2480-2484: Your Government from Lincoln County Watch

Your Government is supposed to be staffed by you.

It's decisions are supposed to be made by you. 

It's primary responsibility is to protect you and your property assets at all costs and all comers.  

That's why governments exist.

And that is the only reason for any government to exist, ever. 

But what if your government doesn't protect you?

What if, instead, your government preys upon you, threatens you, harasses you, and makes you
miserable and fearful?

Then something is terribly wrong. 

Six generations of Americans have been preyed upon, threatened, and harassed by something posing as "their" government.

It isn't our government.

It's a substitute government run by two Federal subcontractors.

So these people are our employees, indirectly, but they are being told what to do by foreign governments controlled by foreign Principals: the Holy See, the British Monarch, and the Lord Mayor of London.   

Those foreign governments are under contract to provide us with certain enumerated "governmental services". 

They have been exercising "Delegated Powers" and operating "in our names".

They are supposed to operate under the limitations and in accordance with their employment contracts called the Constitutions. 

Instead, they've been colluding to evade their obligations under the Constitutions. 

And they've been misdirecting our Employees to racketeer against us and to misidentify our political status, to impersonate us, and to defraud us.

So instead of protecting us, these Hired Helpers have operated in Breach of Trust and harmed us. 

They've done exactly the opposite of what your government is supposed to do.

But do you notice something?  Do you see what's missing?

You are. 

You are supposed to be self-governing.  You are supposed to be running Your Government.

Not your Hirelings.

So, we noticed what was wrong a long time ago.  And we dusted off our laurels and we got to work.

And we talked to our friends and neighbors (those who would listen) and we explained what was wrong and we learned more as we went.… and, we organized the government we are supposed to have: Your Government. 

There's just one problem.  We are supporting it.  We are putting our time and money into it.  We are building it up and restoring it. We are doing our "job".

But where are you? 

If you want a government that protects you, a government that doesn't steal from you, harass you, threaten you, or harm you --- then, it's high time that you start backing Your Government and participating in it and supporting it with your money and your skills and your time. 

We are taking up collections for projects to advance the restoration of Your Government, to fund our Peacekeeping Officials and Officers, to run our State Assemblies, to make Your Government work the way Your Government is supposed to work --- a government to protect you and your family. 

When you come home to the land and soil that bore you, and start breathing as a free woman or man again, you will remember the American Dream and you will no longer bear the burdens of Federal (US) citizenship. 

You won't be subject to foreign statutory laws.

You won't worry about "Federal Agents" breaking down your doors.

You won't pay "Federal Income Taxes" anymore. 

You will have little or no reason to ever visit their courts. 

You will possess your homes and your land and soil as Freeholders -- not Tenants.

You won't pay any mortgages or utilities or property taxes.  

You will be in control your own lives again.

You will sleep sound in your beds again. 

Now think about that, and know that Your Government is what guarantees these results.  What's more important than what we have just described for you?  What greater profit can you realize by investing in anything else?

I DO so wish that people would listen the first time, or maybe the second, or the third time I tell them something, but it seems.... no, it's always the fourth, fifth, sixth..... maybe tenth time before it sinks in.

THE reason that all this is happening is so that: (1) Mr. Trump can access our Emergency Defense Funding to pay for his operating expenses while both the Territorial and Municipal corporations are technically in bankruptcy; (2) Mr. Trump can prepare for the collapse of the MUNICIPAL Government and fund things as Defense Expenditures, like calling up a million Reservists to replace all the LEO's who will be riffed and pink slipped when the Municipal Corporations shut down; (3) Mr. Trump can prepare for food shortages and supply line interruptions caused by the Municipal Corporations shutting down --- and charge it all to our Defense Budget; (4) Mr. Trump can invest in essential infrastructure -- bulwarking the electrical grid, for example, and charge it all to our Defense Budget; (5) Mr. Trump can commandeer all our civilian physicians, redefine them as Uniformed Officers acting under Federal Code 37, and force them to vaccinate all Federal Citizens at $400 per head, so that he can then, again, guess what?  Charge us $1000 (or more) per shot as a yes, you guessed it, Defense Budget Item. 

And then, they will all die off and his beloved governmental services corporation will be relieved of the expense of caring for all those Baby Boomers in their old age.

This is all about money, money, and money.  Saving money, off-loading money, changing money, accessing money, blah, blah, blah.

This is all about gaining access to our pocketbook via "Emergency Defense Funding" ---- and you have to have, or create, an "emergency" in order to do that, right?  So here it is, planned, and right on time.

So all furor and hoop-la they are creating is designed to do what?  Repeat after me:

To pick our pockets and pay their obligations as "Emergency" Defense Funding initiatives.  As I observed, they can order and pay for 14 billion shots of vaccine at $1000 a shot, dump it all, or "redefine" vaccinations as dots on paper, and use the profit from this idiocy for their operating expenses.  

This is possible? Why? 

Because there isn't a single person in Washington, DC, acting as a Fiduciary for this country and all the people in it.  They are all "representatives" of foreign corporations. 

The other reason is that the Municipal Congress has to vacate Washington, DC for ninety (90) days as part of the bankruptcy settlement --- and what better excuse, than "health concerns".  Hide their tracks behind a smokescreen of pandemic response and soak us to pay for it, too. 

And yes, Virginia, it is all one hundred percent, pure, unadulterated, self-interested BUNK. 

And all that said and realized, you had better tell your friends and neighbors, you had better get your paperwork in order and your declarations of political status on the books, so when they come around and want to ear-tag you like a cow and shoot other foreign substances straight into you arm, you have the basis to stand there and say, no, thanks.

For "the US" Military

I have been asked to write articles for our Veterans and our current day Military so that they can better understand the history and the verbiage and what has actually gone on in this country since the so-called Civil War --- because all of this has bearing on them and their role and what is happening now.

My first stab at this was the 6-page "Quick Start Guide" released and posted last week at www.annavonreitz.com and at www.TheAmericanStatesAssembly.net.

If you are new to these subjects, start there, and also look at the one page graphic depiction of the actual structure of the government, and the one page description of the five (5) political status options that Americans can choose or by default, wind up in.

This covers all the basics, but does not delve into the specific history of the military in all of this.  All we have to go on in that respect are anecdotal Primary Sources -- eyewitness accounts written at the time, such as the autobiographies of Ulysses S. Grant and Jefferson Davis, diarist entries, periodical publications, and, of course, the Congressional Record and Congressional Register and Executive Orders, beginning with Abraham Lincoln's General Order 100, in 1863.

What appears in retrospect is picture of utter chaos and confusion, exacerbated by a great deal of purposeful -- and some, perhaps, accidental -- semantic deceit.

The issue of slavery was still hotly contested and as an institution, it was preserved in a back-handed fashion by skillful word-smithing of the 13th and 14th By-Law Amendments passed by the Rump Congresses.

The trick was that they abolished private slave ownership, and substituted public slave ownership instead.   They also declared that criminals were slaves by definition. 

None of this had any effect on Americans owed the protections and guarantees of the actual Constitutions, but it had immediate impact on the operations of the Federal Subcontractors and on Federal Employees in general.

For one, it meant that Municipal "citizens of the United States" could be preyed upon and deprived of any and all rights and considerations. These conditions prevailed for a hundred years, until the Civil Rights Movement succeeded in establishing "Equal Civil Rights" --- albeit, as we have just seen demonstrated, Civil Rights are privileges, and can be "suspended".

All this talk about the Constitutions being "suspended" --- for Federal citizens, yes, they can be, and apparently now are, in honor of the fake coronavirus pandemic.  

But for actual Americans, the Constitutions remain in full force. 

This is one painful demonstration of how we have been living with double and triple standards in this country for a long, long time, all as a result of confusion and mismanagement and usurpation that took place in the wake of the Civil War.

Just as slavery and its continuance in the public sector was "the" key issue coming out of that great conflict, the confusion between the "civil" and the "civilian" government was the other primary mind-buster for most people at the time.

In common parlance, the word "civil" as in "civil government" typically indicates the Federal Civil Service and its activities, but in a more technical sense, it refers to any function of the Municipal United States or, alternatively, any retained civil function of The United States of America.

The functions of the Post Office are the most accessible example.

The United States of America has its own Post Office run in tandem with the U.S. Postal Service, while the U.S. Postal Service runs side by side with the Municipal USPS. 

One Post Office, two Postal Services, and last time I counted, seven (7) different hats for The United States Post Master to wear, including international and global offices.

All of these can be and are called "civil" government activities --- but which "civil government" becomes the question. 

You will all Notice that since the Delegated Powers of the Confederation returned to The United States of America, we fly The United States Civil Flag and maintain The United States Post Office. 

There is a separate contract with the Universal Postal Union allowing this, and it does not imply that we are in any general sense subject to Municipal authority, even though we administer Civil Government functions on our land and soil and within the context of our retained Amendment X powers.  

We fly the Peacetime Flag --- The United States Civil Flag ---  at our Post Office locations, which is appropriate because the actual government of this country has not been at war since 1814.  This is a perfectly legitimate Federal Flag and we, The United States of America,  are fully empowered to fly it.

That said, you will notice that the Title IV War Flag flies at all U.S. Post Offices, and all USPS service centers.

And absolutely none of these "Civil Government" functions, exercised by any international or global power, have anything whatsoever to do with the actual civilian government of this country --- aside from our obligation to faithfully serve the States and the People. 

Civil is not civilian in the same way that a state-of-state is not a State.

If you are in "the US" military, you are supposed to be obeying and taking your orders from the civilian government of this country, not the "civil government". 

This confusion is at the root of much of the malaise which has afflicted this country -- and the rest of the world --  for fifteen decades.  The military has been looking to the wrong parties for direction. 

It has been taking orders from the foreign Municipal Subcontractor doing business "in the name of the Union" --- the Civil Government --- instead of The United States of America, the unincorporated Federation of States, which is the lawful international instrumentality of the Civilian Government.

The actual civilian government of the people, for the people, and by the people is called into Session, and otherwise doesn't operate.  It has been called into Session by The United States of America and Member States of the Union, and is now active in all fifty (50) States and Compact State territories.

What you all need to know as Officers and Service Members is that your obligation and duty of service is owed to this government, first and foremost, and that your performance under contract is dictated by the Constitutions. 

When The United States of America undertakes the duties it originally assigned to the States of America Confederation, it exercises-- albeit,  in Original Issuer capacity-- all those rights and duties and abides by the terms of these venerable agreements. 

In turn, you owe your obligation to the constitutional agreements, and your loyalty to the American States and People.

Now that the actual American Government is in Session, your status is that of Subcontractors operating directly under the auspices of The United States of America--- the civilian government, whether or not it stoops to make up for the incompetence of its assigns and also performs some civil government functions.

There is no "emergency".  You, like many other Americans, are coming out of a long period of confusion and deceit.  The Municipal corporations that have been established in violation of The Constitution of the United States are being folded and other long-standing mischief is being corrected. 

What lies ahead is, hopefully, a peaceful transition and a new era. 

You are being called to your duty to The United States of America -- the unincorporated Federation of American States -- not a foreign interloper operating as a private, for-profit governmental services corporation, doing business "in our names". 

This is the civilian government talking to you, for the first time in a 150 years.

The Most Secret "Society" and The Key Issue

Keys and locks correspond symbolically with answers and questions, problems and solutions, and, strangely enough, both security and imprisonment--- which is just a matter of which side of the door you are on.  

So when you innocently glance upward and see the "Three Keys" of the Urban Trust (City of Rome Trust) and see them plainly displayed as the logo of the Swiss Bank and Trust UBS and also on the Papal Tiara, the odd multi-layered crown of the Roman Pontiff --- an office that they now claim is defunct, at least in name --- it should make you pause and think. 

These are the Three Keys of Enslavement --- mental, spiritual, and physical.

If they have your mind, they can have your soul and body.  And this enslavement, for better or worse, is the key to everything else that you now see going on around you. 

If you believe you are a slave, you will act as a slave.

If you believe you are a servant, you will be one.

If you know you are a king, you will be a king, despite all outward circumstance. 

This is the truth of the matter.  This is what the enemies of mankind cannot abide.  It ruins their entire matrix, their sun, their clouds, their story lines and everything else depend on enforcing their set of ideas about who you are --- on you. 

They start their insidious program very early, telling you who you are, what you are, what you should expect, what you should not dream of, where you fit in their cookie-cutter model of reality.  At this age, you "should be" doing this, and at that age, you "should be" doing that.

You must believe this and not believe that, even if you don't and do, according to your own observation and logic.  You are not allowed to think.  You are not supposed to question anything.  Just open your mouth and your brain and ingest, ingest, ingest everything and anything that they happen to be selling.

Did Jesus die for your sins, or did he die because of our sins? 

All through school it is the same way.  You have age-based performance standards, age-based Intelligence Quotients, and age-based peer groups, all rigidly enforced.  And none of this is natural.  None of it respects our unique nature or our individual developmental schedule.

God forbid that you not graduate High School at age 18 and then, depending on your social class, go straight into the military or into a tech program or labor job or college.  It would be the end of the world if a woman should simply graduate from college and not get married and produce her 1.75 children by age 30.

Slavery comes in many colors and shades of belief, from believing you are too young or too old, not the right shape, or not the right color, but in the end, slavery is always about the ideas that people hold about themselves and about each other. 

The Mystery Babylon Religion was centered around slavery and profit from slavery from the very start of its idolatrous existence, and it cannot form its powerbase without slaves.  Someone has to fill the base of the pyramid scheme to keep those on top, on top. 

If you understand this thoroughly, then it is no surprise at all to learn that the Popes and the Roman Catholic Church hierarchy and all their Federal Civil Service Employees working for the Municipal United States Government sided with the South in the so-called American Civil War.

And the key issue was?  Their support of both slavery and peonage as a "necessary" part of the human condition. 

They were pro-slavery from their days in Babylon and ever after; they even contrived to abuse the teachings of Jesus to promote slavery and indentured servitude, calling themselves "bondservants" of Christ. 

This was the reason for the Scottish Protestant backlash known as the Fourteenth Amendment -- describing all the Pope's Municipal "citizens of the United States" as both criminals and slaves.

And this is the background that FDR was treading upon in his First Inaugural Address to the Municipal Employees, where he announced -- more or less -- that he was selling them into bondage, and issuing "clearing house certificates" in their names.

They, the Pontiffs and City of Rome oligarchs, have always promoted and allowed slavery and profited themselves from it-- from the days of Rome onward. 

The First League of Nations was disbanded because of this same issue.  In 1926, thanks to the League of Nations, slavery and involuntary peonage were both universally outlawed, worldwide -- but the Roman Curia wouldn't hear of it. 

You have to have slaves to build a pyramid. 

So they disbanded the League of Nations and tried again, with the more compliant and less wary United Nations. When Dag Hammarskjold discovered what the Insiders were up to, they killed him. And now, again, when the United Nations takes a stand against human trafficking, human enslavement, and involuntary indentured servitude --- what happens? 

The move is on to disband the United Nations, the same way they disbanded the League of Nations. 

It's only handy to have such a tool when the tool obeys you, right? 

And when the United Nations recently grew a set and said no to the horrors that the City of Rome and their understudies at the Vatican have perpetuated, the complicit members of the "Scofield Bible Institute" come forward with yet another multinational control plan, and proposing that we all replace the UN with "The Covenant of Democratic Nations". 

Remember, my children, that a "Covenant" is a Coven Agreement, a binding made of energy, created by witches, warlocks, and sorcerers in the realm of the spirit.  It has no place in the realm of international diplomacy.

Also remember that "Democracy" is Mob Rule, a primitive and horrible form of tribal government that was thoroughly detested by our actual Founding Fathers, and despite all the talk, talk, talk about "American Democracy" -- was never any part of the actual American Government. 

Democracy was the form of government adopted by the British Territorial Government of "the" United States of America, a Federal Subcontractor doing business "in our name" and using our Delegated Powers --- but which has never attained a majority mandate at any time in its history. 

So much for "democracy". 

Finally, you want to know about the most secret and terrible "society" --- it's the Bar Association, and due to the false assumption that this organization is a professional organization devoted to high professional standards for lawyers and attorneys, we all quite miss the fact that this organization functions as the bill collectors of the Roman-based Municipal Government and has done so since the Second Century Before Christ. 

We also miss the fact that every Bar Attorney is forced to swear a secret oath to accept and uphold the principles of human slavery and involuntary servitude. 

So, you want an end to the evils of all the Secret Societies? 

Start with the Bar Associations and their "secret" support for enslavement and peonage and their role as bill collectors for the City of Rome and their collusive attachment to the Roman Catholic Inquisition and in particular, the Dominican Order---- also known as the IRS.   

There's enough rat-faced vermin in every place you look, so choose a target and set a hook.

Message to the Dark:

It doesn't matter if you comprehend us or not; we comprehend you all well enough.

In fact, we aren't two steps ahead of you, or ten steps. It's more like twenty miles and two hundred years.

...

Contrary to your suppositions of secrecy and being cloaked and thinking that nobody knows who you are and what you have done --- we know it all.

To us, it's like reading the Sunday paper. All we have to do is use our eyes and turn the pages, and we know "the All of it".

We not only know who you are and where you live and everything about you, we know who your family was back to ancient times, we know your bloodlines and your DNA, your mental capacities, you weaknesses, faults, and foibles.

We know every nasty little thing you have ever thought of, every plan.

We know who planned it with you. All your accomplices.

Every lie you've put breath behind and every lie that has appeared in your mind, we've been tracking all of it.

It would be ridiculous to think --- though you apparently do think --- that we haven't been clocking you and all your activities, both good and bad, simply because we have seldom interfered.

But now, you have crossed the line. Or should we say, "lines", and there are consequences for that.

There are those of you adept enough to recognize the fact that huge beneficial changes are coming to the Earth despite all that you will and wish that is exactly opposite.

These changes are coming in spite of you, and the Power implementing these good things for the Earth and the people on it, is immune to your games and parlor tricks. No deceit will help you. Only pure contrition, confession, and repentance from evil will save you.

Period.

From recent conversations it is apparent that most of you still think that you are unknown and that your activities are unknown and that you are hiding behind a curtain of secrecy and lies and anonymity that can't be penetrated, so as to protect you from accountability for your actions.

I once had a cat who, when I turned on the vacuum cleaner, would hide under a piece of clear plastic carpet runner and think that he was invisible.
