DONOR-FUNDED EFFORT UNCOVERS 40,000 ILLEGAL GEORGIA BALLOTS PROMPTING CALL TO DE-CERTIFY ELECTION RESULTS
December 1, 2020
BREAKING BOMBSHELL: The following information is extremely important as it pertains to a massive, nationwide plot to undermine our democratic elections. When we contacted our press release firm to help make this information public, we were told that news outlets are refusing to view or publish any information regarding voter fraud – no matter how credible the source. This firm uses over 4,500 news outlets provided through PR Newswire, all of which are allegedly blacklisting the kind of information found below. As more damning evidence continues to surface regarding the most catastrophic conspiracy in the history of our nation, the media has been silent. In fact, the top stories on these platforms are about tracking Santa’s sleigh and the increased Thanksgiving traffic to allrecipes.com. The media is doing everything they can to keep us placated. They want us to turn a blind eye to the colossal assault on American
freedom currently underway. This kind of information is essential if we hope to preserve freedom and democracy. Please share this with anyone you can. Truth always wins.ATLANTA (Nov. 30, 2020) – Through a largely volunteer and donor-funded effort, nonprofit Nations In Action has uncovered the most concrete evidence of voting irregularities of any other investigation currently underway in the state of Georgia.
One of many volunteer partners, a Georgia-based voter data analytics firm has found that about 40,000 illegal votes were cast in Georgia in the Nov. 3 election. This was due to votes being cast by individuals from a county in which they no longer reside.
Data Productions found that approximately 40,000 votes were cast by voters who moved from one Georgia county to another and failed to register in time to vote in their new county of residence. Under Georgia law, a voter who moves out of a county with the intention of establishing a residence in a new county more than 30 days before an election must re-register in their new county. The law only allows a voter who moves within that 30-day window to vote in the county where they previously resided.
40,000 illegal votes are three times the size of the current margins in the Presidential race.
The analysis also found:
- Approximately 122,000 voters moved from one county to another more than 30 days prior to the General Election and failed to update their residency in time to vote. That means they were no longer eligible to vote in Georgia.
- Approximately 40,000 of these people voted illegally during the election. About 28,000 voted with early voting ballots or absentee ballots. Another approximately 11,000 voted on election day.
- Additionally, approximately 15,000 people had a change of address outside the state of Georgia yet voted on Nov. 3 in the state.
“When we ran the data on these changes of address, the numbers startled me,” said Mark Davis, CEO of Data Productions.
Seeking further verification, a second Nations In Action volunteer, Derek Somerville, CEO of Sierra Partners LLC and former FBI Special Agent, began to investigate individual voters in Mr. Davis’ data. “I worked in the US intelligence community. I’m a trained federal investigator who was assigned to Public Corruption cases” says Somerville. ”After investigating a random sample of these voters, it became abundantly clear that thousands, if not tens of thousands of voters in this election do not reside in the county in which they voted…or even in the state of Georgia.”
Maria Strollo Zack, founder and chairman of Nations In Action, stated that what is happening in Georgia should concern every voter regardless of party, adding “The Georgia legislature has failed its citizens by refusing to focus on systemic widespread voter fraud for decades.”
So far FOIA demands for the final certified voter file from the Secretary of State have fallen on deaf ears. “What are they hiding over there,” Zack wonders.
“Americans demand honest, free and fair elections and Georgia voters deserve better than this,” Zack said. “Georgia has clear statutory and case law when it comes to voters casting ballots where they live and the Election Lawyers, Attorney General, and Georgia Bureau of Investigation should get involved.”
She also called on the Georgia Legislature to immediately commence hearings into the matter. “They may ultimately need to sue to get more time to recount without these illegal ballots, bad addresses, and unverified signatures.”
“Otherwise, if the election is de-certified, the General Assembly may need to step in and decide for itself whether to send electors and make that important decision on who will be the next President.”
