3674-3677: Public and International Notice --- It's Not "My" Process -- to the Generals 5.0 from Lincoln County Watch

From time to time I overhear some Wiseacre snarking that "my" process doesn't work, or "my" process isn't necessary, or "my" process is suspect because I have a foreign last name, or because I'm a woman (as opposed to being a transgender man?) or because, because, because.
I want to make it absolutely, explicitly, and forever clear that "my" process isn't "my" process.
The process used to declare yourselves as Americans in possession of your birthright political status is the result of fifty years of study and work done by thousands of Americans over the time period from 1860 to today.
The process and paperwork used by our State Assemblies is dictated by International Law, including The Law of War and Occupation, The Geneva Conventions, and International Public Records Law. It is also "informed" by the answers our Founding Fathers developed when they were faced with similar problems in the early years of this country.
That this process is anti-intuitive for a great many people is understood, especially as most Americans don't have the faintest idea what has been done to them or their country at the hands of their own military, but once you do know the history, it's obvious enough. Our identity has been stolen, we've been doubly impersonated and human trafficked, and grossly defrauded in breach of trust and violation of commercial service contract.
We've been "occupied" by our own military since 1860, and they've made merry at our expense ever since. They've played all sorts of games to evade their Constitutional obligations and limitations, told all sorts of lies, engaged in all sorts of war for profit, messed up our monetary system beyond belief, illegally confiscated trillions of dollars worth of private property under color of law, enslaved, press-ganged, and subjected their Employers, failed their duty to defend this country and our people, and have generally taken on the character of an illegal and predatory foreign mercenary force that doesn't pay beans.
They've lied to us, lied to the rest of the world, and lied to every new inductee since 1860.
It's in response to this overall situation that our paperwork has been framed to protect individual Americans and make it increasingly difficult for these Perpetrators to continue to pretend that we don't exist and/or that we "voluntarily" joined them in their insurrection against our lawful government.
As for the paperwork "not working" -- and "being spotty" -- sometimes working and sometimes not, remember who you are dealing with. These are mercenaries. They are not nice men. They aren't operating courts of justice. They are operating private collection agencies "as courts" to collect war reparations owed by Municipal citizens of the United States.
And absolutely every American they can lay hands on is being mischaracterized and misidentified as both a British Person and as a Municipal citizen of the United States for obvious and self-interested reasons.
These are the facts and if our paperwork isn't working 100% of the time, we can only observe that it should be working 100% of the time, and if it isn't, it is the fault of the United Nations Organization, which is supposed to be enforcing the Geneva Conventions and preventing such gross crimes against individual Americans and their property interests.
Our American Government has not agreed to the "Great Reset" which amounts to amnesty for thieves and zeroing out the bank accounts of the victims. Please note that there are now many thousands of Americans all over this country who have awakened and reclaimed their birthright political status, and their intent is absolutely clear, even if their paperwork isn't perfect.
We are in favor of gradual repayment of prepaid credit to the victims of this scheme, relieving them of all debts addressed to Municipal CITIZENS and all expenses related to these now bankrupt individual corporations.
It is well-past time for the Americans to be recognized as the "long-lost" owners and inheritors of the land and soil of this country and all assets derived from the land and soil. And it is also past time for our Employees to read their contracts, do their jobs, and obey the actual law of this country.
I know that there are many in the military who don't like being criticized, but it is what it is. We are standing here with our Southern Border wide open and our economy and health under assault from a foreign enemy (with respect to us) and a domestic enemy (with respect to the U.S. military) and every branch of the U.S. Military is in Gross Dereliction of Duty for failing to protect this country and its people--which is actually their only job assignment and reason for being.
So, take that, full in the chops and realize what it means.
If our military isn't going to support us and defend our people and our country, what obligation do we have to support them? And what do we need them for? Just more harassment and surveillance and trespass against our Constitutional Guarantees? More theft of our money and our credit and our assets in every respect? All under conditions of deceit and color of law?
As the lawful civilian government of this country, we are owed the return of all our property interests, all our land grants and patents, all our people safe and sound, the value of our labor that has been purloined, and our money (gold and silver) safely returned. And all without False Flags, criminal collusions, and failure to perform.
All this terror and predation and theft and destruction is not the fault or failure of the civilian government. It's the fault of the Territorial Government. Shame on all of you who inherited this situation and did nothing about it, not even the common courtesy of telling your Employers what was happening, much less fulfilling the responsibility to assist us in restoring the civilian government and holding new Public Elections. For shame on all of you forever.
So much for protecting and upholding the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic, for you have allowed yourselves to evade the Constitutions and to illegally conscript Americans, and do all sorts of criminal things against the people who have paid your wages and paid for all your expensive equipment and kept faith with you all these years.
If the U.S. Military doesn't grow a backbone and damn straight quick, it will go down in infamy as the most notorious and deceitful and incompetent and disloyal military force in history. It will be found serving the interests of the Queen, the Pope, the Belgians and all the ugly old European Colonial Powers and all while betraying the American People.
The "decline" of the American Dollar and the hideous inflation and counterfeiting of "Federal Reserve Notes" is all down to British finagling, criminality, and self-interest that the U.S. Military has turned a blind eye to, sat on its rump, and allowed. The rising threat of China and the escape of the IRS, Goldman-Sachs, and Federal Reserve interests to China is all on the Joint Chiefs of Staff and those underlings who have trimmed their nails and watched it happen.
And none of you have any plausible deniability with respect to any of this, because you have had copies of your contracts all along and you have had reason to know who your employers are and you are being called on the carpet by the common people of this country who despite all their handicaps can nonetheless see what is going on.

The Money Spell -- Chapter Four -- Old Gold Revisited

In response to those, especially those, whose sense of self and security is bound up with the purported scarcity and eternal value of gold ---
We now have LIDAR and many sophisticated forms of tomography that reveal exactly where gold deposits, both already mined gold and gold in situ, are located.
We can also locate quartz deposits.
We can do the volume extraction mathematics associated with known and previously unknown mining operations.
This is how we know for a fact that the Ancient Miners extracted quartz and removed it, leaving gold and silver and platinum behind.
Recently, the argument has been advanced that this planet is the "Treasury of the Universe" and that's why we have all this gold, silver, and platinum stockpiled all over the planet. It wasn't just a bunch of greedy, manipulative, self-interested men hoarding up gold and silver....
If you believe that, I've got some Florida Real Estate for you --- but the "given narrative" no longer matters. You can believe that aliens brought all their gold and silver from other planets and stockpiled it here, or you can believe what the hard evidence suggests.
Either way, The Problem isn't a matter of arguing over whether this commodity or that commodity is valuable. Or even which narrative makes more sense.
The Problem is the delusion that one commodity of "Supreme Value" actually "stands for" all other commodities and that it "stores value".
Once we face the fact that gold, silver, and platinum are not magical, and not supremely important, and not existentially rare, we can move away from the blind religious belief in their importance and away from the brain-dead idolatry of money in any form.
Just as nobody "representing" God is God, no commodity representing other commodities is any other commodity.
It does not matter whether we are valuing gold or paper or plastic or some other widget made of some other material, or even if we are mindlessly valuing arbitrary digits written on a ledger. It's the act of valuing things that matters.
As we saw in the previous chapter, it was actually wheat that gave value to gold. And where did wheat get its value? From our hunger and our fondness for bread.
Whatever we value, becomes valuable. We literally give things their value, and we assign values according to our needs and our desires --- yet we don't examine this process of valuation or question the results.
Every single time we use a physical object to represent something that is unseen, we are engaged in a form of idolatry.
A crucifix to represent the suffering of Yeshuah.
A wedding ring to represent the love of a man and woman.
A gold coin to represent the value of groceries.
Once we free ourselves of idolatry, we can set ourselves free of The Money Spell --- and free of the obnoxious institutions and individuals using this delusion to enslave us and our beloved planet.
Long ago, the Kingdom of Sumeria (Shinar in the Bible) concerned itself with issues of justice, especially justice for individual people, because Sumerians valued justice; later, the Kingdom of Babylon concerned itself with endlessly proliferating codes and rules, because Babylonians valued revenue and coercive power.
How well you live literally depends on what you value.

What is a "Legal Title"?

For starters, legal titles are foreign to America. They simply are not part of our system at all.
Legal titles come into the lives of Americans when a man or woman signs the dotted line and joins the U.S. Military. They knowingly or unknowingly, form a contract for service with the British Territorial Government and accept the foreign status of a U.S. Citizen. This British Territorial Citizen cannot own land in this country and is technically a subject of the Queen for the duration of their Tour of Duty.
Not only does our own sovereignty preclude U.S. Citizens from owning land in this country, but the British System that they are entering "voluntarily" when they enroll in the military service, doesn't allow them to own land at all.
In the British System all land belongs to the Queen and is part of the National Trust. Brits only receive a "privilege" from the Queen called a "title" that allows them the right to live on and develop a parcel of land as a tenant living on real ("real" is a synonym for "royal") estate, so long as they pay the Queen's property taxes, obey all regulations, and generally kow-tow to the Queen.
This is exactly what the rest of us fought The War of Independence to be rid of.
We, Americans, own our land and soil by survey (metes and bounds, landmarks, cornerstones) and by either land grant or United States Patent.
We don't accept land "titles" except to pay off whatever valid interest the title holder has, and then, we revert them to grants and patents, thus removing the land and soil from the British Territorial United States National Trust.
An American member of the U.S. Military upon leaving the service is eligible to reclaim their birthright political status as an American and recoup both their Constitutional Guarantees and their land and soil interests, but since WWII, they must serve Notice of their "return" to their natural birthright political status to their Branch Commander and as a separate action, republish their land grant or land patent to remove their property from the Queen's Title System.
The second legitimate way that an American gets entangled in the legal title system is by being born in a "foreign enclave" or "insular state" such as the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the [British Territorial] State of Ohio [instead of Ohio] or the District of Columbia, for example.
Most of us have been entrapped by a Territorial "state of state" when we were babies in our cradle. These foreign organizations have claimed, falsely, that we are all British Territorial U.S. Citizens "residing" in British Territorial State-of-States, when in fact, we are Americans living in our native States, which have physical borders and are substantive.
Like the requirement that we give Notice to our Branch Commander when we leave the service, we are required to declare our identity as Americans and publish our return to our actual States of the Union, or the Queen's Government continues to "presume" that we are British Territorial United States Citizens, with all the duties, limitations, and obligations that status implies.
Like her claim to own all land and to hold all land in trust for British and Commonwealth/Territorial Citizens, the Queen also claims to own your Proper Name as a "Legal Title" --- IF you are: (1) a British Territorial Citizen or (2) an American on the High Seas or Navigable Inland Waterways.
The question is --- are you knowingly and voluntarily and under conditions of full disclosure choosing to live your life as a British Territorial Citizen? Yes or no? And if you are an American, are you on the High Seas or Navigable Inland Waterways? Yes or no?
If you agree to give up your supremely beneficial status as an American, the Queen gets to boss you around, claim "title" to you and everything you own, and act as your "benevolent dictator". There have always been Tories among us who prefer this subjugation.
The rest of us have other options that we have fought and bled for.
So what is a "legal title" --- it's a privilege conferred by a foreign government on foreign citizens living in our country on a temporary basis. Both the Proper Names and the Property belonging to these foreign U.S. Citizens are held in trust and titles are issued to them as tenants (their land and soil holdings) or as "Authorized Representatives" of the Queen, mostly British Merchant Marine Warrant Officers known as "Taxpayers".
"Taxpayer" actually means that you are a volunteer employee collecting taxes for and paying taxes to the Queen.
When Americans get entrapped in this British System, the actual landlords of this country get reduced to the status of being tenants of the Queen, and unless they reclaim and republish their land grants and land patents, they lose actual ownership and control of their lands and homes. If they fail to also declare their political status on the Public Record, they are additionally victimized by the Queen's "presumption" that they are British Territorial Citizens until proven otherwise.
Being a British Territorial Citizen is the exact same status as being a Colonist, only under a different name. British Territorial Citizens are obligated to know and obey millions of Federal Codes, they own nothing, not even their own names. The Constitutional Guarantees do not apply to them.
Would you rather have a privilege, or a right?
Americans claim back their rights when they record and publish their correct political status and reclaim their land and soil patents and grants. Until they do, the Queen's Government will continue to "latch onto" them and falsely claim that they are chattel property franchises of the British Crown, tenants, and "volunteers" serving as "Taxpayers".
This grotesque crime is ongoing and only individual Americans can stop it by taking action to correct their own political status records and joining their own State Assembly in support of the actual American Government.

Bears in Springtime

You may have noticed that the stock market is not merely imploding quietly into that good night, but is actively exploding and self-destructing.
For those of you still letting your employers and other "fund managers" make your decisions for you, your retirement funds and 401K's are already decimated and plummeting downward, downward, day after day, while inflation is skyrocketing upward with the same monotonous regularity.
What's going on?
The so-called Tier Two Investors got paid off a couple weeks ago, or in the vernacular of such things, "got liquidity", and they have promptly sold off all their hyper-inflated over-valued stock shares to "top out the market", and they are now safely out of the way of their pre-planned destruction, letting everyone else --- all the "small holders" --- take the losses in the shorts.
When the market "bottoms out" these same villains will come back in and buy everything up for pennies on the dollar, just as they did during the 1929 "Crash" which was equally scripted. And they will keep on doing this, until the rest of us get wise, get organized, and arrest them for their crimes and confiscate all their ill-gotten gains.
It's that simple.
They are the ultimate "inside traders" because they control and manipulate these markets on a routine basis, dictating which industries develop and which ones are never born according to their own self-interest, dictating the price of stock shares, too, and thereby controlling and dictating the value of pension holdings and how well people who are invested in the stock market can live now and in the future. They even control the currency markets -- because, remember, currencies are commodities.
And who are "they"? Well to put it bluntly, they are the Bank of England and its affiliates --- the Bank of England owns the Federal Reserve and is accountable for all its malfeasance, theft, and fraud. The Bank of England also controls the vast institutional pension fund investors, so that it is a two-pronged control mechanism, both a "gee" and a "haw" that can be used to fine tune the fraud and make it appear as erratic or as gradual or as abrupt (as in this case) as the Perpetrators desire.
So, in one week, they have pulled the plug on the stock market, increased the prime lending rate to make money harder to borrow (not that anyone is encouraged to borrow anything in the midst of this total mess they've created) and that will do nothing to stop inflation which is not being driven by cheap lending rates, but is being driven by insane night and day printing of more and more and more "Federal Reserve Notes", deliberately tanking whatever value may still be attached to them, and deliberately driving the price of everything skyward in yet another predatory attack on this hapless country and its people.
You can thank the so-called "Royals" --- knowing that virtually none of them are "Royal", Yet, the blame goes around and around like water swirling in a toilet. Half the people just waking up at this late hour can't tell friend from foe, or fiend from fellow sufferer.
Everyone can blame "the Royals" mistaking these imposters as "Royals", and we can all blame "the Brits" though the actual British People lost control of their government long ago, and it's now a bunch of Nazis in charge ---literally.
Everyone can and should blame the British Crown and their feckless commercial corporations impersonating the actual government of this country, both the US, INC. and the USA, Inc., being foreign service providers and having nothing to say about this country--- but nonetheless pretending to have the right to sell it out from under the actual owner's feet.
And finally, experience shows that most of the rest of the world is totally confused, as well as many Americans, about the difference between "the US" and "America", and are pretty much blaming the American victims of "the US" Raj as if we were the rotten nogoodniks responsible for all of this crime, corruption, manipulation, war-mongering, violence, and malfeasance of all kinds that the British and Papist controlled mercenary corporations have foisted off on every living soul.
Blaming the Americans is how our "friends" in Whitehall contrived it to look --- always hang the blame on the victims, and always accuse them of doing what you are doing yourself. That's always been their mantra, and here they are, accusing "the Americans" of all this fraud and deceit, when the Americans are the marks in this horrid international con game.
Where is Matt Dillon when you need him? Showing up with a star and six gun? Or even Steve McGarret, saying, "Book 'em, Danno!"? Elliot Ness? Anyone?
No, they are all gone, now employed by usurping foreign franchise corporations, telling these dolts (falsely) that average Americans are dangerous "Sovereign Citizens" and "domestic terrorists" when they are the ones acting as domestic terrorists themselves.
All par for the course.
In 2017, these foreign corporation interests signed up for the "Great Reset" which means that robbers will be forgiven and sheltered, and you, the victims of all this crime, will see all your bank accounts zeroed out so that the non-tax paying criminals among us can slake their greed and start over.
I hope you are all paying attention because this is presently happening right in front of your noses and your vaunted, useless, emasculated, deluded, deceived military is failing its duty to protect you and your country. They are off dabbling around in the Ukraine, instead.
I think we should fire the whole lot of them, don't you? Pack up and head for the Southern Border to defend it ourselves. Nobody else is doing their job, though SERCO keeps on paying them with our money and misdirecting them right down the line.
It's springtime, and the "bears" are coming out of hibernation. For many Americans, it's not going to be an easy wake-up call.
But at least you now know that the Enemies are the same Enemies that we fought in 1776 and the same all down the line since then --- the Bank of England, aka, Federal Reserve and Federal Pension Funds, the Government of Westminster, the Government of Ghent, and the denizens of both Washington, DC and Whitehall --- and most recently, the UN CORPORATION.
