Certain
people have been complaining that our American Government must be
incompetent or naive for responding to documents circulated on the
internet purporting that Donald Trump has appointed a "John Fitzgerald
Lincoln Kahlooni Kennedy" to function as "President of the United
States".
There is no confirmation nor proof otherwise, whether this document appearing on the internet is genuine or not.
We
reply to our critics in this instance and any other similar instance
that may arise: this whole country has been managed like a hoax.
Over three hundred different meanings of "United States" have been found.
Multiple
governmental administrations of incorporated entities functioning as
some version of "the United States" or "The United States" or simply
"United States" have been discovered.
That's why we have to be at pains to ask which "United States" Mr. Kahlooni Kennedy may have been appointed to serve.
And
our concern is well-merited. After the Civil War, the British
Territorial U.S. Congress latched onto the assets of our American
Federal Republic, which up until 1861 had been functioning under the
same name as the Municipal Government: "the United States".
When
they did this on February 2nd, 1871, without notice to the Federation
of States and without notice to the people of this country,
they
began unlawfully, illegally, and immorally operating the American
Federal Republic doing business as "the United States" at the same time
as the City Government run by the Holy Roman Empire Successor to
Contract was operating as "the United States".
So we have to inquire -- which version of "the United States" is Mr. Kahlooni Kennedy purportedly the "President" of?
And you can now see why.
Another
"UNITED STATES", the Municipal Corporation version, was bankrupted by
Pope Francis and has been in trusteeship since 2015, before Mr. Trump's
first term in office, so he never properly had control of that office of
"PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES" and certainly can't claim any
ownership of it now that that bankruptcy is settled and the assets
awarded to us, the actual Americans.
Through
all this rampant, crazy obfuscation and illegal latching and use of the
same or very similar names for multiple different things, we, the
American Government, have to tread our way.
At
this point we are asking, "Is it Kahlooni or Cahlooni?" One is the
name of a financier, and the other the name of Irish kings, but that
doesn't mean, necessarily, that the similar name "Kahlooni" is a name of
the Irish kings.
It is by no means certain that someone named "Kahlooni" is even Irish.
The
name Kahlooni is also common enough in India, where it appears to have
been transported by certain members of the British Raj. Indeed, though
not a common name, it appears to have spread across North Africa and
other locations in the former Commonwealth.
Even
the names "Fitzgerald" and "Kennedy" which appear to be of Scottish
origin, are also used by Englishmen, who upon examination, appear to
have named themselves after everyone else on Earth.
The
name "Lincoln" is also a cipher. It's origins are French and yet,
"Lincolnshire", presumably the home base of at least some "Lincolns" is
British.
Now
that we have gone through this tedious but necessary explanation, there
is no way to know who anyone is or in what capacity they are operating,
thanks to generations of British deceit.
There
is no tradition or custom or agreement in any sector or part of the
American Government nor among the Federal Government Subcontractors we
ordained, allowing for the appointment of a President of the United
States.
If
Mr. Trump wanted to leave an office he possessed in our scheme of
Government, he would simply hand it off to J.D. Vance, his
Vice-President, not someone unknown and unelected.
Therefore,
if this is not a hoax -- which it could be -- the likelihood is very
high that some kind of British Naval substitution scheme is afoot--- one
trying to hide the fact that they stole the apparatus and assets of the
original American Federal Republic (1787 to 1861) while also trying to
confuse this organization with the recently bankrupted one.
We
are inclined to think that the commencement of another British
Substitution and Evasion Scheme is the most likely explanation of the
mysterious "appointment" of a President.
Like
a Pawn Shop Owner in possession of stolen goods, the British
Territorial Subcontractor doing business as "the United States of
America" --- Incorporated, under Donald Trump, is in illegal possession
of other property being operated as "the United States"--- maybe a
foundation or LLC or who knows, that is the shell of the original
American Federal Republic.
Most
likely, when the Municipal GOVERNMENT went bankrupt, the Brits had to
come up with Plan B --- which was to sneak in and create a British
Territorial "Federal Republic" and pass it off as the restoration of the
old American Federal Republic.
That
would have solved two problems for them. They could have hidden their
illegal possession of the assets of the original American Federal
Republic behind this smoke screen and continued business as usual, since
they illegally latched those assets back in 1871 and have been making
use of them illegally ever since.
That didn't work, so now, they are down to Plan C.
They've
brought in, or newly created, an entity doing business as "the United
States" --- the same doing-business-as name that the States of America
was using to run the original American Federal Republic, and now,
purportedly, Mr. Trump has appointed Mr. John Fitzgerald Lincoln
Kahlooni Kennedy to act as President of this "United States".
If
that's what is going on, basically, a reshuffle or variation of their
plan to substitute their "Federal Republic" for our Federal Republic --
still a substitution scheme in which they pretend to be the bankrupt
UNITED STATES instead, and try to commandeer the assets of the bankrupt
Municipal Government away from us.
Unbelievable
as it may be, the Brits are this deceitful and they are desperate to
both maintain the control that they have had over America and also to
hide their own criminality and breach of trust throughout this whole
segment of our history.
The Brits,
led by Donald Trump --- who merely appears to be an American while he
is in fact adopting British Territorial Citizenship --- are desperate
to hide their whole illegal and immoral and continuing Colonial Empire.
All
the rest of the world should be equally desperate to put an end to
their criminal behavior, expose the rats, and be done with the "British
Empire" once and for all.
All they did was switch jurisdictions.
When
people became outraged by their overt control of other countries and
fed up with their continuous warring and asset stripping, the Brits
pretended to comply with lawful demands that they vacate their
colonies.
They appeared to comply, willingly, even meekly. The ease of their submission should have been a red flag and warning sign.
They
simply moved their operations over into the jurisdiction of the sea and
continued non-stop by incorporating their former land jurisdiction
government organizations as maritime corporations.
So
there was no end to the evils of colonialism, and yes, America has been
a victim along with everyone else. The Brits commandeered by guile what
they couldn't take by force, and have been asset stripping us and using
us as cheap mercenaries since 1861.
Their
British colonialist empire is still here today, and their cronies in
France, Belgium, and Germany are still trying to hold most of Africa in
colonial era subjection, too.
So--
have we responded naively to a hoax, or responded timely to a threat?
It's anyone's guess. Expecting them to reply to honest questions is
like expecting the puppeteer in a Punch and Judy show to break silence.
Now,
however, the potential for more British skullduggery has been exposed,
the possible existence of yet another scheme to commandeer the assets of
the former Municipal UNITED STATES away from us via yet another British
Substitution Fraud, is on the table for all to see.
Just
imagine that you have a voracious ten year-old trying to get into the
Cookie Jar by any means possible. And respond accordingly.
They
need to have their hands slapped, the property of the American Federal
Republic which they illegally confiscated in 1871 needs to be returned
to the Americans, and they need to be kept on a constant disciplinary
watch from now on.
And
now, we pause to note that the Pope was already supposed to be
providing this "disciplinary watch" under Ecclesiastical Law, because
the Roman Curia created all these corporations as business models and
the rest of the world allowed this with the understanding that these
corporations would operate "lawfully" --- meaning that they would be incorporated on the land, not the sea, and subject to land law.
If
the intent had been to create and operate all these corporations in the
jurisdiction of the sea, the language and requirement stated would have
been that corporations are required to operate "legally".
So,
there is no international convention requiring the Pope to maintain
oversight and disciplinary control of corporations that have been
incorporated in Maritime jurisdiction; at the same time, there is no
provision for the existence of such corporations at all.
The Roman Curia remains on the hook, because they created these "things" that have been used to rob, murder, and bedevil us.
The
Brits have self-evidently slipped the leash and the cog once again,
leaving themselves and their own limited Admiralty Law as the only
disciplinary force standing over the Maritime Corporations that they
created.
The
simplest solution is the universal liquidation of all Maritime
Corporations --- which will force the commercial corporations to
re-incorporate themselves under land law as intended, cease operations
entirely, or reorganize as unincorporated businesses.
This is, in our considered opinion, one of only two ways to stop the lawlessness that has infected the entire planet: disallow
the registrations creating corporations in the jurisdiction of the sea
and withhold all public bankruptcy protection for them.
We
note that effort has been made by the Curia to establish the Uniform
Commercial Code and impose it on corporations registered in the air
jurisdiction, but even this public attempt at administration has failed
in that the public itself does not know and has not been taught how to
use the Uniform Commercial Code and attempts to use it as an effective
disciplinary tool against Maritime corporations have failed.
The
complexity created by the proliferation of many kinds of corporations
has been exacerbated by the creation of versions of these corporation
structures in three separate jurisdictions -- air, land, and sea, and
all operating under different forms of law.
The
lawyers and attorneys are confused by this and the General Public has
been left totally in the dark, unable to even begin sorting through the
confusions that arise as a result.
We
are constantly assailed with bills that aren't ours, double billings,
failures to credit payments, corporations pretending to be "governments"
when in fact they are merely corporations in the business of providing
government services, and so on.
This has to stop ---and the second and best way to make it stop, in our opinion, is to return all corporations to the jurisdiction of the land and to operations under land law as originally intended and agreed upon. Nationalize all of them.
And
in the meantime, establish a moratorium on bills addressed to
"individuals" --- which results in bills being sent to living people who
are then harassed and subjected to false claims in commerce.
Take
notice! This whole circumstance requires immediate attention and
peaceable resolution by the Roman Curia and the British Admiralty.
If
we, as rational beings, don't get a handle on this circumstance and
stop the practice of using "very similarly named" corporation franchises
as a means of preying upon living people, there will inevitably be war
--- and not the euphemistic kind.
Unlike prior events, the organizations responsible will be self-evident.
Stop
the roll out of 5G. All that will ultimately do is make a lot of
people sick. Stop the introduction of AI in social settings as that
will have the same result. Stop and get your horses and carts lined up
in proper order and stop the "confusions at law" before you even think
about surveilling the living people of this planet. Americans have the
right to privacy and we retain it.

International Public Notice: Questions and Answers About Directives

Yesterday,
we issued ten (10) Directives to President Donald J. Trump, all of them
within the purview of his Office(s) directly or requiring his
assistance to accomplish and bring government operations into compliance
with existing land jurisdiction law. The text containing those
Directives appears in normal body type, the questions and the answers
about them appear in boldface:
(1)
Leave Venezuela alone and leave Venezuelan oil alone. Concentrate on
development of the Eastern Rockies Oil Basin. If other countries don't
want to sell us their natural resources, that's fine. We will develop
our own -- cleanly and safely. Theodore Roosevelt's Natural Resource
Policy no longer applies in 2025.
How does the Federation get to issue orders and tell the Commander-in-Chief what to do?
Answer:The
Federation is the actual Delegator of the Commander-in-Chief's
delegated Powers. He is our employee under contract. It's our job to
speak up, his job to keep his nose clean. Commander-in-Chief is a Naval
Office, and though the British King is a Trustee on the High Seas and
Navigable Inland Waterways for salvage operations, we have our own
American Admiralty to serve and no need for salvage.
Addressing
Mr. Trump about this urgent situation in and around Venezuela is not a
reflection on him, but is a reflection on the Principals backing his
corporations.
We
have known for some time that they desire to ignite World War III and
also are intent on staging a Do-It-Yourself Armageddon in the Middle
East. They want to do these things because they make money on war and
they are increasingly out-of-pocket.
Venezuela
is formally allied by co-defense treaties with China and Russia. If
Mr. Trump attacks Venezuela, Russia and China will be honor-bound to
respond by attacking us. The whole of the Gulf States region would be
instantly exposed, as well as triggering the possible use of nuclear
arms and hypersonic missiles.
So
we are putting the cards on the table for everyone to see exactly what
Mr. Trump's marching orders from us are. We are making it clear to
Venezuela, China, Russia, and the Committee of 300 that not only are we
not interested in war with Venezuela or anyone else, we are interested
in rewriting outdated Colonial Era Natural Resource Plans and getting on
with our own development.
If
Mr. Trump now proceeds to create a war scenario with Venezuela everyone
will know who to blame and who to attack, and it won't be America.
(2)
Close and maintain reasonable, customary, and prudent security of The
United States borders and immigration. Proceed with deportation and
evaluation efforts. Let this unpleasant job be accomplished without
drama and with respect for individual people and families. Allow them to
contact family members and if they came with wives and children,
arrange group deportation of their children, spouses, and personal
belongings so that they can leave as they came-- as families. Give them
safe transport back to their country of origin and whatever reasonable
support we can offer toward their resettlement. This is not about
cruelty or politics. This is about maintaining our own Public Law and
integrity. Anyone who can demonstrate that they have realistic fear of
political and/or religious persecution such that they genuinely need
asylum should be set aside for special naturalization assistance. There
is funding set aside for these needful purposes.
Question: Why does the Federation support Trump in deporting all these people?
Answer:
It's Public Law. Joe Biden broke it. Someone has to clean up the
resulting damage to everyone involved. We are sure it is very
frustrating for the Trump Administration to spend its energy correcting
an arbitrary and criminal lapse that is actually the fault of the Biden
Administration.
We
regret that so many people and so many families, especially, are being
hurt by this, but there is a dark side to this that most people remain
unaware of. Every single person who walked over our Southern border was
vaccinated. That means they were, essentially, ear-tagged as U.S.
chattel property and relegated to the status of "transhumans", literally
owned as slaves by DARPA, and stripped of all human rights.
Our
country was used as the "Candy Store" and all these people were enticed
here under False Pretenses, just as Americans and everyone else was
lied to about the nature, purpose and purported safety of these infamous
injections.
Massive
corrections and restorations of local and national economies are being
planned, so living conditions should within a short time equalize, and
the returning immigrants will be needed and will enjoy restoring and
building their own homeland. There is already a large "backward
migration" from the US to Africa as a result of the development of the
African Union. Expect similar opportunities and developments worldwide.
(3)
Cut off smuggling and human trafficking from all sources, including
Eastern Canadian conduits. Increase air and water reconnaissance over
the Great Lakes. Increase security and inspection on traffic through
the St. Lawrence Seaway, and thru-traffic on all five lakes. Pursue
integration talks with the Far Western Canadian Provinces wishing to
become Territorial Administrative States and make sure that they
understand that this is merely a step on the way to becoming a complete
State of the Union.
Question: Don't we get to say whether Canadian Provinces can be States?
Answer:
Yes, we do. But they are guaranteed the right to seek and receive
Territorial Administrative Statehood under The Northwest Ordinance, and
can then be enrolled as State of the Union. This was built into the
laws governing development of our two countries and goes all the way
back to the Hudson Bay Charter.

Plan for integration of the U.S. Marshals Service into the Continental
Marshals Program which is replacing the old defunded Federal Marshals
Program to form a competent shield against international crimes on both
land and sea.
Question: Why would the U.S. Marshals have to integrate with the Continental Marshals?
Answer:
Because an effective and cooperative international police function is
needed on both land and sea. Making these services work together as two
parts of one organizational structure ensures that that happens. It
also makes sure that half of the overall function is not defunded,
leaving a gaping hole in our defenses against international organized
crime.
(5)
Redirect the FBI to focus on its original mission of detecting and
preventing interstate crimes and its original jurisdictional mission
limited to the Continental United States, and United States Territories
and Possessions.
This
set up and mission assignment was always the intent for the FBI and
they achieved their best results and highest professional accolades
while working within it. As we return to land-based government we are
restoring their traditional functions and roles so that they can
concentrate on preventing real crimes and no longer be used for ignoble
commercial purposes and as hitmen for political agendas.
(6)
Similarly redirect the CIA to focus on its original mission and service
area outside the Continental United States; refocus on intelligence
gathering, detection, and assessment of offshore threats.
This is restoring the CIA to its original role and turf and getting them out of the Black Ops and Regime Change business.
(7)
Redefine the National Security Council so that it is an American
National Security Council; it's fine to consult with experts from a
hundred different other countries, but those experts should not be
sitting as members of our National Security Council and making or unduly
influencing decisions about American National Security.
This
is redefining which "nation" the National Security Council is serving
and giving clear instructions about how we want our National Security
Council run. If you look into the National Security Council you will
notice an odd thing. There are very few Americans on the National
Security Council. This corrects that situation.

Find a new American Paymaster for the U.S. Military; it is not
appropriate for SERCO, a British Corporation, to be acting as Paymaster
while these men and women are in service to this country; secure the
budget for the military functions and administer the disbursements
accordingly.
Britain
has been running our Armed Forces as their Armed Forces and that is not
appropriate. Although it has not happened and should not happen, it is
possible that Britain could withhold payment and cause paralysis of
American Armed Forces deployments and operations. This system thus
gives another foreign power inordinate and inappropriate control over
American Armed Forces. As they resume operations as a traditional
national military, our Armed Forces are not "for hire" and not subject
to an international vendor system.

Prepare for reintegration and normalization of the U.S. Military as
part of the American Armed Forces. Everyone will be serving in a public,
non-bonded capacity, under fully disclosed service agreements, as
honorable volunteers. All service members will receive a 25% pay raise
above their current rate as soon as possible, including military
pensioners. Full dental care will be added to military insurance
coverage for all active duty, reserves, pensioners and their dependents.
No member of the military services or any dependent of theirs will ever
be denied any medical or dental service on the basis that they refused
services, for example, denied treatment for kidney disease because they
refused to be used as a lab rat and vaccinated with experimental goop.
Active duty members will be fully provided with complete million dollar
personal life and permanent disability insurance packages made payable
to their spouse, if married, or designated beneficiary/caretaker; this
is to be in addition to all and any current benefits. Veterans
separated from the service and unemployed through no fault of their own
will be eligible for Service-Related Unemployment Payments and assisted
to find jobs. Homeless veterans will be given generous housing vouchers
and if substance addiction or mental illness is involved in their
homelessness they will be eligible for full-boat residential care, just
like the rich people receive when they break down and run amok. There is
plenty of money set aside for this. No matter what their duty station,
no American serving in the American Armed Forces will ever be denied the
benefit of the Constitutional Guarantees. All people born within the
borders of a State of the Union or fully naturalized to a State of the
Union will be recognized as American State Nationals, regardless of any
registrations purloined from their Mothers when they were babies. All
members entering the American Armed Forces will be fully informed about
the meaning of citizenship, foreign citizenship obligations, and fully
and without deceit informed regarding the choice to accept or decline
foreign Federal Citizenship and/or retain their American State National
status. Foreign citizenship cannot be presumed upon or against any
American, anywhere, at any time.
Our
military was denigrated without their knowledge to the status of a
mercenary force. Service members were illegally conscripted and
press-ganged under force of the draft. They have been denied their
American identity and the Constitutional Guarantees they are owed.
Our
military has been owed pay raises and other considerations since the
1940's that they have not received. Under Public Law, they are owed and
must be paid and provided benefits already allocated but not
implemented. We are just beginning the process of actually paying
service members what they are owed.
From
the position of the Fiduciary Office, a great deal of investment has
been made in these men and women before they ever enter the military.
Things like dental care prevent other more costly health issues and
diseases, so we gain not only better health overall, but less overall
medical expense.
The
British have been buying life insurance and setting up life force value
annuities on our service members; instead of our service members and
their families being insured against death and disability, the King is
the beneficiary --- while we pay for these policies that basically cover
the King's rump for loans he has taken out on the victim's labor and
homes and other assets without their knowledge or consent.
This
is overdue housekeeping and is a matter of correction and compliance
with Public and International Law. It is also in some parts a Fiduciary
decision to invest in dental care now that greatly reduces the cost of
more long term medical conditions later.

The foreign Judicial Districts which have been allowed to exist and
proliferate throughout The United States are to be immediately and
permanently shut down. The District Courts operated under these
Judicial Districts and the various State of State franchise District
Courts/COURTS that have been used to practice personage and barratry
against average Americans who are not knowingly, naturally, or
voluntarily acting as Federal Dual Citizens are to be closed to public
business and directed to exonerate all cases involving Defendants or
DEFENDANTS appearing to be the names of individual Americans, return all
property seized, issue restitution of not less than $500 a day and not
more than $1000 a day per day of incarceration inflicted on these same
Americans, issue notification of the awards, and provide enforcement
support to return the properties illegally confiscated and otherwise
make amends appropriate in each case. These judges and attorneys need
to be publicly disgraced for their disservice, deceit, and their own
criminality in pursuit of undisclosed unjust enrichment, conflict of
interest, and lack of delegated authority. It will now be their job to
repair -- to the extent possible -- the damage they have done to other
lives, to American families, and American property while acting in
breach of trust and under color of law.
Question: How can we do without the courts?
Answer:
Force them to operate under land law and continue to boot up our own
State Courts and local unincorporated County Courts.
These
courts have been caught dead-to-rights in an institutionalized
aggravated identity theft and illegal confiscation and armed
racketeering under force scheme; every day they are committing gross
crimes under color of law. Every day Americans are being accused of
crimes they didn't commit and charged for fees, taxes, mortgages, and
other bills that they don't owe.
These
courts have been the means of extraction for the Perpetrators of these
personage and barratry crimes, which have been pursued under False
Pretense of war, war reparations, and voluntary consent.
The
victims were never made aware of the otherwise unconscionable contracts
binding them to act as British Subjects, much less any "conferred"
Municipal citizenship of the United States. They have been prosecuted
and injured by this fraudulent misrepresentation and the purloined birth
registration contracts that go with it.
The criminality of these courts started in 1865.
It's ending in 2025.
Mr.
Trump and his franchise of the British Crown Corporation are under
direct demand from our lawful American Government to bring these crimes
to an end.
Some people have asked why these Directives are being issued by the Fiduciary instead of the Head of State.
The
Head of State functions as the Unpaid Owner of the Government and has
an oversight function to maintain the health and lawful operation of the
American Government, but the functions except for issuing Proclamations
and Pardons and ceremonial appearances, are handled by volunteers or
paid employees.
The
Fiduciary Office of the American Government functions as a
mini-Congress during times when no Continental Congress or Federation
Congress is in Session; the Fiduciary and Deputies follow the Prudent
Man standard in the administration of their duties which allow for the
Continuance of Government when our respective Congresses are not in
Session.
Unlike
the Federal Congresses which deal largely with their own delegated
duties and personnel and program issues in a legislative format, the
Federation Congresses are meant to deal primarily with what would be
called Public Policy issues in a corporate setting, but in a pinch, they
can take up the more mundane functions and replace service vendors,
augment labor contracts, and take other actions as necessary.
