Upwards of 50 Palestinian civilians have been killed by Israel in the Jewish state's latest airstrike in Gaza, this one on Al-Fakhoura school, which was run by the United Nations.

The UN-affiliated school is located in northern Gaza where thousands of civilians have been displaced by the Israeli incursion. Thousands of Palestinians have died at the hands of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), which are bombing and mowing down civilians whom Israel claims are "human shields" for Hamas.

So many Palestinians have died amid all the chaos that cleanup of bodies remains difficult. Many wounded Palestinians also have nobody to care for them as Gaza's resources were turned off by Israel after October 7.

In Jabalia, where Israel also bombed a refugee camp, IDF bombed Al-Fakhoura, a school affiliated with the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

According to medical and other local sources in Gaza, "the bodies of the martyrs cover the school's corridors." In other words, there are dead bodies scattered throughout the facility, and it remains too difficult for rescue crews to clear them out of there.

Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs says Israel "is committing massacres in the Gaza Strip"

The true goal of Israel is not simply to rid Gaza of Hamas. It is to rid Gaza of all Palestinians, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which issued a statement of condemnation against Israel.

"We condemn in the strongest terms the continuous mass massacres committed by the occupation forces against Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip, the most recent of which was the heinous massacre in Al-Fakhoura School, full of forcibly displaced people," the group said in a statement.

"We consider this a new evidence proving that Israel's declared war on Palestinian civilians aims to empty the entire area of the northern Gaza Strip of any Palestinian presence."

The statement goes on to point out Israel's flagrant disregard for international law, which bears all the marks of arrogance and pride – kind of like a we-are-better-than-you-and-can-do-whatever-we-want type of attitude.

"With this massacre, which targeted a UNRWA school, the occupation insults the international community and the United Nations, and belittles all ineffective international demands calling for the protection of civilians."

Already, some 12,000 Palestinians have died as a result of the Israeli military shooting or bombing them. Of these, more than 8,300 were women and children, not to mention the 30,000 others who have been injured on top of all this.

Hospitals, churches, schools and other civilian entities continue to be targeted by Israel, which simply argues that it has no choice but to kill civilians because they function as "human shields" for Hamas.

"It is going to be a beautiful day when Zionism is wiped off the face of the earth," one commenter wrote.

"It is their duty to resist foreign invaders," wrote another about Hamas, noting that even according to what Israel has presented as evidence thus far shows that Hamas has none of the advanced weaponry that Israel has, compliments of U.S. taxpayers.

"The Zionists have tried unsuccessfully to characterize those who have made themselves a military implement (lacking all the American-sponsored weaponry) to fight against the secular, non-Jewish Jews from the West."

"The cowards in their U.S.-sponsored F-16s, F-35s and other implements of destruction, bomb civilians from 1,500 feet in the air. So brave, those IDF terrorists."
