Will the Constitution Be Voted Down with Trump’s Support Prior to Trump Taking Office?

It looks like Philip Giraldi ( https://www.unz.com/pgiraldi/israel-wins-the-us-election/ ) and Mike Whitney ( https://www.globalresearch.ca/trump-picks-neocon-warhawks-devoted-israel/5872821 ) are correct. Israel, not MAGA, won the election.
The current Democrat Majority Leader of the Senate, the current Republican Speaker of the House, the current Republican President-elect all agree that it is more important to protect Israel from criticism than to protect the First Amendment.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer hopes to attach his “Antisemitism Awareness Act” to the National Defense Authorization Act. By avoiding a standalone vote against the First Amendment, Schumer’s maneuver allows senators to vote for national defense rather than for censorship. Schumer self-describes himself not as a guardian of the US Constitution, but as a Guardian of Israel (see video: https://www.infowars.com/posts/schumer-moves-to-silence-criticism-of-israel-as-hate-speech-with-antisemitism-awareness-act). For Schumer, shielding Israel from accountability is more important than upholding the Constitution of the United States.
House Speaker Johnson got the Atisemitism Awareness Act passed months ago on a standalone basis. Obviously, House Republicans agree with Democrats that protecting Israel from accountability is more important than the First Amendment and truth.
Last Friday President-elect Trump said that American universities must “end antisemitic propaganda” or “lose their accreditation and federal taxpayer support” (https://thepostmillennial.com/trump-puts-us-colleges-on-notice-to-end-antisemitic-propaganda-or-lose-their-accreditation-and-federal-taxpayer-support ). For Trump, protests against the massacre of Palestinians is “antisemitic propaganda.”
The Constitution and the First Amendment have withstood through time many assaults, but no longer has sufficient commitment from those sworn to uphold it to withstand the Israel Lobby’s assault.
The legislation does not define antisemitism. It seems to be anything the Israel Lobby doesn’t like. Criticism of Israel’s treatment of Palestinians, for example, would seem to qualify as demonizing Jews as murderers. Criticism of the Holocaust narrative on a factual basis would seem to be guilty of stereotyping Jews as liars or as endangering Jews by denying an attempted genocide against them.
It is unclear what the penalties are. Campus protests against Israel seem to trigger a cancellation of federal aid to the university for not somehow preventing the students from protesting.
In a way the act is an attack on Christianity. To celebrate Easter could become antisemitism as Christ’s resurrection is from death from cruxifixction demanded by Jews. This could be considered threatening to Jews by supporting a stereotypical image and by demonizing them as enemies of Christianity.
The question is why is a law that is a direct attack on the US Constitution, that is, a direct attack on the United States, with such a wide range of possible adverse consequences needed?
It is not needed.
White gentile ethnicities, and white gentile civilization are attacked every day in US university classrooms, and no one is calling for protection for gentile Western civilization against free speech. Iran and Muslims are verbally attacked. Putin is attacked. China is attacked. The rich are attacked. How is it that Jews are too special to be criticized?
The reason that censorship is about to become law is because Trump, Schumer, Thompson and the members of the House and Senate want and need Jewish campaign contributions. This is far more important to them than free speech, without which there can be no truth.
A country in which free speech is impermissible or regulated cannot be made great, not even by Trump.
Think about it: How is it possible for Trump to put any pressure on Israel to moderate in the interest of peace when pressure on Israel implies criticism? Any US pressure on Israel would be antisemitic and grounds for a new range of accusations against Trump.
Think about it: As the Antisemitism Awareness Act is unconstitutional on its face, why are Republicans and Democrats unified in passing an unconstitutional act? For the Supreme Court to accept the constitutionality of this legislation would mean the United States has fallen off the Constitution and most certainly cannot be made great again.

Among the many slips between cup and lip of which I have warned await Trump and his administration is the long gap between the election of the President and his inauguration in office. As I pointed out, this long time–two and one-half months–gives the current administration the ability to commit the policies of the new president in directions to which he is opposed.
In former times when American politics were still civilized and respectful, the party in office was careful not to commit the President-elect to courses of action that the people had rejected.
This political courtesy ceased when the Democrat Party became an ideological party determined to replace a merit-based society, redefined as “racist,” with a DEI privileged-based society based on race and gender in which the important values are Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, all words defined to destroy the power and community of white ethnic heterosexual Americans. Thus the open borders and announcements from American corporations and the Secretary of Defense that there are too many white employees and military officers and the hiring and promotion of white gentile heterosexual males are on hold. Yes, all of this happened whether or not you read about in the New York Times or heard about it on CNN and NPR, which, of course, you did not.
During Trump’s first term, the Democrats and the Ruling Deep State Elite were able to use the whore American media to block President Trump’s intention to “normalize relations with Russia.” The Russiagate hoax was created by the CIA, Department of Justice (sic), FBI, Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party, and fully supported by the whore American media. The false claim was that Trump and Putin conspired to steal the election from Hillary. All of the charges led to investigations that plagued Trump’s first term in office and prevented him for normalizing relations as any such diplomacy would have been used by the Democrats, Deep State, and whore American media to portray Trump as a “Russian agent.”
To make it impossible for Trump to enter office with good relations with Russia, in addition to “Russiagate,” as Gilbert Doctorow reminds us, the corrupt Obama regime unlawfully seized Russian consular properties in San Francisco, and I think elsewhere, in order to bring Trump into office with poisoned relations with Moscow.
This time in November, 2024, the totally corrupt Biden Regime, has blocked any peaceful settlement negotiated by Trump of the Russian/Ukrainian conflict by reversing Biden’s decision and giving go ahead for the US/NATO to launch missiles from Ukrainian territory into Russia. The senile idiot, manipulated by his warmonger advisors, has possibly started WWIII.
Recently in an interview with Russian television I expressed my opinion that such a trap was desired by the neoconservatives for Trump, but that I thought the Pentagon would block the approval. There are so many reports that the Biden regime has given a green light to NATO launching missiles from Ukraine into Russia that the information must be correct. We hear it from Russian state television “news of the week.” We hear it from The Washington Post. We hear it from AP News. And so on.
Here we have a classic example of how an outgoing administration can commit an incoming one and thereby forestall its electoral agenda. It is now happening before our eyes, although the whore American media will do everything possible to hide the truth.
The question is: What will Putin do now if the red line that Putin says is the fatal one is actually crossed and Western missiles begin hitting targets inside Russia? Will it prove to be, like all other red lines Putin has declared, not to be real?
In light of Putin’s non-confrontational behavior, if the missile attacks begin prior to Trump’s inauguration, possibly Putin will wait and see what Trump does to reverse the decision before Putin releases death and destruction on the Western World.
The crazed neoconservatives and Deep State have pressured Biden into a decision that places the entire world in a situation where destruction of all life possibly awaits.
Why did a single American vote for such a cruel, inhuman, morally vacant, anti-American political Democrat party that is willing to risk life on earth for Washington’s hegemony and the profits of the military/security complex?
Why did the European Union regret Trump’s election?
Why does the Western media support actions that result in the end of the world?
The final question and the most important one is: What can President-elect Trump do about it?
He can, prior to his inauguration, call Putin and tell him to hold off, that once inaugurated as President, he will reverse the policy and permit no missile attacks on Russia.
Will Putin believe that Trump can deliver? Considering the war cabinet Trump has appointed, can Trump make a decision independently of his government?
The situation is complicated by the fact that Trump’s appointees are aligned against Iran and for Israel. Neither Russia nor China can stand aside from an US/Israeli attack on Iran.
Putin probably wonders if “Making America Great Again” also implies military dominance. Trump’s supporters are tired of losing wars. They want to win one. Trump cannot lose the war in Ukraine unless he can present peace as an accomplishment.
Gilbert Doctorow tells us this morning that the situation is not yet as serious as it can become. Based on reports he has seen, the use of the missiles against Russia are limited to a 186 mile range within the Kursk region. Washington’s excuse for green-lighting the missiles is the reported but inaccurate narrative that 12,000 North Korean soldiers have joined the Russian forces confronting Ukraine.
Perhaps Washington is betting that the limits placed for now on the use of the missiles will not trip Putin’s red line, but Putin has to know that the ante will be upped as Washington finds the next excuse. Moreover, the Kursk nuclear power plant is within the permitted range of the missiles. Would Putin stand aside from a radioactive cloud released over Russian territory?
As for the North Korean troops, Doctorow offers the insight that their presence in Russia is not related to the conflict in Ukraine. Rather, the North Korean soldiers presence demonstrates that Russia’s sphere of influence has expanded and that Russia’s border with North Korea makes it easy for Russia to enable North Korea to overrun South Korea at any time. In other words, at some point Putin might join Washington in escalating the conflict into wider war.
Clearly, my warning was correct that Putin’s go-slow war with Ukraine would widen into a dangerous situation, which it has now done with Washington’s approval of using missiles to strike inside Russian territory. I wonder if Putin now regrets his limited military operation and his decision not to quickly knock Ukraine out of action before the West could get involved in the war.
