1056-1058 The Rest of the Story

We woke up and began operating The
United States of America [Unincorporated] several years ago. We
realized that a great conspiracy, an overwhelming profit-driven fraud
scheme, was engulfing the world.
Of course, we had dim recollections
of our family history and souvenirs and letters and things of that
nature passed down verbally and hand to hand. We knew that the Belchers
came to Boston in 1609 and helped build Old South Church. We knew they
were lawyers and neighbors to John Adams in Braintree, Massachusetts,
almost two centuries later. We knew about Colonial Governor Jonathan
Belcher. We knew about the role of Colonel William Belcher. And any
fool can look at the Great Seals --- both The Great Seal of The United
States of America and The Great Seal of the United States -- and
literally see that they are part of the Belle Cher Array.
We also knew that our direct
progenitors had been threatened with death by President Theodore
Roosevelt and forced to flee for their lives from West Virginia to the
far Northwest. We knew that they suffered a huge loss of land and
private assets as a result. We knew that Uncle Clintwood never rested
another day of his life and slept with two guns in his hands, crossed
and ready under his pillow.
We knew that our own grandfathers
and fathers were men of power and dread carrying secrets so dark and
dangerous that they never spoke of them, until they were on their own
deathbeds. We knew that there were caches of Confederate gold in Texas,
still waiting to be returned to a future lawful government.
What we didn't know by 1998 ---
nearly a hundred years after Theodore Roosevelt sent the whole family
packing --- was that we were among the very few to be taught the actual
structure of the American Government, and that we would ultimately be
responsible for operating The United States of America [Unincorporated].
On the way here we discovered the
Birth Certificate/Annuities fraud. We struggled to find the lawful ways
and means to overcome the falsification of the public records. We
slaved and labored along with many, many others to discover and preserve
the telltale records and decode the Federal Code and peel away the many
layers of deceit and confusion. And all the while, we kept a watchful
eye on everything the Usurpers were doing.
Every step of the way we published
and reported and recorded and registered our objections and claims
against the Interlopers, so that there is no possible way for anyone to
claim that we don't have standing or don't have a public as well as
private interest in all assets naturally belonging to the States and the
People of this country which over-stands any claim by any territorial
or municipal entity---- and more to the point, any creditor of any such
entity.
We have also researched and
established and presented our ancestry going back before the "Civil War"
which proves that we were "grandfathered in" to the constitutional
contracts and are owed all the guarantees and protections, rights and
prerogatives--- as are millions upon millions of other Americans. As
many of you who have been following along already know, we made the
effort to locate men who are similarly qualified to stand up and claim
back the public and private assets of every State and State of State.
Right now, we and a relatively few
others are standing in the gap, like firmly wedged door-stops,
preventing the secondary creditors of the Territorial United States and
Municipal United States from doing their worst. Right now, we are
operating the only lawful sovereign government still standing in
international jurisdiction. And right now, every American reading this
needs to come forward as we have, claim back your birthright, and join
the effort to fully restore your rightful government.
There are substantial benefits to be
realized by doing so -- practical and material benefits; but far beyond
those considerations, there is the peace of mind that comes from
knowing that you are in control of your life and how your government
operates. Many Americans have been living in fear of their public
servants, and even their own military and law enforcement personnel.
Nearly everyone has been harassed at one time or another by the
"Internal Revenue Service".
Imagine how it will feel to breathe deep again and be truly free again?
That alone is worth every effort we can make to cast off the shackles of false debt and deceit.
As things stand, the vermin have
outsmarted themselves at last. They rendered the Federal United States
incompetent when they moth-balled and replaced the National-Level States
of States back in 1868. They bankrupted both the Municipal and the
Territorial Governments, seeking to finally vacate the constitutional
agreements.
As a result, as a pure Operation of
Law, all the Delegated Powers once granted to them have returned to the
Grantor, The United States of America [Unincorporated]. Also, as a
pure Operation of Law, the guilty parties have been denied any contract
by Assumption or Succession, and the process of recouping American
assets has begun. In the Eleventh Hour, our credit is hitting the
books.
For these reasons and many more,
it's time to come home and do your part to make America great again, to
make America American again, and to accept the small price of making the
effort to self-govern again. Assemble your Counties and States first,
then bring together your National-Level States of States to fulfill
their intended role and restore the Federal United States.
It's important that everyone
involved understand that this is not about "us versus them". We are not
seeking vengeance against federal employees, for example. Most of these
people haven't had a clue that they were doing anything wrong. They
didn't know that our government has been operated on three cylinders by
foreigners for six generations. And neither did we.
It has taken an extreme amount of volunteer effort to get where we are today.
Let's all have a moment of silent
gratitude for the much-maligned and ridiculed and abused patriots who
persevered in the face of lies and Breach of Trust and violence to
ferret out the truth in spite of every suffering and obstacle.
To Bill Benson who died miserably
and alone and in prison for the "sin" of proving that the Sixteenth
Amendment was never ratified. To Randy Weaver who lost his wife and
children and home for the "sin" of exercising his guaranteed right to
keep and bear arms. To LaVoy Finicum, ambushed and murdered by his own
employees, for the "sin" of objecting to their mis-administration of his
public resources and attempting to attend a public meeting. To the
millions of Americans who have been harassed to pay taxes they never
owed. To the millions more who have lost their homes for failure to pay
mortgages they never owed, either. To all those who have suffered and
bled.
And now, folks, let's get on with
the job to be done. Instead of Americans being evicted to pay for
British Territorial debt, its more than past time for the British Raj to
go home. Permanently. Let us proceed peacefully and honorably and in
full view of the world community to restore our lawful government to its
former glory.

What to Do With Your Government

In our last post, "Your Government",
we outlined the structure of the American Government as it is supposed
to be, and noted how it in fact is.
A major component of our government,
the so-called "Federal United States" has been missing in action for
150 years, together with the national-level States of States and their
Confederation of States doing business as the States of America.
As a result, the British-controlled
Territorial United States and their Territorial United States
Congress has secretively usurped upon our rightful government and
exercised delegated powers never assigned to them. This is a Gross
Breach of Trust, fraud, conspiracy against the actual Federal
Constitution, and usurpation against the actual government owed to The
United States.
The British interlopers have made
abundant use of semantic deceits including deliberate omissions, such as
calling the Territorial United States "the United States" so as to
confuse it with The United States, and other similar names deceits, such
as calling its own Territorial United States franchise "the State of
Ohio" and substituting it for the Federal State of State known as "The
State of Ohio".
These actions are deliberate and
purposeful and malicious and meant to cause confusion, not only here in
America, but throughout the world. As a result of these deceits,
Americans have been blamed for British war-mongering. As a result,
American blood has been spilled and American resources have been spent
at the behest of foreign powers, who have been content to sit back and
let Americans bear the cost and take the blame.
We have every right and provocation
to blow Britain off the face of the Earth, and in view of the misery and
expense that this tiny country has caused to us and practically every
other country on the globe, we would be well-advised to do so, were it
not for the fact that millions of innocent Brits, Scots, Irish, and
Welsh have suffered as much and more than we have.
They should not have to suffer for
the guile and criminality of their government any more than we should.
We will leave that thought with them and give them the benefit of our
research and moral support, even as we take up the necessity of cleaning
our own house and setting things in order.
Before we depart the international
venue, however, we wish to point out the necessity of divesting Prince
Philip of his ill-gotten gains, the $950 T in "Life Force Value Annuity
Bonds" that were misappropriated as part of the bankruptcy of CANADA.
That money/credit belongs to generations of Americans and Canadians and
indeed, to people from around the world, who have been defrauded by the
British Government and the Royal Family and the British Crown. A prompt
and generous settlement is in order.
Now, on to business....
The sovereign power of this country
is vested in its people and in their states, doing business as The
United States. Their sovereign power in international and global
jurisdictions is held by The United States of America.
The United States is a union of
unincorporated states occupying the soil jurisdiction of this country.
It's member states are: maine, ohio, florida, et alia.
The United States of America is
similarly a union of unincorporated States called a "Federation of
States". It's members are: Maine, Ohio, Florida, et alia.
Additionally, there is supposed to
be a Federal Union operating as a "Confederation of States" doing
business as the "States of America", exercising powers delegated to them
by The United States of America. It's member states are: The State of
Maine, The State of Ohio, The State of Florida, et alia.
There isn't supposed to be any such
thing as a Territorial State of State, nor is there supposed to be any
version of Municipal STATE OF STATE in operation anywhere on our shores.

The First Order of Business
Our Federal Constitution, "The
Constitution for the united States of America" has always forbidden the
participation of persons holding titles from foreign governments. This
prohibition was strengthened and given teeth by an Amendment to the
Federal Constitution, called "The Titles of Nobility Amendment" which
was ratified by The States of States in 1819.
As a result, no Bar Association
Members may vote on any matter directly affecting the powers delegated
to the Federal United States, much less any matter affecting the land
jurisdiction States that are members of The United States of America.
Members of the Territorial United
States Congress who are Bar Association attorneys must immediately and
permanently recuse themselves from participation in debate, discussion,
elections, and voting processes impacting these (our) United States.
This requirement of our States of
the Union will immediately disqualify the bulk of the members of the
Territorial United States Congress, who as Bar Attorneys hold the Title
of Nobility of "Esquire" from the Queen, and who are specifically
prohibited from taking part in our government, though they may continue
to participate in the affairs of the Territorial United States
Government.
The members of the Territorial
United States Congress must also be prevailed upon to accept: (1) the
immediate return of all the assets of the original Confederation States
of States which have been moth-balled and managed as "State" trusts
doing business as "Oregon State" and "Wisconsin State" to the control of
The United States of America [Unincorporated]; (2) action providing for
the orderly closure and removal of Territorial State of State
franchises and Municipal STATE OF STATE franchise operations and their
associated Court Systems; (3) Cessation of the improper and illegal
process of registering American babies as [Territorial] United States
Citizens, which is a crime of human trafficking, kidnapping, fraud, and
inland piracy.
Either that, or they, together with
all their Territorial Governors, must be arrested and detained on
severity of criminal charges. We are willing to allow that as we were
left uninformed of the true circumstance, even members of Congress must
be given the benefit of a doubt--- however, continuance of these errors
and omissions once discovered must be considered a Gross Breach of Trust
amounting to High Treason and those who would continue to undermine and
subvert our lawfully established government must be routed out like so
many rats being removed from a grain storage.
All American children born on the
land of the actual soil jurisdiction states must be immediately
reclassified as lawful State Citizens and American Nationals with no
further false presumption of Territorial United States Citizenship or
Municipal citizenship allowed.
The above measures are measures set
forth for the Officers of the branches of the Federal Government, most
especially for the Executives and Military Officers, who must deal
directly and expeditiously with the circumstance and any recalcitrant
members of the Territorial Congress, Territorial State of State
Governors, and Bar Association Attorneys generally.
Now, that's their part, which is their absolute duty to perform. What's yours?
First, correct the falsified public
records indicating that you were: (1) born to an unwed Mother, (2) that
you are a Territorial United States Citizen and declined or never had a
birthright interest in your native state.
The forms to correctly re-convey your Trade Name back to the land and soil of your native state are posted on my website, www.annavonreitz.com,
as Article 928, Editable pdfs. You need to record these (never
"register" anything) in the nearest land recording district office
or county land recorder's office. You and everything connected with you
including your name is a land asset. You need to establish your claim
of ownership and return your name/Names/NAMES to their permanent
domicile on the land and soil of the state where you were born prior to
taking any other action.
This is necessary in order for you
to establish standing to act as a member of the lawful government in
your State of the Union. You may now safely organize your local County
Jural Assembly and your State Jural Assembly. These States are members
of The United States of America [Unincorporated] doing business as, for
example, Ohio, Michigan, Maine, and so on.
These are the Federation States.
Next, or in tandem with the
organization of these State Body Politics, you will need to organize the
Confederation of States to operate the Federal Government you are
owed. This requires setting up National-Level States of States
operating as: The State of Ohio, The State of Michigan, The State of
Maine.... and so on.
Again, The State of Ohio is a
business chartered by and operated for the benefit of Ohio, the land
jurisdiction State owed to the people of Ohio, that is, The State of
Ohio belongs to Ohio and the people who live in Ohio. It is not a
foreign Territorial franchise of the British Crown pretending to be your
lawful government or assuming a position of trusteeship over you and
your lawful State.
Some people have gotten this
progression mixed up, and have realized the necessity of setting up The
States of States to run the Federal United States Government, but have
missed the necessity of first setting up and assembling the member
States of The United States of America [Unincorporated].
In order to exercise delegated
power, the restored National-Level States of States have to be backed up
by the delegating authority, which is The United States of America and
its member States.
Horse in front of cart, people. Work together to get this done.
Get your own political status firmly
declared in the appropriate public record, get your county and state
jural assemblies functioning (as per the direction provided by the
Michigan General Jural Assembly) and then set up your county and state
jural societies as per The Articles of Confederation.
In the first action, you restore and
repopulate the Body Politic of your State, such as California,
Wisconsin, or Maine. In the second step, you restore and repopulate the
Body Politic of your National-Level State of State, doing business as
The State of California, The State of Wisconsin..... and so on.
In the first instance, you are
"assembling" your State, and in the second, you are "associating" to
organize the "State of State" belonging to your State. Both are
necessary parts of restoring your lawful and fully functional
government, both State and Federal.
This is Urgent Business which
affects your safety and well-being and that of your children for
generations to come, so do not delay another nanosecond. Inform
President Trump of the necessity to correct the public records, the
crime that has been foisted off upon you and millions of other
Americans, and the actions necessary to correct this long-standing fraud
and Breach of Trust.

Your Government

Take a blank piece of paper. Fold
it in half, top to bottom, so that the fold provides you with a straight
line in the middle of the paper. Now, unfold the paper and lay it out
flat again, take a ruler and draw a big, fat line along the fold so that
the top half of the page and the bottom half of the page is clearly
separated and defined.
At the top of the page write: "Non-Delegated and Unincorporated Powers"
Under that, write: "The United States, a union formed by The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776."
Under that, write: "The United
States of America, a Holding Company formed by Congressional Act,
September 9, 1776, to hold and control all jointly held powers."
Then.... on the bottom half the paper, right under the fat line, write: "Delegated and Incorporated Powers".
Under that, write: "Federal United
States doing-business-as "the" United States. Missing in action since
1860, moth-balled and controlled as a trust."
Then under that, write:
"Territorial United States, British-controlled usurper doing-business-as
"the" United States of America."
Then under that, write: "Municipal United States, Congressional oligarchy."
What you should have on your paper is a list that looks like this:
Non-Delegated and Unincorporated Powers
The United States, a union formed by The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.
The United States of America,
a Holding Company formed by Congressional Act, September 9, 1776,
to manage all jointly held powers.

Federal United States
doing-business-as "the" United States. Missing in action since
1860, moth-balled and controlled as a trust.

**** This, above, is the basic structure of the American Government.****
You will notice that it is neatly
divided between "Non-Delegated and Unincorporated Powers" and "Delegated
and Incorporated Powers."
There are two principal
unincorporated entities that hold sovereign power --- "The United
States" and "The United States of America", both with a capital "T" and a
definite article, "The", included as part of their names.
"The United States" holds all
sovereign powers related to the soil (national) jurisdiction owed to the
combined states and people. "The United States of America" holds all
sovereign powers related to the international jurisdictions of the land
and sea.
It had to be organized like this,
because The Definitive Treaty of Paris, 1783, demanded a further
apportionment of "powers" known as the "Delegated and Incorporated
Powers"----and our Forefathers were determined that Britain was never
going to get it paws on one cubic centimeter of our land and soil
jurisdiction, so The United States holds the soil, and The United States
of America holds the land underlying the soil ("Soil" is defined as
the top six inch layer of dirt, and land is everything underlying
the soil.)
Now look at those "Delegated and Incorporated Powers"....
There is a Federal United States
which is meant to exercise the powers delegated to it by The United
States of America via "The Constitution for the united States of
America". This Federal United States was originally doing-business-as
the "States of America". As you can see, the word "united" in the title
of its Constitution is being used as a descriptive adjective, not part
of the name.
When we look deeper, we find that
the "States of America" were members of the Confederation of States
formed in 1781 under The Articles of Confederation. These then, from
the get-go, were "confederate States of States" that belonged to the
States of the Federal Union. For example, The State of Maine belonged
to Maine. Again, notice that the definite article "the" is part of the
name of The State of Maine, and it is capitalized.
In the wake of the Civil War, this
part of our government and the States of States belonging to it,
disappeared. This is the portion of our government that Ms. Hudes and
the World Bank rightly insist has been in "abeyance" all these years.
The British-backed Territorial
United States usurped upon the delegated powers entrusted to the Federal
United States and secretively substituted unauthorized Territorial
"States of States" and imposed new "State Constitutions" under
deceptively similar names.
"The State of Maine" was replaced by
"the State of Maine" and people then, as now, didn't know the
difference. There was a State of Maine before and a State of Maine
after, so they just trusted the fine points to the lawyers and
legislators--to their everlasting detriment and the detriment of the
entire world.
This Territorial United States now
has 57 states --- it's fifty "state of state" franchises, plus seven
actual territorial "insular states" including the District of Columbia
operating as "The State of New Columbia", Guam, Puerto Rico, American
Samoa, etc.
It does business as "the" United
States of America or more recently, simply, "United States of America".
This deceptively similar name causes a lot of confusion as people
naturally mistake this British interloper for The United States of
America, and vice versa --- which is the crux of the British fraud being
practiced against the people of this country and the rest of the world.
The Municipal United States was
created by Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 and was meant only to provide
a local municipal government for the District of Columbia, which was to
be operated as a common turf for the states to conduct their
business. Congress was given "plenary" --- that is, complete control,
of the District, and it was fully formed by 1801.
In 1871 the Territorial United
States Congress (there hasn't been an actual Federal Congress since the
Civil War) started a move to set up its own for-profit government
services corporation. It took several years, but by 1877, the object
had been achieved.
They began their own municipal
franchise operations soon afterward, taking over the "United States"
name the same way the Territorial United States organization
commandeered the "United States of America" name, with the same object
and result --- confused identities and fraud upon the American people
and the rest of the world.
So the Territorial United States
operating in Gross Breach of Trust has made use of our sons and
daughters as gun-fodder enforcing British commercial feudalism abroad,
and the Municipal United States operated by the Territorial United
States Congress has promoted the same oppressions at home.
And all of this is utterly,
absolutely, completely lawless. The British Crown and the British
Government have masqueraded successfully as the American Government for a
150 years, using their willing dupes and proxies in the Territorial
United States Congress to pull it off.
We and the entire rest of the world have suffered accordingly.
Please note that the entire "Federal
Government" --- Federal, Territorial, and Municipal, was created for
the sole purpose of exercising the Delegated and Incorporated (that is,
Commercial) Powers. It has never had any delegated power related to our
land or soil, nor does it have control of any power not strictly
granted to it and "enumerated" in the constitutional agreements.
Now the question becomes --- what to do about it?
I will take that question up in the next post....
