For those of you so inclined here is the disastrous OSHA rule. They’ve designed it so it passes muster based on what SCOTUS has said before but there are a lot of things chip away at here:
Some quick reactions and analysis. Looks like work-from-home folks are exempt and there is a religious exemption:
But look out… it may be worse than initially thought. Masks are the control device

Maybe a silver lining - like CRT? The boys crying wolf are revealing themselves to be self-serving sycophants, on the public dole. Those who were disinterested in politics are now pissed and are joining together with the more politically involved neighbors. As Tom MacDonald says "they keep us divided so we don't go against them," but unfortunately, for them, instead of pushing us further apart, they pushed us together. There couldn't be stronger evidence to push for shrinking the Federal bureaucracy. That would probably be a very powerful platform for 2022. |
To follow the science, either everyone gets tested and wears masks or nobody gets tested and wears masks.
Those who have decided to take part in this medical experiment pass on the virus just as much as those who have remained part of the control group.
If they provide any protection at all past a few months, the injections only provide personal protection, not social protection. Members of the experiment must be forced to abide by the same rules for the good of society.
