Update to taking my land back 

 

To all Americans in the Anchorage area, I am on my way back from homer and will be returning to my land and reinforcing my claim. It is my belief that STATE OF ALASKA, ALASKA STATE TROOPERS, DOJ, MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS or AGENTS and or State of Alaska, Alaska State Troopers, Department of Justice, Municipality of Anchorage Employees, Officers or Agents; Will attempt to violate their duties, obligations, oaths and guarantees to me as a man, alaskan, living soul and creation of god. You are invited to my land to as a man or woman to be witness to any and all violations, crimes and any trespass committed against me as a man on my land.
Thank you all for your support in my efforts to stand as a man and call out the fraud and corruption that has taken hold on our communities of mankind, with aims at degrading and eroding our fundamental values, morals and beliefs as american state national's, man or woman or creations of the creator; god all mighty.

First off I want to thank all of you for your support and belief in my stand against these criminals acting under color of law that have attempted to steal my land and violate my rights as a man. marco, armando and i were released today because the STATE declined to prosecute the charges of begurlry in the first and trespass. They did keep us longer and especially mistreated marco because he denied a covid swab test and he and I would not act as the DEFENDANT or admit to being the NAME. We stood off with the MUNICIPALITY OF ANCHORAGE POLICE until around 10 pm when they broke the door down and stormed the property, Marco and Armando were arrested shortly after that, I held out on the roof until around 4 a.m. and had to attempt to get inside as it was to cold outside and I was only wearing shorts and a tee shirt at that point they arrested me and took me to jail. We plan to file claim against every man and

women that committed the trespass and deprivation of rights against me and my brothers on my land; we will claim harm and require damages upon each man or woman involved in these crimes. I will continue to return to my land and press my claim soon, as I have to return to homer and get my truck back up and running. God bless you all and thank you again for everything you are and everything you do. I love you all and stand with you as a man, Alaskan and an American. I decided to go back to my land before going to homer and went and stood on the land until the POLICE showed up at what point we all attempted to educate and inform them along with giving notice to all that they would be held liable as a man for 1,105,000 per man that commits a trespass upon me or my land after approximately 30 minutes physically removed me from my land arrested me and then let me go after Jesse called the MAGISTRATE I did not identify as the defendant but they did all the paperwork anyway and never let me speak the DEFENDANT has a August court date but they knew we would be coming back before then.. I Had great conversations with every man there and was actually invited by Jesse my arresting man/officer to contact him and go out for beers to talk about everything I had been telling them and why I wouldn't associate myself as the DEFENDANT or BIRTHDATE. They literally requested we give them a day until they're off so they dont have to come next time, they turned out to be a great group of men that were awesome to talk to and hopefully soon a new group of American State Nationals.. I will update next time I return to my land but for now I have to get back to homer .
