Below is the message sent yesterday to Rep Vargas by a fellow Massachusettsan, John Beaudoin Sr.  This message is powerful and it applies to all you. Mr. Beaudoin has more knowledge about death trends in Massachusetts than any other individual in the world.  He has travelled all across the state, speaking extensively to citizen groups....met with Senator Ron Johnson, the Attorney General of NH....and been interviewed across all segments of the media in the last year and a half.  His message has been heard by increasingly awake people in every segment of society, and especially by YOUR CONSTITUENTS. He has offered to explain the topdown abstraction investigatory approach, the signal analyses, and how he know what MA did to old people during covid and then did to all ages in 2021 and 2022.  He can provide all the facts to you in a comprehensive way that will provide you with great clarity, and dissolve any confusion. 

There is no single person in the world who knows the death patterns by cause of death, ages of death, and seasonality of deaths better than he does, and his system is the best in the world to investigate pandemics or any causes of death.

You have been notified.  He has promised that if you fail to Act on the notice, he will spend the rest of his life tirelessly working to get before a federal grand jury and deliver the evidence that covid vaccines killed THOUSANDS of people in MA alone, whereas covid was fraudulently exaggerated en masse in MA.  And anyone with a duty to act who did not act will be a target of that grand jury investigation.

You do not have immunity from prosecution. Research the Clearfield Doctrine. Educate yourselves, then do what the people of Massachusetts elected you to do.

Mr. Vargas,

Both my parents were born and raised in Haverhill.  I have more than 500 relatives in Haverhill.  Thibault, Paquette, Pascucci, Cerasuolo, Pappalardo, Ferrante, Powell, West, DuBois, O'Neil, Brown, Sullivan, and many more surnames.

I've met with the AG of NH, spoken to Sen Ron Johnson, spoken to the staffs of numerous US House Representatives and US Senators, and NH members of the general court.

You can find interviews of me on "Ask Dr. Drew,"  WarRoom with Natalie Winters, and about 35 other radio and TV spots talking about vaccine data research.

There is NO ONE in the world who has found what I found in 500,000 un-redacted Massachusetts Death Certificates.

You now have legal notice of information that you have a legal duty to act upon.  Not only should you act to prevent the current bills, but also to save lives of MA citizens.  Failure to act after notification and concurrent with a legal duty to act puts you in a position that if another child or adult dies from the covid vaccine after a reasonable time after this notice, and you have not fulfilled your legal duty to investigate, then you can be criminally liable for reckless inaction rising to homicide of at least involuntary manslaughter, perhaps reckless murder or felony murder.  I am seeking grand jury investigation of this matter due to the mountain of hard and irrefutable evidence before the court and in the public.

I have a lawsuit pending in US District Court against the governor, health commissioner, chief medical examiner, and 4 medical examiners of Massachusetts for civil action for deprivation of rights with predicate crimes of numerous federal felonies.

You have a legal duty to investigate the death of:

Cassidy Patrice Baracka 7yo from Groton, MA died January 18, 2022.  All you need to do is ask the questions of the medical examiner and attending physicians and look up when she was vaccinated.  You will find that it was January 13, 2022.  The medical examiner did not mention the vaccine on her death certificate.  She wrote that covid caused the little girl's death.

Brianna McCarthy 30yo, Haverhill, MA - 6 doctors from Harvard Med College and BIDMC wrote a 6 page report detailing her DEATH FROM COVID VACCINE BY STROKE

Diane Dubois 62yo Stroke (died two weeks before Brianna was vaxed)

This short list is sufficient information to require you to investigate.  Someday, somewhere in the USA, I will get before a federal grand jury.  And on that day, I will show them my communication to representatives who had a legal duty to act upon information and belief and suspicion that primary evidence shows death and maim from vax was ignored.

There is no qualified or sovereign immunity for criminal action or inaction.

There is no statute of limitations for homicide crimes.

Do the right thing.  Call me or e-mail back to begin the difficult work of investigating these lethal injections.

The truth will come out.  You cannot hide it.  Be on the right side.

And for you, as a human being, I will pray and I recommend to you that you never take an mRNA injection.  Moderna will be bankrupt by the end of the decade.  My scientist affiliations run circles around theirs.  This stuff never worked before covid and will not work for another 30 to 50 years.

Below is a graph just in case you don't think I'm serious.  You have a legal duty to investigate this murder by hospital protocols.  And not just the elderly.  They've been killing people with Remdesivir since 2020.  Wake up.
