I
wrote my own religious exemption back in 2021 when the law school I was
attending instituted a covid vaccine mandate. Since I didn’t like the
stock form letters found online, I wrote my own.
The
school must not have liked it because they strung me along for months
stating that the Dean was reviewing it and then stopped returning phone
calls and e-mails. I received a letter stating that I was unenrolled and
that I have to begin paying back my student loan for the first year.
Notice what is missing in this story. They never ruled on my exemption
letter. They just kicked me out without denying it or allowing it.
Having held out the application for exemption to me, they simply ignored
it and unenrolled me.
The
judge dismissed the case stating that I have no standing and even said
in court that I got my year of school, so what should I complain about.

Religious Exemption Request for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with Supporting Documentation

I, the undersigned, do hereby swear or affirm under the pains and penalties of perjury, as follows:
1.
I am making this truthful Religious Exemption Request under the penalty
of perjury so that I may enroll and attend in person classes at the
Massachusetts School of Law in Andover. This request is so I can attend
in person classes with my fellow students and staff who have received
the Covid-19 vaccination without my obtaining the required vaccination.
2. I am the student who will be enrolled in classes at MSLAW if this semester’s waiver is granted.
3. I
realize that not getting the vaccine places me at risk for serious
illness and even death and I also risk exposing others on campus to
similar risks. I will not knowingly attest to a falsehood. [I struck this paragraph.]
4. I am a member of Bibles & Bagels Mens Bible Study Group . (list religious organization and contact information)
5. I have been a member of that religious organization since 2011 .

I
am a Christian, a follower of Jesus Christ God’s Son, Savior (ΙΧΘΥΣ).
First, I will list a small sample of the many Bible passages that direct
me not to take part in the leading-edge technology, experimental
pseudo-vaccine.

Corinthians 3:16-17 “Do you not know that you are God's temple and that
God's Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will
destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.”
Ecclesiastes 7:17 “Be not overly wicked, neither be a fool. Why should you die before your time?”

the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your

Proverbs 14:12 “There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.”
I
cannot knowingly take something that has a greater chance of killing or
permanently harming me than saving me. It is not a matter of fear. For I
am ready to die right now. Rather I am prohibited by God from putting
my own life at risk needlessly.
As
shown in the attached clergy letter and documentation, obtaining the
Covid-19 pseudo-vaccination would be contrary to my religious beliefs.
9.
If you previously obtained vaccinations and submitted that
documentation to a college or graduate school, please explain why you
received required vaccinations in the past but now request a religious
exemption.
Past
vaccines were tested for several years on hundreds of thousands or
millions of people. Never before in history has such a new technology
been rushed to market the way this pseudo-vaccine has. It breaks several
rules of medical ethics including the Nuremberg Code under which there
are many lawsuits arising, especially under Points (1), (6), (7), and
(8). I have never received a flu vaccine because the IFR for my category
never came close to making the risk worthwhile. I will not get the HPV
vaccine, nor do I recommend it for my sons. I have been vaccinated for
measles, mumps, and German measles (Rubella) separately though it was
risky considering I was already 100% deaf in my right ear from an
injection in 1968 for the Hong Kong flu. MMR diseases themselves result
in a relatively high incidence of deafness. I was a child when I
received MMR separately. Today, given the efficacy and proof in studies
and data, I would get the MMR vaccine and my sons have received it. The
risk versus utility of MMR yields not self-harm, ergo not a violation of
my body.
The
answer to the question posed as to why someone gets one vaccine and not
another based on a religious bar against self-harm is simple. The word
“vaccine” is as generic as “vehicle.” An equivalent question would be,
“Why do you drive a sport utility vehicle and not a Kawasaki Ninja
motorcycle vehicle?” Why would you take an MMR vaccine and not the
new-technology, experimental (as defined by FDA under EUA) covid
pseudo-vaccine untested on many categories of people for whom they
recommend it? World leading scientists, with whom I’ve communicated
directly, agree with my statistical assessment of both the disease and
the pseudo-vaccine.
Lastly,
my statistical profile (age, gender, health history of pertinent
ailments) weighed against the factual statistical profiles of adverse
health risks from both covid and from the pseudo-vaccine yield the
result that taking this experimental test product would defile my body in contravention to God’s commands.
10.
I understand that if this exemption request is granted, I will not be
required to obtain the Covid-19 vaccine for the semester in which this
request is granted. I understand that I am still required to follow all
the other safety protocols the school requires for the protection of
students and staff as well as any additional safety protocols required
of nonvaccinated students.
11.
I understand that during a vaccine-preventable disease outbreak, all
susceptible students, including the student will be excluded from school
if a public health official determines that there is a significant risk
for disease, exposure, transmission, and spread into the community. In
such case, such students, including the student shall be excluded from
school until:
(A) public health officials determine that the outbreak danger has ended;
(B)
the student becomes ill with the disease and completely recovers from
it such that the student no longer poses a risk to others;
(C) the student is vaccinated according to public health protocol; or
(D) the student provides proof of immunity to the disease.
I have attached all documents that support my request along with the items described herein.
I
swear or affirm under the pains and penalty of perjury that all this
information is true. I know that the law school has a strict honor code
and must share all information with the Board of Bar Examiners that may
reflect on the character and fitness of a graduate as it assesses the
graduate’s fitness to be admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts.
It was signed and notarized per instructions.
Again,
they never responded. However, in the response to a demand lette I’d
sent, they argued that they sent a lette to the deacon explaining the
position of the Catholic Church. Interestingly, I never wrote that I was
Catholic, nor do I follow the crazy Vatican and their demonic faux Pope
leader, who is a globalist, communist, and who promotes pedophilia.
Bergoglia is no leader of mine.
