4410-4413 : The "Opinions" of the U.S. Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States from Lincoln County Watch

Opinions
of Supreme Court Justices are literally opinions, like anyone else's
opinions --- they argue, they fuss, they fight, they try to reason their
way through things --- and in the end, they express their opinions.
What a let down, eh?
It
turns out that college is a boring waste of time, childbirth is
survivable, most doctors can't cure toenail fungus, and all these mighty
Supreme Black Robes have to offer is an opinion --- often sprinkled
with a lot of "dissent" as in "dissenting opinion".
Nearly all their decisions sound like a semi-scholarly cat fight, with the Girls from Dorm B against the Boys from Dorm D.
You
are left with the definite feeling that--- my God in Heaven, if this, a
"majority opinion" rendered by nine people who can't think straight or
find their moral compass with a flashlight, is all we have to offer as
the decisive voice of sanity and justice in this country, we might as
well strip naked, shoot up, and dance in the streets.
Oh, wait, that's what the Californians have been doing for years and years....
Please
note that there are several "supreme courts" and my regular Readers
will notice the difference between the U.S. Supreme Court and the
Supreme Court of the United States for starters.
Once
in a great while in a sordid, twisted, backdoor way, like people trying
to disguise a fart, one of these Supreme Courts will render a decision
that makes sense and might give service to humanity.
When that happens, I pinch myself, hard.
Here, against all odds, is one of those decisions worth remembering:
Beys
AFROYIM, Petitioner, v Dean RUSK, Secretary of State, Supreme Court (of

Please
notice the crazy style convention, where the first name is Upper and
Lower Case and the last name is in all capital letters. This is a split
jurisdiction Federal case, and this is how they are coding that fact.
Bey
and Dean are in International capacity and AFROYIM and RUSK are in US
CITIZEN capacity as defined by the infamous "diversity clause" that
allows corporations to be counted as Municipal citizenry.
This
is another of the endless recordkeeping innovations that serve to
confuse everyone outside the system and to overall "hide the cheese".
The
positive aspect of this case is that these goobers really don't have
the right to presume anything about us, don't have a contract, have no
right to change our natural political status, and yes, they have to
produce proof in the form of time cards, paychecks, job descriptions,
etc., ---that is, actual proof of federal employment or dependency--- in
order to claim that we are federal citizens of any kind, whether
Territorial, Municipal, or US CORP.
You can consider this a Keystone Case when you do what I suggest and ask, politely, where's the contract?
When
you ask that, you are referring to the citizenship contract? The proof
that you are a Federal employee or dependent, operating as someone or
something that is obligated to obey their rules, codes, and statutes?
If
they can't demonstrate the basis for their claims and bring it into
evidence, they lose. The burden of proof is on them, not you.
This
case explains, in fairly straight forward language and reasoning, that
no, the Federales can't just walk into your home or your business or
arrest you on the street ---and proceed to presume that you are a
Federal citizen subject to the whims of their corporate management.
They
do it and get away with it all the time, but legally and lawfully, they
aren't allowed to. This case summarizes this very nicely. I recommend
it to your contemplation. And your arsenal.
Many
of the Hired Jurists working as judges in this country don't have a
clue what they are doing --- and wouldn't be doing it if they did know.
This
case can help prove to them that you aren't crazy and your objections
aren't frivolous --- at least not in the opinion of the Supreme Court of
the United States.

reams and reams of technical data and declass docs and so much more.
Like
so many of the other monsters we've left growing like mutant fungi
under the bed, it's been there all along --- sucking up billions upon
billions in research money --- and somewhere in our assaulted psyches
and pocketbooks we've known it and been too afraid to look.
So look at it now.
We've
been funding our own demise and the tools in Congress have been paying
for this ultimate invasion of our privacy while pretending to represent
us.

The Draft of Americans is Illegal and Always Has Been

The
Draft is involuntary servitude and indenture and is against our Public
Law, our Constitutions, and International Law as well.
The
only way they got away with it during WWII, Korea, and Vietnam was by
pretending that we were all "voluntarily" adopting their foreign
citizenship obligations in exchange for unstipulated "benefits" we were
not made aware of and which we did not seek.
All
such presumed to exist "citizenship contracts" and "social welfare
contracts" are in fact unconscionable: this means that we have been sold
a bill of goods and entrapped via non-disclosure and ignorance into
contractual obligations that we have not even been made aware of.
These
private contracts are then alleged to be valid and an exercise of our
right to contract, despite the prohibitions of the Public Law, the
Constitutions, and the International Law -- because we have purportedly
agreed to adopt federal citizenship obligations and it is all supposed
to be voluntary.
This
ruse and obvious lie is promoted by the constant demands and cajoling
of undeclared foreign agents to have young men and women sign up with
"Selective Service". They harass young people to sign up and threaten
and cajole under color of law --- promising benefits if they do, and
punishments if they don't.
When
we tracked telephone contacts from "Selective Service" they were found
to be generated from the District of Columbia (a foreign venue) and from
Puerto Rico (a British Commonwealth-- another foreign venue).
If
you allow yourself to be pushed into "volunteering" by signing up with
Selective Service you have given the perpetrators additional grounds to
tell international authorities --- "See? He willingly signed up for
Selective Service." --- when in fact "he" was being coerced and
misinformed and threatened and shamed and enticed to do so by undeclared
and deceitful foreign agents acting under color of law.
The
Draft is a form of press-ganging (naval parlance) and forced
conscription (land forces parlance) and both have been prohibited for
two hundred years.
The
only way that these cretins succeed in doing this is by claiming that
you "volunteered" and by entrapping you in undisclosed and coerced
contracts.
Another
thing they don't tell you about the Draft is that it is Mercenary
Service and that throughout your service to the British Crown
Corporation and its local franchise dba the US, Inc., you will be
earning less than 1/10th of what other Mercenaries are earning.
They
also won't mention that you will be engaged continuously in acts that
have nothing to do with defending this country and everything to do with
defending the bottom line of their own foreign, private, for-profit
corporations.
They
don't tell you that the majority of those acts will be criminal in
nature and that you will be liable for war crimes if you get caught and
that "I was just following orders" is no excuse.
The
Draft is a criminal enterprise and it needs to be shut down before it
gets started, together with the corporations that have promoted these
practices.
They are all engaged in unlawful activity specifically prohibited by the conventions that allow these corporations to exist.
Cancel
any "mistaken" registrations with the Selective Service and inform the
members of the Territorial Congress that you are not voluntarily
residing in any Federal jurisdiction and not knowingly accepting any
Federal citizenship obligations.
If
they persist, file criminal charges with the nearest International
Justice Tribunal and the Office of the Provost Marshal. If your State
Assembly has already set up their State Court and sent Notice of their
action, present the facts and the repugnant Buck Act of the Territorial
United States Congress to them so that they may judge the law and the
facts, and shut down the Draft Boards in your State before they even get
started.
Charge
these corporations with fraud, misrepresentation, attempted unlawful
conversion, attempted identity theft, attempted press ganging and
involuntary conscription by foreign Mercenaries, attempted inland piracy
and attempted kidnapping exercised under color of law.
Send
a copy of your claim and complaint to the Inspector General of the Army
and the United States Secretary of State and the Congressional
delegation purportedly representing the Territorial and Municipal
citizenry of your State of the Union.
If
they send any mail to you addressed to what appears to be your name
styled in all capital letters, file a complaint with the postal
authorities for mail fraud, because they are attempting to defraud and
mischaracterize you by sending mail addressed to a foreign municipal
corporation to your address.
Don't
fight the Ukrainians, don't fight the Russians, and don't fight the
Chinese, either. Fight the Draft and the foreign municipal corporations
attempting to invoke it. Fight Joe Biden.
He's not our American Commander-in-Chief. He's "a" Commander-in-Chief.
If
you don't believe it, ask Joe Biden for his validated Oath of Office
for the unincorporated Public Office known as The President of The
United States of America --- in writing, so there's no way to
obfuscate.
You
will find that there hasn't been anyone in the proper Public Office
with the proper credentials and public oaths on the record, since the
1850's, when the current usurpation by guile and fraud began.

For Native Leaders About Sovereignty

We
have ruffled many feathers this week and disturbed an incipient pecking
order, which would defame my country and seek an unjust pre-eminence.
We
also upset the Old Babylonian Apple Cart by proving that under
Ecclesiastical Law, no such thing as "indigenous" versus
"non-indigenous" people exists.
As we have the ability to discern evil, let us be unsparing in detecting it.
Most
native leaders simply want peace and justice and some modicum of
restoration for their people to heal the damage that six generations of
predation by the so-called "American Raj" --- the British Territorial
U.S. Government --- has wrought.
However,
they don't generally understand the claims of "sovereignty" that they
make and they don't know who the Blue Coats were, which makes for
numerous lamentable misunderstandings.
Sovereignty
has become quite the buzzword, but few people realize that sovereignty
arises as a natural consequence of self-determination and then, the
process of self-governance that follows.
Our
individual natural sovereignty results from our gifts of unique
character and conscience, and the common gifts of mobility, memory,
reasoning, learning, and logic.
Our
group sovereignty results from people of like-mind coming together in
agreement to form a nation of people asserting their sovereignty and
their right to their practices, culture, language, beliefs, and laws.
Our political sovereignty depends on the recognition of all the other sovereign nations respecting our right to self-govern.
All
this is simple enough, and rooted in common experience and themes, yet
lately the buzzword mentality has crept into it, and the idea of
"sovereignty" has acquired a mystique as well as a blivet load of
propaganda narrative value.
The
same people who cheer "native sovereignty" decry and fear an oxymoron
-- "sovereign citizens", and the degree of confusion about all of this
is simply spinning out of control.
I
am arbitrarily going to use my neighbors when I was growing up, the
Winnebago Ho-Chunka Nation, as an example of how sovereignty works.
A
Winnebago is born as a member of an ancient people and culture with its
own history, language, beliefs, and values. Thus, they are part of a
sovereign nation of people. They are also born as members of the
sovereign nation-state known as Wisconsin, and have an equal ownership
interest in it. They are Dual Nationals at birth.
The
nation-state, Wisconsin, protects all the people who live in Wisconsin
and guarantees to them the blessings of self-determination, an equal
share of public resources, abundant freedom, and guaranteed natural
rights. People of all creeds, backgrounds, colors, religions and
cultures benefit from the sovereignty of their nation-state.
The
nation-state thus embodies a larger, more inclusive, and generalized
political sovereignty, upon which the native group sovereignty depends.
This
is why when we re-published our Sovereign Letters Patent, the
sovereignty of the nation-states was declared first and the sovereignty
of the dependent sovereign nations was declared second.
One does not exist without the other.
Read
that: native nations are sovereign because their members are also
members of nation-states that are sovereign. All native groups have a
joint interest in preserving the nation-states as a result.
Native leaders -- your butts are in the wringer, too.
There
is also the fact that Natives have guaranteed individual ownership
interests in the nation-states like all other Americans, and they would
lose that if they try to take over the land and soil jurisdictions held
by the nation-states.
Finally,
there is the practical issue that 12% of the population cannot claim to
rule over 88% of the population and claim ownership of all the assets
that are currently shared, without a huge war erupting and everyone
suffering accordingly.
Sharing joint sovereignty is by far the better --- and traditional --- answer.
Please
also be aware that to the degree that native people drift into and
accept being members of a federally-recognized tribe, your sovereignty
is surrendered on a one-by-one basis as your people become registered as
"citizens of the (Municipal) United States" and receive welfare
benefits from the Municipal Government.
These
"benefits" can be redefined as "gifts" --- as they should be, but
otherwise, the Municipal Government will happily claim that Native
Americans are receiving welfare benefits as dependents and that they are
obligated to act as "citizens of the United States" as a result, with
the single exception that they will not have to pay federal taxes on
anything they receive.
Lastly,
the Blue Coats were Federal U.S. Government Mercenaries fresh out of
the Civil War. They were working for the British Territorial Government
Subcontractor, under their interpretation of the Northwest Ordinance.
The
vicious massacres, the blankets laced with smallpox (see the earlier
Pontiac Rebellion), and the worthless sea treaties, were all brought to
you by the British Territorial Government, which had already occupied
this country illegally and trespassed and usurped against the American
Federation of States.
Please
be aware that when you are talking to us, you are not talking to the
"Federal Government". You are talking to the Federation Government. We
have suffered the senseless attacks of the British Territorial
Mercenary forces the same way you have.
We are natural Allies and already have major alliances with large native communities.
Whatever
righteous anger you feel about the past, be aware that there are plenty
of other Americans who were attacked, pillaged, plundered, murdered,
and forced to flee at the hands of British Territorial Mercenaries who
were being paid out of the victim's own pockets to perform this
"service".
There
is no dearth of victims of the British-sponsored American Raj, so
victimhood is not a card to play, and who wants to be a victim, anyway?
Let us all be victors, instead.
Please
also be aware that if you are standing as Americans you are not subject
to Federal Code unless you are on land that has genuinely been set
aside for Federal purposes by the State, or if you are voluntarily
participating in a federally regulated activity, such as the interstate
manufacture, sale, or transport of alcohol, tobacco, or firearms across
state lines.
You
are owed the Guarantees of the Federal Constitutions. You do not live
under them. Only Federal Employees and Federal Dependents live under
the Constitutions. Everyone else stands under The Unanimous Declaration
of Independence.
You
do not have to bear the obligations of any form of Federal citizenship.
You are not under any presumption of war as far as the actual American
Government is concerned. You are free and you are owed your Natural and
Unalienable Rights, not watered down and artificially conferred "civil
rights" offered to government workers and dependents.
You
are Americans, owed all the guarantees, privileges, and prerogatives of
Americans. You have fought and died for this country and in defense of
both your nations. You have every right to be proud, but remember, the
atoms of all our bones come from the same good soil of the same good
country. Our blood has been spilled for it, too. There can be no
separation in the presence of such mutual sacrifice, so let there be
brotherhood and understanding.
