I
chuckled out loud when a radio talk-show host came out with that
phrase—not to minimize the gravity of our situation, it's just a very
colorful way to frame it. A listener questioned the purpose of the pontiff's announcement of a jubilee
year of mercy lasting from December 8, 2015 through November 20, 2016.
The host's response was that the Pope is afraid that We the People are
becoming aware of Vactican cover-ups of child molestation and corruption
and "doesn't want to get his goodies in a meat grinder."
So it is true? Is the Vatican on the defensive? If so, why? Anyone who follows Vatican news would say yes, the Vatican is definitely running damage control and for good reason. As international Trustee of the United States Trust (1789), in recognition of the breach of trust and fraud perpetrated against the People of the American States, Pope Francis drafted the July 11, 2014 Motu Proprio attempting to bring the Vatican into compliance with its agreements. It is rumored the Jesuit pontiff will resign in 2016. What happens after that is up to the People.
It's
only been since the explosion of social media that the general
population has become aware of the embarrassing situation before us. The
law currently operating on the planet is Vatican Law which forms the
foundation of International Law and the entire "legal" system. The
Uniform Commercial Code was formed by the Roman Curia and copyrighted by UNIDROIT
and there is no functional separation between church (religion) and
state in the Western World. How all of this came to be is a topic for
another post; but the fact is, thanks to former Vatican insider Anna von
Reitz, the people are learning about this now—and the Pope's "gonads"
truly appear to be in a vice.
You see, this very moment, there is a stand-off in Burns Oregon between local ranchers and the FBI. Take a look at the letter drafted from Judge Reitz to the U.S. House Overisight Committee:
How does the Church justify stealing land?
In June of 1452 Pope Nicholas V issued a papal bull (decree) called Dum Diversas which relegated "unbelievers" to perpetual slavery. "We grant you [Kings of Spain and Portugal] by these present documents, with our Apostolic Authority, full and free permission to invade, search out, capture, and subjugate the Saracens and pagans and any other unbelievers and enemies of Christ wherever they may be, as well as their kingdoms, duchies, counties, principalities, and other property [...] and to reduce their persons into perpetual servitude." In January 1455, the same Pope wrote Romanus Pontifex as a follow up to Dum Diversas allowing Catholic nations to further explore and seize lands and enslave current non-Christian inhabitants. In May 1493 another papal bull written by Alexander VI, Inter Caetera, decreed that once a land was seized by a Christian nation, another Christian nation could not seize or establish dominion over it. Together, these three bulls formed the justification for the Doctrine of Discovery and the global slave trade. Vatican explorers were encouraged to take over indigenous lands and enslave the people. Further, the Doctrine of Discovery became a concept in International Law and was upheld in a series of United States Supreme Court decisions. According to Wikipedia, under the Discovery Doctrine, "...title to lands lay with the government whose subjects traveled to and occupied a territory whose inhabitants were not subjects of a European Christian monarch." You see, as of now, the People of America accept Common Law as the Law of the Land rather than Natural Law. In Common Law, prior court decisions stand because Common Law is based on precedent—prior court rulings. It's a hierarchical system where "higher court" rulings trump lower, meaning local, ones. The Common Law system is sewn up tight in favor of its creators who implemented it thousands of years ago. It has been sold summarily to the American people as "natural law"—even "God's law"—through philosophers such as Thomas Hobbs, John Locke and Thomas Aquinas. And yes, the Popes "goodies" are in a meat grinder because as we speak, the veracity of Common Law is being tested in public view through what is going on in Burns, Oregon. My sense is that We the People are about to learn just how we got in this mess and all eyes will soon be on International Law, the Doctrine of Discovery and the Vatican. Perhaps We the People will realize that according to Common Law, only the Vatican holds legal title to any land anywhere on Earth. And along with that realization will come horrifying answers to the questions we've been afraid to ask: Is it really uranium the government is after? Or the Vatican-controlled underground facilities used for child trafficking, ritual abuse and pedophilia? It is our duty as a human community to find the answer. —Cindy Kay Currier |
