5341-5345: International Public Notice: No Pact for the Future. from Lincoln County Watch

Over
the Easter weekend, perpetrators at the United Nations have attempted
to pass and adopt the so-called "Pact for the Future" by a process of
silent acquiescence: if nobody objects, it is considered to be
unanimously adopted.
This
is the same commercial contracting process that these same villains
attempt to force on everyone concerning "conferred" citizenship
obligations, --- like the "citizen of the United States" citizenship
status arbitrarily conferred on freed plantation slaves by the so-called
Fourteenth Amendment ---- and at heart, we find that this is what they
are trying to do here, too.
And
just as they used the "citizenship" obligations conferred on the former
Plantation Slaves as a means to re-enslave them to pay public debts,
they are attempting to enslave this entire planet using commercial law
and deceit right now.
They
are trying to confer "World Citizenship" obligations on everyone, and
making a bid to enter everyone into the permanent clutches of the
Jurisdiction of the Air, just as we explained regarding Pope Francis's
new office as "Patriarch of the West" and King Charles III's ascension
to being an "Imperial Majesty" in the Jurisdiction of the Air, which
leaves his office as King of England vacated.
These
rats are trying to use commercial contracting practices to latch upon
living men, and their deceit in this matter is self-evident.
Why else use acquiescence by silence as the method of adoption?
Why else pass this "Pact" on Easter Weekend, when nobody would be watching and listening to what they were doing?
They
are operating under their ancient Maxim -- "Let him who will be
deceived, be deceived." --- but we are not deceived and our Rat Watchers
have been on duty the entire time.
We
utterly and permanently object to the "Pact for the Future" and object
to any incorporated entity in any way associated with us being included
in voting for or accepting it for any purpose in any jurisdiction
whatsoever.
We
also object to any presumption of agreement for lack of objection by
all and any of the franchises of such corporations belonging to or
associated with us by any means, including the use of deceptively
similar names, used to seemingly implicate us -- for example, the use of
the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (INCORPORATED) to create the appearance
that we are going along with this.
This
means that all corporations that have been associated with us or our
country, including the Roman Municipal Estate Trusts established in our
names, for example, ANNA MARIA RIEZINGER and UTAH and UNITED KINGDOM and
so on, are permanently exempted by any such action by the United
Nations and the UN CORPORATION seeking to confer any "world citizenship"
obligations on us or our holdings worldwide, forever.
We will not entertain any further offers of this nature.
We
note that this was going on within three days of the Pope's death, so
as to not implicate him in these disastrous and illegal and immoral
"offers" by the United Nations.
We
urge all other governments to similarly stand up and make your
objections to this attempted criminal contracting process and
arbitrary "conferring" of citizenship obligations known.
We
are replying within three (3) days and expect for all our properties
and franchises and subsidiaries and associated Territorial and Municipal
corporations to be permanently exempted and withdrawn from any such
"Pact for the Future" or any similar presentation in the future.
While
the conventions of commerce usually allow for protracted negotiations
of offers and counter-offers related to proposed contracts and
agreements, the repeated presentation of thoroughly unacceptable,
criminal (proposed enslavement), or inequitable or fraudulent offers is
deemed a form of harassment subject to prosecution and damages.
If
we hear any more proposals such as those embodied in the "Pact for the
Future" coming from the United Nations organization or from the UN
CORPORATION, we will immediately and without further Due Process place a
Common Law Commercial Lien of $1 million trillion United States Dollars
defined as one ounce of pure silver per such dollar, on the offending
organization/corporation and its members/franchises as the
pre-established penalty for continuing to harass us with such one-sided
and patently evil nonsense.

Just Between Us

Millions
upon millions of American men are suffering from Benign Hyperplasia of
the Prostate (BPH). Virtually every man above the age of 50 suffers
from both reduced testosterone levels and BPH, an insidious silent
swelling of a small gland that wraps around the urethra in males and
gradually causes bladder retention, incontinence, and constant urges to
pee.
This
is embarrassing and debilitating for millions of men, but very little
has been done about it, because it generates huge revenues for drugs
like FlowMax, that offer at best temporary relief of BPH symptoms while
adding a roster of unpleasant symptoms of their own -- dizziness,
headaches, spikes in blood pressure....
Like
many other modern chronic diseases the incidence of BPH has skyrocketed
in recent decades. Something that impacted 10% of men over the age of
80 in 1900 now impacts nearly 100% of men over the age of 60 in 2025.
Clearly, something has changed-- and not for the better.
Clinical
studies have proven a link between levels of distorted, malformed
testosterone known as DHT and the onset and severity of BPH. As the
male body gradually slows down testosterone production beginning at
about age 40, the observed ratio between normal testosterone and DHT
shifts in favor of DHT.
For
many years nobody knew why. It was assumed that it was a normal process
related to aging, but it turns out that DHT is actually the result of
childhood vaccinations.
Chemicals
in those shots taken decades earlier came to rest in the interstitial
cells of the testicles, causing the cells to produce DHT instead of
normal testosterone. When the cells producing normal testosterone shut
down, the cells producing DHT simply continue on. Without normal
testosterone to mask the nasty effects of DHT, the entire roster of
clinical symptoms associated with DHT appear.
And the suffering begins for millions upon millions of men.
In
an era of heart transplants and space travel, the only answers
available to treat men have been diuretics and the Foley Catheter,
invented in 1929.
For
almost a century, there has been no significant, widely available
advance in treatment options. Surgical interventions seeking to
mechanically reduce the size of the prostate have proven dangerous and
can lead to permanent impotence and incontinence.
Realistically,
the attitude has been -- you are going to be impotent and incontinent
anyway, so might as well take a scalpel to the problem, and charge you
$50,000. Something good might come of it, but for the vast majority of
men undergoing surgical intervention, it only further complicates the
problem.
Only
one effective and permanent solution has ever been found, and that is
to remove the vaccination chemicals from the body, and remove the DHT
that the chemically damaged interstitial cells produce from the
bloodstream.
Once
this is done, the prostate "deflates" back down to its natural size and
all the noxious symptoms and side effects of its inflammation vanish as
if they never were.
The
new detoxification and EM frequency therapies coupled with
alpha-lycopene supplementation can finally accomplish this magic trick.

that long, slow, nasty descent into being dependent on a catheter and

International Public Notice: What is Really Going On

After
300 years, the truth about Britain, the Company or "Firm", which was
never a country, is coming out of the closet. And it's a bit like
discovering that your foot is a hat.
At
the same time, Americans are discovering that they've been shanghaied
like conscripts in the French Foreign Legion--- and it's been done to
them by their own public employees.
If
you want to be grossly simple, the quote-unquote American Armed Forces
have actually been functioning as mercenaries under the direction of the
British Crown since 1860, and this country has been under martial law
and illegal occupation since the spring of 1863.
All these evils have been visited upon us in strictest secrecy.
Things
began to crack open in the 1980s when a retired general named Roy
Schwasinger got involved in a fight to save family ranches and farms
from predatory banks. Collected together, these court cases known as
the Farm Union Cases eventually made it all the way to the U.S. Supreme
Court.
It
was at this time that senior members of the military, retirees and
active duty, began to be aware of the gross corruption that infested not
only the Federal Civil Service, but the military, too. The deeper
they delved, the worse the stench.
But what to do about it?
Most
of the worst of it occurred because the military itself was corrupted
and run amok. All this happened on their watch. They could be blamed
for it, so as bad as the circumstance was, it was always a hot potato.
Any full confession could lead to a noose, and so could standing around
and not doing anything about it.
For the American Armed Forces it has been a classic damned if you do and damned if you don't for over 150 years.
Finally,
one soldier said to another soldier --- what the heck, we have the
power -- the real power. We have the duty and the honor to take out the
trash. Even if it's our own politicians and bureaucrats.
All enemies, both foreign and domestic.
Nods were nodded.
And
so, it began, quietly but with determination, and as the tentacles of
the Beast were discovered, more so-called White Hats were recruited from
military and police services around the world.
Now
it's time to throw the politicians, the bankers, and the bureaucrats
under the bus, circle the wagons, and make the military look good ---
despite the fact that they are still lying by omission, and the fact
that they are still trying to maintain monopolistic control of banking
and commodities markets worldwide.
They
may be White Hats -- now, but what about ten years down the road, when
the present leaders have passed on or retired? The same kind of
subterranean rot can set in at any moment, when there is no provision
for actual accountability and transparency, and almost unlimited
possibilities for coercive control made available by monopolizing bank
services.
What
we are seeing right now is what always happens. Good men gain control
and the world blossoms --- until they retire, or die, and the next
generation of leaders comes to power. This next bunch is always weaker,
less resolute, less informed, less determined. This is because they
haven't had to overcome the obstacles and pay the prices of their
elders.
And
so, what starts out with good intentions and good works, is doomed to
corruption, rot, and failure, because men don't admit their mistakes in
public, and make no effective plans to prevent it all from happening
again.
We've seen this picture show before; our original Federal Plan was destroyed in just 80 years.
The
sons and grandsons of the Founding Fathers didn't have the foresight,
selflessness, or wisdom of their Predecessors. They hadn't faced the
dangers and paid the costs, so they stupidly frittered away and failed
to safeguard what they took for granted.
So,
the White Hats are setting up two monopolies, still under British
control, to take over all trade and commercial banking on the planet.
They
will try to excuse this by decrying the human trafficking and money
laundering and other crimes of the old system --- but monopolization is
not the way to prevent these evils. Monopolization serves to make
abuse of the system more likely, and for this abuse to occur on a
grander scale.
Thus,
even though Mr. Trump and Company may believe that they are doing the
right thing to ensure proper functioning of the banking and financial
sectors by making themselves the absolute masters and comptrollers, sans
public oversight, they are ignoring the lessons of history when they
do.
Even
if they succeed and even if they act as honest and honorable men, even
if they uphold the honor of the nations they serve, evil will grow out
of good just as readily as it grows out of evil.
This is the root of our advice to young people: evil will use your virtues against you, just as skillfully as your vices.
So
even if we have men of sterling character, absolute patriots intent on
serving the cause of freedom and all the grim resolve that our present
circumstance may merit --- even so --- the truth remains a two-edged
sword, and cannot be avoided.
The
military wants the coercive power of money and taxation and wants the
trust they feel that they deserve, but those that want such power should
never have it, and those that think in terms of their own deserving
have missed the point of all their prior failings.
Control
of money, banking, and finances must be public and must be controlled
by the public. We can never again allow these functions to be ruled
over by private interests acting without accountability.
The
U.S. (British Territorial) Congress privatized the monetary functions
available in its jurisdiction, abdicated its own fiduciary
responsibility, and brought this rot upon the world.
We can't bring an end to it by yielding even greater power to those persons and institutions who created the Mess.
The
newswires are ablaze with reports that Mr. Trump has taken over the
Bank of England and over twenty other "Rothschild Banks" and people are
celebrating in the streets --- but taking these institutions over and
seizing upon their wealth may be part of the Rothschild's own plan to
take over the world banking system.
Indeed,
such a collapse of National Banks would have to precede the institution
of an even more oppressive scheme, all controlled by the same
unelected, unaccountable persons.
Until
the banking and financial functions are squarely under public oversight
again, it would be premature to celebrate what may simply be a
consolidation of power in the hands of mercenaries working for the
British Crown.
We hate to burst the patriotic bubble, but when two plus two does not add up to four, we are constrained to raise a hand.
Until
Public Fiduciary Deputies step forward and take up the reins, and
provide a simple, transparent, and secure banking system, there is no
safeguard in unaccountable military administrators, particularly
military administrators who may be hired as mercenaries by unknown
foreign interests operating under conditions of secrecy.
For example,
it's entirely possible that the Rothschilds hired Donald Trump to take
over the Bank of England and their other operations. They may have hired
him to protect Israel, just as other interests may have paid him to
negotiate peace in Ukraine.
We
are left with the spectacle of Donald Trump headlining Operation Warp
Speed, the spectacle of Donald Trump supporting Netanyahu's genocide in
Gaza, the spectacle of Donald Trump negotiating with a puppet that the
CIA installed as "President" of Ukraine, the spectacle of Donald Trump
backing China down in a Trade War weaponized by unpaid trade balances,
the spectacle of 20,000 Canadian illegal immigrants romping over our
border, the spectacle of the U.S. Supreme Court "forgetting" its actual
function, and so much more that is haywire, upside down and backwards,
and which can only be explained in terms of unrevealed economic
interests, unrevealed sidebar service contracts, and veiled power
struggles taking place in private contexts.
"Don't take any wooden nickels," our Mothers would warn us, even three decades after the Great Depression.
The
same advice applies today. The Good will appear Bad, and the Bad will
appear to be Good. The news that is omitted will be the news that
counts. Be forewarned that nothing about this whole situation is
simple, none of it is fully disclosed, and the eerie silence that hangs
over some topics is like a red flag snapping in the breeze.
What
form of law do these new banks operate under? Who actually owns them?
Whose assets underwrite them? Are the actual asset owners aware and in
control? Are all the living people who have been impersonated and
"securitized" as chattels now released? If not, why not? When is the
IRS going to be sacked for privateering and the whole fetid kickback and
double-dip scheme thrown out?

International Public Notice: Exiting the Criminal System

Ever
wonder why, if the government prints the money, there is any need to
tax people? Why not just print up what they need and save the billions
of dollars worth of time and money wasted every year on tax records and
tax research and tax consultants? To say nothing of all the anxiety
imposed on people? Why have taxes at all?
This
becomes an even more important question when you realize that the
government does in fact just print more money to satiate its needs.
This is what causes inflation -- the devaluation of the money in your
pocket.
So.....What is going on here?
If you thought it had anything to do with collecting money to pay for roads and schools and fire hydrants, you'd be wrong.
The
Grace Report proved beyond any doubt that the money collected by the
Internal Revenue Service/IRS (yes, there are two such "services")
doesn't pay for any services or infrastructure at all.
All
the money collected by the Internal Revenue Service and IRS go to
service the so-called "National Debt", and each year, more debt is added
to the Principal, and each year, more is added to the Interest on this
debt.
The
real world purpose of the Federal Income Tax is to remove money from
the economy, specifically, your private sector economy, which is a
deflationary action and serves to increase the value of the remaining
"dollars".
The
Federal Income Tax, then, is the pressure valve of the monetary system
--- the tax collection deflates the currency and increases its relative
market value, while the government's printing of money is inflationary
and decreases the value of the currency.
Just
imagine the Economy as an Army Mule, with the Federal Income Tax being
the left-hand goad and the government printing presses being the
right-hand goad, and the President of this operation being the
Mule-skinner, geeing and hawing his way down the road.
So
now you finally know what the actual use and purpose of the Federal
Income Tax is, and why it is necessary. Without its deflationary offset
functions, there would only be inflation and a constant, steady,
inexorable devaluation of the fiat currency.
This is what happens anyway, it just happens more slowly by using the tax to offset the spending.
The
death of all fiat monetary systems begins with the moment of their
birth. To better understand this, return to Joe's Hamburger Shop.
The
Federal Worker appears. It's lunch time. He's hungry. He orders a
hamburger, and you, Joe, get busy and fix him one. After he has eaten
it with much satisfaction, he gives you a "Federal Reserve Note" ---
which is a Promissory Note, otherwise known as an I.O.U. issued by the
Federal Reserve Banks.
This
peculiar I.O.U. doesn't have a date when it is to be repaid and it
doesn't stipulate how or with what commodity or service it will be
repaid. It is not a negotiable instrument of any kind and has no value.
None at all. We have provided numerous court cases that leave
absolutely no doubt about this: if you steal a stack of Federal Reserve
Notes, you can't be charged with theft.
So,
you've been given a literally worthless I.O.U. in inequitable exchange
for a hamburger plus your labor to make that hamburger, and you have
accepted this I.O.U. because the presentment was made under color of law
as legal tender.
The debt is all on the side of the government worker and the government corporation issuing the "note".
The credit accruing from this transaction is all on your side, Joe.
And
here's the kicker -- you thought that it was your government issuing
this I.O.U., but it was actually a foreign Municipal corporation doing
business as either "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" or "THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA" --- Incorporated.
After
a while those for-profit foreign corporations go bankrupt and leave
you, Joe, holding the debt, because you, Joe, are their purported
Underwriter.
This
is how the government "Service Providers" contrive to make you pay all
their bills, and then also pay all their debts, plus interest. And
finally soak you a third time to pay off their bankruptcies.
On
the private side, you paid for their hamburger with your goods and
services up front, then later, on the public side, you paid off their
resulting debt to you as a tax that you paid "for" them, and finally,
they get in one more lick when they charge off their debts in bankruptcy
and leave you standing as their Underwriter.
Seen
from this standpoint, the Federal Income Tax is a "forgiveness" of debt
that they, the federal corporations and workers--- both Territorial and
Municipal -- owe you. It's a "gift" -- extracted under conditions of
deceit and violence and color of law. And this is exactly what we find
when we dig into it.
The
Federal Income Tax is a "gift and estate tax"--- a tax on your gift to
them and on your Municipal Estate --- a public trust, which they
gratuitously created and now administer "for" you as yet another service
you never asked for and never wanted.
Wrap
your heads around this: you give them the hamburger and your labor to
create it, in exchange for an I.O.U. ----and this creates their debt to
you.
You have already paid their debt with actual goods and services and this makes you their Creditor.
Next, they charge the debt they owe to you back to you, and collect a tax from you, to pay the debt they owe to you, plus interest.
Think of it in terms of net transactions:
(A)
Hamburger worth $10 given by Joe in exchange for Sam's I.O.U. Net
result: (Uncle) Sam owes Joe $10. Joe is Sam's Creditor.
But....
(B)
Uncle Sam, the actual Debtor, writes up a tax bill for $10, plus
interest, and assesses it against Joe. Net result: Joe is being
charged another $10 for the hamburger he already gave to Sam, plus interest.
Yes,
Joe, you not only already paid for their hamburger, now you are being
hit up to pay the "debt" they accrued for the hamburger, plus interest
-- literally a 100% gift tax, plus interest, on your "gift" to them, and
all extracted from your "estate" while you are still alive.
The
Federal Reserve, the IRS, the whole system, is nothing but a huge
constructive fraud scheme designed to drain actual goods and services
out of the private economy and make a gross 100% plus interest tax free
profit for this "service".
You buy the hamburger and provide the labor to make it.
Then, you get charged a 100% gift tax, plus interest, on this "gift".
So you pay for their hamburger twice. Plus interest.
You pay for it once with actual goods and services.
You pay for it twice as taxation on a debt you don't owe, plus interest.
Each
time, you are the actual Creditor, but you are not credited for
providing the actual hamburger; it's only when you pay for that
hamburger a second time and discharge Uncle Sam's debt to you, that the
stinking matter finally gets settled.
The
Miscreants responsible sniff and look at you suspiciously as if you
were the Debtor and the Guilty Party, when in fact, Uncle Sam has
double-dipped and skipped town.
This
accounting "error" creates the appearance of a debt where none exists
and then provides for interest payments on this non-existent debt, which
is ultimately owed to you, Joe. All of it is owed to you.
Finally,
the foreign corporations responsible for this gross fraud, bad faith,
and breach of contract go bankrupt. And they charge this off to you,
too, so that you, Joe, the actual Creditor of the whole Shebang, are
cast in the role of the Insurer/Underwriter of the privateers who have
already robbed you twice.
And you get to pay for it all a third time.
Now
you and all the other victims of this outrageous scam are stuck paying
for not only all the hamburgers the rats owe you, but also all the
armaments and ads and politicians they bought on your dime.
They claim, falsely, that you are the debtor, Joe.
And you just stand there like a rabbit in the headlights.
The
IRS and the Internal Revenue Service both need to be shut down, because
they are engaged in criminal international privateering and commercial
fraud. The Federal Reserve needs to be shut down for the same reason.
The Government Accounting Office needs to be reamed out and totally
audited and disciplined for never bringing forward the AUTOTRIS accounts
and balancing the books. The various Treasury Departments need the
same treatment. Every player and administrator and manager involved in
this scheme needs to be hauled out of their den, arrested, prosecuted,
and sent to prison for a long, long time.
Things
have gotten too hot for the knaves and charlatans, so they have
scurried around and tried to come up with a new version of the old
scheme.
Now,
though forced to seek some new business partners, they propose to set
up two (2) new monopolies to replace the "Federal Reserve" and the
"United States Treasury" -- both under British control, to replace the
old gig.
Please
remind yourselves that every time you see UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
(Incorporated) or any other incorporated entity using a name that seems
to be American, you are actually looking at a British Crown operation.
They are pretending to be us and using our Good Names as storefronts.
It
is well known that the British counterpart ran to BRICs and became a
member almost immediately. So be aware that they are embedded under
their own name (for once) in the BRICs organization and are busy
meddling and controlling. BRICs is set up as the new monopoly
controlling physical gold and other physical assets.
The
so-called Quantum Financial System (QFS) is set up to be the monopoly
controlling commercial instruments --- credit and debt notes, stocks,
bonds, and securities.
China plays a lynchpin part in this scheme.
Britain,
India, Brazil, Russia all gang up and counterbalance China in the BRICS
organization, while the "US" --- meaning the British Crown Corporation
calling itself the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA counterbalances China in the
QFS.
So
there you have the two new multinational monopolies, BRICS controlling
physical assets and QFS controlling commercial assets, and the only real
change that this represents is that more hands are in the respective
pots.
China
is the only one discomfited. The Brits have identified China as the
"tipping point" --- and are bent on destroying China's ability to
influence what they want to control and influence using their own
British entity to control and influence BRICs and their "American"
knock-off corporation to control and influence QFS.
If,
like us, you don't trust these vicious criminals despite their nice
tweed suits, please consider that banking is an occupation of common
right and it doesn't have to be this way.
The
con artists and war-mongers can be exposed for what they are. The
monopolists can be detected and overturned. Most of all, their
"enforcement arm", the members of the Bar Associations, can be
recognized for their part in creating, enforcing, and profiting from
this worldwide criminality and fraud:
We,
the actual Americans, have not been idle. Since 2007 we have been
