5005-5007: Uncreating the Monster -- Municipal Corporation Fraud from Lincoln County Watch

Information provided to H.E. Cardinal Mamberti and the Vatican Chancery Court in regard to our Claims March 6th 2005, January 19th 2023, in seq:
Incorporation
became popular among war vendors-- what we now call "defense
contractors" -- just prior to and during the so-called American Civil
War. This is because once a business is incorporated, the corporate
veil that defines the business as a separate "person" protects the
operators of the business from liability and the loss of their own
wealth: the business can go bankrupt, and they, the operators, remain
wealthy and unscathed by the results.
Stop
a moment and think about what this implies and how it changes the basic
presumptions of good business practices, business ethics, and consumer
protection. Suddenly, we have all these giant corporations ---
Remington, Colt, and Winchester, the gunpowder and explosives
manufacturers, giddy with their lack of any liability for their
products. They could suddenly produce any product, poisons and mustard
gas, for example, without any liability for the product--- beyond
producing it --- or any concern about what it was used for.
The
business itself could be attacked and so there was some interest in
saving their investment, but no personal loss to them beyond that, so
the Robber Barons lined up and incorporated scads of businesses.
Incorporation became the new fad.
Of
course, someone had to pay the price for this unaccountability, and
that fell, in the case of "government" corporations, on the public.
In
1986, the "Territorial" Congress running the USA, Inc. Municipal
Corporation conglomerate took things a step beyond that, when it offered
to accept the remaining "product liability" for pharmaceutical
companies engaged in making vaccines.
Up
until that point, corporations were at least accountable for the
quality and purity and other aspects of the products they produced, but
now, in the case of vaccines, the "Territorial" Congress waived that
last aspect of liability for the manufacturers, and exposed consumers to
all risks imaginable.
According
to this "Territorial" Congress, which is actually only a corporate
Board of Directors for the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation
and its subsidiaries and franchises, including the USA, Inc., and the
DOD, INC., etc., the "Territorial" Congress itself a Municipal
Corporation owned and operated by DOD, INC., would accept all liability
associated with vaccines.
The
very last scrap of corporate accountability --- product liability ---
was severed for the manufacturers. The manufacturers could put cow dung
in vaccines and be held harmless.
We
have already seen how the Municipal Corporations in the District of
Columbia evaded the actual oversight of our lawful civilian government
--- and their constitutional obligations--- by overstepping their
granted authorities and creating a separate independent international
city-state in the District of Columbia to serve as their civilian
government oversight.
At
that point, we should have been freed of any supposition that we were
responsible for their bills and chicanery or that we were in contract
with them at all; but, they continued to claim that they were our
Trustees and that they "represented" us --- behind our backs, of
course. They continued to pretend that they were legitimately operating
under The Constitution of the United States of America or The
Constitution of the United States, and to claim that our government was
"absent", in "Interregnum", etc., even as they unlawfully converted our
individual political status to that of foreign citizens via undisclosed
registration processes.
Unlawfully
converting the natural political status of a living man to that of a
citizen belonging to a foreign government is a capital crime under both
the Geneva and Hague Conventions as well as international law more
generally speaking, so again, we are presented with Municipal
Corporations run wildly amok, committing wanton fraud and capital level
felonies against their purported employers, and still contriving to
pretend that their debts, including their debts accrued from their
unauthorized war profiteering, are our responsibility, and that the cost
of illegally occupying our States of the Union and numerous other
countries were on our account, as a result of their obligation under The
Constitution of the United States of America to defend us.
It's all
nothing but self-interested fraud and Breach of Trust and Breach of
Contract, front to back and first to last, on the part of these
Municipal Corporations housed in the District of Columbia.
We
wish for all charges made against our assets and accounts by these
Municipal Corporations housed in the District of Columbia and their
Officers to be reversed effective March 4th, 1861,
the date that Abraham Lincoln unlawfully, illegally, and immorally
appeared to enter our Public Office, while instead operating privately
as the "President" of a foreign Municipal Corporation headquartered in
the District of Columbia.
These
offending Municipal Corporations and their Principals, Officers, and
Successors are all responsible for this Great Fraud --- not the American
States and People who stand as the Aggrieved Parties and Priority
Creditors.
We
wish for all charges presented to date for the lives lost and maimed as
a result of the actions of the Territorial Congress holding vaccine
manufacturers harmless from any product liability at all, to be applied
directly to the incorporated "Congress"owned and operated by the
DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE, INC. aka, DOD, INC., and their parent
corporation, the United States of America Corporation, and for all these
receipts to be returned directly to our credit, in gold, and placed in
our Fiduciary Account with The Global Family International Trade Bank,
which we have chartered for the purpose of returning assets and
prepaid credit to all the living people and countries that have been
victimized --- including, but not limited to, ourselves.
We
anticipate that the burden of repayment, plus reasonable market
interest, will completely bankrupt and collapse these Municipal
Corporations operated out of the District of Columbia, and we note that
the cost of their bankruptcy cannot be misapplied to the American States
and People, but must instead fall upon the actual owners and operators
of these criminally mismanaged Municipal Corporations housed in the
District of Columbia and elsewhere --- which does not include the
millions of Americans who suffered non-disclosure and who were falsely
registered as Territorial U.S. Citizens and impersonated as Municipal
CITIZENS.
The
most efficient way to handle this in our opinion, is to directly
transfer control of the Municipal Corporations to our lawful government,
most particularly all banking and defense functions. We will
immediately begin a reconciliation and mutual defense operation to
protect ourselves and the living people of all the countries impacted by
the frauds and crimes of these Municipal Corporations, and we will
accept all assets of these Municipal Corporations, material and
non-material, as forfeitures.
They
cannot ever possibly repay the damage they have done and the faith they
have broken, but to the extent that their assets and our assets which
have been purloined can provide sustenance to the living and renewal for
the Earth, it must be done and done quickly.

I Can't Know, Not Really

Today,
I got a call from an old friend, a man whose courage and gallantry drew
me from the moment I met him. His name is Steve, he's a Vietnam Vet.
Without a thought for himself or the dangerous nature of what he was
undertaking, he stood up and did something that will change a billion
lives or more, forever.
And
I, realizing exactly how dangerous his action was, nonetheless rushed
to his side and signed the dotted line, because I would not let him
stand alone.
It was as simple as that, and many years ago.
Steve
has since suffered everything a man can suffer at the hands of the
unreasoning beasts, false arrest, vicious beatings, false charges,
prison --- all of it, everything they could throw at him. Even "mental
evaluation".
And I plodded on alone.
Today, we had that kind of talk that comrades have who have passed through the same storm.
The
battle we faced together was here at home, where we should have been
safe from our own public employees, and not on some foreign shore.
Inevitably
though, one struggle evokes the memories of others, and he remembered
Vietnam and that horrific trauma hit him like a black cloud over the sun and I heard myself saying, that no, I couldn't really understand what he went through.
I
was one of the girls who stayed home and waited for a man who would
never return, and that was bad enough for me. I wouldn't have survived
what Steve went through.
All
I could do was wipe tears away and think of Steve fifty years ago and
all the other gallant young men, tossed so thoughtlessly into that
meat-grinding mess, by the members of a "Territorial" Congress,
representing the interests of a filthy Municipal Corporation in the
business of providing "governmental services".
No,
I can't know what he went through or what my husband went through,
either, but I can stand like a Bull Mastiff in the door and make sure
that an end is made of the enemy within, and that is what every one
of us must do now, to make sure that justice is done and that all the
nightmares are ended for everyone.

This is Our Proving Ground

This is the time and place we have available to decide who we are, what we value, and how we are going to live. There is only one time to do this, and that time is now.
We have been called to protect ourselves and protect our families from criminals, but in order to do this, we must know ---for sure -- who the criminals are.
We can't afford to take anything for granted or make mistakes.
That's why I encourage people to not just take my word for anything, but go look things up for yourselves.
Go get yourselves a Legal Dictionary and see for yourselves how often "legal terms" mean something very different from their common meanings.
When I tell you where to look for things in the public and institutional records, go research it for yourselves. Read it in black and white with your own two eyes.
If necessary, sit there with your Legal Dictionary and decode every single word of what you are reading. I did.
Remember we've already done the hard work of finding the needle-- all you need to do is confirm it for yourselves. And then, you will know, for sure, for yourself, where the bear went through the buckwheat.
You will be able to see through the matrix of lies we've all been living in for far too long.
As Edgar Allen Poe said, "Believe nothing you hear, and only half that you see."
Poe was born in Boston in 1809 and died in Baltimore in 1849 --- right in the middle of the time period and geography that housed both the birth and death processes of the American Federal Republic --- our American Federal Subcontractor.
He spoke these cautionary words because he knew or sensed the thick veil of lies and illusions associated with the times in which he lived --- times remarkably like our own, when the great-great-grandsons of the men who destroyed our Federal Republic hope to take the plum and call it their own.
Remember, always, that a large part of their evil magic is to confuse people, so as to make good men appear evil, and evil men to look good.
Remember our Great-Uncle Clintwood, a civilian member of our Federation Government, riding home to West Virginia with the Great Seals in his saddle bag, attacked by "Union" cavalry in civilian dress, all of them against one man and his little brother, a lad not yet sixteen.
Most of the attackers died or were wounded in the fight. They shot Clintwood's horse. In the melee, he caught one of their loose mounts and rode hell bent for the West Coast where he lived on the run for the rest of his life.
They stole the Great Seals and accused him of being a horse thief.
A lesser man wouldn't have made it out of that ambush alive. There would have been no Witnesses to rise up and warn a future generation.
So listen well, for this is how the criminals always do things. They will try to do this "role reversal" where the victim of a brutal overwhelming ambush is described as a horse thief. Or an embezzler. Or a tax evader. Or a pedophile.
They will also ensnare your attention and rile your emotions with stories and unofficial narratives, spinning dramatic "insider information" tales about sensational subjects --- all to focus your attention away from whatever it is they are hiding.
What they are hiding is inevitably their goal, and this time, what they are hiding are the plans of these rogue Municipal Corporations operating out of the District of Columbia, to seize our Federal Republic and operate it as if they were the legitimate American Subcontractors. When they are not. When they can never be.
Yet another British Territorial Substitution Fraud attempt is on the way.
Just as they substituted "a" President for The President, just as they substituted the British Territorial State of New York for our American Confederation member, The State of New York -- the plot's afoot again, to steal by guile what they cannot take by force of arms.
Wake up, America! Your very best sons and daughters have suffered and bled for six generations to bring this message home to you.
