There
is no "Federal Republic" at this moment. Restoring the Federal
Republic would require restoring the Confederation of States, and we are
still some distance away from being able and prepared to do either one
of those things.
It
is literally impossible for Mr. Trump and other people who are acting
as British Subjects to restore a new American Republic of any kind. By
definition, the only kind of Republic they can form would be a British
Territorial Republic.
There
is no provision under any treaty or Constitution contract allowing the
British Territorial U.S. Government to form a Republic and let the
American People and the rest of the world assume that it is an American
Republic --- when it isn't.
We've
had Scottish Commercial Corporations pass themselves off as our
unincorporated Federation of States doing business as The United States
of America. We've had Delaware Corporations and now, London-based
LLC's trying to pull the same tricks and a whole slew of Municipal
Corporations impersonating The United States, too.
Enough
is enough. We are here. We are awake. We see through your puerile
deceit and we have called all the former Colonialist Governments on the
carpet for it. We see you. We see what you did --- and what you are
still doing.
We
understand how you "European Colonial Powers" pretended to shut down
your oppressive extraterritorial regimes and give up your immoral
pillaging of other countries.
We
see how that was just a feel-good story for the Press, and how you
simply changed the jurisdiction of your Colonial operations and kept
right on skating.
Yes,
we see it all, clear as day, and we also see how you, Britain, abused
your position of trust as a Federal Subcontractor, to obtain by guile
what you could never obtain by force of arms. We see your gross Breach
of Trust and how you weaponized the District Court System to plunder and
pillage Americans under color of law.
There
is also no excuse for either Subcontractor disrespecting the Public
Laws of this country, including the Immigration and Naturalization
Laws.
Mr.
Trump's contractual obligations require him to close the borders and
deport anyone who arrived in this country without obeying the process
stipulated by our Public Law. That's what he is now doing and if Joe
Biden had honored his Constitutional obligations and limitations, we
wouldn't all be suffering this monumental crisis.
Any
veteran who thinks that the Constitutions apply to people in other
countries had better get a grip and make sure that the Constitutions he
fought for and swore an Oath to still apply to him, because in a lot of
cases, they don't.
Why?
Because
he, himself, has been misidentified and mischaracterized as a British
Subject and British Subjects are not owed any guarantees under the
Constitutions. Neither are Hondurans, Mexicans, or people from any
other foreign nation.
To
come back under the protections and guarantees of the Constitutions
that our American-born men and women have fought to preserve, they have
to -- on the public record -- withdraw from any presumption of U.S.
Citizenship and adopt their birthright status as American State
Nationals instead.
American State Nationals are the ones protected by the Constitutions --- not anyone else.
