At
the beginning of the so-called Pandemic, our States of the Union took
action and passed by roll call vote (unanimous) the first new Public Law
in this country in over a hundred years.
Our
action was prompted by certain actions undertaken in the courts prior
to this, including the U.S. Supreme Court case Pathology v Myriad
Genetics in 2013, which opened up the Pandora's Box of biological
ownership claims based on injection of genetically engineered products
that interface with and enter the human genome as easily as they can
enter the genome of single-celled organisms or plants.
This
lapse in judgement by the Court provided the commercial motivation for
the Pandemic, the trillions of dollars of losses it occasioned, and the
millions of deaths that have already occurred.
The
Covid-19 injection was precisely such a vector delivering a patented
genetically engineered product that interfaces with and alters the human
genome, and therefore was pre-approved by the U.S. Supreme Court to
claim ownership of the victims by the patent holder(s) represented by
DARPA, the Municipal Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
If
these mechanisms had been allowed to proceed without definitive action
by the organic government, DARPA would now have the ability to claim
the existence of "transhumans" deprived of all natural and human rights,
owned literally as chattel by the patent holder(s), who in theory,
would have owned all estate interests of the victims, too.
Via
our new Public Law, we precluded those claims against living people
throughout our domains and are determined to see DARPA dismantled
because of this attempt to subordinate Nature to commerce.
DARPA
is also the organization responsible for dumping poisonous industrial
waste products and experimental materials on our land and soil via the
"Chemtrails" programs which have been illicitly funded and used to
destroy our environment and our health over a period of decades.
DARPA is a criminal organization, both in intent, and in effect.
We
demand that the administrators and individuals responsible for these
crimes against humanity be arrested, charged, and held pending review
and trial by a military tribunal.
It
is understood that you were not the "President" of the Municipal
Corporation funding and administering DARPA, and this is not your fault,
nor was it under your direct control.
However,
now that the UNITED STATES is in bankruptcy settlement and
receivership, these issues have come under your direct control as
Commander-in-Chief and we request and require your immediate action to
punish this renegade agency and apprehend those individuals responsible
for its gross misdirection and criminal mismanagement.
Likewise, the Municipal FDA has been engaged in criminal activities serving to expedite this criminality:
We
similarly request and require the immediate replacement of the entire
management staff of the Municipal-run FDA and the arrest of those
persons responsible for the above criminal activity seeking to deploy
experimental "vaccinations" without obtaining fully informed consent.
With
respect to those responsible for these atrocities and crimes promoted
by DARPA and the FDA, we hold them 100% commercially and personally
liable without recourse and subject to military justice.

The Ties That Bind Us

There are often more than a dozen sides to a single story, but there are always at least two.
Time
flows backwards for me this time of year. Always, it is like a mental
tide sweeping toward Normandy, that singular terrain and people who have
had such a profound influence on history --- our family's history, as
well as the world's history.
Seafaring
expeditions that changed the face of history and trade set sail from
Normandy. For better or worse, Christianity entered England from
Normandy. Armies gathered in Normandy and fronted the Norman Conquest,
forever changing the history and fate of the British Isles. The Romans
trained the Gallic Legions in Normandy. Guillaume of Normandy, a distant
ancestor of William the Conqueror, rang the bell in the courtyard of
his castle at Joyeuse Garde as he left for a journey to visit relatives
who ruled in Powys, England, less than a hundred years after the Romans
departed.
Another
two hundred years before his journey, the fishermen of Armorica --
which included the Brittany Peninsula and much of Normandy, discovered
the Grand Banks and Nova Scotia, beginning a trans-Atlantic trade in
salt, fish, and furs, that would last into the Napoleonic Age and lead
to Armorica lending its name to two new continents, North and South
America.
The
Armoricans left more than their name in America; they left behind their
genetic code, forever entangled with Native American tribes from the
Lenape and Delawares to the MikMak and Iroquois, to the Cherokee and
Seminoles in Florida. Their strong French noses and high cheekbones are
forever emblazoned on the faces of Native Americans from Hudson Bay to
Florida and beyond.
No amount of British rewriting can change that.
Normandy
was the ancestral home of my husband's clan and family, a place where
fate and history have always collided, and only a little farther north,
stands the cold silhouette of our cousin, La Bataille de Dunkerque, with
the same sea standing between us and our family in England. It's a
strange place and stranger stories abound there, concerning what the
British call "the miracle of Dunkirk".
From
May 26th to June 4th 1940 the greatest amphibious rescue mission in
world history centered around Dunkirk, a fortified port city in far
northern France, just up the coast from our old stomping grounds, and
even closer across the English Channel to England. 338,000 soldiers and
sailors had to be evacuated --- with no evacuation plan, and no fleet to
transport them.
They
did it with ancient ferries and fishing trawlers and barges, motor
sailors and yachts. Any boat that would float, any dinghy that could be
towed, even pontoon boats and river barges formed a line and faced the
brine of the North Atlantic. Asked about it afterward, old men and
children all said the same thing, "We had to do it, for our boys." Had
to, and did.
Five
years later, on June 6th 1944, the tide would flow in the opposite
direction as an unimaginably massive invasion fleet unloaded 156,000
soldiers across the beachheads of Normandy. And once again, Normandy
stood in the thick of it. The crossroads of history.
It's
a place and a people that are nothing if not enduring. And all over the
world, I see their faces and hear their names transliterated in a
thousand ways, transformed, made new, and I realize that so many scions
of France live their whole lives never knowing where their heritage
lies.
My
husband has the nose of his French ancestors, broad but finely
sculpted. His funny conical chin comes straight from Rouen. People
comment on his high cheekbones and ask if he has American Native blood?
He smiles, no, it's French -- the Natives inherited those high
cheekbones from their French ancestors. He shakes his head.
Once
you see it, you see it, and can't forget. It's the map of France
indelibly imprinted, the red blood of France flowing under skins of
every color, the faces of France greeting you everywhere. The dimples,
the indents, the hallmarks of France. The Belle Chers left France over a
thousand years ago, and yet....Jim still drinks his coffee strong and
black. He still detests a soggy biscuit. And any kind of food has to
be better with some kind of sauce or syrup or condiment. Dinner has to
be savored. Wine has to be sipped.
A
gentleman, he says complacently, as if God came down and ordained it,
will never be rude to a lady, and never be less than gallant. He will
never be indelicate or inconsiderate. His voice will be raised in
defense of the poor. His hand will strike down injustice. His heart
will beat with passion until his dying breath and his word is his bond.
His loyalty and honor know no bounds, no limits at all.
When
such a man, deeply loving life, but unafraid of death, pledges his
heart and gives his word, you know that it is true. It is immutable. And
the same boneheaded utterly obdurate stubbornness that grates against
your daily life like a grindstone and which never gives in, never, not
an inch -- is what you come to rely on the darkest days of winter and
wartime.
Jim
is always Jim. He never wavers. He never shirks. He never turns a
blind eye to any suffering or injustice. He never passes by, uncaring.
He is always grateful for every comfort and every beauty in his life,
and yet, he remains stoic in the face of suffering. He is proud without
being prideful, generous without any fanfare, kind without imposing on
anyone. This is the way the Belle Chers are, the way history proves
they have always been.
So
when you chance to wonder, as I often do, how this one family could
stand at the crossroads of history for centuries, could adventure all
around the world, and could endure on a mission and honor a duty to
the American Government for 164 years, the answer is -- he's Norman
French. He is what he is, and he comes from a long, long line of the
same whole cloth; his ancestors carried forward the duty we now share,
to stand as witnesses and inheritors of the American Government.
Like
the rag-tag fleet at Dunkirk, like the men storming the beaches of
Normandy, we're here in our Assemblies because we have to be. Fate
landed the duty on us, and here we are.
Every
day that Jim is stubborn as an ox, every day that he is picky, every
time he calls forth just one more effort, just one more task, just one
more little improvement in my job performance.... when I think I can't
possibly stand it anymore....he smiles at me, that little quizzical
smile, as if he is amazed and can't quite understand, that I am not as
strong as he is, that my will is not fashioned from the same hardened
steel, that my vision doesn't extend a thousand years or more, and he
squeezes my shoulder in silence. I draw a deep breath.
Somewhere
in that silence, we find the strength to stagger on for the sake of
something so much greater than we are. For life. For beauty. For love.
For the green shoots pushing up from the brown earth. For the twelve
year-old boat pilots at Dunkirk. For the soldiers who stood knee deep
in blood-soaked surf and kept coming. For dignity. For security. For
freedom. For honor. For all the things and people who make life
worthwhile. For our ancestors, and for our children.
These
are the ties that bind us, the blood and the memories and the meanings
and the dreams, even the nightmares. As we remember the history that
haunts this week, let us also dream of a future that is filled with
peace. The past is the past, with all its lessons learned.
The future is only limited by what our hearts dare to dream of.

Freedom of Speech

Our
freedom of speech happened to be mentioned as an example of four
foundational freedoms preserved and guaranteed under the agreements
implementing the Federal Constitutions. As the authors were at pains to
remind everyone (Amendment X) this brief listing and the items cited as
part of the Bill of Rights by no means enumerate, limit, or stipulate
the only rights we retain.
The
full gamut of Natural and Unalienable Rights are ours. We didn't
relinquish any of them in order to fulfill the contracts represented by
the three (3) Federal Constitutions.
So
the first caveat is to avoid the assumption that just because certain
rights and prerogatives are mentioned as part of the Bill of Rights that
those are the only rights and material interests we retained. The
truth about this was later explicitly stated as the Tenth Amendment and
should be appreciated by every American reading this.
So,
our right to Free Speech is a Natural and Unalienable Right which is
inherent to our Nature; we have the inherent ability to communicate and
to communicate freely; it is not left to any "lesser God" to dictate how
we use this precious gift, because it belongs to us as an immutable and
natural and uniquely individual gift.
Our "voice signature" is every bit as unique as any other unique aspect of our physical manifestation.
With
this background, it is easy to see that our Freedom of Speech is not
granted to us by any government; instead, it is protected from any
control imposed by or any manipulation promoted by the government.
Just
as government cannot edit, suppress, direct, or censor our speech, it
cannot "offer" to do these things as a service, and may not
intrude
upon our private thoughts or communications, so as to create "thought
crimes" and promote similar immaterial harms as a basis for fines and
imprisonment.
The
living people are by Nature invested with the Right of Free Speech and
woe unto anyone who attempts to interfere with the free exercise of
verbal expression of any kind, anywhere, any time. We can howl, we can
whistle, we can sing; we can speak, we can shout, we can say outrageous
things.
The
only bounds which law allows, is that we may not verbally slander each
other -- an act calculated to harm and indeed causing harm. And we may
not evade verbal contracts.
One
legal definition of slander is: Slander is the act of making false
verbal statements about someone that damages their reputation. It is a
verbal form of defamation of character that can be brought before a
court for damage claims. The written equivalent of this is called
libel.
Slander is an act -- it is under our volition. We have the free choice to commit slander or not. It requires our action.
Slander
involves making false statements. If your statements are true and
provable, you are not committing slander by definition--- but here is
the caveat: you can commit slander in ignorance.
What
if you are wrong, and it turns out that you have made false and
damaging statements about someone, even though at the time, you thought
you were telling the truth?
Can you really guarantee and prove --- as in a court of law --- that what you are saying is true?
If not, you and everyone else are far better off, if you simply zip your lips and say nothing at all.
Slander
cases are rare in this modern era, but they are still devastating when
successfully pursued, because the victim gets to set the value of the
damage done --- as Joyce Bahar and Whoopi Goldberg and "the View" talk
show recently found out.
So
everyone who delights in making snide comments and insinuations,
everyone prone to nasty gossip and suppositions needs to realize that
there is a line between free speech and slander and it's definitely best
not to cross that line, because (A) reckless words and accusations
really can damage people ---including yourself, and (B) the gift of free
speech does not imply any gift to defame others.
Opinions
should always be offered as opinions, as in, "In my opinion, Tommy was
in the wrong, and shouldn't have just taken Jim's dog to the dog park
without telling Jim." That doesn't defame anyone, doesn't accuse Tommy
of theft, and just expresses your personal opinion -- clearly stated as
such. You can always hold and express your opinion.
In
my opinion, with very few exceptions, the members of the United States
Municipal Congress are felons, and have knowingly acted as such.
That's not slander. That's an opinion.
You
can also poke fun, if it's obvious that it is in jest, even if it is
also painfully truthful: "I couldn't tell the difference between my
Mom's butt and her pink crepe dress."
That's pretty outrageous, but it's not slander.
It
doesn't impugn your Mom's character, even if it is rude and may be
hurtful to comment on her physical condition. You always want to ask
yourself if the one on the receiving end of your humor would laugh ---
or cry --- if they heard your remark.
Hurting
someone's feelings is a form of harm. It's difficult to quantify or
put a price on it, but like many other things in life, it falls in the
priceless category--- and you don't want to go there just because you
had the chance to make a sharp observation if it's at someone else's
expense.
As
these examples demonstrate, having the freedom to say something doesn't
address the finer issue of whether you should say something or not.
While exercising your right to free speech -- have a care about the
choices you make.
That's
a part of learning to self-govern, and as we all know by now, the
proper self-governance of our country begins at home, with the choices
we make as individuals responsible for governing our own speech, our own
tempers, and our own beliefs.
As my Mother liked to remind me --- God gave us the whole tree, but we have to prune it.
Or
take a clue from George Washington -- "In matters of speech, let us be
tempered and kind, with each word put through the sieve of a settled
mind."
Or
as my adopted Indian Grandmother told me when she handed me my "Talking
Stone" as a mouthy teenager -- "Hold this smooth stone to your lips
before you say anything. Pause just a moment and think. Words are
living things. Once you open your mouth, they escape and who knows where
they go from here?"
Yes,
it's a great gift to have freedom of speech and be able to speak your
mind and say whatever you please, but the gift itself needs to be
governed by reason, by kindness, and by decency. This is how we come to
have wisdom and grace and win respect for what we say.
In
some of the Assemblies of our beloved people, there have been terrible
problems wrought by intemperate and irresponsible speech.
People
have made accusations and assumptions damaging to others, without any
proof or appeal to reason. They've gossiped until their public meetings
are like watching a chicken yard, with bird-brains enforcing the
pecking order. And inevitably, when confronted, those responsible
refuse to be accountable.
With
the greatest gifts and freedoms come the greatest responsibilities.
You can't have and enjoy a right without accepting the responsibility
that goes with it. Neither Nature nor the Laws of Man allow it to be
otherwise.
Consider
the gift of free speech that came to you by Nature, which has been
preserved for you by the constant sacrifice of others, and which is
daily under assault by those who would keep you from speaking at all.
They would deny you your voice, or force it to serve their ends, without
a second glance.
Treasure
your right to free speech and make it count for something good; make it
accountable to the truth, worthy of respect, and wisely used.

International Public Notice: Usurpation

We
come today with a quote from George Washington's Farewell Address,
which is especially pointed in the context of today's events:
"If,
in the opinion of the people, the distribution or modification of the
constitutional powers (delegated powers, that is) be in any particular
wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the
Constitution designates.
But
let there be no change by usurpation; for though this, in one instance,
may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free
governments are destroyed. The precedent must always greatly
overbalance in permanent evil any partial or transient benefit, which
the use can at any time yield."
Usurpation
is the unlawful seizure and assumption of another's position, office,
or authority --- which is precisely what Abraham Lincoln, a Bar
Attorney, and his immediate Bar Attorney predecessors did.
That
they usurped by fraud using similar names and impersonations to confuse
identities and offices, that they did this in self-interest and for the
good of foreign powers and against their American employers to whom
they contractually owed "good faith service" --- only makes it worse.
The
target of their usurpation was the Office of the President of the
United States (Corporation) --- the CEO of the American Federal
Subcontractor known as the Federal Republic, operating under The
Constitution for the united States of America issued in 1787.
The
immediate grudge that the Bar Association members held against the
American Federal Subcontractor arose immediately after the peace process
ending the War of 1812. The original Federal Constitution (1787) that
created the Federal Republic and the United States Corporation, was
amended to put teeth into a pre-existing prohibition against American
officers and officials accepting gifts, titles and other emoluments from
foreign governments.
This
amendment of the original general prohibition called the Titles of
Nobility Amendment was ratified by the States of the Union in 1819; it
included members of the Bar Association who routinely accepted and held
the British title of "Esquire", a practice that obligated them to serve
the British Monarch --and it prohibited such Esquires from holding any
position of trust in our government, while at the same time establishing
stiff penalties for any Officer of the King attempting to do so.
For
some years previous to the Lincoln Administration, the British
Territorial Subcontractors operating under The Constitution of the
United States of America had been electing their own "Presidents" ---
and filling the Office of the President of the United States of America
(Incorporated). People in the United States Territories and Possessions
were used to this and took it for granted that the British Territorial
Government Subcontractor (which includes administration of Puerto Rico, a
British Commonwealth nation to this day) accepted Bar Attorneys and
allowed British Title Holders to hold what appeared to be public
offices.
What
happened in 1860 with Lincoln's election as "President" of the United
States of America, Incorporated, a British Crown franchise, had happened
before. It had nothing to do with concurrent, but much quieter
elections for the "President" of the United States (Corporation), our
American Federal Subcontractor.
By
moving their election date to November and their inaugural events to
January, the British Subcontractor managed to have their President in
place earlier in the year than our American Subcontractor, which
conducted its elections in January and installed newly elected officials
including Presidents in March.
Using
a carefully managed and timed scheme the British arranged a situation
in which the American Confederation doing business as the States of
America, which actually held the service contract (The Constitution for
the united States of America), was rendered inoperable in March of 1861
-- right before the new President of the United States (Corporation) was
due to take office.
Please
note that all this intrigue involved only the original Confederation
and the American Federal Subcontractor they operated as the Federal
Republic doing business as the United States Corporation.
None
of this skullduggery had any necessary impact on the Federation's
States of the Union, nor the Union States. The actual employers of
these yahoos were left in the dark, and persecuted under False
Pretenses, but we remained anyhow.
Decade after decade, generation after generation.
With
the American Federal Subcontractor paralyzed and leaderless, Lincoln
didn't make any public announcements explaining the situation to the
American People. He usurped, instead. He declared an "Emergency" and
took command as the Commander in Chief of the United States of America,
Incorporated.
From
there, Lincoln, a Bar Attorney, took control of the military and
civilian operations of the Federal Government, and arbitrarily chose
friends and cronies to occupy the Federal Congressional seats vacated by
the missing Southern Delegations. This so-called Rump Congress
composed of duly elected members and Lincoln appointees was then used as
his instrumentality to conduct the so-called "war", which was actually
conducted as a mercenary conflict.
The
people of this great country were kept in the dark and fed a steady
stream of British propaganda about the glories of Lincoln, his humble
beginnings, his devout Protestant faith, his supposed determination to
eradicate the evils of slavery, and so much more, washed down with
Lincoln's own inherent gifts as an orator and obfuscator of rare
talent.
Honest Abe possessed an ability to twist things around that would humble a dog's hind leg.
Witness
his famous Emancipation Proclamation, which freed Southern Slave Owners
from their legal obligation to provide food, clothing, and shelter to
their slaves, but was almost universally acclaimed as setting the Negro
plantation slaves free.
Free
from food? Free from clothing? Free from shelter? Yes, all those
things went out the window, leaving the actual slaves more miserable
than before as a direct result of Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation,
yet Lincoln, the Ultimate Outhouse Hero, came through smelling like a
rose and lionized as The Great Emancipator.
He
also came out as one of the greatest "American" Presidents, though he
wasn't an American President of any kind, not in any jurisdiction
whatsoever.
We
think of all the members of the GOP all over America, giving speeches
and putting on Lincoln Day Dinners --- and in between the groaning there
is an odd impulse to laugh. All these people couldn't possibly be more
deluded about Lincoln, who he was, what he did, and what he believed.
At
least most Americans remember "President" Grant as a grifter and crook,
which is in line with reality. The irony of Americans remembering
Lincoln as anything but a scofflaw and traitor, however, is a wound to
common sense---and Lincoln's juxtaposition with George Washington, which
we too often see, just rubs it in.
Washington warned against such usurpation as Lincoln committed.
We
see where Lincoln's fraud and duplicity and usurpation has landed us,
but not only us; because people all over the world trusted America and
trusted the goodwill and good sense of the American People, the United
States Corporation, secretly commandeered by the British Territorial
"Government" was respected and trusted, which has led to the downfall
and disgrace and disruption of many other national governments that have
been defrauded, used, and abused in exactly the same way.
Americans
have been welcomed where the British were despised, and nobody knew
that the British criminals had, at least in some sense, won by deceit
what they could never win by force of arms, had in some sense, regained
their "colonies", and wrecked their havoc and self-interest again.
Although
it has appeared to other countries that they were dealing with
Americans, they've actually been dealing with American-born front men,
hired by British and Papist handlers.
It
must have been galling not to be able to brag about this criminal
"victory" and always be at pains to preserve plausible deniability, but
at last our efforts to serve notice on the blackguards denies them the
benefit of their secrecy.
They
are exposed and revealed as the criminals they are and always have
been, and not just here, but in other countries worldwide.
Like
the Balrog's tail, trying to snap back and reclaim it all despite this
set back of discovery, they now try to play the carrot after playing the
stick, to wave the olive branch and take up the sanctimonious trappings
of mercy --- but they don't have an excuse or a leg to stand on.
They've
been committing fraud against their own people for 300 years and fraud
against our people for over 160; and, the entire time, they have
embroiled the world in one war-for-profit after another, seeking to
unjustly enrich themselves with the labor and substance of others.
It's time to see the rats for who and what they are--- and whatever else they are, they are not Americans.

International Public Notice: The Incorporated Subcontractors at "War"

From
1865 to 1937, our two foreign Federal Subcontractors were at something
approaching rest, with the British Territorials collecting "war"
reparations from the Municipal "citizens of the United States" even
though the Principals --- the Pope and the British Monarch knew
full-well that the so-called American Civil War was not a War, but a
Mercenary Conflict.
And even though they were splitting the proceeds, 60:40.
The
British Maritime and Admiralty courts were used to promote "Special
Admiralty" --- meaning Admiralty Law (and navy tribunals) on land -- and
throughout the so-called Belle Epoch, the military industrial complex
feasted on the eleven subjugated and helpless Southern States and the
re-enslaved mostly Negro plantation slaves, who were now considered
public property instead of private property.
This
convenience, of being able to count the slave labor as chattel backing
debt, together with "custodianship" of millions of acres of new land in
the Western States still under Territorial control, and the land claimed
under (false) claims of conquest at war (as there was no declared war)
amounting to eleven Southern States, gave the British Territorial
Perpetrators vast collateral for borrowing, and also
vast quantities of land that they could trade, use as public endowments, and develop for profit.
It
was at this time that "land grant colleges" were developed as new
public education facilities. These schools not only received generous
land allotments for their physical development, but large bequests of
land to support their upkeep and expansion. This was the old
Commonwealth system of the Roman Catholic Church in action, only now the
recipient of the benefit of the public land was a University.
Long-time
American institutions like Harvard and Yale and Princeton were also
bought-off with generous land endowments and "bequests" funding
University Chairs and programs
This
largesse in the hands of a British Crown Corporation franchise calling
itself The United States of America, Inc. resulted in the explosive
growth of industry and public infrastructure building known as the Belle
Epoch. Between 1865 and 1910 vast public building works were
undertaken throughout the country, industrialist investment boomed, and
expansionist wars for profit were staged throughout the world.
By
1906 this whole farce had worn thin and shareholders of the major
perpetrators, including the Scottish-chartered impersonator doing
business as The United States of America, Incorporated, were getting
cold feet in an earlier rendition of exactly what is happening now. The
shareholders, becoming aware of the fraud and impersonation involved,
and fearing that they would lose the benefit of the corporate veil,
began a serious "redemption" effort in 1905, but the "yays" could not
overcome the "nays".
A
desperate sell-off and bankruptcy followed, resulting in bank runs and
other unpleasantness which the Federal Reserve bankers used as an excuse
to promote the "advantages" --- only for the government, of course, of
central banking systems which could control the price and availability
of all commodities, including money.
The
proponents argued that the use of central banks to control and regulate
(that is, artificially rig) the economy would result in an era of
unprecedented peace and prosperity, no worries about bank runs, or
public unrest related to the financial markets.
So
in 1913, the members of the Territorial United States Congress signed
up for the Fed's "services", and 24 years later, after the bankruptcy of
The United States of America, Incorporated, multiple bank runs, crazy
swings in the valuation of the silver dollar, plus the Great War, the
Roaring Twenties, and the Great Depression, the two sides represented by
the Territorial and Municipal Corporations providing "essential
government services" decided to stop fighting each other as a matter of
mutual survival, and they issued The Declaration of Interdependence of
the Governments in The United States in open collusion.
This
document describes a new era of rapprochement, guided by community
"councils" and local and state bureaucracies, many of which continue to
exist today in one form or another. This is the era when Americans were
introduced to Bureaus and Commissions and throughout the Franklin
Delano Roosevelt Administration, the explosive growth of Federal
Agencies set up as Subcontractors of the Federal Subcontractors.
Unknown
to most Americans, such Agencies as the FBI were already set up as
free-standing franchise corporations of either the Territorial or
Municipal parent corporations in the District of Columbia, and usually,
each parent corporation benefited itself by having its own very
similarly named operational franchise, for example: FBI (Municipal
franchise) and Federal Bureau of Investigations (Territorial franchise),
so that the mirrored and duplicated government departments, Department
of Justice (Territorial) and DOJ (Municipal) for example, was copied
throughout the Administrative Agency system, too.
Not
only were the government departments mirrored and duplicated and run in
tandem at the expense of the American people, but even the
Administrative Agencies, the Subcontractors of the Federal
Subcontractors, were mirrored and duplicated in the same way, so that no
matter what we did, there were two of everything.
To this day, there are even two "district" court systems, one Municipal and one Territorial.
Although
the colluders found this amusing and convenient, and the British
Territorial Subcontractors could kick back and do almost nothing most of
the time, leaving the bulk of the public interface and the actual work
to the Municipal Federal Civil Service and its enslaved population of
"citizens of the United States", our entire country was burdened down
with a proliferation of "government" bureaucracy never seen since the
days of Marie Antoinette.
Coming
out of the Great Depression and straight into the profit-making venture
known as World War II, yet another Mercenary Conflict disguised as a
war, Americans had never been so regulated, and soon, the expenses of
the "war" would redefine the nature of public taxation and public
credit, too.
Even
before the onset of WWII, the Federal bureaucracy had burgeoned to
representing nearly 20 percent of the total work force. At the height of
WWII the "government" was composed of two huge foreign parent
corporations known locally as the US CORP and the U.S.A. Incorporated,
which, combined with their franchises, employed a staggering 55% of the
workforce.
Even
today, there are arguments in "the US" Congress against firing excess
Federal Employees, for fear of the impact of this on unemployment
statistics and job markets.
Traditionally
during peacetime, the Federal Corporations directly employ 15% -20% of
the workforce, but that doesn't count the endlessly proliferated
franchises that are expanded by registration taking place at the
State-of-State franchise level.
Every
little street corner Mom and Pop business has been slowly coerced or
enticed to incorporate and function as some kind of franchise
corporation belonging either to the UNITED STATES, INC. or the USA,
Inc., which have promoted modernized versions of the same old schtick.
As of
May 2015, the UNITED STATES was down for the count and the behemoth
Municipal parent corporation could no longer use tax credits and
exemptions belonging to the American people to offset its own expenses
and taxes. The mutual benefit relationship between the two major
"government services" corporations was at an end, but the collusion
provided for the British Territorial Partner to act as Receiver for the
Municipal Partner in bankruptcy. So that is what we are now looking at
and living through.
The
irony is not lost on us, as both these corporations are ultimately
owned and operated by the Pope; the bankruptcy of one to the
receivership of the other amounts to Pope Leo XVI moving a wad of cash
from his left pocket to his right pocket --- and of course, eventually
moving it back again.
We
can safely say this is the circumstance, as the Romans have been the
60% majority shareholders in all their collusive relationships and joint
ventures with the British Monarchs since the days of Henry the Eighth,
and the bank records firmly establish that this 60:40 split continues in
the current day.
Without
cheating the American people out of exemptions they were owed, the
Municipal UNITED STATES Corporation became unprofitable, and the
then-Pope, Francis, sealed its fate. The Federal Reserve Banks were also
taken out by commercial liens leveraged by an Indonesian Trust, and the
stage for chaos and bargain basement sales of (other people's) assets
was set.
The
Federal Reserve, meaning the private central banks responsible for
printing the Federal Reserve Notes, could no longer rev up the printing
presses and print their way out of any eventuality.
Regulators
were slowly waking up to the fact that the Federal Reserve and the
Securities and Exchange Commission had enslaved most of the world's
population using an impersonation fraud scheme that allowed them to
collateralize and securitize living flesh using corporate proxies.
These
vaunted institutions were running a blood money currency scheme based
on peonage and enslavement of living people, imposed under conditions of
deceit and non-disclosure.
The
Internal Revenue System (Territorial) and IRS (Municipal) were
habitually misrepresented as Government Agencies, when in fact they were
private collection agents for the Federal Reserve Banks, which falsely
alleged the existence of debt against individual Americans and
individual American businesses -- debt that was in fact accrued by
corporation franchises named after the victims, run as offshore shell
corporations.
Meanwhile,
the Bar Associations were providing a foreign court system and species
of foreign law that could be used -- and was used -- to coerce payment
from the victims of this corporate impersonation fraud.
Members
of the Bar, knowingly or unknowingly practicing the crime of barratry
against the American targets of this fraud, brought "charges" to the
rigged private courts, alleging tax debts and other forms of debt, while
depriving their victims of any means to pay.
This
"System" racked up unprecedented amounts of Odious Debt -- debt
created by means of fraud, of which the victims were unaware, and from
which they did not benefit.
The
System was also used to create astronomically large Slush Funds which
the Perpetrators used for their own benefit, to fund "Black Ops" too
dirty for normal businesses to touch, to provide political payola, and
to guarantee their ability to buy anyone -- politicians, corporate
bosses, generals -- who could be bought, on a worldwide basis.
The
extent of these Slush Funds at State franchise and local government
levels is only partially exposed by the CAFR accounts, Comprehensive
Annual Financial Reports, that the Federal criminals used to keep track
of the activities and resources of the State (Trust) and State-of-State
franchise criminals.
The
silver purloined from the American people as part of the 1934 Emergency
Banking Act was cashiered and used to back the issuance of boxes of
Bearer Bonds, Series A. Boxes of these Bearer Bonds were distributed
throughout the world to world leaders and industry leaders at the time,
as payola. Straight up.
The
quid pro quo was always the same --- to buy their silence, or to prompt
action selling out the interests of their own government to "American"
advantage.
But of course, the pretense of being "American" was just part of the fraud.
The corporations responsible for all this were not American at all.
They
belonged as franchises to the British Crown Corporation and the Holy
Roman Empire's Municipal conglomerate, working together in
collusion. The American faces they hired for top-dressing meant nothing
at all, just a storefront to hide the actual beneficiaries of all this
fraud and evil.
In
truth and in fact, the Americans were the main targets and victims of
this criminal European cabal, but they were being set up as the
scapegoats, too. The BBC never missed a chance to misrepresent the
unjust and violent actions of "the US" as "American".
Donald
Trump is in the same dilemma today. He is, at least nominally, an
American raised in New York, educated at Wharton, and has lived his life
in this country -- but he is working as the "President" of a foreign
corporation in the business of providing essential government services.
That corporation is ultimately controlled by mostly European
shareholder-trustees who make up the Electoral College, a shadowy
private institution that actually controls and determines the leadership
of the federal corporations.
Read that: it doesn't really matter if the 2020 Presidential Election was rigged, because the election itself was fraudulent.
First, it was a private corporation's election promoted by private political party interests, "as if" it was a public election.
Second,
the election interference was aimed at subverting the results of the
so-called "popular vote", which was never anything more than a strawpoll
being conducted by a private, mostly foreign-owned corporation.
Third,
the election was actually decided by the Electoral College and it is
impossible to prove that the members of the Electoral College were (1)
unaware of the fraudulent nature of the popular vote and (2) were
influenced by the skewed results.
Another narrative. Another Nothing-burger. Another deflection away from the actual issues at hand.
These
private corporation elections have been substituted for our public
elections in the same way that private "district" tribunals have been
substituted for our public courts.
All
of this has been done under conditions of deceit designed to fool the
American Public, using similar names and much fanfare to convince
innocent people to "register" as "voters" in these corporation
elections, and thereby ensnare them as "voluntary participants" in the
fraud.
From
then on, the Registered Voters are presumed to be accepting their share
of the public debt being recklessly run up by proxy-holding
"representatives" in the Territorial and Municipal Congresses.
Just
as actual Americans have never lived in any kind of democracy, we don't
have any proxy "representatives" in Congress, either. Our
representatives are accountable Fiduciary Deputies, and we haven't sent a
delegation to Washington, DC, since 1871 when the British Territorial
Rats pulled their illegal salvage operation and commandeered the United
States Corporation as "presumed to be" abandoned property.
We
have continued to represent the interests of the people of this country
as best we may, via educational efforts and defensive actions to
protect the victims of this outrageous fraud and commercial crime, our
unincorporated government has continued to operate in the background,
waiting for the day when our criminally-inclined and out-of-control
Federal Subcontractors --- both of them --- would finally run aground
and be recognized as pirates.
The
three phony public trusts they have established in the names of each
American and similar "arrangements" impacting people throughout the
world must be dissolved and the assets must be released back to the
lawful governments and individual people that these assets belong to.
Understandably,
Donald Trump is blind-sided. He is still in control of the most
formidable distributed array of armaments ever assembled in world
history. And it isn't certain how the military Alliance aligned with
him will take the news, but we have offered them amnesty to simply come
home and enjoy the peace and the abundance they deserve after a century
and a half of unknowingly serving as cheap mercenaries at the behest of
men like Jacob Rothschild.
Rather
than accept a role as knowing criminals engaged in piracy and other
capital crimes, they need to take our offer and accept lawful conversion
of the respective Armed Forces Corporations, which will naturally bring
them back under Land Law and Admiralty Law and re-establish them as
national military services, not mercenary services.
There
is only one way to address fraud under the Law, and that is to
eradicate it back to its foundations. In the current situation, this
requires nationalizing all the guilty commercial and municipal
corporations and dissolving the hundreds of millions of "infant decedent
estate trusts" that have been used to promote this dire
criminality.
