4938-4941: International Public Notice: the Vice President -- Literally from Lincoln County Watch

Many people have been shocked to see J.D. Vance selected as a Vice-Presidential candidate and running mate for Trump.
Remember
-- just as these Corporation "Presidents" are not elected by popular
vote, but instead by members of the Electoral College, they don't
actually get to choose their running mates, either.
Most people also think of the Vice-President as a sort of Second in Command, ready to step in if the President is disabled.
Stop and think again what the words actually say and imply. What is "vice"?
So, logically, what is a "Vice-President"?
He's
the guy in charge of dirty operations, the bag man, the collections
agent, the enforcer, the filthy tricks administrator, the bad guy
standing behind and just to the left of the "good" front man acting as
President.
The
duo of President and Vice-President is the personification of the
whole Duality Paradigm in action. Think of the French King and His Grey
Eminence, Cardinal Richelieu.
Why would we have such a "Vice-President" associated with our country---?
Short
answer: in order to administer all the programs related to Sin Taxes
and Federal Revenues and Black Ops and Money Laundering, etc., etc.
Remember,
the Federal Government was originally designed and intended to operate
entirely on the revenues collected from federally regulated substances
--- alcohol, tobacco and firearms --- and federally regulated
activities: interstate commerce.
Of
course, they branched out into other kinds of sin-based income streams:
indentured servitude, enslavement, counterfeiting, non-negotiable
promissory notes, money laundering, war-for-profit, drug production and
smuggling and pushing, human trafficking, illegal arms sales, illegal
confiscation, impersonation, barratry, biological and weather warfare,
brain-washing, etc.
The Vice President is in charge of handling this entire Empire of Vice.
So
no surprises that J.D. Vance is a good candidate for this office --
another "Skull and Bones" graduate of Yale University, who worked for
"Ambrosia" a company selling adrenochrome products, an attorney who
worked for the Sidney Austin Law Firm which also employed Barack Obama
and his spouse.
Even
J.D. Vance's wife is a perfect helpmate -- a Gates Foundation
beneficiary and devotee, a law clerk for John Roberts and Brett
Kavanaugh, educated at Cambridge, so the Brits have their dedicated spy
and influencer on the inside, calling shots for them at the highest
levels.
Never forget what we are telling you. It's not the front man you have to watch. It's the guy standing right behind him.
There
is a reason nobody liked Mike Pence. There is a reason nobody liked
Lyndon B. Johnson. There's a reason nobody will like J.D. Vance,
either.
Also
remember that he is the one, coiled like a rattlesnake ready to strike
at Trump's right hand, just like LBJ was ready to take down Kennedy and,
conveniently, assume command.
This
is a crime family --- just a different kind of crime family, where the
real "power" is vested in those who appear to be second-in-command or
not in command at all.
The
American people are growing up and can now see what is taking place and
how it is staged and who is staging it and what kinds of excuses are
being employed to perpetuate what is essentially a commercial
corporation gone wild --- a commercial corporation working for and being
directed by foreign interests as a trans-national crime syndicate.
The
Holy Roman Empire brand of this corruption has gone underground and
withdrawn from the public field of mercenary and commercial "battle",
leaving their Enforcers, the British Empire and their clueless American
Mercenaries to protect their rear flank.
We
can only hope that some of the Horse Fly Maggots they are breeding by
the millions and dropping on Argentina and Panama will find their way to
a prime spot on all their lily white rumps.
Argentina
is being targeted because they are a world class producer of beef and
Panama is being targeted because they want to take back control of the
Canal.
They
--- these men and their women, too --- all remind us of the nasty
little boys who used to linger in the cloak room to play with themselves
and pull wings off of flies. Once you see them for what they are, they
are an odd mix of criminals and actors. They and their objectives and
modus operandi are not hard to identify.

International Public Notice: The Philippines Joins the Riot

Numerous
countries have now joined the outcry against the mRNA genocide, with
the Philippines being the latest important voice raised:
The
question is no longer one of whether or not the mRNA injections were
harmful, indeed, devastating, but who is responsible and how to punish
them?
Short answer: Out of control commercial corporations were and are responsible.
These
corporations which are supposed to be contractors providing "essential
government services" to us have instead undermined and usurped against
their Employers and pretended to be the government instead of government
services providers.
Those
who own and operate these corporations are directly and personally and
100% commercially liable for the harm these corporations and their
personnel have done.
Their misadministration
has led to a worldwide situation equivalent to the British Raj in India
--- the American Raj in America, the English Raj in England, the French
Raj in France, and so on.
This
has led to the promotion of a form of Corporate Feudalism that was
first imposed by the British South Africa Company in South Africa and
later spread to India and worldwide.
Corporations can act as custodians of actual assets, but cannot own actual assets belonging to a country.
So,
these Corporate Usurpers have insinuated themselves as caretakers,
custodians, stewards, public trustees.... and then, they have breached
these positions of trust for profit and coercive power.
It boils down to Gross Breach of Trust and Violation of Service Contracts by Corporations and Corporate Managers.
In
this country, we were betrayed by the UNITED STATES, INC., which was
operated by the Holy Roman Empire Successors, and by the United States
of America, Incorporated, aka, USA, Inc.
In the British Isles, the people were betrayed by Great Britain, Inc. and the UK, INC.
In Australia, the people were betrayed by Australia, Inc. and AUSTRALIA, INC.
The same pattern and template was used worldwide.
Now
we must all come to terms with this situation and begin disciplining
these corporations and the corporate managers responsible.
This
can be done peacefully and lawfully, but the owners and shareholders of
these corporations must be brought to bay -- and that means the British
King, the Pope, and the Lord Mayor of the Inner City of London.
Two
out of three have attempted to change the jurisdiction and even the
nature of their Offices in order to avoid cleaning up their Mess. Prince
Charles was not crowned as the King of anything material, and was
instead crowned as His Imperial Majesty, an office in the Jurisdiction
of the Air; and Pope Francis was recently given a survival office as
"Patriarch of the West".
These evasions by people who owe good faith service and due diligence have only made the problems worse.
They
have failed to control their own creations and have left it up to our
military to sort things out; but our military has a hammer-nail
mentality. They have a hammer, so everyone and everything else must be a
nail for them to drive and use and destroy.
Their only expertise in law is Admiralty Law, and the answers are not to be found in Admiralty Law.
The
problem lies in abused Admiralty Law, which has led to widespread
Unlawful Conversion of assets; the solution lies in International Land
Law, which can be used to Lawfully Convert and repatriate control of the
same purloined assets to the actual owners.
This,
Lawful Conversion, is a white-collar correction that is relatively
painless and easy to apply, but it is as foreign to British sailors (and
their attorneys) as an inland desert.
So
the purported British "King" and the Patriarch of the West have: (1)
left the Perpetrators of the crimes in charge; (2) expected the
Perpetrators to have the solution to the problem they created; (3) and
the only solution the Perpetrators know is war, war, and more
war-for-profit.
The
Perpetrators have been engaged in Illegal "war", that is, mercenary
"war" that is not dignified by the Law of War, or Law of Peace, for more
than a century and a half without detection.
So now, these corporations realize their vulnerability and the incorporated Courts do, too.
The
blowback is coming at us from "privatized" government corporations like
the Department of Justice, Inc. and the Department of Defense, Inc.,
the FBI, Inc., etc., which have no more authority or standing in Law
than Dairy Queen, Inc. and which all have no right to impersonate or
misaddress us.
Much less dictate our health choices and spend our credit "for" us.
A hard and fast distinction must be made between people and corporations named after people.
Laws and legal presumptions designed for corporations cannot be applied to people.
And people cannot be deceitfully denigrated to the level of corporate franchises for administrative convenience.
This pervasive ignorance and breach of trust has to end.
We
are ordering the Lawful Conversion of all U.S. and United States
franchises named after people born on our soil who are not currently and
directly employed by either corporation.
We
are also ordering the removal of all Legal Presumptions related to or
based upon the use of the Cadastral Survey as collateral; like other
land descriptions, the Cadastral Survey is a separate asset apart from
the land and is not equivalent to the land itself.

International Public Notice: So What?

This
past week we have openly told people that the British Territorial
Government staffed by U.S. Citizens has taken over the functions of the
Municipal Government and all remaining "Administrative Departments and
Agencies".
We
announced this to explain the odd changes that people are bound to
notice and the equally odd disruptions of some services as the hidden
extra fail-safe "government" comes into view.
Since
1937, we have been paying for government redundancy --- two of
everything, run by two different corporations based in the District of
Columbia.
The
British Territorial entity known as "the United States of America,
Incorporated, has been running their set of departments and agencies
under names spelled out like this: the Department of Defense
(Incorporated), the Department of Homeland Security (Incorporated), the
Department of Justice (Incorporated), the Federal Bureau of
Investigation(Incorporated), and so on....
The
Holy Roman Empire Subcontractor known by various iterations as the
United States, Incorporated, meanwhile provided the civilian services
through a mirrored operation identified by acronyms: DOD, DHS, DOJ,
FBI, etc.
Both
of our foreign subcontractors had their own entire set of "federal"
departments and agencies, ostensibly to serve their own citizenry---
however, their own citizenry accounts for less than 25 million people
altogether, combined.
As
Americans and people around the world have picked up on the British Raj
Scam and the Registration Scam and the Birth Certificate Scam and all
the evil, coercive, corrupt, and self-interested crime that has been
foisted off on the people of this country and many other countries, too,
the military government that has always been running things in the
background -- ever since 1863, and it has finally been forced out of the
closet.
While they are carrying on about "continuance of government", we ask "Whose government would that be?"
The
"government" that the U.S. Military has been providing since 1863 has
been hired by the British Monarchs and Popes to asset strip this country
and use its people as cheap and unwitting mercenaries in literally
hundreds of wars for profit. And the U.S. Military has gone right along
with this, happy as pigs in slop.
This
foreign "government" which has finally come out of the closet, isn't
the American Government; it's a British Territorial (Tory) Substitute,
still operating as a Corporation, still staffed by U.S. Citizens, and so
far as we can see, it's as misdirected as ever.
In
token of that, the announcement of their take-over and the removal and
de-fanging of the Municipal Contractors, wasn't made to the American
People that these Corporations owe "good faith service" to --- no, it
was announced at a NATO Summit, instead, just as Benjamin Fullford noted
this past week:
Meanwhile,
they are still focused on trying to "inhabit" our vacant Federal
Republic and use that as an excuse to carry on their business as usual,
right under the noses of the now-finally awakening American Public.
It
hasn't quite occurred to them yet that we have an American Government
and have always had an American Government--- their actual Employer,
that they have lied to, sought to unlawfully convert, politically
undermined, conspired against, and evaded for 160 years without ever
providing the people of this country with any disclosure or assistance.
They
are still extracting their profits and are very wealthy in some
respects, and dangerous in others; but they are not the American
Government.
They
are supposed to function as "federal" subcontractors of our American
Government, but since 1863 they have been functioning as hired guns for
the British Crown and the HRE, instead.
Both
the USA, Inc. and the United States, Inc., have been misrepresenting,
impersonating, and robbing us blind since the 1860's and the 1880's
respectively.
These
foreign, for-profit, privately-held corporations in the business of
providing "essential government services" have colluded in asset
stripping and war-profiteering worldwide since 1937, and only had a
falling out when the trademarked "Federal Reserve System" was forced
into bankruptcy in 2009. This precipitated the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy of
the UNITED STATES, INC. and everything that has gone on afterward.
We've
been living under the jackboots of our own employees since the 1860's,
and they are still operating "in secret" and still not being honest with
the American People, are still under the control of the same Foreign
Interests, and still acting as Mercenary Forces.
So nothing much has changed.
People scream in terror, "We're under martial law!"
when, unknown to them, we've been living under "martial law" for over a hundred and sixty years.
Unless
the rest of us wake up and put an end to their "presumptions" such as
the secretive registration of American babies as British Territorial
U.S. Citizens, and stop the unlawful conversion of our people and our
assets, this country will be ruined at the hands of what many mistake as
our own military forces.
This
is why we, as Americans, are obligated to stand up and blow the whistle
and dissipate the illusions, so that a stable and honest civilian
government can be recognized and what now serves as the U.S. Military
can be lawfully converted back into the American Federation Armed
Forces.
If this is not done, we have no cause to celebrate.

The French Foreign Legion

People
often ask, "Why should I have to declare my political status? Isn't it
obvious that I am an American? I was born here, grew up here...."
Let's give an analogy.
Back
between 1880 and 1940, things were really tough in North Africa.
Various tribal powers and principalities were vying for control. There
was a lot of religious persecution and "barbarism" --- as in Barbary
Pirates, and it fell to the French Colonialist Governments to try to
deal with the problems.
Their answer
was the French Foreign Legion. This elite corps within the French
Armed Forces is formed of foreign volunteers, who later receive French
citizenship as a reward. As these people are not French, they are
technically mercenary forces.
And
around 1900-1914, new recruits were few and far between, a circumstance
that led to many young men being abducted and forcibly press-ganged
into that service.
So
now, with that background, imagine that you are a young adventurer on a
steamer in 1908 and you are bound from Marseilles, France to Cairo,
Egypt. Your ship is caught in a storm and crippled on the Mediterranean
and in the morning, pirates swarm the decks, take you captive, and here
you are in North Africa, assumed to be a volunteer in the French
Foreign Legion....
Never
mind that some money changed hands between the Legion and the Pirates
and that in modern terms, you have been "human trafficked".
In
this example, you've been kidnapped off the High Seas, and from there
deposited on a foreign land mass, and conscripted into a mercenary force
under duress.
In
our present very similar situation, you have been human trafficked,
too, only this has occurred on paper. It has the same result.
You
have been kidnapped off the land of your birth and taken (on paper) off
the land and onto the High Seas of Admiralty Jurisdiction.
That's
the first lap of your "journey" and it occurs because you have been
misidentified and counted as a British Territorial U.S. Citizen almost
at birth.
In
this foreign political status you are considered to be a Ward and
Indentured Servant of the British Queen or King -- not an American, and
not subject to American Law nor owed the protections of an American.
Thus
"unlawfully converted" to this foreign status "by mistake" at the
hospital or other "port facility" where you were physically born, and
having had your "berth" incorrectly registered, you are now ready to be
sold by the pirates into abject slavery.
What government still practices and allows slavery in the modern age? The Vatican.
The
Pope pays a fee in gold to release you from your bondage to the King or
Queen, but now you are a slave owned and operated by the Holy Roman
Empire instead, a recruit of the HRE, assumed to be a "citizen of the
United States" as defined by the Fourteenth Amendment to The
Constitution of the United States of America.
Remember,
at this point, you are still on the High Seas, but now you no longer
even have the protections that would normally be afforded an Englishman
in the British Navy.
You
are under the control of the British Navy while on the High Seas, but
you belong, as property, to the Pope, who paid your ransom.
And
there you sit, at sea, for the rest of your life, alternately being
bossed around by the ship's captain, and then also being bossed around
and used up by your actual owners, the priests and magistrates serving
the Pope --- who literally bought you as a British Territorial "asset"
from the British Monarch.
He couldn't buy you as an American, but he could buy you so long as you are misrepresented as a British Territorial Subject.
Both
of these foreign interests, the British Monarch and the Vatican, have
laid claim to you and your assets under foreign law and within foreign
jurisdictions.
This
has gone on while you have been growing up fat, dumb, and happy in Des
Moines, Iowa, unaware that you have been latched upon and "redefined" on
paper, in such a way that all your contractual Constitutional
guarantees and protections have been rendered moot.
And
you are no longer recognizable as an American. You are a British
Territorial conscripted into the service of the Holy Roman Empire. On
paper.
You
are a shanghaied Unknown Person, and the only Witnesses --- your Mother
and a British Territorial Uniformed Officer (himself conscripted to
serve as a U.S. Citizen) --- have testified that you are a British
Territorial U.S. Citizen.
All
this goes on while you are a baby in your cradle, so you have no idea
this has happened to you, and neither does your Mother, because none of
it was disclosed to her, either.
You
have been "unlawfully converted" from an American State National at
birth, to a British Territorial U.S. Citizen shortly thereafter, and
thence to a Municipal "citizen of the United States".
You
are, in terms of law and jurisdiction, in the same exact situation as
our unfortunate recruit in the French Foreign Legion.
And
just as that situation demands action to get back home and live as a
civilian again, the situation on paper demands similar action. You,
too, have to get back home to the land and soil jurisdiction of your own
country.
This
has to be done before you can live at peace, shrug off the demands of
these foreign interests, free yourself from subjection to their foreign
laws, and regain your natural protections and guarantees as an
American.
And
that is why you must get up off your couch and make a formal
declaration of your native political status, record it, and publish it,
so that there is no mistaking your actual nature and political
identity.
You
have been shanghaied, cashiered, and bought and sold, literally human
trafficked, by your own employees, people who are taking their paychecks
out of your pockets.
If
that doesn't motivate you and make you mad enough to take action, you
can live your life at sea as a slave of the Pope aboard a British
Territorial "vessel" forever adrift on the High Seas.
