Let all the knot heads stand together and shove.

News Flashes for Americans

Americans
aren't U.S. Citizens nor are they "citizens of the United States". The
only time that Americans act as "Citizens" is when they act as "State
Citizens" in order to conduct international business for their State of
the Union.
Americans
live in nation-states and take their nationality from their State of
the Union. They are Texans, Wisconsinites, New Yorkers, and so on.
Americans
are Parties to the Constitutions, they don't stand under them. Our
Federal Employees and their State-of-State franchise employees are the
ones that stand under and are obligated to perform under the
Constitutions.
Americans stand under The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.
Americans
live in physically defined States of the Union. They do not inhabit
incorporated "states-of-states" that exist only on paper.
Americans have never owed mortgages.
Americans have never owed property taxes.
Americans have never had "Federal Income" and therefore owe no Federal Income Taxes.
Americans
are owed a National Credit equal to the U.S. National Debt, plus any
and all interest they have been charged in error on the U.S. National
Debt.
Americans live in a country, not a nation.
Americans are part of a nation defined as the population of their State of the Union.
Americans are owed respect of all their Constitutional Guarantees from all their public employees and foreign contractors.
Americans are not subject to unlawful arrest or bills of attainder.
Americans are not subject to censorship.
Americans have freedom of conscience, belief, and religion.
Americans
are owed protection of their "persons" in every jurisdiction -- Lawful
Persons on the land, Legal Persons on the sea, LEGAL PERSONS in the
jurisdiction of the air -- any and all "persons" in any jurisdiction,
anywhere.
Americans
have complete co-contemporaneous general jurisdiction over everything
that takes place in this country, on the land, on the sea, and in the
air.
American
courts stand over all foreign courts of special and limited
jurisdiction, meaning courts of Maritime Commerce and Admiralty and the
Administrative tribunals of individual corporations.
American
courts can judge not only the facts of a case, but judge the law under
which a case is tried, and if our juries find that a piece of
legislation is vague, unfair, or otherwise inappropriate, we can nullify
the law that a case is brought under.
Americans
are owed an absolutely huge amount of money and restitution for all the
mortgages, taxes, fees, tariffs, and interest that they have been
charged, but never owed.
Americans
are owed an equally massive amount as restitution for illegal
confiscation of their assets and physical property, silver, gold, land,
labor, and interest in businesses seized under false presumptions.
Americans
are owed good faith service from every public employee, elected and
appointed and hired to perform, whether those employees are hired under
the auspices of a foreign for-profit corporation in the business of
providing government services or not.
Americans are not subjects of the British Monarch nor the Pope.
Americans
are not subject to any Public Policies, mandates, or acts of
legislation promoted by any commercial or municipal corporation for its
officers and employees.
Americans
may be subject to only about eight percent of all Federal Code, which
must be published in the Congressional Record to have any effect.
Americans
are only subject to properly published Federal Code if and when those
Americans engage in federally regulated activities or voluntarily enter
verifiably ceded Federal facilities and enclaves.
Americans
have their own Capitol established in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and
their own Congress which is known as The Continental Congress.
Americans
established a special foreign district, known as the District of
Columbia, and a foreign Federal Capitol in the District of Columbia, the
City of Washington, DC, to expedite the operations of their Federal
Subcontractors.
Americans
call the contiguous national soil jurisdiction owed to all their member
States by the common name: The United States, when referring to this
country.
Americans
call the contiguous land and sea jurisdiction owed to all their member
States by the common name: The United States of America, when operating
in international jurisdiction.
Americans have never incorporated The United States nor The United States of America.
Americans
do not own the foreign incorporated entities that have been infringing
on their Good Names, copyrights and trademarks and otherwise operating
as the United States, Incorporated, or the United States of America,
Incorporated, or the US Corp, Incorporated, or the U.S. Corp,
Incorporated, or the USA, Incorporated, or any other version of
incorporated entity seeking to represent and impersonate our country and
our lawful government, so as to steal our identity and gain access to
our credit and assets.
Americans
realize that they have been grossly defrauded, misrepresented, misled,
and left without disclosure by their Federal Employees for more than 150
years.
Americans
realize that these same Federal Employees have also been misled by the
foreign Principals responsible for their operations.
Americans don't have and don't use political parties to screen candidates for their Public Offices.
Americans
don't vote in private corporate shareholder elections sponsored by the
US, Inc., USA, Inc., or any other foreign corporation.
Americans
don't voluntarily register their babies, their cars, their trucks, or
anything else of value for the benefit of any foreign government or
corporation; all such coerced and undisclosed registrations stand void
for fraud.
Americans are not subject to marriage licensing, driver licensing, or professional licensing of any kind.
Americans are indemnified, not insured.
Americans
can conduct any business they choose to conduct by issuing a Disclaimer
and setting their terms of service; the only exceptions are interstate
manufacture, sale, or transport of alcohol, tobacco and firearms as
strictly defined.
Americans
operating as unincorporated businesses are not subject to regulation
under the interstate commerce clause of any Federal Constitution.
Americans
entering the District of Columbia are aware that they are entering a
foreign domain subject to Federal Law and Territorial Code.
Americans
entering the Municipality of Washington, DC, are aware that they are
entering a self-declared independent international city-state operating
under its own Municipal Code.
Americans
are aware that the Law of the Land applies unilaterally in all
locations not specifically and consciously ceded by the States for
Federal use.
Americans
are aware that their American Government was largely dormant and mostly
vacated from 1860 to 1998, and that during this time the Federal
Subcontractors ran rampant and roughshod over Americans and
American property rights.
Americans
are aware that the Federal Subcontractors reorganized as incorporated
entities, US, Inc., USA, Inc., etc., and pulled numerous fraud schemes
in Breach of Trust against their American Employers, racking up huge
debts, and then committing bankruptcy fraud to offload these debts onto
the American Public.
Americans
are aware that the Federal Reserve loans money to the Federal
Subcontractors and is not a part of the American Government nor the
Federal Government.
Americans
are aware that all the so-called Federal Agencies are hired
subcontractors of their own Federal Subcontractors, such that Federal
Agencies do not necessarily recognize the fact that the Americans are
ultimately their employers.
Americans
realize that this leads to Federal Agencies being loyal to the Federal
Subcontractors instead of being loyal to the American States and People,
even though these same Americans pay for their services as well as the
services of their Employers.
Americans
are fed up with the usurpation, obfuscation, impersonation,
double-dealing, breach of trust, fraud, and violation of service
contracts that these incorporated Federal Service providers have
promoted.
Americans
have awakened and are assembling their State Governments and bringing
them into full Session for the first time in many decades.
