4578-4581: Public International Notice: There Are Two Sets of Corporations Involved. from Lincoln County Watch

The
British-backed organization merely appearing to be properly formed as
the "United States of America, Incorporated" is busily spreading
disinformation about its equally complicit and colluding Municipal
Corporation counterpart, doing business as the "United States,
Incorporated".
There
are two sets of phony corporations involved, one British-backed, one
Roman Municipal, neither one properly formed as corporations, both
operated under conditions of deceit and non-disclosure, both serving
foreign masters.
The
Puppetmasters who own both sets of phony corporations use them
alternately as "carrot" and as "stick" and then pit their bloated
bureaucracies against each other to keep the rubes entertained, much
like the annual Army/Navy Football Game.
It's all for show and it's all for fraud.
There
are two sets of equally guilty and obnoxious and self-interested
for-profit governmental services organizations, and one set of owners.
Go figure.
Once
in a while these mentally and morally challenged owners go too far, as
in the present instance, and then they are motivated to drum up some
kind of smoke and mirrors sideshow to draw attention away from
themselves and displace the blame.
Often
this sideshow takes the form of political fisticuffs like the Gladstone
v Disraeli debates, or "The American Civil War", or the September 11th Attack, or most recently, the biowarfare Pandemic.
They
keep us busy cleaning up and paying for all their mistakes. They
aren't too bright and lack a moral compass, too. They are in charge of
both sets of phony corporations, which aren't actually corporations. And
they are all acting as pirates.
These
organizations only appear to be corporations because the governments
responsible for their existence are incompetent to form corporations.
This in turn means that the British Crown can't enfranchise them.
Which leaves them stateless.
This
in turn means that all their assets are simply liquid assets owed to
their Creditors, so we stepped forward as the Preferential Principal
Creditors and claimed the whole shooting match -- both sets of phony
corporations.
The
USA brand of pirates has been stomping around talking about the Organic
Act of 1871, providing a separate government for the District of
Columbia -- not noting that the Act was repealed in 1874 and only
enacted in a piecemeal fashion afterward. The US brand of pirates has
been ignoring all that, because they had every right to form a separate
government in the District of Columbia -- just no right to force it on
all the rest of us.
And
now, because none of these things were ever properly formed as
corporations, it turns out that all the contracts related to these
stateless entities are either defaulted, voided, or both; we are the
Last Men Standing, and are the only Principals in evidence, except for
Ivan Talbot, still standing for the Kingdom of England.
Seeing
that this entire situation has been mismanaged into a population
collapse and an economic collapse, too, and that these pirate
organizations are stateless, we have foreclosed as their Preferential
Creditors.
Both
teams of pirates are officially dissolved, so all the acrimony between
Team USA and Team US can stop. All the lies and slander, all the
propaganda, all the profiteering, can stop. Both teams are under new
ownership and new management.
From
now on, everyone knows that they work for the American Government and
nobody else. We won't be playing any carrot and stick games, no Good
Cop, Bad Cop.
There
are no arguments about creating a separate government in the District
of Columbia, because strictly speaking, the contracts creating the
District of Columbia are null and void.
There
is just one big, happy, dysfunctional family left to sort out the
incomparable mess left by three centuries of lies, thefts,
misrepresentations, and fraud against the people of this country and
many other countries as well.

International Public Notice -- Regarding Incompetence of Governments

Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.
To All to Whom These Presents Come:
Of
immediate concern to us and all members of the international community,
is the lack of a competent government in England and the vacant throne
associated with their land and soil jurisdiction; it appears that the
Throne of England has been conveniently vacated for 300 years, which
means that England lacks the general jurisdiction to fulfill its
contracts and cannot act as a valid Trustee.
This
same crippled and incompetent condition of England then also impacts
the member countries of the British Union and former Commonwealth, such
that the essential underpinning of their government relationships stands
undermined and their contracts with and concerning England are void.
A
similar condition impacts the Treaties and Service Contracts and
Agreements of other kinds that our country has established with Persons
appearing to be the Kings and Queens of England operating in
international capacities.
Lacking
standing as Kings and Queens of England, these same Persons also lack
standing in all foreign international and global capacities; they have
no ability to form valid international contracts, cannot create viable
corporations, and cannot act as Public Trustees.
It
appears that no English Monarch has taken the Christian Coronation Vows
related to the Throne of England and kept them in Confirmation for
three days following the Public Ceremony, since Queen Anne.
This
has resulted in a Bait and Switch fraud upon the Public; the people are
led to believe that they have a Christian and Constitutionally-bound
Monarch sitting on the Throne of England, and instead, they have a
legless figurehead acting as the CEO of foreign corporations.
The
severity of this fraud and its impact upon the foreign relations,
trade, and commercial operations of the Western World for the past three
centuries can hardly be estimated, as every signature rendered by the
"British Monarch" upon legislation, contracts, treaties, accounts, and
agreements have all been void upon completion.
This
taint includes but is not limited to corporate charters and
registrations, trust indentures, declarations of war, peace treaties,
Acts of Parliament, military commissions, establishment of titles, and
so much more that has been done and established over the course of three
centuries.
A
similar taint has impacted the operations and contracts of the Holy See
for an even longer period of time, resulting from the bifurcation of
the Church's administration into Sacred and Secular functions, and the
practice of having the Pope serve in the sacred Ministerial Office and
having the same man serve as the pagan Roman Pontiff in the secular
Office of the Pontiff, and all under the same roof.
Here
again, a Bait and Switch has occurred, in which the Public and also the
Congregation of the Church, has been encouraged to think of the Pope as
acting solely as a Christian religious leader, when in fact he has just
as often acted as the secular Roman Pontiff instead.
It
is apparent what Pope Benedict XVI meant when he wrote that he retained
the "ministerial office"; obviously, what he passed on to Francis was
the secular work of the Pope-as-Roman Pontiff, even though the
Pontifical Office and the Romanus Pontifex Trust underlying it, was
formally dissolved in 2011.
We
are left with the undisclosed presence of a "Secular Pope", in itself
an oxymoron, representing the summation of a Bait and Switch scheme
begun centuries ago.
A
diligent search of Canon Law has failed to reveal any mechanism by
which a ministerial office of the Church could migrate to "Pope"
Francis, absent his formal and public acceptance of the ministerial
office of the Pope and a conclave acting in support.
As
a purely "Secular Pope", Francis is free to wheel and deal without the
necessities of Christian piety, and can abuse the appearance of his
undisclosed non-ministerial position to impose repugnant doctrinal and
liturgical changes on the Church itself without actually possessing the
powers and authorities of the Pope's ministerial office.
Thus,
on "Pope" Francis's birthday, gay "partnerships" were honored by the
Roman Catholic Church, and lightning struck a statue of St. Peter in his
home diocese in Buenos Aires, vaporizing the statue's halo and the keys
held in its hands.
The
entire Roman Catholic Church, 1.2 billion people worldwide, are left in
a daze, wondering what all this means, seeing crucial elements of their
liturgy removed without any announcement or discussion.
What
it means is that the old Bait and Switch has come to its fruition, and
they now have a situation in which the very meaning of "Pope" has been
redefined as a purely secular office, devoid of Christian morality or
doctrinal obligations -- and all without any notice to the
Congregation.
Indeed,
many Archbishops, though suspicious, have not been informed concerning
this redefinition of the Pope's Office, and if they are not informed,
how much less informed are the Congregants, the members of the Public,
and, to our point, the Governments that have to deal with the Vatican
apparatus and try to administer the Successor Contracts left over from
the Holy Roman Empire?
The
Bait and Switch is complete; an entirely profane and Secular Office is
in control of the Church and its resources. By redefining the Office of
the Pope as a Secular Office and function, the Perpetrators seek to
redefine the Church itself as a Corporation.
Under
such a series of Legal Presumptions it becomes clear why "gay
partnerships" are suddenly allowed in the same way that "marriages" in
the Municipal United States have been redefined as business Joint
Ventures.
These
fraudulent and indeed criminal activities at the highest levels of
government within the English system and within the administration of
the Roman Catholic Church must be recognized and opposed for what they
are --- Substitution Fraud Schemes.
The
English people think they have a King of England, but they don't. The
Roman Catholics think that they have a religious leader in Pope Francis,
but they don't.
All
the Governments of the world, including ours, have been trying to
conduct business with these Principals in good faith, but that is not
possible, thanks to the incompetence -- in the sense of not having
standing to operate in the required capacities and jurisdictions --- of
both the British Government and the Vatican.
Whereupon,
we observe that these incompetent governments have by their own choices
and misadministration, severed their natural connections and
authorities and have rendered themselves stateless and adrift;
Whereupon,
we have foreclosed on the assets of the British Territorial and
Municipal Corporations and their presumed-to-exist British Crown
franchises as the Preferential and Principal Creditors;
Whereupon,
we have also foreclosed on the assets of the British Crown Corporation
and Municipal Corporations-at-Large belonging to the Vatican and its
Subsidiaries worldwide and act as the Principal Receivers;
Individual
corporations may seek protection from this vast general liquidation by
returning immediately to the land jurisdiction of their countries of
origin and submitting themselves to function under the Law of the Land;
Members
of the Roman Catholic Church may seek protection by returning to the
land jurisdiction of their countries of origin or adopted countries
where they now live and submitting themselves to function under the Law
of the Land;
Efforts
to restore the land and soil jurisdiction governments which have been
sequentially and purposefully undermined but not abandoned, are
underway;
Efforts
to restore the Office of the Pope as a ministerial office rather than
secular office within the Roman Catholic Church are similarly underway;
Until
this mess can be straightened out, we recommend that the people
impacted by these fraud schemes stay calm and take measured and
determined action within their traditional Public Law, to bring forward
their lawful government and claim back their purloined assets;
We
further recommend that members of the Roman Catholic Church take
similar calm and determined action to rouse the Church Hierarchy and
deal with the apostasy of a "Secular Pope" being left adrift with no
accepted sacred office at all--- working as a CEO --- and yet standing
as the spiritual guide of 1.2 billion people.

International Public Notice -- There Are No "Confederates"

To All to Whom These Presents Come:
It
has come to our attention that some misguided Parties in the
international community -- having been deprived of the oxymoron
"sovereign citizen" in their efforts to label dissenters -- have now hit
upon the idea of calling anyone who disagrees with their program a
"Confederate".
This
is only slightly better than an oxymoron, in that a "Confederate" could
exist, however, none does -- at least, not in this country.
A
"Confederate" would be a member of a "Confederation" and as we have
been at pains to explain for several years now, our Confederation of
States-of-States no longer exists.
It
was rendered inoperable in 1861 and has never been Reconstructed by the
actual States, which also leads to the Federal Republic which was
operated by the Confederation being in similar condition.
Both
the Confederation of States and the Federal Republic remain as vacated
parts of our Government, and owing to their nature and definition, they
cannot be repopulated without action by our actual States of the
Union.
Even
if the American States-of-States were to be reconstructed, there could
be no presumption about the political disposition of newly elected
delegations acting in a completely different time and place.
That
is to say that the label "Confederates" used to invoke the idea of a
militarized enemy force still engaged in the paradigms of the Civil War,
would be ludicrous even if our Confederation of States-of-States
organizations was fully restored.
Please
discourage the use of this label as well as the oxymoron "sovereign
citizen" and promote the correct respect for the Inheritors who take
against the Will of others.
Our
people are born as free men and women and are not obligated to fall in
line like so many dominoes. They have no citizenship obligation at birth
and are not natural donors of the Unum Sanctum Trust.
Any
attempt to mischaracterize our people, label them, or trespass against
their Natural Rights, is an attempted crime and violation of our Laws
and Customs; such activity also violates the constitutional contracts
and associated guarantees established in support of our Laws and
Customs.
Let
all foreign Service Providers be properly educated and informed, and be
taught from now on to render their services in good faith.

Progress on the Gates of Hell Seal and Delphi

The
concentrated attention of so many souls seeking to close over the wound
in the web of Earth's energy called the Gates of Hell Seal or Pit Seal
near Prague is having its due effect, and is creating a skin-like
covering over it. This, in turn, is allowing the Earth energy to flow
over the "pit" and onward in its natural path southeastward toward
Athens and beyond.
Like
my Dowser ancestors I have always been aware of and sensitive to
magnetism and underground water, so nobody had to tell me that there was
a problem in this area just North of Prague, and that this particular
problem was distorting the natural flow of energy to Eastern Europe,
Greece, the Eastern Mediterranean, and Southward again to Egypt, East
Africa, Pakistan and Western India.
What
I have been unprepared for was the realization that this pit was made
in a very ancient time when even the Ley Lines were different, and that
by engaging it, we are also energetically engaging the ancient
time-space underlying the temple at Delphi.
These
two phenomena are both on the same Apollo-Athena Ley Line, and unlike
most of the other Seals and energy distortions that exist in this world
they were not created by the usual culprits nor created using the usual
means. We can probably also discount any presumption of a similar
purpose.
They are distorting the flow of energy, but that is, apparently, coincidental, to any real purpose these phenomena may have.
The
enclosed void at Delphi with its brooding energy, like the pit at
Houska, probably come from the same time period as the Ramayana, and
have simply remained present as unrepaired damage from that war or from
industrial activities even prior to that.
I
say this because, energetically, the Pit at Houska very much resembles
the energy of South Africa's antediluvian gold mines; so, what may have
started off as a gold mining operation, has in subsequent times been
used for other purposes.
At
this time, I have not been able to properly identify the in-dwelling
"power" at Delphi or associate it with any similar phenomenon.
My
Plebeian side has suggested a pocket of gas lurking under the green
grass and white stone at Delphi-- though I very much doubt that a simple
gas pocket would have replied, "I wait."
Nonetheless
the existence of some kind of gas enclosed underground would explain
some of the stranger and more particular legends of the place.
There
have been four famous oracles at Delphi, the first dedicated to the
Titan, Gaia, sometime prior to 1400 BC, the second dedicated to the
Thriae, three water nymph sisters until around 800 BC who, like Apollo,
treasured the Laurel tree, the third, dedicated to Apollo from 800 BC to
the second century BC, and the final one of Dionysius that lasted until
the third century AD.
We
are told that the Pythia, the priestess at Delphi. responsible for the
famous utterances, would breathe in the vapors emanating from a rock in
the temple, and would fall into an ecstatic trance as a result, during
which she would deliver her prophecies. These trances were anything but
tranquil; Plutarch, a Witness, opined that the vapor-induced trances
shortened the lives of the women who served as Pythia.
There
are also earlier references to vapors and smells emanating from the
area. The earliest name for Delphi was Pylos, meaning "rot" --- a
comment on a bad smell supposedly resulting from Apollo slaying two
gigantic pythons at the place and leaving their bodies to decay.
Perhaps
the secret of Delphi reduces down to naturally occurring hydrocarbon
gases escaping from the Earth-- perhaps a sweet, sickly smelling ether
or aliphatic hydrocarbon gas that got the Pythia higher than a kite.
In
that case, the hidden chamber of emptiness and dread, that oppressive
feeling of malevolence without action found at Delphi makes perfect
sense. So does the impression that the presence there is coming from yet
another and different place in time, and being projected (or injected)
into the present environment.
No
doubt a sufficiently enterprising and well-prepared team of
archeologists wearing Hazmat suits and being guided by LIDAR-based
tomography, could drill down and identify the specific gas responsible
for the Pythia's agitated ecstasy --- and tell the modern world.
For
our purposes, which is merely to clear the energetic pathways of the
Earth so that the energy of life can move unobstructed through Eastern
Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean, down through Egypt to Africa and
India beyond, I think it is advisable for us to adopt the same intention
and visualization process for both sites: cover them over with slabs of
"granite" made of pure energy, infused with golden light.
This
intentful visualization has already created a skin-like barrier over
the pit at Houska and allowed the natural free flow of energy that we
want; I have no doubt that the same sort of concentration can have the
same effect at Delphi.
It's
true that these obstructions won't be gone, but they will be bypassed
and released, and that can be just as good, so long as we are determined
to do this work and establish it far into the future of Mankind.
As
the free flow of energy is restored to Africa you will see that mighty
continent arise from its misery, poverty, and ill-health. Africa will
sing and find its joy again. It will discover its own wealth and
treasure its own history.
The days of colonial and corporate trespass and pillaging will be over at last.
Let
the day come when the leaders of Africa no longer need something or
someone to blame, a day when they look back at our goodwill and what we
have done and intended for Africa.
May
this also be evident for many countries in the whole region, who will
suddenly experience regeneration --- new life, new energy, new thoughts
and opportunities.
