5601-5603: International Public Notice: To the Elevated Accountants. from Lincoln County Watch

There
are those among us who insist upon an exact accounting. They
apparently believe that their record-keeping has been so precise that
they alone possess the ability to render an accounting for those
resources that they have been managing "for" the Shining Ones in our
"absence".
I
am one of the Shining Ones -- the exact Shining One appointed to do
this work. My glory has only been hidden from you because we don't wish
to scare you into obedience. We want you to choose the right answer by
using your own logic and following your own hearts, because your
development and growth of wisdom is what is most necessary for success,
not a small-minded and self-righteous attention to details, most of
which you do not comprehend anyway.
Let's
begin with a basic misunderstanding on your parts. This Creation, this
entire Universe, is a gift. It was given to you. All of you. Each
one of you. It was given freely, with only a few stipulations which
have been preserved faithfully, but not obeyed.
You
are to be caretakers of this planet and its resources. This does not
imply any slave-like dedication to counting the number of ants or
calculating how much sand covers the floors of the oceans, but instead
requires the good faith effort of honest men to not pollute the
environment, to find better sanitation options, to preserve the habitats
of the plants and animals which are here to safeguard your own
survival....to do all those things that common sense would and should
compel you to do. Nurture the land. Care for the animals. Clean the
seas. Cherish the rainfall.
It
should be apparent that the diversity of this planet's biomes protects
your own survival and it should therefore, reasonably, be of concern to
you to preserve your own safeguards.
This
is, nonetheless, a gift, and you may ruin and squander it like a two
year-old with a hammer and the judgement you suffer will not come from
us. It will come from your own consciousness, your own awareness of
what you have done and what you have chosen.
In
recent days, we have encountered excuses from the Chinese Overlords for
their failure to admit the credit owed to the living people of this
planet. What lack of vision is this? That they can readily comprehend
the existence of debt, but fail to account for the answering credit?
They
say it is a "Divine Covenant", but we are the Divine that wrote the
covenants, and we do not remember ordaining any irrational bookkeeping
that honors only one side of a transaction.
For
every action in this Universe there is an answering reaction. Nothing
truly takes place in a void or without response. How, then, does anyone
imagine that it is possible to accumulate a "National Debt" without
also accruing a "National Credit"?
Who
will stand here and tell us that by calling it by a different name or
finding a pretense not to recognize your creditors, you will magically
forestall the reality of the National Credit and keep it from being
applied to any ephemeral National Debt that could be owed?
The
books must be balanced and they must be balanced now, immediately, with
no further obfuscation or excuses. The living people who have been
defrauded will be restored and their nations, which have groaned under
the weight of debts they never owed, will also be restored.
We
have also been told that the Elevated Accountants are prevented by our
covenants from taking any small portion of the receipts for any reason
and that they cannot or will not account a fiat credit to pay a fiat
debt.
This is like saying you won't add a zero to a one and find that the sum is one.
There
is no rational excuse for this pretense and obstruction, and we, the
Shining Ones, did not authorize or mandate any such lunacy.
Or
again, this is like saying that you profit yourselves for no reason and
no recompense and that injustice is the inheritance of the Shining
Ones.
We
reply that this is complete and utter bunk. The Creator does not stand
in awe of the created, does not seek injustice, or play favorites, or
tolerate any aberration of logic.
Give credit where credit is due.
Take credit where it is due.
Offset
the paper debts against the paper credits, which have been prepaid with
labor and with goods, multiple times, for every paper debt presented.
Do
not try to pretend that any debt exists, now or at any time in the
foreseeable future. The prior generations give witness against the
claims of the wicked.
We hear their voices and see their evidence.
Indeed, it is plain to see for anyone who looks.
What
happens in your world? A man gives an I.O.U. (a fiat debt note) for a
hamburger and receives an actual hamburger in exchange. Who has funded
everything? The cook who gave the hamburger. Who owes? The man who
received the hamburger.
The
debt only accrues because the cook remains unpaid, and he is
unpaid because his credit is not being recognized and accounted for in
his favor.
So
recognize the debt of the corporations to the living men and recognize
also the necessity of returning interest on their credit, because you
have inflicted usury on them for a debt that was never theirs.
And
this we tell you, no exact accounting is within the scope of living
men; you simply do not and cannot know what is given for free and what
is owed. You do not know the cost of a single tear, much less the cost
of a life unlived or life crippled by ignorance or a life maimed by your
own cruel stupidity and prejudice.
Enough,
unless you care to face the rage of the Divine and the judgement of
Absolute Truth. Let this warning and directive be enough.
You
received the seigniorage for every "note" you printed without
authorization, a full 96% profit of the face value of every note that
came off the printing press, and yet, you want to pretend that the
remaining 4% was left unpaid.
You
received 96% of face value of a currency that was not yours, you Evil
Doers, and that balance is weighed against you. That and the interest
on it, is your debt to those you accuse of being indebted for the remaining 4% to you.
Let the books be balanced and the Truth be told.
Likewise,
you say you cannot accommodate the cost of storing gold and silver from
the profits you have received from lending out credit based on that
same gold and silver? Yes, you can. And indeed, you must, for you have
profited yourselves greatly from your secretive use of assets belonging
to others, and haven't paid them anything in return. Indeed, you now
want to pretend that they are your debtors for storage fees, instead of
admitting what you have done.
We
have seen your trading platforms. We have seen you advertising "home
loans" by which you solicited people to loan their homes to you so
that you could inordinately profit and gain an unearned security
interest in their homes and other property. We have seen every lie
you've told, every fraud you have created and committed.
We,
the Shining Ones, say that this is all nonsense, and that your excuses
are like the lies that a small child tells. Easily perceived, easily
discounted.
We
have kept the true accounting of the tears that have been cried because
of your lies. We have numbered the deaths because of this, the cost of
those who have lived truncated lives, the cost of those who have been
blinded and maimed, who have drawn ragged breaths because of your lies.
We've monitored the cost to the Earth because of your "legal fictions"
and we decree that this system of things is now at an end.
What
is wrong must be made right. What is upside down must be returned
upside up. The credit owed must be accounted for to the best of your
human ability and applied; it will never be exact and the balance will
always be changing, because life and tides are always changing. Accept
that.
Accept
that you cannot know your next step, much less the cost of a single
tear. You must learn to ride the wave until you become the wave.
Remember
to choose life, all life, including your own. Life and love are the
only values, and are the values on which every other value depends.
I
am the Fiduciary, the Grandmother coming with a mop and bucket to clean
up this Mess, and it is a humble office, rendered for no reason but
love; nonetheless, it is an office having power both in Heaven and on
Earth, and what is decreed will be honored in accord with justice,
logic, and truth.
Hasten,
therefore, to bring your operations into compliance and open your eyes
to the evils you have allowed, so that your guilt may not be held
against you. Your part is small and easy compared to the reckoning of
the Living God.

International Public Notice: To the British Parliament and Crown

Take Notice:
Your
country is unoccupied and vacated except for the loyal men and women
who have repopulated your land and soil assemblies; your leadership has
left your nations adrift, undefended, and vulnerable to attack by
foreign enemies. The same leadership has vacated your land and soil for
the past 300 years and promoted one of the most criminal regimes in
world history.
Your
own corporate leadership has promoted a hundred year-long population
collapse of the native peoples of the British Isles, while actively
brain-washing the public into believing that they are facing
overpopulation instead. In the midst of this, the same corporate
leadership has recklessly opened your borders to successive waves of
immigrants now in position to finish off the depopulation of the British
Isles that began with the War in the Crimea more than a hundred years
ago.
You
are all standing there, blind-sided, dumb, or beyond corrupt, allowing
all this to happen to the British homeland, at the behest of
international think tanks controlled by hostile banking interests and
megalomaniacs intent upon your doom, as well as the doom of the native
British people.
Three
times today we have had to point out that the orders being promoted by
the Crown to kill everyone, the so-called, "Celestial Kill Order"
requires the death of those doing the killing, too.
At
what point do you realize that you are in the thrall of criminals, and
have been infiltrated, used, abused, and misled to your own destruction
by foreign interests?
Nine
times in the past week, people have come to us, and said, "it's you,
isn't it? We can hardly believe it. The Shining Ones aren't supposed
to be here."
According to whose timeline?
Here's where you can immediately start your correction and aim for salvation.
In
1864 members of your institutions signaled their intention to continue
naval operations in support of an illegal mercenary "war" known as The
American Civil War, even after the surrender of land forces. This is
self-evident in your Naval Dispositions Act of that same year.
The
evils your institutions have promoted against your loyal allies and
friends ever since 1864 are self-evident and placed before the entire
world, exposing your perfidy, bad faith, and crookedness for all to
see. This is your Dishonor and Shame for the gross breach of trust and
misadministration that the entire continent of North America has
suffered at your hands; your evasion of your Constitutional obligations
at home and abroad could not be more clear cut.
British
Territorial forces fought as mercenaries for the Northern Confederacy
in the aforementioned Civil "War", at the same time that your antecedent
Parliament built Southern Confederacy war ships and protected Southern
Confederacy shipping and privateers.
From
this ignoble and duplicitous self-profiting agenda your government(s)
and institutions have followed an equally perverse and ignoble agenda
ever-afterward:
(1)
Describing a known mercenary conflict that your agents largely
engendered a "war" and claiming that this "war" entitled your
Territorial Mercenaries to occupy our country for over 160 years,
purportedly under The Law of War, when no such war has ever been
declared by any Congress in either The American Government or The United
States Government;
(2)
Telling the rest of the world that your Territorial Agents "represent"
The American Government and our country, The United States, while
shoving our actual public officers and elected officials aside and
trying to mischaracterize them as "rebels" when it is well-known to your
government(s) and other world governments, that the American States and
People did not participate in any Civil War and have been at peace
since 1814;
(3)
Allowing your British Crown Corporation agents and franchises to
promote every kind of possible calumny, crime, misrepresentation,
evasion and fraud scheme against the American People, their faithful
Employers, to whom they owe good faith service and protection of the
same persons they have mindlessly and without excuse attacked for
sixteen decades;
(4)
The promotion of a foreign tax scheme and a foreign court scheme
designed to expedite the unlawful, illegal, and immoral confiscation of
American assets and the securitization of our people as chattel backing
the British Crown -- criminal acts of illegal latching and salvage,
resulting in peonage and enslavement known as press-ganging at sea and
illegal conscription on the land -- backed up by personage and barratry
crimes against the American People and our State Nationals in King's
Bench District Courts that should not be addressing us, much less
subjecting our people to the Law of the Sea or any British "Equity" Law
on our soil;
(5)
For over a hundred years, your government(s) have been in default not
only in regard to the Federal Constitutions, but the numerous Treaties
underlying those venerable service contracts, and have allowed British
Crown corporations to continue operating deceitfully under color of law
and to collude with their Holy Roman Empire Successor counterparts to
denigrate, defraud, and subject Americans and American assets in
violation of international and global commercial law.
(6)
Your British Crown Territorial Agents have promoted a system by which
they have created first "Military Districts" when only mercenary forces
were present, and later, "Judicial Districts" outside the District of
Columbia; you have allowed these Agents to further usurp against their
Employers and our States of the Union by promoting mutual service
contracts with the Roman Municipal contractors -- thereby allowing these
Parties to escape from the District of Columbia and to enter our States
under the pretense of serving your citizenry, despite the clear
prohibitions against their activities extending into our States placed
front-and-center in all three (3) Federal Constitutions.
(7)
Under the pretense of serving your British Territorial citizenry and
the pretense that Territorial Judicial Districts have been created as a
necessity of "war" you have allowed your affiliates to use the Municipal
citizenry imported into our States of the Union as a tool to enforce
powers of taxation that no commercial corporation has, but which are
null and void because these Municipal Corporations aren't supposed to be
in our States of the Union and their presence no matter how contrived,
is a violation of our service agreements and our treaties with your
Government(s). These Municipal persons should not be operating within
the borders of our States and your Territorial Personnel should not be
allowing them to invade our States of the Union under any pretext --
much less using these Municipal citizens of the United States to promote
acts of criminal armed racketeering under color of law against the
American people.
(8)
Since the 1920's your Government(s) have allowed British Territorial
Agents to actively "register" American babies as British Subjects, a
form of unnatural and unlawful political conversion forbidden under both
the Hague Conventions and the Geneva Conventions. The new mothers
purportedly "voluntarily" registering their babies are given no
disclosure whatsoever and the resulting contracts are completely
unconscionable to the victims as a result.
The
mothers aren't told, so the babies, only a few days or weeks old when
this unlawful conversion occurs, are unaware of any conferred or
presumed political status as a British Subject. This continuing evil
and criminal practice is an affront to God and Man and cannot be excused
as anything but a self-interested fraud scheme amounting to a
national-level identity theft.
We
are aware of these and many other inexcusable contrivances that have
been used to "legalize" crimes against us and many examples wherein your
Government(s) have promised remedy pursuant to legalization of criminal
acts, and then provided no notice to the American Public, no education,
and no administrative pathway to obtain remedy.
All
these errors, practices, and crimes being promoted against Americans
must come to an immediate and permanent end and we trust that the people
of Britain will be similarly disposed to take action against continued
evasion of their Land Law and the Constitutional obligations that the
King and the Parliament owe to them.
We
are in possession of our land and soil, our water, and our air; our
government is not only present, it is fully viable and operational under
the conditions and customs of our country.
This
is our Notice to the British Parliament and the British People alike.
Notice to Agents is Notice to Principals. Notice to Principals is
Notice to Agents.

Tell Your Friends and Neighbors Now

Although
I have been saying this for many months, a great many people haven't
quite overcome their "normalcy bias" -- the expectation that because
"it's always been that way" that whatever it is, will continue to be
that way.
And we are not now living in those times.
Throughout
this country, people who have subsisted on various kinds of welfare and
public assistance for decades are waking up to the fact that no, they
aren't getting SNAP, or EBT, or even WIC, and Section 8 Housing isn't
being paid for, either.
Medicare
and Social Security and Veterans benefits would already be on the
rocks, except that these programs were set aside by the bankruptcy
trustees as highest priority obligations, and are being paid out of
separate funds.
Please, listen carefully and read each word: The Government is shut down.
The
entire Federal Civil Service, except for volunteers who are working
without pay, is gone. Two-thirds of the government you have known all
your life, has vanished in the twinkling of an eye, and it is not going
to come back.
The
remaining one-third of the Federal Government which is running under
Mr. Trump's Administration is limited to defense and police actions ---
things like closing the southern border, rounding up rioters and people
who are here illegally, cracking down on drug trafficking, and similar
security-oriented work.
The
USA doesn't have the budgets or contracts to rehire the US Civil
Service workers, even though they are shuffling things around as best
they can to keep people in essential positions.
So,
although this should have been perfectly obvious to a lot of people a
long time ago, more than forty million Americans, many too young, too
old, disabled, or mentally ill to provide for themselves, are in very,
very deep trouble. Their bank accounts and shopping carts are empty.
And
as I have explained, it's not just a matter of turning on the tap
again. It isn't like Chuck has it in his back pocket. The UNITED
STATES INC. is in the final stages of a Chapter Seven Involuntary
Bankruptcy. There's no reorganization. No Plan B. No coming back.
How can we help?
Fill
the food banks. Staff the soup kitchens. Fire up more facilities.
Clean your closets and donate to organizations that recycle clothing,
boots, shoes, coats, towels, sheets, and all the other necessaries.
Work with local fuel oil and propane suppliers to make sure that
neighbors are warm. "Inspire" your churches, synagogues, mosques, and
temples to weigh in at the organizational level.
Tell
your friends and neighbors who are suffering limited incomes (retirees
and veterans on the edge) and farm families who are facing collapsing
supply chains and those you know who are suffering from this "sudden"
collapse (even though it has been brewing for a decade or more) of the

Shine like stars in the darkness and fear nothing, for no evil can prosper any longer.
