URGENT ACTION ALERT
MASSACHUSETTS HEARING - JULY 19th
Attention Massachusetts Residents & Friends:
This urgent email is to inform you that several childhood vaccine bills will be heard by the Massachusetts Legislature on Wednesday, July 19th beginning at 9 am. A hearing has been scheduled before the Joint Committee on Public Health, in Gardner Auditorium and Virtual, on July 19, 2023 (9 am to 6 pm).
All hands on deck!
We have been given almost NO time to prepare. We need each one of YOU!
Several bills will be heard on July 19th, including:
H.471 - proposing to mandate both the hepatitis A (Hep A) and human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccines, with requirements for school attendance.
S.1458 & H.2151 - proposing to obliterate informed consent by allowing any provider to vaccinate any child regardless of age WITHOUT parental consent, hiding records from parents and proposing to interfere with Religious Exemptions requiring submission to an agency for "approval/denial."
H.604 & S.1391 - proposing to remove religious exemptions to vaccination, and to deny in-person schooling to children who desperately need it - including those from communities of color and underprivileged backgrounds, and those with special needs.
H.582 - proposing to protect physicians from any professional negative consequences for writing medical exemptions - and to broaden the criteria a physician can use in consideration of a medical exemption to encompass the total health circumstances of a child.
YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED...
Many persons have already signed the Statement From Medical Professionals & Scientists Supporting Parental Rights and Medical Freedom and the Health Freedom Bill of Rights. It is now time to show up, and express your wishes where it counts.
Here is what you can do right now to help in Massachusetts:
1 - Plan to attend and provide testimony: The DEADLINE TO REGISTER for live testimony is MONDAY JULY 17th at 5 pm. Individuals testifying should limit their remarks to 2 minutes. Panels should plan a total of 4 minutes. Register now here.
2 - Share with your networks! We recognize it is summer but we must have an excellent turnout at these hearings! Please forward this alert widely with all persons you know who may be concerned by mandates, injuries, and freedom to choose / informed consent in healthcare!
3 - Contact your elected REPS, SENS (You can find out who represents you and send a personal note by clicking here)! Note that 25 Massachusetts citizens went to the MA statehouse on May 18th and have ALREADY told their stories of Covid19 vaccine-related harms. Due to CENSORSHIP, these stories are NOT reaching the eyes and ears of decision makers and will not be considered unless many people take action! *MA RESIDENTS: Please share these incredible videos!
