On September 30, 2020, at the Liberty University, in Lynchburg, VA, the Constitutional Sheriff’s & Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) held a meeting titled: The County Sheriff: America’s Last Hope. Jack Mullen and I decided to team up for the day and see what this meeting was all about. We wanted to investigate if the Sheriffs across the county were planning to drain the swamp of all the treasonous persons holding offices who have been in violation of their Oaths.
When we arrived, we were quite surprised at how many people attended the meeting. We met and mingled with hundreds of Constitution loving Americans and we were privileged to hear the stories of Sheriffs, police officers, preachers, and others from around the country and of course the founder of CSPOA, Sheriff Richard Mack.
GOVERNORS WHO ARE OPERATING OUTSIDE THEIR OATH HAVE VOLUNTARILY SUSPENDED THEIR OATH TO BE GOVERNOR
One Sheriff educated the audience on how Governors across the nation were in violations of their Oath to uphold the Constitution & the Bill Of Rights. He used Maryland’s Governor Larry Hogan as an example.
Maryland Constitution & Violations:
***Declaration of Rights: Article 4: Regulation of internal government exclusive right of people of State:
That the People of this State have the sole and exclusive right of regulating the internal government and police thereof, as a free, sovereign and independent State.
Violation: “The governor is treating the police as if they are (his). In otherwords, they are NOT his police, they are OUR police.”
***Declaration of Rights: Article 8: Separation of Powers:
That the Legislative, Executive and Judicial powers of Government ought to be forever separate and distinct from each other; and no person exercising the functions of one of said Departments shall assume or discharge the duties of any other.
Violation: “This is a Separation of Powers. Mr. Hogan has violated the Separation of Powers by pretending to make laws, executive orders, proclamations, etc. Governors do not make laws.”
***Declaration of Rights: Article 24: Due process:
That no man ought to be taken or imprisoned or disseized of his freehold, liberties or privileges, or outlawed, or exiled, or, in any manner, destroyed, or deprived of his life, liberty or property, but by the judgment of his peers, or by the Law of the land.
Violation: “By announcing businesses are nonessential, Mr. Hogan is in violation by depriving Persons of their property without Due Process of law.”
***Declaration of Rights: Article 36: Freedom of Religion:
That as it is the duty of every man to worship God in such manner as he thinks most acceptable to Him, all persons are equally entitled to protection in their religious liberty; wherefore, no person ought by any law to be molested in his person or estate, on account of his religious persuasion, or profession, or for his religious practice, unless, under the color of religion, he shall disturb the good order, peace or safety of the State, or shall infringe the laws of morality, or injure others in their natural, civil or religious rights; nor ought any person to be compelled to frequent, or maintain, or contribute, unless on contract, to maintain, any place of worship, or any ministry; nor shall any person, otherwise competent, be deemed incompetent as a witness, or juror, on account of his religious belief, provided, he believes in the existence of God, and that under His dispensation such person will be held morally accountable for his acts, and be rewarded or punished therefor either in this world or in the world to come.
Nothing shall prohibit or require the making reference to belief in, reliance upon, or invoking the aid of God or a Supreme Being in any governmental or public document, proceeding, activity, ceremony, school, institution, or place.
Nothing in this article shall constitute an establishment of religion.
Violation: Mr. Hogan has unlawfully closed churches and is denying all Citizens their Freedom of Religion. Governors do not have the right to dictate to ‘We the People’ when and where and how an individual practices their right of Freedom of Religion. Governors do not have the right to order any place of worship to be closed or how many people can attend. Mr. Hogan is in clear violation.
***Declaration of Rights: Article 44: War time application of Constitutions
That the provisions of the Constitution of the United States, and of this State, apply, as well in time of war, as in time of peace; and any departure therefrom, or violation thereof, under the plea of necessity, or any other plea, is subversive of good Government, and tends to anarchy and despotism.
Violation: “Ladies & Gentlemen, this could not be more on point. No plea of necessity or any other plea validates the suspension, or violation, the devocation of the Constitution… There is no COVID session in the Bill of Rights.” [Audience stands and applauses]
NOTARIZED OATH ON PUBLIC RECORD & BEGIN INVESTIGATING ACTS OF TREASON
It was kind of like going to a class. The teachers would ask the students questions and the students would verbally answer. One speaker discussed the Oath of Office and the audience was told that anyone holding public office need to be sure they have a signed notarized Oath on file for public record. The speaker informed the audience that they are finding out that ‘those’ holding a public office have taken a verbal Oath, but do not have a public signed notarized record of their Oath on file. He suggested there needs to be an investigation into everyone in their county holding public office of the above violations and to investigate whether they have signed notarized Oaths on file. Starting with themselves and their departments. Also to investigate governors, mayors, municipalities, the courts, attorneys, and others holding public office within their county. It was suggested to begin collaboration of a bigger investigation into identifying the treasonous oath-breakers.
THEY ARE NOT THE MASK POLICE, PUNISHERS, OR INTERPRETERS

We learned that there is no such thing as “group rights” and that “individual rights” are sacred. We learned that when Sheriffs and Peace Officers are protecting others, they are also protecting their own. Sheriffs and Peace Officers are “protectors” not “Punishers” – A shield, not a sword… and that Sheriffs and Peace Officers always uphold an individual’s right to Due Process. We also learned that Sheriffs and Peace Officers do not “interpret” the Constitution, their Oath is to enforce it.
FORM A CIVILIAN POSSE
“The posse comitatus, in common law, is a group of people mobilized by the conservator of peace – typically a sheriff – to suppress lawlessness or defend the county.”
It was recommended that the Sheriffs form a well-trained civilian posse to help deputies with ‘suppressing lawlessness’ within their county borders during these uncertain times.
NOT COMPLYING WITH UNCONSTITUTIONAL ORDERS
Senator Amanda Chase (VA) also attended the conference and talked about not abiding by unconstitutional laws and executive orders. She told the audience, “I will not comply with unconstitutional orders handed down by any governor, mayor, or others.”
WHAT IS EXTORTION?
The audience and members of CSPOA were reminded of the definition of extortion.

GUN CONTROL & SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS

Gun Control: The audience was reminded it is their duty to uphold the Second Amendment and how evil unconstitutional people are always lurking in the background trying to always pass stricter gun laws, eventually leading to disarming American Citizens. It is their duty, as the Sheriff to not comply with unconstitutional second amendment rules, regulations, codes, or laws.
REEDUCATING THE PUBLIC & CHILDREN THE CONSTITUTION & BILL OF RIGHTS
Schools do not teach about the Great Republic to children anymore. Today students are indoctrinated in schools of Cultural Marxism. It is the responsibility of the parents, caretakers, and community as a whole to educate the youth and teach the Constitution & Bill Of Rights. It was suggested to the entire audience the importance of holding Constitutional classes for children.

CONCLUSION
America is in deep trouble… Please share and spread the message far and wide. It is time to wake up and realize no one will drain the swamp for us (we the people)… we will have to drain it ourselves and it starts with the Sheriff… Ask your Sheriff and Captain of your police department if they were at the CSPOA Conference this year and if he/she wasn’t, ask them… Why? Elections are important for electing your next sheriff, find out who is going to be a constitutional Sheriff in your county.
