5089-5096: International Public Notice: About HAARP. from Lincoln County Watch

HAARP
was developed as part of President Reagan's Star Wars initiative. It
was developed by engineers working for Arco Alaska, a major oil company
in Alaska at that time. The project was led by an engineer named
Bernard Eastlund.
The HAARP installation which still stands in Gakona, Alaska, now belongs to the University of Alaska-Fairbanks.
HAARP was one of the very first large-scale scalar technology developments, but it is now 37 years old and a dinosaur.
Think
about how much computers have changed since 1987. That should be
enough to tell you, basically, how much scalar technologies have changed
and expanded, too.
HAARP,
per se, is not the problem. It's the rampant, unregulated, commercial
development of scalar technologies that is the problem.
The
United States Trademark and Patent Office has been managed, illegally,
by SERCO, a British Territorial Municipal Corporation. SERCO has been
approving patents that openly admit to criminal purposes and criminal
intent. It has also arbitrarily suppressed patents that compete with
British Territorial business interests in the name of "National
Security".
Meantime,
the corporations, both commercial and municipal, have been busily
developing all sorts of new and better ways to kills people, plants, and
animals.
Scalar weapons are now mobile and have integrated ship-to-shore installations.
They
now come in many different configurations and are used for different
purposes, from interrupting electrical signals within a designated 3-D
space, to concentrated microwave beams used to cause earthquakes and
fires, to other adaptations that are used to create violent storms and
alter natural weather patterns -- generating a plethora of effects from
hurricanes and storm surges to drought.
People
just hearing about this for the first time try to discount what we are
telling them, but we were there on the ground in 1987.
The
United Nations has had a formal Environmental Modification Treaty
(ENMOD Treaty) on the books since 1974, and some of those reading this
have cause to know that the same players who are misbehaving now used
these same technologies (at a much earlier state of development) to
interfere with the Monsoon during the Vietnam War --- actually, the
Vietnam (Commercial Mercenary) Conflict.
Commercial
corporations like Microsoft have been given licenses by the Municipal
corporations (like DARPA) to develop these technologies and they have
been given a free hand to do so. The result is a vast proliferation of
unregulated "secret" development of scalar technologies by commercial
corporations seeking to benefit themselves for profit-making purposes.
There
is evidence that the entire "vaccine" debacle was promoted under the
exact same scenario: SERCO granting patents to Municipal Corporations
like DARPA, and DARPA licensing development to commercial corporations
like Microsoft and Pfizer, which then concoct whatever scheme they wish
to pursue to make commercial profit for themselves and profit for the
municipal corporations giving them the license to do this.
We
are all being abused and victimized by reckless criminal corporations
of two kinds --- commercial and municipal, both motivated by profit and
engaged in profiteering at any cost.
So, what to do? Start dismembering corporations and arresting CEOs and Boards of Directors.
Start examining the banks that are providing the funds for all these heinous and unregulated developments.
Hold them all accountable.

International Public Notice: More Explicitly About "Our" Elections

Yesterday,
we made it clear that the American Elections for Public Offices in this
country have been suspended for many years without the Public being
made aware of this fact.
We noted the difference between our calendar and the calendar used by the Federal Subcontractors.
This difference results in our Presidents being inaugurated in March, not January.
The elections currently ongoing in this country are not elections for any Public Office.
The
election involving Donald Trump and Kamala Harris is for the
"presidency" of a Federal Corporation which is a foreign governmental
services provider that is supposed to be operating under one of the
Federal Constitutions.
By analogy, Larry is President of a country called The Federation of Liptonian States. Felix is President of a corporation calling itself the Federation of Liptonian States (Incorporated).
This is the sleight of hand that has been going on here for over a hundred and sixty years.
The
British Territorial Subcontractors simply confused people as to which
(and which kind) of presidential office was being filled, and
substituted their corporation's "President" for our country's
President.
This
act of gross Breach of Trust and Fraud results in all elections and all
election results in the past 164 years being conceived in fraud, and
all rendered null and void.
The
corporate election results for their "Presidential" Election in 2020
were tampered with. We know that, but it doesn't matter, because the
popular vote itself doesn't count.
Their Presidents are actually elected by the Electoral College.
That's
how Gavin Newsom and other scum get away with letting illegal migrants
vote in these corporate elections. Not a single popular vote cast in
any of these elections count. It's a farce.
The
only political purpose these elections have, is to mollify the public
and make people think that their votes matter ----when they don't. This
is another act of fraud against the Public Interest perpetuated by
these foreign "service" corporations.
The
only practical purpose these elections have, is to create presumed
"shareholders" for these perennially mismanaged and bankrupted
corporations.
Unknown
to the victims of this fraud scheme, when they "register to vote" they
enfranchise themselves --- like a Dairy Queen franchise -- and become
responsible for the debts of the parent corporation. They also accept
the policies of the parent corporation as "law" and obligate themselves
to obey these policies -- whatever they may be.
They also unknowingly donate their proxy as shareholders to whomever the Electoral College selects.
The
results of these "elections" are fraudulent in that the actual
mechanisms are not disclosed to and understood by the participants.
They don't know they are participating in a straw poll.
The
voters are deliberately misled to think that they are electing the
President of this country, when in fact, they are not electing anyone to
any office, and even if their votes did count, they would instead be
electing the "President" of a foreign governmental services
corporation.
Neither
are the participants aware that by registering to vote in these
elections, they are accepting the debts and policies of these foreign
corporations as law and giving away their proxy to whoever "wins" the
Electoral College vote.
So,
not only was there gross election fraud in their 2020 Election, and not
only will there be gross election fraud in their 2024 Election --- if
it is allowed to go forward at all --- but the election itself is
fraudulent in all these ways.
These corporate elections are misrepresented as Public Elections when they don't result in filling any Public Office.
These
corporate elections are misrepresented as popular elections in which
the votes of the people count, when in fact, they are just straw
polls.
These
corporate elections are misrepresented in that the ill-effect on the
voters is not disclosed; people are not aware of the financial and other
obligations they are taking on by registering to vote and participating
in these straw polls.
For
these reasons, we consider these elections to be criminal in nature,
designed to entrap and defraud and unconscionably obligate voters as
part of a gross constructive fraud against the people these corporations
are supposed to serve in good faith and honor.

While On Mop and Bucket Duty....

The information we just shared out about the whole January 6th Set
Up is the sort of educational recap we have to do to glean the "value"
out of the experience and make people think -- and remember -- so that
nobody has to suffer the same sorts of miseries again.
The
only time that Americans should go to Washington, DC from now on, is to
Roto Rooter it out, pressure wash it, and evict the thieves.
After
Saladin captured Jerusalem, he had the whole city washed clean and
strewn with rose petals. It's about time for that again.
Already today we
detailed why these political party elections that are gobbling up
everyone's attention are fraudulent, and why we don't participate in
them.
It's
not because we are Luddites. It's not because we are protesting
anything. We simply recognize the fraud and the fact that these
elections are a queer mixture of useless effort and entrapment.
The
popular vote doesn't actually count. The Electors of the Electoral
College cast the only votes that matter. The rest of us are,
unknowingly, participating in a straw poll.
That
would be harmless enough, but additionally, the price for voting in
this toothless popularity poll is identifying yourself as a franchisee,
obligated to pay the debts racked up by the parent corporation and to
obey the policies of these foreign corporations as if they were law.
In

The January 6th Narrative Unravelled Completely

We began warning people not to attend the January 6th Rally
in Washington, DC, at least two months before the event. Many patriot
groups and leaders heard from me personally, including the
Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, CSPOA, and their
leader, Stewart Rhodes.
The
leadership of RUSA (now restyling itself as The Constitutional
Republic) was also warned, along with President Trump, the various Tax
Truth organizations, and anyone else who would listen.
We told them not to go. We told them it was a trap.
This was not based on any special "intel". This was based on common sense.
These
people were walking straight into the Municipality of Washington, DC, a
foreign independent international city-state, which is not friendly
toward Americans.
The
people going there thought of this as their Capitol, but the Federal
Capitol has never been the American Capitol. Ever. Not in over 200
years of its history.
The American Capitol is Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The
Federal Capitol is a foreign and separate enslave cut out of the fabric
of the District of Columbia, another foreign and international
set-aside, use-permitted to our Federal Subcontractors by Virginia and
Maryland.
While
Donald Trump styles himself as a great patriot, the Municipality of
Washington, DC, is anything but pro-American or pro-Constitution. They
have an entire foreign Municipal Code devoted to defrauding and
disarming and depopulating our country. They have no respect for
America or its principles.
They certainly don't hold themselves accountable for obeying any Constitution on their home turf.
So, knowing this, it was a no-brainer for us to raise the alarm and plead with everyone not to go to DC on January 6th. We knew, more or less, what would be waiting for them: a foreign, hostile municipal corporation, ready to pounce.
Stewart Rhodes swaggered right into their trap and led a lot of other good people with him.
You don't know what you don't know.
We've tried to explain this situation numerous times, to the Colorado Nine, to the Bundys, to the January 6th Protestors..... to no avail.

International Public Notice: Nobody is a "Sovereign Citizen"

Putting
the two words "sovereign" and "citizen" together results in an
oxymoron. One cannot be a sovereign and a citizen at the same time.
The words and the positions implied are mutually self-exclusive.
According
to Literary Devices.net: An oxymoron is a figure of speech that pairs
two opposing or contradictory words, such as "original copy" or "silent
scream".
Or "civilian military", for example.
All
the oft-repeated attempts to label people as "sovereign citizens"
result in gobbledygook and no actionable status, because by definition,
no such persons exist.
All
protestations otherwise, by the FBI or any other former Agency or
Departmental Personnel, are fanciful, frivolous, and nonsensical.
So we may dispense with the idea that any Sovereign Citizens exist, much less cause any problems in this country or any other.
What
we have instead, are Americans who were illegally and unlawfully
impersonated, coming forward under national and international law to
demand redress.
These
Americans owe no allegiance to the British Crown, no public service
obligations as citizens of any Federal entity at all. Instead, they are
the long-lost employers of the Federal Government, coming home, claiming
their birthright, and peacefully assembling their traditional and
customary government.
No
Federal Department, Agency, or Official has any authority to
misrepresent, mischaracterize, or misaddress these Americans. No court
lacking a fully disclosed contract has any authority to summon or
address these people in any way whatsoever. They are foreign.
They have always been foreign with respect to these Federal Subcontractors, and they still are.
It
follows that the Federal Bureau of Investigation which is currently
chasing its tail and attempting to come out of a sixty year stupor, has
no right, reason, or cause to mislabel their foreign sovereigns as
"Sovereign Citizens".
We
are "sovereign" alright, and we have the case law and contracts and
treaties to prove that; but we owe no citizenship obligations to any
Federal entity.
Some
of us are, indeed, State Citizens, and serve the government of our
State of the Union --- but our form of Citizenship is voluntary and
non-contractual and foreign, in no way resembling the indentured
servitude and slavery engaged in by the citizenry of our foreign
incorporated Federal Subcontractors.
We
are hearing the hue and cry from those same Subcontractors and also
from their subcontractors, who are intent on attacking and
misrepresenting American sovereigns as "Sovereign Citizens" and mounting
a veritable little propaganda campaign against us and against what we
are doing, when it is perfectly clear who we are and that our activities
are contractually guaranteed.
We
suggest that the mouthpieces of these foreign corporations immediately
retreat to their respective cubicles and study American History non-stop
and for as long as it takes. This, please note, is a subject quite
apart from any form of "United States History".
Our
delusional employees need to learn that we authored the Constitutions
and our position with respect to them is as Principals owed
performance. We don't live "under" any Constitution as our Federal
Employees do; instead, we are here to peacefully enforce the
Constitutions, and we have full right to do so.
These
facts need to be conveyed --- forcefully --- to any U.S. Citizen or
citizen of the United States flapping their jaws and denigrating us as
"Sovereign Citizens".

International Public Notice: Caught

We have repeatedly uncovered the secret role of the British Government in promoting conflict, war profiteering, and more.
As we say, the Brits are always, always, always at the bottom of the dogpile, with or without company.
From
Gaza to Lebanon to Ukraine to North Carolina to Kenya to Hong Kong,
they are there, wheedling, meddling, defrauding, impersonating, and
otherwise promoting crimes and coercion.
Here
we have their State of North Carolina Governor admitting to the plan to
coercively strip and steal the private property interests of individual
North Carolinans who are already victims of these floods:
This
is how we have a "State of Israel, Inc." with a home office address in
Kensington Palace. This is how we have a "President" Barack Obama,
using the Social Security Number of a dead man, and actually being born
in Kenya. Now, Kenya reappears as the hiding place of Bill Gates, Jr.
He
has fled this country and is seeking asylum in Kenya, which confirms
that he is a British Territorial Rat. And a Big Rat, too. He was given
his own private military base at Eldoret and State privileges to protect
him from charges brought by the Dutch Courts related to his role in the
pandemic crimes.
Now all we have to do is cut all communications to Eldoret.
Gates'
code name is "John Wilkes" as in "John Wilkes Booth" who similarly fled
this country, sought asylum, and took service with the Pope following
his assassination of Abraham Lincoln. Two big rats and a grudge match.
Kenya,
like all other purportedly former Commonwealth countries, was given the
British version of a revolving door treatment, emerging from the
civilian Commonwealth Government's clutches in the 1960s, only to be
re-occupied by British Territorial military forces. Kenya remains under
unlawful and illegal foreign mercenary occupation ever since.
The
single greatest threat to peace and abundance and happiness for the
entire race of mankind, is the bifurcated British Government and their
puppet masters managing the Holy Roman Empire --- the Roman Curia.
While
pretending to champion freedom and democracy and to be friends of the
American people, these deceitful bureaucrats have worked ceaselessly to
abuse and undermine and embezzle from this country, to use our sons and
daughters as cheap mercenaries, and to profit themselves unjustly from
our assets and credit.
We
have revealed that the Maestro in control of the WEF and UN
(CORPORATION) and WHO and BIS is none other than the Royal Institute of
International Affairs, just more proof of the malevolent, lawless, and
grasping character of these institutionalized fraud artists and both
their commercial corporations and municipal corporations.
Here's
the latest --- $90 million given to a private lithium mining company by
the Department of Defense, one of those companies lining up to steal
the land and soil of North Carolina for their own unjust enrichment:
We'd
say that the Vermin are well and truly exposed and caught acting under
color of law, engaged in naked profiteering and land theft using powers
of government that don't belong to these corporations.
There
is no such thing as Federal Eminent Domain; they got away with these
claims while building the Interstate Highway System only because the
States were not in Session and not able to object and refute federal
claims of Eminent Domain powers.
This earlier usurpation and fraud does not justify another.
There
is nothing in the Federal Constitutions suggesting that any part of the
Federal Government was ever granted any right to condemn, seize upon,
or commandeer land and soil assets belonging to the Several States of
the Union and the American People.

Interference in Foreign Government Elections

Just
so everyone is clear on this. We don't participate in the election of
Presidents of foreign privately owned corporations, and are in fact,
obligated not to do so.
Nobody would crash the gate at a General Motors, Inc., election and cast a ballot --- not even an unverified proxy ballot.
Why?
Because we all have enough sense not to interfere in or commit fraud
against the private elections of a corporation in which we are not a
shareholder.
We
would certainly not participate in nor seek to participate in the
elections of a foreign country --- for example, if we were Germans, we
wouldn't sneak into France and pretend to be Frenchmen and cast ballots
in a French election.
If we did so, we would expect to be arrested and jailed, right? It's a form of election fraud.
We'd
expect the French to be righteously indignant and, as this
theoretical instance involves two separate countries, this sort of thing
becomes an international "incident" as well.
Completely
as Third Parties, of course, we observe that the owners and operators
of the United States of America, Incorporated, long ago forbade the
participation of Municipal citizens of the United States in their
elections.
This
is one of the few things plainly stated in the Fourteenth Amendment to
The Constitution of the United States of America and you can look it up
and read it for yourself.
Like
the Municipal citizens of the United States, Americans in general are
also foreigners with respect to the British Territorial Government and
its corporations, so we expect and accept that we are prohibited by the
same considerations from participating in their corporation elections.
We
don't donate to their candidates. We don't take one side or another.
We don't participate in the ubiquitous telephone polls. We don't vote
in any straw poll elections.
We don't interfere in foreign government elections. Full stop.
It's not our business. Not our citizenry.
Of
course, we may have opinions about one candidate or another, or about
any issue that our public employees are embroiled in, but that's just at
the level of our personal thoughts.
Where the pedal hits the metal with us, is the quality of the service our foreign employees provide to us, or fail to provide.
We don't elect them, but we can fire them.
