5060: International Public Notice: Land and Soil Jurisdiction Sheriffs from Lincoln County Watch

On
our land and soil, County Sheriffs are the ultimate peacekeeping and
law enforcement officers. Within the borders of their counties they are
literally the Law when Land Law is declared, as it now is.
This supreme authority exists only within the physical borders of their specific County.
For criminal investigations and pursuits across County and State borders, they rely on our Continental Marshals.
Both the County Sheriffs and the Continental Marshals are fully indemnified and enjoy state immunity.
A written Public Notice has been issued this morning advising
the County Sheriffs of the change of law and their duties under it. A
copy of this Public Notice is attached so that all individuals and
foreign governments are fully informed.
Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals; Notice to Principals is Notice to Agents.
This Public Notice is being distributed to all County Sheriffs throughout the country.
