Dane County to Require Face Masks even Indoors! A Response to this Act of Stunning Stupidity

Janel (Heine) Heinrich, Director-Public Health Madison & Dane County at Dane County / City of Madison, has a Ph.D. (ABD) in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago (2004-2008), an M.A. in Latin American Studies from Cal State San Diego (2000-2003) and an M.P.H. (Mater of Public Health) from the same institution of higher learning. In spite of her educational background,
she has just issued a stunningly stupid order requiring face masks be worn INDOORS in Dane County, Wisconsin, where I reside near Madison. Here’s part of the AP article about this:


Based upon my research on the CV event (see, for example, “The Coronavirus Phenomenon: Medical Emergency or Political Pandemic?”, face masks, social distancing and economic lockdowns are not only ineffective in coping with this problem but actually counterproductive. I am dumbfounded that the Director of Public Health for Dane County would issue a directive that requires face masks be worn, EVEN INDOORS other than in your own domicile. No doubt, that will come next! In response to this act of colossal stupidity, I have sent her the following query via LinkedIn, where I would emphasize that she has made herself liable to massive lawsuits, because her directive is going to bring about damage and death to residents here.

What could be more obvious than that inhaling oxygen-depleted air does not replenish red blood cells, places increased stress on the cardiovascular system and kills brain cells. I project that the US will show a 5 point drop in IQ when we get through this. So where are the studies you are citing?

I am concerned that you are going to be liable for taking illegal actions under color of law which will make you responsible for massive lawsuits. Kindly tell me what studies could possibly justify this extreme policy?
