5604: International Public Notice: For All Those Who Need to See. from Lincoln County Watch

Some people learn by seeing and experiencing, some people by reading, and still others must hear something before it connects and it is truly integrated into their knowledge.

Observe the signs and markers outside the South Carolina State House and the Street Monuments, too.  Imagine that we are speaking these words into your consciousness.  Pay attention to the words "assembly" and "General Assembly" -- references to the law-making bodies of our American Government at the State level, and in this case, The South Carolina Assembly.    

For centuries, here and abroad, this was the normal course of things, and entirely commonplace knowledge, that the government of our country and every other country is vested in the living people of each country and their Lawful Persons.  It should not come as any surprise to anyone that our State Assemblies exist and that they are of paramount importance,  and yet, we have been slandered and attacked for bringing this to everyone's attention.  

Our Government is not supposed to be run by unelected career bureaucrats.  No, it's not even supposed to be run by our employees, who have been elected to serve in their own State-of-State Legislatures and Congresses.  Certainly, our government was never entrusted to foreign commercial or municipal corporations, either one.  

Our government is supposed to be run by average Americans coming from many walks of life, acting as living people, and when it comes to international affairs, the same people act as Lawful Persons, known as People.   This is why you see the odd construction, "We, the People" headlining the Federal Constitutons. 

When we called ourselves "the People", it simply means that the living people of our Union States are acting in their capacity as Lawful Persons and taking action in the international jurisdiction of the Land.  

All this is based on a simple enough idea.  The State Assemblies tell their public employees what they want done, and the employees elected to the State of State Legislature figure out programs and protocols to achieve the desired result.  The living people must make basic decisions about their public programs and resources, much as they make similar decisions about their own finances and goals as  families.  

It's desirable for experts and paid personnel to wrangle the day-to-day details, because the people have lives and work and families of their own to take care of, quite apart from their roles as State Assembly members, but however and by whomever the course of government is implemented, it's direction and its goals are supposed to be set by the living people of each country, and the expenditures of the government are supposed to be apportioned by the living people or their directly responsible fiduciary deputies.  

Over the past century and a half a very destructive and insidious usurpation against this basic model of government has taken place, and the living people are no longer taught about the American Government in public schools.  All they hear about is the United States Government, a derivative "federal" government that operates on limited, enumerated, and delegated powers, that have been exercised by paid personnel employed as subcontractors of foreign commercial corporations and municipal corporations in the business of providing "essential government services".  

Thus the foxes, public employees, unelected by us, career bureacrats, directed by foreign interests, have been left in charge, and the American public has been left to languish and be disregarded by those they employ.  

We have been called liars, rebels, insurrectionists, tin hats, conspiracy theorists, and a lot worse by those who benefit from the present circumstance and by those too dulled and dimmed to observe what it is directly observable, and as these street signs and monuments prove: our State Assemblies are the building blocks upon which the actual American Government depends and it is the American Government that is presumed to be footing the bill for all the wild spending and war-profiteering and other actions undertaken by the United States Government "in our absence" --- but we are not absent and haven't been absent for more than five years.  

Every State of the Union has been called back into Session and the living people have answered.  Our separate and supreme government is present and accounted for, and does not depend upon large numbers, but rather upon the essential inheritances, rights, treaties, contracts, and guarantees that are owed to each American State National.  

So when someone laughs at you and says, "Whoever heard of a State Assembly?"  Challenge them.  Awaken them.  Ask them who they think delegated the "delegated powers"?  And who pays the bills around here?  With just a little knowledge about their own State Government it will become apparent why voters faithfully vote for political agendas that never materialize, why a mob of unlected bureaucrats has taken control and abused the people they are supposed to serve, and who is missing from this picture? 

Chances are, you are the missing element in your own destiny.  Not just in America.  Worldwide. 

On a worldwide basis, corporations in the business of providing "government services" have usurped against the national and state governments established by the living people of each country, putting their Boards of Directors in place of your elected Fiduciary Deputies, their private corporate elections in place of your public elections, their State-of-State Legislatures instead of your State Assemblies.  

But for now, look at some more historical evidence (this is why the mobs were told to destroy old public statues and placards during the 2020 riots) that what we are telling you is true.  See the attached photos.
