Looking
back over this past year, I am sure most see a whirlwind of news,
tumultuous upheaval, and tragic loss. There were many triumphant wins,
as well, many that your support for Moms Across America helped make
happen. The biggest win of all was our work to support Robert F.
Kennedy Jr. in becoming HHS Secretary, which was successful. There are
more wins than we can list because of your support in getting us to DC
and knocking on doors. The dozens of school lunch bills all across the country? Undeniably inspired on a foundational level by Moms Across America's National School Lunch testing program two years ago. Your support will impact millions of meals and lives every day! The Operation Stork Speed initiative by the HHS - a direct result of our testing with GMOScience on baby formula. The
Pesticide Injury Accountability Act and the defeat of pesticide
immunity bills in 8 states - all a direct result of your support. The
historic $700 million investment in regenerative agriculture, vaccine
safety policies, and a focus on solving the autism "mystery" have all
risen to the top of priorities because our network, along with several
others, has been tirelessly vocal and present in conversations on these
issues. Your donations make all this happen and make history. If you want to leave a legacy- invest in moms. As the year comes to a close, many supporters ask how best to direct their giving — especially when supporting both education and policy action. Moms Across America and our Moms Across America Movement offer two distinct ways to engage, depending on your goals: Moms Across America - Charitable Support (501(c)(3)) • Tax-deductible gifts • Eligible for Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) from IRAs • Supports education, research, parent resources, and public awareness The Moms Across America Movement -Advocacy & Legislative Support (501(c)(4)) • Not tax-deductible • Supports lobbying, legislative engagement, and policy efforts • Allows us to advocate directly for transparency and accountability Both are essential. Education shapes understanding. Advocacy changes systems. If you are planning a year-end charitable gift, a QCD or traditional donation to our 501(c)(3) may be appropriate. Donate here to support Moms Across America. If
you feel called to directly support legislative and lobbying efforts,
contributions to our 501(c)(4) help make that work possible. This is our
most urgent request for funding. Donate here to get our Yes MAAM! Team to DC
- we ask only $1 a day - $30 a month for you to have a say with us on
The Hill. Special Zoom calls with Zen and team for Yes MAAM! Legislation
issues are sent to monthly donors. If you would like guidance on how to give in a way that aligns with your intentions, we are happy to help. With gratitude, Moms Across America Moms Across America https://www.momsacrossamerica.com/
